I mean, for me after this update everything is really laggy, doesn't matter if I play Survivor or Killer, however sometimes it's fluid, don't know that'S causing that.
-
It's from a map add-on called the Glass Bead I think.
-

Another thing they need to do is buff the base duration by 2-3 seconds. They're still highly add-on dependent and this is one of the reasons why.
I don't really think that's necessary, their duration is long enough base if I say so myself. (I wouldn't mind if they were even faster tho, because I love to zooooom)
-
Broken Status Effect is actually bad for the Legion, because it tells the Survivors: "You cannot heal, just do Gens," which is actually the correct way of playing against the Legion, instead of healing every time they hit you.
-
What a good idea! It really sucks that Victor is basically the main Killer here, but you don't get any bloodpoints on either side when chasing as him.
-

Didn’t they make it so when frenzy ends you see Blood and scratch marks?
Yea, I said it in the thread aswell, there is no reason to make Legion blind, because it no longer serves a purpose thanks to other changes around the Legion over the years.
-
Well, it's an old add-on, I think it was a thing even before Clown existed and after the huge update the Hag got a long time ago she basically wasn't touched since by the Devs.
It was actually buffed recently to increase the movement speed bonus.
I think this add-on should just be merged with the second add-on that makes your traps solid, would be much more fun to use.
-
When a Survivor has idle crows, they lose collision with other Survivors until they get rid of them.
When a Killer is standing still for 60 seconds or longer, Survivors can go through them.
-
What if it is used with No Mither?
-
I agree, the chase music has no melody. I think it has potential, the first 3 seconds when you hear it sound nice, but after it repeats over and over again it starts to get on my nerves, it's even worse than Doctor's chase music, which I also personally hate very much.
-
I mean, is anything scary after long enough exposure to it?
The game was scary for a few hours when I played it, but after you play against every killer, it just becomes not scary at all.
I remember my first time playing against Hag, I almost fell out of my chair while screaming at my friends who was that.
Also just to be clear, I'm just responding to the title and the first paragraph, I don't have time to read it all now, sorry.
-
January 2019, but I own the game since december 2018.
-
I just think there should be holes in some walls so it isn't just a hold w simulator.
-
It's a crime that Victor won't get a hat.
-
I play The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, I also mod that game, so that's nice.
-
I wish to be able to do the first option in this poll more often, but it's just not fun to not have Victor available almost everytime for half a minute.
-
Werewolf for Demo so he can come back as an original killer at least.
-
Charlotte looks great and is scary, Victor is just a little gremlin cutie.
-
Twins
Their power sounds so good on paper, and it could have been if given enough thought, but that wasn't the case and look what they become, a cooldown heavy slug fest.
Just a few funnies that happened to me a few hours ago when suffering as Twins
Lemme just go down the stairs after pouncing, OOOPS too bad, there was a tiny little elevation somewhere that nobody would have guessed was there and you just die, good luck winning now 4head.
Also good luck getting bloodpoints as your game crashes when you switch from Victor to Charlotte right as the last Survivor dies on hook.

Chase music now plays in Frenzy.
This nerf makes it much harder to hear Survivors for Legion players that use their power early on in chase and can't rely on scratch marks.
The Devs couldn't just buff Legion they had to take something strong away.
I think it always played, but it was just muffled a lot, not like now when you cannot even hear yourself thinking with the loudest chase music in existence.
-
A Werewolf Killer would be really cool! But I think that won't be the case.

they shouldn't, my comment was a reply to the title and the question of whether it'll get removed, my bad for not clarifying
it's a dumb mechanic but it not being mentioned in the initial announcement detailing their power changes doesn't give me very high hopes
Oh, sorry, my bad, I thought you were talking about not removing it, thank you for clarification! ^^

The devs love cooldowns and every killer must have one by 2023. That's the only thing i can think of.
Cannot wait for Trapper to get one!

Why should the Legion lose part of their power gauge whenever they hit someone outside of Feral Frenzy tho?

Oh, i didn't understand. I don't play legion. Then yeah, that doesn't make much sense.
Sorry, that's my fault, I should have explained it better that I meant the 50% m1 penalty for the power gauge recharge time.

If by pressure gens you mean maybe hit a survivor followed by them jumping in and out of a locker, then no he can't. But he can win a chase in considerably less time than Artist can.
There isn't always a Locker next to a Generator, and even if they jumped in, they are still wasting time not working on Generators while you're still getting closer.
Deathslinger also cares about LoS, so on indoor maps he's pretty garbage, on the other hand, Artist cares about elevation most of the time, which destroys her aswell, but there is less elevation on most maps than there are walls.
Artist can also deny loops, even with tall walls, while Deatslinger struggles to even turn around that tile before the Survivor hides behind a corner again.
-
I mean, can Deathslinger preassure Generators across the whole map? I don't think so.

One of the add on will be their perks as an add on for them.
While in Frenzy open Lockers 20% faster!!!

It's the music that I want to see everyone's reactions to!
I've been so excited about this
Ah yes, the new music aswell! I imagine the mix tape add-ons would reflect their descriptions, that would be cool!

I cannot wait too see the new add-ons!

he was never worst to begin with. He just was not good because he has no gameplay at safe loops like most m1 killers. The skill behind feral frenzy is being able to estimate distances between duration+lunge. Without duration add-ons, the distance is about 12 meters between each survivor, so effectively, survivor need to be very close to each other to chains hit, but with duration add-ons, that increases to around 15 meters or so. The effective travel distance is more like 40-60 meters but this is hard to say because both survivors and the killer are moving.
Fun fact: Legion used to move at 125% when he was released and there used to be a green add-on called Susie mixtape that increased his movement speed by 10%. Yellow add-on was 5% but I do not remember the name.
Most of legion changes are just reverts nerfed from 3 years ago.
4->3 second is revert. it used to be 3 second
m/s increase per hit is revert to old add-ons they weakened, i.e Susie mixtape
The major buff they're getting is that legion can down people in 5 hits. The issue is that survivor can just camp pallets and stun him when he is at his 4th hit therefore denying the mechanic altogether.
They're also nerfing his cooldown add-on: Cold Dirt & Joey mixtape. Just very safe changes overall.
At least they're not as safe as Ghostface changes which are ultra-safe to the point that no one will even notice what changed.
Oh well, All that is left to do is await PTB.
Legion at first used to move at 132%, then in patch 2.7.0 it got reduced to 125%, after a while it got changed to 130%.

The PTB will not be this week...just want to manage expectations here not for people to get too excited.
Oh, that's a bit disappointing, but I guess I can wait a week longer.
-
The first actually sounds pretty cool, the second suggestion just sounds silly.
But I would like to try healing with self care a bit over a minute!

I don't think that they'd ever do that...right?
Well, BHVR nerfed Wraith, so I wouldn't be really that suprised if they nuked them.

Does anyone know when this goes Live?
Since the notes got posted today, I would say tommorow.

@DoritoHead said:
It's a 5% boost per hit. With duration addons, downing survivors should not be so rare.
Plus, Legion's getting an addon pass that will hopefully make the weaker addons stronger.
You cannot guarantee that with the Legion's buffs they didn't got rid of the duration add-ons, I hope they didn't.
-
You got it wrong, 0.2m/s is 5% movement speed bonus, not 0.5%, so you'll go 20% faster after stabbing all Survivors, which I think is basically Wraith's default cloak speed!
-
When Steve's Scoops Ahoy outfit was released I thought it would be a great idea to just use a part of it, because I'm still a big fan, and then add a random animal I like at the end. That's the origin of AhoyWolf.
-
I wish to be excited, but from the previous Mid-Chapter that crushed my hopes and dreams I don't expect much at all.
-
I really like this idea!
-
I'm just hoping for Legion and Ghosty to get some love, I hope they don't repeat the Freddy fiasco tho.

That's great if true. Possibly why his shred daily is bugged
That's exactly how I noticed it, played Demo today to finish his daily, but no progress gained after I finished it, not sure how something like this shred bug could happen tho.
-
@BlackRabies said:
I'm certain it was always like that. You have to listen, the moment demo starts making its hissing sound is when you can lunge. If you try to lunge before it starts hissing it'll just cancel and it'll be a basic M1.
Well, that's why I'm making this post, since it no longer forces you to lunge if you release it too early.
-
Change it to a common rarity, it doesn't belong in rares.
-
I have also noticed that, they seem to be louder from both PoVs.
-
They are very clunky to play, they have awfuly long cooldowns with bad speed curves, Victor cannot use any Perks that are not globally on the map like Hexes or already blocked Generators and they don't have really great add-ons, which isn't fun for the Killer. if they want to have a chance to win against decent Survivors, they need to slug and camp (which can backfire of course), and you can image that isn't very fun for the Survivors.
Victor also is pretty much hardcountered by the current healing meta or elevated windows that don't have a wall behind them (imagine Haddonfield balconies). It also doesn't help that Victor's hitboxes can due to latency (or poor programming) sometimes go through Survivors, or a little tiny elevation or a small tiny itsy bitsy rock can just stop your pounce instantly making you easily kickable, you can say goodbye to your pressure if that happens.
They weren't thought out at all when they came out and they're still not now. But I still play them, because I like to suffer.
-
The animations are amazing! Even the Survivors seem to be more expressive when being grabbed by her.
But the best thing is her sound design, I love how it sounds!

Legion's getting one so I'm all set on the killer rework front. I needed a reason to play him again.
Just watch them completely ruin Legion, or delete them from the game like they did old Freddy.

If a Survivor is within 24 meters of Sadako's location, she won't be fully invisible, she'll flicker like Spirit does after using her Power
Or old Freddy 🥲
