I thought about being toxic. Aside from a basement insidious trapper and bubba for the occasional troll, I’m just going to play normally.
If playing killer starts to stress me out without Ruin, I’ll just stop playing killer. If I find survivor has gotten boring I’ll try killer again, if it still sucks, there’s plenty of other games in the digital sea.
No point in getting worked up and aggravated, just not worth the stress or time.

Pop totems. There are only 5 of them like cmon
Same could be said for Ruin, but devs destroyed that. NOED could be next.
-
I consider it a win if I got to touch David, Ghostface, Daddy Trapper and Sir Michaels bodies.
-
You'd think they'd find bugs like this during a ptb...
-
I spent maybe a total of 40 bucks on this game. Been playing since October, so I feel like I got my money’s worth. It’s not the end of the world if it shut down, plenty of other games to play.

As if killers (except for the top tier) weren’t challenged enough.
-
Everyone is playing against the Pig incorrectly. The goal of facing the Pig is to Boop her snoot, and sometimes make her squeal with a pallet stun.
You reward her for letting you Boop the snoot by dying!

if u waste time on clensing tottems as survivor u deserve to lose. you literaly wast time for a not needed secondary objective that maybe doesnt do anything.also if all survivor would waste time finding totems (which is nearly impossible for solos since there is no totem counter) you wouldnt need noed since you would have a chance to play the game without it ending in around 4 minutes
Noed is needed for killers such as clown, who have no map pressure. It is also needed for going against SWFs or just optimal groups who bring in purple toolboxes to blast through the map.
There is nothing wrong with NOED. You can rather cleanse totems during the game or cleanse it afterwards. And like many survivors like to tell killers, all you need to do is get better at the game and learn from experience.
There is no need for a totem counter, that’s just survivors asking the devs to hold their hand during a match.
And no, it’s not impossible for solos to find all the totems. Once you play enough, you learn where to find the totems. On average I cleanse 3 totems in every match.
Just because you don’t like the perk doesn’t mean it needs to be changed or removed. Learn and adapt.
-
They probably won’t, too many new survivors hate facing Spirit, so this bug helps with making sure she’s not seen too often.

no not at all.
noed works like this.
While Adreanaline rewards you for doing your objective noed rewards you for losing.
Even though both perks a crutches. one of them is atleast deserved the other is not.
While other perks like unbreakable or DS are just second chances. unbreakable removes the punishment of being downed if the killer trys to win time by slugging and ds can active even if u downed 2 others as long as the timer didnt run out.
NOED rewards the killer for playing the match with 3 perks. It also punishes survivors for not cleansing totems. Heck, it also punishes killers if survivors do cleanse totems.
-
Would you still Bam Bam me if my Baby Dweet twerked for you??!
-
I am expecting to see lots of insidious Basement Trappers and Bubbas. I am also expecting lots of tunneling and camping. I have my Vaseline ready.
-
Im pretty sure that Killer mains aren’t upset with the Ruin nerf on its own, but more upset with the devs for not fixing what Ruin covered up, which is how fast matches went and how stressful it makes playing killer.
If devs had fixed those issues long ago, I don’t think you’d see as much complaining as you do now. I could be wrong though, people love to complain.
-
As a survivor-
Don’t T-bag at exit gates unless the killer was tunneling and campy from the start of the match. It’s understandable if they are when two gens or less are available.
Don’t unhook until killer is out of sight and I don’t hear the heartbeat.
Always 99% the gates just in case someone gets downed.
I don’t blind killers after pallet stunning. I understand it is a good strategy for survivors to get away but I hate it when it’s done to me when playing killer, so I just don’t do it to anyone.
I don’t t-bag at all throughout a game. I will butt dance for mercy sometimes, and I like to spin when I’m in dying state. Killers like to show mercy when I do as long as I’m playing Dweet.
If I spot Ruin when spawning into a match, I’ll sometimes pretend I didn’t see it <_<. I know how it sucks when, as a killer, it gets cleansed within 30 seconds. Someone usually finds it within a minute anyways, and if not, I’ll cleanse it in two.
As Killer:
I don’t tunnel or camp at the start of a match, unless the survivor is toxic to me or their teammates. I will sometimes tunnel a toolbox holder just to prevent gens from popping too quickly.
If I’m facing potatoes, I’ll play extra nice and let them earn some bloodpoints. I’ll let two go and kill the two who play the skins I hate -Sorry Bills and Jakes.
I see a shirtless David, I’m going to tunnel you, and try to get you to realize I just want you to be my backpack for the match. I mean, who wouldn’t want his body pressed up against them???
This goes against the first rule but if it’s a group of Claudettes and they give an offering to go to any Yamaoka map, it will turn into tunnel/slug/camp city. I play to have fun, not lose my eyesight. I already have glasses, don’t need it to get worse.
If it seems like it’s a baby killer, especially with how matchmaking is these days, and we have the doors open and he didn’t kill anyone, I’ll let them kill me. They deserve blood points too!
If someone offers me their item, twerks for me, or spins I’m dying state, I’ll usually let them go if I dominated them too much during a match.
If someone dcs, I’ll take it easy for the rest of the match. If two dc, we farm and hope the dcer watches and rages.
-
Improved matchmaking.
More Nudity.
Mario cart type mode.
Better graphics and animations.
Bugs to be worked out.

Blood Warden: Lasts for 3 minutes.
Urban Evasion: Now moves at killer blood lust speed.
Claudette: Teleports between shadows.

D. Butt dance for the killer to show mercy. If anything, he will be mesmerized by my cute Dweet butt and my teammates will have a chance to go for the save.
-
No, you don’t need to sully Brendas character by bringing her into this game. The only thing I want from Brenda is for her to have her own 20 episode series that lasts for 7 seasons.
-
If you’re good on console, you’ll be good on PC. The game definitely runs smoother, but bugs still exist and bs like getting hit through a dropped palled happens.
If you don’t have the PC yet, don’t buy it for this game. I have a feeling this year will have a roller coaster of changes and you’ll be better if waiting to see what happens.
-
Survivors need a nerf to DS in order to help them grow and get better as players. It is a crutch perk and the game will be healthier when it is changed.
I read similar responses from survivors to killers about the Ruin changes, only seems right for survivors to experience the same thing. Stop relying on a perk, learn to get better without it!
DS should deactivate if the user is fully healed, or if the killer hooks someone else. If the killer comes back to the hook and you just finished healing, it’s your fault if you get downed again. You should have moved away.
The fact of the matter is that survivors hold their DS for endgame in order to deny the Killer a kill. They don’t bring it in as an anti-tunnel perk. And don’t say the killer shouldn’t tunnel or camp during endgame when there is one or no gens left. They literally have no options left at that point.
-
Claudette. Her powers will make players stress out and go blind, making it easier to down them!

I was playing a killer match as the wraith and I had hooked everyone at least once each except for 1 survivor. When I downed that survivor he disconnected and then wrote me a message on PS4 that I didn’t deserve a stack of chili from him. His team still needed 3 more gens at that point. He said it was obvious I was targeting him to get a chili stack because I wasn’t tunneling the other players which I rarely ever do. So I let the other 3 survivors escape. He said good you suck you couldn’t even get one kill even after I left, I take it he was SWF with at least one of the other players. I never pay attention when people join my lobbies. I told him that has to be one of the dumbest and pettiest things I’ve ever heard when playing this game. Here’s the kicker, I wasn’t even running BBQ so I asked him did your friend tell you I let them all out and I didn’t even have BBQ? I said a lot of killers wouldn’t have shown mercy. I would delete you off my friends list if I was your friend because I can only imagine you disconnect a lot over the silliest things. Never got a response
The people in this game are a reflection of how people are in life. Just go work in retail or fast food and you will see that they behave like these turds you describe.
-
It is true. It reminds me of Blizzard and what they did with WoW and Diablo. It was a smaller company that was gobbled up by a bunch of suits. Their games were very entertaining and had good longevity, devs cared about the player experience and did their best to make it as fun as possible. Eventually, their goal switched to making as much money as possible for as little work as they could.

Played a few games as clown today and have had chases where the scratch marks suddenly give up even though the survivor is clearly running. Lost survivors that way too, since audio is also bugged. Great!
I noticed that too! I thought I was going crazy, then I just assumed they were using a special perk that messed up their scratch marks. Maybe they are or maybe it’s just a new feature the devs implemented to make it more enjoyable for new survivors.

Yes let's all ignore the fact Doc is being buffed, a sign many more killer buffs are in dbd's future.
Doctor isn’t getting buffed. He’s getting changed to make him more fun for Survivors to face. They didn’t do it for regards of the killers fun.

So, before you read, here’s a heads up: This is not complaining.
Played a game as Killer and I’m Bubba (as per usual). Anyways, people say this game is not survivor-sided. 90% of my games are on the big ass maps.
Game starts:
4 Survivors; All Toolboxes.
I spot a lonesome Claudy, down her. Hook. She gets unhooked immediately. Breakdown.
Down her again because her teammate runs and I couldn’t catch in time. Go to hook. Can’t. Hook broke. Nearest hook, her teammates are sabotaging. She pops off.
Summarizing this game because I don’t have time to write out like I usually do:
3 teammates chased me, sabotaged each hook, had toolboxes with max sabotaging.
Perks: BT, Breakdown, Flip Flop, DS.
I won, because the final teammate that was knocking out gens finally came to help a teammate and I downed her.
This game is heavily Survivor Sided. I hooked ONE survivor TWICE the entire match before I managed to slug all of them. Had the 4th teammate not messed up and pushed, I would’ve lost tremendously.
Post-game message:
“Why’d you camp?”
Some people can’t handle loss and will do whatever they can to not admit that they failed with their own skill.

I'm not writing "gg ez".
If the killer played "normal" and just had a bad game, I might gift them a kill at the end of the match. Killers can gift hatches, survivors can gift hooks.
I thought I was the only survivor that does this. With how matchmaking is, where I’m usually matched against a killer who is 10 ranks lower than me, if I see that my team blew through all the gens and the killer couldn’t do anything, I assume it’s a baby killer and let them farm me.
It’s only a video game, everyone deserves to have a good time, everyone should earn good blood points, and everyone should express good sportsmanship!
If the killer was toxic, I won’t say anything because I just won’t stay around long enough to see the chat. Just move on to the next game.
I also have fun meme-ing with a killer. I do very bad against Ghost face so yesterday I offered my Ned kit to one and they nodded and let me live. He downed me and let me ride on his shoulder the whole match! I laughed the whole time while he was chasing my teammates with me on his shoulder.
Unless you’re making a ton of money, no need to take this game so seriously!
-
I have already bought a supply of Vaseline for when the Ruin changes go live. I am ready for all the tunneling, camping, Moris and Ghost Face twerking that will be unleashed.
-
Trapper: Sexy buff daddy
Michael: Super sexy silent buff daddy
Huntress: Sexy Mamma, huba huba.
Demo: Such a good boy!
Wraith: A ding ding ding.
-
Her point of view is terrible, especially on high grass maps like Yamaoka.
Her traps are easily countered if your team has more than 2 brain cells.
Touching her Ruin totem causes the player controlling her to rage and tunnel the perpetrator.
-
I don’t really want to nerf him even though I hate facing him, I just want them to add another clock on the map so I don’t have to run across the entire place to wake up. The amount of time it takes to fall asleep would be fine as is.
-
If I’m playing killer, I’ll tunnel and camp a survivor that is waiting at the hook while I’m hooking someone and then unhooks them while I’m right there. Its even worse if you do the annoying hook tech where you stand behind the person I’m hooking. Then I’ll tunnel you and face camp you since you think you’re so immune to me. I’ll then farm with the rest of the team and let them escape.

How do we know he doesn't have a total dad bod though?
Just looking at his frame and posture, you can tell that he has a sexy bod just from the way his clothes fall upon his skin.
And have you not seen how sexy his legs are when he vaults through a window, wearing the Hospital Gown?

I hardly used Ruin since I’m still a baby killer, but I understand the frustrations of killers who relied on it.
Devs just need to make it a normal perk rather than a hex and then they need to redo every map and make them smaller to give every killer a better chance. Some maps are just too big.
Or they can buff the weaker killers.
-
He should be able to carry 3 as baseline. His start up is too slow and with the ruin change it will be worse.
-
Bill. I hate the sounds he makes and I hate how Sattelizer t-bags with him every time he stuns a killer.

So if the killer brings a Mori it's acceptable to gen rush right?
It is always ok to gen rush. It is the primary objective for survivors, I mean, what else are they supposed to do? Hide in a corner?
I’m not a fan of how fast Moris can end a game for survivors, they need to be reworked or completely removed from the game as long as the same is done for keys. Mori animations should be implemented as an alternative to death hooking someone.

You should have taken note of the keys and brought in a Mori and tunneled the key holders to death. They want to find the hatch for an easy, short escape, give yourself an easy fast kill.
It was your fault they got away.
I see anyone with keys or tool boxes, I’ll make sure they die ASAP unless they’re pro loopers, then I’ll target weaker people to lure them away from the strong loops. Don’t want to be tunneled? Don’t bring in game shortening items.

No-blink nurse? Burger myers? Is that a prank bud?
They’re meme builds. Burger King Meyers is a build where he uses no Addons or perks to increase his movement, so he’s really slow.
Same for nurse.
Only masochistic people would run these builds.
