I'd be happy if I just got bonus BP for putting up with it, like 1.2x for 2 man, 1.5x for 3 mn, and 2x for 4 man.

I personally wouldn't mind if my offering of those went missing. Just useless clutter for in-game advertisements when I already bought the killer.
you're not meant to get them if you have said character, with the exception of if you already bought it or it's on a generated bloodweb

There's a rumor that Legion is just Frank acting out his other mental disorders. I can see that being true since they're all babies acting out because daddy said no Mercedes this year.
That can't be true, each of them have a different body type, as seen by their canon cosmetics.
-
The best way to get perks you want is to buy every perk you can along the way; the bloodweb likes to reuse perks from the previous one if left untouched, and buying them removes them from the pool once they hit T3
-
If killers could Opt-In on SWF games, then we'd see a lot less dodging since killers who are fine with SWF play are the ones getting them.
Some of us want to play a fair game where 3 survivors working on the same gen the instant the killer is chasing someone and they're telling their friends in comms if the killer is coming back isn't a thing.

2nd objective>increasing gen time. holding m1 gets quite boring once you have invested enough time into the game, I agree that the gen rush is a problem but making peeps hold m1 for a longer period of time is not the solution.
Would more interesting skillcheck minigames be considered ok?

If you steamroll the other side, you obviously were not challenged, so no pip. Same goes for survivors that stomp a killer, no pip.
Shouldn't you earn pips to be put in harder rank brackets then, so you are challenged? If I went back to rank 20, I'd be so good I couldn't rank in that scenario, and be stuck playing potatoes.

Ok someone explain why they dont like this idea...
I've just never heard of it. Locker teleport does sound cool, as well as being able to stalk by peeking from it, as well as trapping survivors trying to jump into a locker, but then what about lockers that already have people in them?

Yes! I love this.
Also, give us option to buy bloodpoints and shards.
I know it sounds like sellout, but I don't play this game as I used to but still want to have some points for when a new character comes out without grinding my ass off. I don't think I'm the only one.
The devs, by concept, will refuse to do this. They refuse to make anything in this game P2W,that's why the top tier killers are the free ones, because they don't want to make any paid killers powerful enough to be P2W. It's also why most cosmetics are bright af.

Bubba's seem to be the extremes of DbD. Extreme kindness (farming on a DC), extreme toxicity (facecamp/basement bubba) and extreme stupidity and rage (Personal experience, was being chased by a bubba, crouched against a bush mid chase and he lost me and DCed)
-
Your one has the problem that it boosts survivor/killer. Killer boost isn't much, but thesurvivors can use that just to compliment their gen rush strat, or ignore it completely and gen rush like normal.
-
I've had the opposite experience. out of about the 7 times I've reached EGC with the hatch, 4 of those time the survivor escaped.

First chase, just got SF (Spirit Fury) activated. Most pallets were safe, so I had to break them or else I would get punished later. This is what happened soon after activated SF :(

In all fairness, and I'm saying this as someone who plays both sides, this means that the other generators havelittle to no progress on them

https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/517138#Comment_517138
This is also a very rare circumstance. Most survivors are too smart to do this, and bout half the time no gens are close enough together to do a 3 gen strat.

I've rarely ever managed to chain 4 survivors, and Legion needs something for 2nd hit potential

I don't like licensed killers they usually have to stick by a certain power and can be very weak because of it (Leather Face,Freddy now most likely GF) Although Legion and Plague aren't great they sure don't have the best track record with certain licensed killers also I'd much rather them design their own killers with new possibly neat powers. But that's all my opinion so IDK
GF doesn't get this protection, they got the rights to the mask, not the killer. They could have made him anything they wanted.
-
You've given me an idea on how the spirit world might work. In this thread I described the known dimensions. The entity perhaps could warp the real world a lot more then I initially thought, from distracting to-be survivors into aimlessly wondering through a rip into the spirit world, to physically manifesting to snatch them up, but then that brings the question of Auric Cells in. If the entity manifests via auric cells, how do these cells apply to the real world? How can it manifest? Perhaps it's creating itself in the spirit world then reaching out, using what it can access in the spirit world to control them.
In any case, the survivors and killers were not killed as far as I know, but 'rescued' on the verge of death or snatched up beforehand in missing persons cases, that's why their bodies were never found.

The mori seems a bit much, otherwise I like it.
The mori is if someone gets hit again in the same frenzy after mending. this would be extremely hard to achieve for the legion since they'd need to keep chaining every survivor near the limit of the power, then manage to hit the first guy again.

Doesn't the entity do this all for it's own amusement? I don't think it would be wrong if you would say it's getting bored. Also, the crows are similar
No, it feeds off hope.

The 4th+ is meant to be a big reward for managing to streak every survivvor, and to give him proper 2nd hitpotential in some way @SunderMun

Why has Survivor ragequiting causing killer to Depip not been fixed yet?
Cause the devs are probably too busy trying to fix GF so that people actually buy him

Adding to my post the manipulation of these cells could be why Vigo has evaded the entity so long as when the entity is near he could just turn the cells to his side (very dangerous to the entity if true) but as far as I know (and can anyone confirm) if Benedict knows how to manipulate them?
Benedict is thought to be dead or stuck in the void, where useless survivors and killers go.

As a person who played this game back then (and then computer died so RIP trying to get my legacy stuff), it was a lot worse, but saying we should stop complaining is like "I'm not getting shot in the face now, I'm only getting stabbed in the leg. Now I should stop complaining." It's better, but it's certainly not as good as it should be.

DS give a free card get out of jail to the survivors if you don't eat it early you can lose the kill at the end only fromcthis and if you eat it eraly you lose your hook.
MoM it's still the same and they will not change yet.
OoO you use it then you can loop the killer and when you play with SWF so you can give free info on your team.
You can't play around them.
OoO doesn't work in a certain range, so it can't be used against looping
In any case, i see what you mean. Survivor obsession perks have no downfall, while the killers do. Dying light gives the obsession better speed, Play with your food you lose tokens just for swinging, Save the Best for Last you lose tokens hitting your obsession, remember me the obsession is not effected by it, Rancor the survivor can see your aura every time a gen is done. Either add downfalls to the survivor obsession perks, or remove them from killer perks.
-
Hunt from the dark - Successfully continue chasing and hit a survivor while blinded 50 times
Never Give Up - Escape the trial in the dying state after being downed outside the exit gates, then becoming the last survivor.
Behind you... - Successfully hit a survivor into the dying state when they're not looking at you or in a chase. Grabs count.
Breakdown - Have 5 generators regressing at once with all 4 survivors still alive.
Decimation - Complete a trial, killing all survivors, in under 5 minutes
I'm outta here! - Escape the trial in under 5 minutes
I'll be here all day - Escape into the hatch while downed as it opens.

The objectives aren’t the problem, it’s the killers playing this game and how they currently treat the objectives.
I’m oversimplifying but most killers don’t treat gens as an objective that needs protecting, and leave high pressure by the way side. They’re too focused on every chase must end in a down, and there’s no focus on where/how far that chase is taking you, just maim and hook.
This is void when you consider just how rare it is that gens are close enough that you can patrol them all before at least one is done.
-
Just don't buy it then, buying it just gives you access to the second tier of it, you can still go along the free tier.
However, @Peanits , it might be a good idea for people to be able to chose whether to take the cosmetic or trade it in for say auric cells or a new cosmetic currency, so those you don't play certain characters (or can't play them) can trade them in for cosmetics on characters they do use.
-
About the key escapes, I'd be happy with them if I was given a tool to track the hatch, like it gav an aura once I close it so I can add it to my patrol.
-
No Mither: Only give the broken status effect once you recover singlehandidly, and make it last only for some time, so you only get punished if the perk is actually used. No-one would use Deliverance if you were always broken.
Monstrous Shrine: Considering how hard it is to get someone in the basement most of the time, perhaps this perk at T3 should make getting hooked in the basement an actual fear, like reduce the time the survivors have in both phases by 50%, and use that as the baseline for T1 and T2
-
It's one designed within DbD's universe, since the license they got was to the mask, not the killer itself, and thus had to make their own ghost face. The floaty bits, loretically, is meant to be because of his connection to the entity.

thats exactly what i think about people like you. you killer mains also refuse to take a look at the other side. do you even know how hard it is to get 3 protection hits in a NORMAL game? meaning you are doing gens, destroying totems, playing stealth etc. there are rare situations were you can get a protection hit and as other stated it really doesnt pay of to farm it. if you try to farm it, you arent able to to the objectives you are supposed to do. its stupid. its op on the retail right now, but what they planing to do is just destroying the perk. also this "incredible big pay off" what all killer mains are speaking about... its not like the survivor have an instant win because of that. you get one free hit. ONE. after that the perk is disabled. i mean it really isnt that big of a deal. i play killer myself sometimes and encounter survivor with MoM ofcause, and ofcause it sucks, especially when the gates are open and you thought you get him now but then MoM pops in and he escapes. but same goes for killer perks like, NEOD. perks like that arent suppose to make the game more fun, they are in the game to annoy the other side, to be more challenging. some situations just sucks, but its still just one more hit you have to do. and nerfing the perk to the ground is just stupid. 4 Protection hit OR safe unhooks, or 2 Protection hits would be a good sulution. and if they make it 3 Protection hits only, then atleast let it activate while healthy.
I play both sides, and I can say that there's no state where it will be good. It's in a weird situation where 2 is too little, 3 is too much.

I got spirit recently, and I'm OP considering most of my tracking and hunting is sound based.

You honestly think that is "fun" for the killer to do though? Especially when you consider that the standard AND optimal perk set for killer almost always includes BBQ and Ruin/Thana anyway? Killers don't have enough perk slots to commit to 'working around it'.
SWF is a problem, and one of the few ways around it is for the killer to given a buff before the match begins to accommodate for the survivors' obvious use of comms during the match. Nerfing the Nurse with a new rework is only going to make this matter even worse (more frequent looping, more loops being added to maps, no ability to stop the loop for most killers bar Nurse).
Even Killers in red ranks are tired of having to do the same thing with the same killers game in, game out. Suggesting these perks sounds like nothing more than a cheap 'GiT GuD' comment from a hard survivor main to me, and I mainly play Survivor myself now due to how annoying it is to play Killer.
Actually, from what I can see, this pallet thing will buff killer. With shorter loops, the killer can easily force the survivor on the loop then smack

These are my ideas for bonuses for the legion
The current thing with Legion is using killer instinct after stabbing 1 person and inflicting deep wound. -

This is the most resilient Killer I've ever seen, his entire kit is based around ignoring everything Survivors can throw at him but those same things are still a counter in some way. He might be too powerful in some areas but overall he looks incredibly balanced in what he can do and what he can't do.
My few critiques go to his perk Brutality, it's like Brutal Strength but it has a prerequisite and that same prerequisite makes him leave the chase to use his ability. You'd be better off using Brutal Strength because you'd use it more often since you don't need to hit someone beforehand.
Bloodied Hands kind of confuses me, I get the first part of the perk and it's very situational but I don't understand how the second part activates. You need to hit someone else while in a chase with your Obsession to get the recovery speed, got it. But how do you get the Exposed status?
I really like Raid, it has everything everyone loves about NOED but it's structured and doesn't go overboard. I can see people choosing this over NOED but I can also see people going back and forth, maybe use both. 10% is high but PWYF has a max of 15% and this is still 1 hit period so it's well it's balanced.
Overall this is a really good Killer, this is definitely the brutal hardcore raw Killer I've been wanting in the game. I wouldn't play him often as that's not myself of gameplay lol but he's really cool and I love the prison theme, it all goes together.
Brutality is meant to be stronger then brutal strength, at the exchange of needing to hit a survivor. I may have forgotten Brutal Strength's numbers and done the wrong values. It would stack, however.
Bloodied hands' second effect triggers when the person you're chasing is not the obsession, giving you a chance to chase the survivor taking the hit and down them, or use their altruism to land a 1 hit down on your original chase. Basically, it punishes protection hits, while giving it a synergy with Rancor in the end game by allowing you to recover faster and continue going for your obsession. It can also have other synergies with perks that require you to remove your obsession in some way.
-
No problem. While we're speaking about altering and adding stuff, what do you think of my killer idea?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/67225/killer-concept-the-prisoner#latest

I I like secret message, but it needs to have a minimum time, where it can't deplete pass this, and if switched to another survivor it can't be below a certain time, or people will troll and wait till 1 second to remove it only to kill another survivor.

"It's already hard enough to move your camera on the survivor, but that might be a console limitation for me"
I believe that is more of a console specific issue.
"If the Nurse guesses correctly, you deserve to get hit because they predicted your movement."
Here's the thing though, her lunge is so long after blink that she didn't correctly predict my movement because the reach is so far it compensates for her miss.
"That's why you use LoS blockers to make the Nurse guess where you're at. Will the survivor turn back or will the survivor keep going?"
In her current form you don't have to guess correctly. They aim for the middle of both choices and the lunge is far enough to correct either way.
"Did the survivor hide during my fatigue?"
In general I'd call this unrealistic against a good nurse.
"It's already hard enough to move your camera on the survivor, but that might be a console limitation for me"
I believe that is more of a console specific issue
It's already hard enough to walk a few meters cause your legs are broke, but that might be a personal limitation for me.
Console players should keep the lunge, they need to be able to react.

Survivors: 3 Crutch perks (used to be 4), has items to speed up the game and seriously hinder the killer, areas where they can loop the game for a long time (in some rare cases indefinitely), meta perks that have no disadvantages, and there's multiple of them, so trying to take a single survivor results in 2 gens done.
Killers: One teleporty gurl with mostly useless addons (the few left are really good).
Survivors: REEE OVERPOWERED REMOVE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CHANCE AT EQUALLING SURVIVORS
