I agree that the inconstancy is probably the most frustrating thing.
Playing against a killer with a high ping feels like it's almost always a lose lose situation on a lot of pallets or small loops.
Its is but some high ping isnt that optimal and not all killer attacks register same like nemesis whip try to use it on 100+ ms and you will be just m1 because the time delay it takes for him to pull his whip and then attack with it is so huge, on the other hand you can have wraiths hitting m1 attack behind droped pallet or 3+ meters when you are behind window.
-
Depends but I got in 2v8 as survivor wraith against me that had 264 ms so I droped pallet and he hit me like 1,5 or 2 seconds right after I droped that pallet (what I mean is there was whole pallet between us and he hit m1 attack) and was sitting behind it which is frustrating like hell plus with 2v8 delay that is real (many actions happen little later after you begin to do some action like pallet drop or switching form as dracula etc.)
-
I still have some tendencies to go and play trapper but when I know what kind of survivors are put against me then every sweet memory and feeling playing him is just pure nostalgia, its hard knowing no matter you bring into the match you will start the match by loosing and have to sweat to have even chance to be then tbaged and insulted in chatt because survivors didnt have their fun and you must pay for it I mean its hard.

Is that the one where they added two Survivor Bots by default?
Wasnt it the resident evil one where nemesis, wesker and RPD got added with herbs and re skins?

holy passive aggressiveness batman
not hard to find people who like tribalism and such on reddit. That’s a core part of their platform and has been since inception, what with up/downvotes and the app actively hiding downvoted posts and opinions. Thankfully, this forum doesn’t do that, so your heavily downvoted post is just as visible as usual ;)

- In 2v8, the wait times for killers will always be long. The novelty of playing in pairs with another killer is too unique compared to the role of the survivor, which remains practically unchanged, indeed impoverished. Even if they add more classes for survivors, I don't think anything will change. Perhaps if there were a skin, unlocked EXCLUSIVELY by playing as a survivor, something might change.
The first one was for me like 15 minutes to 18 minutes but each 2v8 its higher and higher not to mention no survvior clases like some boons and making bad changes like nerfing shadow class that got leaked in lobby and buffing escapist class that was very strong and popular before to making sprintburst with quick and quiet bot on comand with 30 seconds cooldown, thats change like making ghostface marked survivor last 20 seconds instead 30 and giving scout on each repaired pallet chemical trap.

Its great I can go and cook luch or make dinner and then wash dishes and return to my pc and have still few minutes before the match to listen some music or watch videos like you said its life style indeed.

Tunneling will still be best way to go, tuneling one survivor out early on is killing 25% effectiveness for survivor team and thats only for gens mostly (imagine it like 25% gen speed debuff) but if you are applying preasure then one survivor is dead, another is chased the third is hooked and last cant do gens which is bets scenario for killer and even if one could do gens thats one survivor not two or more which with gen deffence is huge time bank for killer. Sluging is great slowdown but it will get nerfed and its not that effective as tunneling (tunneling can get you sluggs too and gives you more preasure), proxycamping will get nerfed even the fact its so situational and mostly it happens when survivors come for rescue last seconds before second stage and killer is near and facecamping is dead only its possible in endgame when gens are done and killer is trying to deffend his last kill so no strategy is so good as tunneling.
What devs do they nerf proxycamping hard thats change no one ask for for no reason compleatply random thing, they give basekit ability for sluged survivors to get up which makes sluging less available but not worst thing, they make tunneling way harder which isnt bad thing but still difference (scissors open more) between weaker and stronger killers are growing more and more, they give killers some motivation in for of unique hooks which would be great only if those bonuses did something but 98% of time they wont do anything just more blood points and some speed buff but that wont help you with mobility or chase so absolutely zero motivation for not tunneling. By making tunneling harder many that will struggle against survivors early on will tunnel now more early due to stronger antitunnel so nothing will change only survivors will get answer in get good you have now better deffence which is great outcome.
Last cherry on top is the lazy thing from devs to rework skullmerchant so they ofer us small buffs that wont do much its like if you give ghostface his power 2 seconds earlier from his 17 seconds cooldown, its not bad but nothing crazy or significant which is what merchant needs and legendary nerf for pinhead for unknown reason (my opinion is grudge from some devs because there are way better killers that can still make tunnel better than pinhead with his addon especialy without it) and nerf of some addons which are pinheads or styptics and syranges that need some tuning down or adjustments but the effects they offered are lame and looks like they didnt spend much time on that.
Great patch probably best health patch from 2020 (its sarcasm for hotheads).

Full hex builds with Thrill are the most underrated killer builds currently. People think Thrill and Penti aren't that good anymore after the nerfs when in reality they only got slaps on the wrist.
Thrill got bigger slap on the wrist but penti got kicked into stomach hard and its not that valid as thrill plus 3 other strong hexes, pentimento is only good on hex builds on killers with good mobility that can use it well because its not worth on other killers or even killers like xeno, springtrap and others arent good with it unlike dracula, ghoul, billy.

Running three hex perks + Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
Some killers can run this build without it feeling overbearing, but against others it’s practically uncleansable, even when the totems are out in the open and you spawn right beside one. Cleansing a single totem takes an eternity, and if you somehow manage to finish it, you’re immediately punished with Pentimento. You just can’t spend that much time cleansing against certain killers; it’s not realistic. The build ends up being so oppressive that everyone’s either trying to clear totems or giving up entirely, and with no one on gens, the match starts to feel like the days of old Ruin.
I think this must be bait as some kind of joke.
Hex builds you speak about have been already nerfed and their key hexes like ruin (nerfed from 200% regression that was last time this perk was good as regression and worthy calling it hex), thril of the hunt was nerfed and now its not bad but its not as powerfull as before the nerf still one of key hex perks needed in hex build, pentimento last one that was nerfed like year ago and nowdays its like mid perk only if you run hex build. Hex builds arent that good all they take is huge rng like hex perks do always only for few exeptions (hexes that does spawn when some requirement is achived like noed gates are powered or knights hex), they arent pain as before where old pentimento could make gens take ages or thril after its rework made hex totems took 45 seconds to destroy which was one half of the gen just for destroying one hex perk.
Hex builds can shine but still they can be destroyed in minutes (minute + few seconds if their spawn is bad) and killer is left with no perks or even if you use one hex like blood favor, ruin or devour from my experience every match there is like 33,3333% chance it will spawn right next to survivors and that totem goes bye bye right from the start which is bad and many totem spawns are just totems next tree that are visiable and easy to find so I dont get what is your problem with hex perks in reality most hex perks shouldnt be even hex in first place because hex perk should be glass canon perk with strong effect like devour, noed, blood favor that is strong but there is risk for running it because once the totem that is bind to that perk is destroyed then killer looses that hex perk for the entire match till the end and then we have hex perks that are joke like ghouls hinder perk or chuckys hex perk they are joke weak effect with huge requirement and its effect has less usefullness than perks like dark arogance or disolution.

Multiple maps have the issue. It makes them pretty much unplayable for killer. Devs refuse to even acknowledge that it's an issue.
Did the devs ever acknowledge some mistake? I just dont remember any just like their TWD stream with Otz and Chandlers, they dont make mistakes or its more like they think they dont but worse as you said is they dont acknowledge them.

Last BloodMoon was, again, another evt that was a HUGE waste of time.
Offering don't stack and only increase the specific scores for evt actions.
BUT this one evt had something unique that was the blood gens being complete trash to farm BP because they barely gave any BP for anything you had to do to repair them.
This made me play the entire evt on regular 1v4 and these were the best matches I had in solo queue EVER exactly because of that. Only good survs were playing 1v4 while the casual, new and /or stupid players were playing with the blood gens.
Also there's a difference in being casual and stupid and in solo queue you find A LOT of the latter. Not only worst bloodmoon event for blood points but the entire event was so survivor sided all you had to do as survivor was 1 normal gen and then blood gens that were 2.5x-3x times faster than normal ones, killer prks for gens didnt work or powers so it was gg ez against pig very bad event indeed.

Swf teams and players that are more interested in winning most of their matches with meta perks usualy stay in the 1v4 while the rest go to the casual 2v8 mishmash party mode where you dont have to bring anything and doesnt matter who you play since you dont need offerings. I experienced the killer side of that. First team i got was 3 legacy skin survivors which i was able to get 1 down in 4 gens and got flashbanged twice just trying to pick them up lol
Mostly yes there isnt much busted bully options in 2v8 as are in 1v4 and another huge thing is even if you bulyed one killer by saving your friend that much the other killer would went there and knocked you off which isnt fun for sweats and bullyes(survivors that want to have fun by just saving other from killer and dont know how frustrating and unfun it is, this doesnt happen much in 2v8 flashlights are rng, no perks to help with pulling saves and killers are two and stronger especialy the better ones so they can deal with it in peice plus more targets to deal with they can just hit you and leave you to go for someone else which these types of survivors dont bare well they are mostly like sables all atttention has to be focused on them).

In a fast paced mode like 2v8, I feel like having a 'push E to escape' button is bad. Killer is on a real time crunch in 2v8, which would be fun if the enjoyable killers had ways to catch up. Sadly, almost no killers except spirit, billy, oni or blight can handle this in a timely manner. I played against 4 people with this ability as ghostface yesterday and couldn't get a hit for like 5 minutes because they were all ratting around one generator and would just pre-run, to a strong tile and then press E to escape when I beat them. I had to get my duo teammate who was playing spirit to help because I was entirely defanged (that's a funny joke because I was using viper ghostface).
Fact is old one was objectively better for killer in general, you went for survivors that didnt run away with sprintburst which meant killers mainly downed those other clases and get faster kills that are needed with gen speed bonus 1gen done -2,5% gen speed and 2 killers cages is +2,5 gen speed so in genereal killers can dominate and get fast downs and massive preasure early game but survivors will still rush them and can pul like 4 man out from 8 survviors which is something I get a lot as survivor or killer. Its way better for killer on 4 gens left to have 2 survviors dead and few hooks then all 8 survivors hooked onced ond one or two on dead hook because if you dot get fast someone out there are more survivors that will spread the preasure on themselfs and your preasure in reality gets way smaller and they will do more gens and escape eventualy more in greater numbers.
For your game yeah I get it I played some one where this hurts you this too until you have power but even someone with strong catch up like wraith gets kinda slowed by it too and almost every game I see there are 4 escapist and no other class is that used but thats logical if we look what all escapist ofers its bets tools for that one survivor to escape or last till endgame with sprintburst+quick and quiet on comand (gives you free escapes, makes you last more in chase or doge fatal situations like oni, billys instadowns, helps you make some sick escapes or mindgames with speed and no rushed action info for killer), windows of opportunity (gives you info where what resource is and you wont run into dead zone as you would normaly do which is great when you play with other 7 randoms droping pallets) and selfcare that is like prenerfed one and makes you take a hit and heal then after escaping from chase which other classes cant offer even medic cant plus you can actualy heal yourself and let the survivors that saved you to go and do gens which saves tone of time unless there are two to heal you and one is medic.

And for that you have to live with a hitbox you can dodge much easier than most ranged powers, and suffer the fact on open fields that you could have played huntress and downed over 3 times the range. The hits at loops don't really matter if you still down slower than huntress probably.
If we assume that you're able to get those hits against good loopers as springtrap then we also have to assume that you're good enough with huntress to use spots to shoot through or throw precisely over the loop. Huntress can play a lot of loops if you use this, she can't play highwalls, but in that case springtrap is hardly better than her considering you have to hit with his 3 cm of hitbox over a wall probably not seeing the survivor.
Oh did I mention that his axe hits objects more easily? Yes, you can hit objects in places that don't even exist with huntress, so you even lose some options you'd normally have with her.
(Nothing against you, I'm simply bored waiting for my train and really don't think he better at loops really)
All depends who you like more and especialy who you go against, huntress has more cooldowns and is easier to read for more survivors which springtrap wil come to this stage too if he stays popular as he is now but for me he is better because on those gabs and holes in loops you mentioned his axe falls more which helps to land hits there and has smaller hitbox plus his axe speed is same unlike huntress that is sometimes effected by her charging when there is small time window that you have to hit with her hatchet and if you charge it by holding it longer it will fly over or hit object so for me he is better and if I miss I can easily force pallet down as 115 speed killer which huntress cant do so fast and easily with 110 speed.
He can be doged and juked easier in close range because of his hitbox being smaller but its still better than getting hits with pyramidhead or unknown. The thing you mention he hits onvisiable objects more is maybe not that true because his axe stays in object that it hits but huntress hatchet shatters on hit so it may look he is hitting things that huntress dont but personaly I dont think thats true its just ilusion.
I think they are quite same in terms of power huntress has more lethality and range while springtrap has stronger antiloop with mobility and little stealth (until his heavy mecha godzila like footsteps are heard so it works most on deaf survivors or for getting closer to hit his axe), I still think against very good survivors huntress needs more knowlage and experience than springtrap due to her power being little worse on most loops where springtrap can hit shots over the walls or gabs way more easily or over the objects and unlike unknown his axe does something if it hits but skilled huntress isnt joke just springtrap has more tools and better antiloop to deal with good loopers and huntress needs more knowlage on where to shoot on loop and be more precise due to her larger hitbox (on loop gabs etc, not in the open or distance shots).

That has nothing to do with the hitbox; in fact, the hitboxes for the Huntress and the Slinger are extremely large, so much so that they turn at the corners. The problem in this video is the ping... and the awful ai voice you used.
From when slinger has large hotbox? His hitbox is probably smallest in the entire game for his redeemer.

Very punishing. lol It like has no range and the hit box is super small.
Range is like 14-16 meters but you have to aim higher because his axe falls more and smaller hitbox is good on loops to get hits than huntress cant even get.
Werent posting something he is op?

@Jspect said:
the cooldowns are sooooo loooonggg
Not that much I think its like 7 seconds (when you can retrive the axe from survivor and 8 seconds for survivor to remove the axe and give it back to you) thats same as unknown but difference with unknown is he doesnt get injure when he its one shot unlike springtrap who has better zoning so he is better unless you go against unknown who can hit most of times two shots in the row but then again springtrap who hits two shots in the row is still stronger than unknown.
Huntress is better untill you go against good loopers then you need very great aim and know some spots because her cooldowns are way to easy to loop compare to other range killers like springtrap who has more antiloop but is more punished by missing or slinger.

That's both a game and a ping issue and on both instances it's not the survivor's fault lol
The difference is if huntress has whale like hitbox then her ping is over the roof which will make hit many killers some powers that work good with higher ping or m1 bigger distance on your screen but this can happen if you have normal ping like for me it happened on 34 ms,45 ms or even on 120 ms and its more annoying if you would hit great snipe and this happens its kinda srew this I go ghoul because he would hit that moment.

They just need to revert it to how it worked before august.
Or give it bigger cooldown than 30 seconds, medic can heal 50% of health state in the area range with 90 seconds cooldown, scout has 60 seconds cooldown I think for pallet rebuild which is strong but escapist class still beats it for survivability, lastly guide has 60 seconds cooldown or 90 still Idk and his power is just mainly two perks in basekit but isnt much usefull just annoying or if you want do 95% and higher progressed gen into killers face but thats for YT or ttv people to get vievs. Escapist has 30 seconds cooldown for sprintburst but with quick and quiet which is strong for escape but worst for killer is that this ability is on comand with such small cooldown if it was 60 seconds than it wouldnt be so busted and on top of that you give every survivor around you like in 12 meters range or what 50% haste which is sprintburst too and many killers without catch up or insane speed are done there even wraith is just someone who wants to scare you more than injure you because he cant if survivor doesnt make mistake and runs from him.
So they should either make it to work as normal sprintburst which activates on pressing shift or give it minimaly 60 seconds cooldown because 30 seconds are joke and keep it as it is now.
Still I think original escapist class the first version was more busted you got sprintburst normal one without quick and quiet as now but cooldown was I think 20 seconds or 30 seconds and 20 exhastion something like that but you got WOO as now, when you were injured you had made for this speed 3% haste and now you give survivors around you sprintburst too but Im not sure if its 50% haste for just 2 seconds instead of 3 or if there is cap like for 2 survivors, just the old one didnt have cap or anything so he could gave sprintburst whole team if they were near him plus he had selfcare ofter being caged once like now which made this class just so easy to survive as and escape with more than now you had just strong info for chase, strong exhastion perk, made for this speed when injured and could heal your self alone to save time or when there was no one to heal you.

I didn't say sprint burst in general. BHVR tied it to activate ability button in the previous version along with legion changes. It's obnoxious to deal with if you're not playing Blight, Oni.
Oni is very weak untill he gets power or if survivor runs into weak tiles that are easy to mind game with m1 but in general he sucks until he gets power and then its showtime.

Eh, I get what you're saying, but I don't think the convenience is enough to offset the potential downsides (mostly it could lead to egregious abuse of MMR).
Worst is survivors can still change last few seconds with full flashlight squad, back then you could predict it or sometimes react to it by switching from trapper to nurse now you cooked.

For the record, I'm not a huge fan of abandon as implemented.
I'm not sure why you are going off, I just didn't see them ever having said it's a temporary measure. Apparently you didn't either, and just decided to invent that part wholesale.
Idk whats off for you thats my personal opinion, releasing antislug to early without testing would be bad and more likely onesided so they came up with new situation for abandon when survivors get sluged more they can quit thats all how I see it the real question now is will it stay the same as it is with antislug change which will give survivors basekit solution for sluging or will it be removed or the requirement number will increase thats what matters now.
Sometimes you gotta figure out some things alone because other side wont explain them to you or justify them.

It was just fix for short time before antislug was put into live
Do you have a source for this claim? To my knowledge the devs have never said this was a "temporary fix" in any sense.
Then what is it for now then? You will be able to get up after some time because of basekit unbreakable after 120 seconds but then you have option to leave after two downs which in first you have to recover to max. Thats like killer could abandon after he gets flashlight save or pallet save from survivor its same kind of logic like if survivor wiggles from your grasp two times you could abandon. If it wasnt temporary why then its still there when you will get counterplay for slugging into basekit either they should remove it or increase the slug number to like 3 or 4 times instead two which is just one slug into down and free escape in form of abandon which by the way doesnt work correctly in devs stats and data which are key thing they balance the game around kinda funny isnt it.
-
It was just fix for short time before antislug was put into live but from previous experience with devs I fear this will stay. Im getting it often in 2v8 every time Im sluged and get to part where I can get up with my class power which was buffed because it starts earlier than in previous 2v8 where you got this at 95% of recover bar, second time Im downed I can just abandon which is nuts but devs are kinda slow in fixing and reverting these temporary fixes or nerfs that can be reverted like gen kuck regression perks because now they can have strong regression, there is limit on how many times you csn as killer damage gen which didnt existed before and you could regress them infinitely.

Killer is very much strong in this mode however, especially with a friend, it's just learning to communicate and when to work together.
It does very much depend on the killers and classes you combo thoPretty much whole 2v8 mode is about which killers are against survivors and who plays them like slinger and huntress duo is almost lost from the start and they would need to tem and hit every shot, get downs super fast unlike wesker/oni duo which has more tools for chase and mostly mobility which is hell needed on such giant maps.

I mean its John 'dbdiskillersided' why would he not think Unknown needs no buffs, its in his name- ANYWAYS.
I think Unknown isnt as weak as people say, his Hallucinations are one of the best Teleports in the game, even if theyre removable, i think all he needs is minor tweaks to make the UVX status a little harder to remove, cause Land UVX, Miss, Weaken Removed, Land UVX, Miss, Weaken Removed, Land UVX, M2 Bait, M1, is how alot of his chases go.
Unknown is pretty silent, 4.6ms, normal terror radius, a interesting projectile and one of the best teleports in the game.
Mostly just needs a little help on the Weaken status removal being a bit too easy, it forces you to go for shots you are likely to miss, and when you do, it resets all your pressure.Pretty much his whole weakness is just uvx lasting after first hit with other things he is fine but just the fact that competant survivors gets hit with uvx and if you miss another shot thn you have start again is quite bad, look at killer with simular problem artist she has to hit one crow to swarn you with birds and after that cooldown ofone crow she has some time window to hit another but she can spawn three to cover more space, she can hit that survivor through walls across the map and only thing that saves him is elevation or lockers, she can use her crows in chase as traps that injure directly on short to medium range and in chase for survivor getting the crows off him is same action as remowing springtraps axe which means you cant hold m1 because if you do you cant vault or drop pallets, she has same problem but more space to actualy get hit and only thing that shouldnt exist but it does is that lockers remove birds instantly so snipes across the map in places like shack where are lockers are worthless against survivors that know this.
-
Many games I had as survivor when we done 7 gens fast but my teammates werent thinking and last gen was almost impossible because the 4 or 5 gens were all togeather and killers could patrol them.

Its very easy to land shots when it covers so much range. No, hes in a nice balanced state.
Its pretty clear you dont play him against competent survivors, his projectile is slow and easy to doge unless you are in small narrow place like some hallway, the duration of uvx after first shot is short just 10 seconds survivor has to look at him and he is just harmless afterwards with the fact if you stop looking at him 1,25 seconds will count still as linger effect as if you look at him so if survivors just dont run at straight line and dont look at him he is just mid killer with very inconsistent range attack and tp so thats his weaknes and theres a reason every skilled survivor calls him harmless (just like back then singularity was called larry and with legendary quote “it wasnt programed to harm the crew” because emps did so much against him and every use made him powerless almost and just m1 killer who had to waste time to get back preasure just so another survivor run there with another emp). With other range killers you can miss but if you hit it causes atleast damage but unknown if hits survivor that isnt bad just has 1 to 2 shots before that survivor will be clean from uvx which is very hard to hit two shots in the row against good survivors but as I said you would know that if you played him.

You cannot make any distance away when he cancels the leaps. That is the issueDepends on pathing and survivors experince plus suroundings rng.

Some people in this community are hard to get a grasp on this: most of the matches people don't tunnel because they CAN they tunnel because they NEED.
Hard tunneling and hard camping are the most effective way to make the game BORING. And aside from people doing winstreaks - which is less than 2% of our community - no one wants to do that. But spreading hooks don't generate enough pressure to stop the gens so killers are quite forced to push a 3v1 scenario as soon as possible. I personally spread a lot of hooks because i like chases but i would be lying if i say i don't lose matches because of this.
Killer should really have a better reward for multiple hooks or else people will regard to tunneling, in any forms its possible.
Same for me I dont like tunneling but most times I go for it because I know if I dont do it on last gen left I will end up with one survivor hooked and other 3 will want to pull a save so they get 4 man out which will happen most of times if I dobt get that last hook as far as it could be from both gates or they screw up the save but what can most m1 killers do against 3 survivors going for save not much (this comes from my many hours of experience where I had many matches that I lost only because I didnt went for tunnel or slug when I could).
Unique hooks should have some effect that are worth it and not almost none as now in curent ptb. -
Only fool would not tunneled after this ptb comes live the rewards for not tunneling and spreading hooks are huge joke and its not worth it because you will get more punished for it and risk the insults in endgame chatt like gg Ez if you play nice so best for me will be something middle.
I will try to focus on two survivors and prioritize them above others which will get only injured, infected or downed and maybe hooked for perk effect like pain res or noway out etc. but my targets will be two same survivors and when one dies other one will be my main objective and if everything goes as planed I will have 1v2 on some gens left but I will try to kick them out of game before gates so I can go and pull third kill which is good strategy in my opinion, its not clean hardcore tunneling but its still not going spreading hooks either something between that will work and either hardcore tunnel or more spreading hook strategy can be played from this depending on situation of the game.

Players have asked this since he's fresh from 2v8. They instead give Hillbilly his insta down chainsaw back but nothing for Nemesis I guess.
Billy is kinda fine with his instadown but I get what you mean devs ignore many things that need to be fixed.

I don't know why they didn't just make Nemesis' whip be able to damage survivors infected with the Uroborus when pairing with a Wesker. It would be a proper synergy between the RE Killers and justify the First Aid Spray and Vaccine being combined.
Thats another cool fix that could work because they are now in my opinion one of worst killer duo in 2v8 nemi gets countered by killer items (sprays) so best way you can lay him is just get tier 2 and break pallets with it and m1 mainly because it does something unlike spreading his infection.
Nice change would be more infection from zombies and survivors too.

yeah I agree, something I think people might overlook would be the killer items.
Hot take but I actually don’t think buffing his cooldowns would be the way to go for 2v8, I think they’re mostly fine rn, for me personally I’d like just a couple add ons base kit, the extra skelly, longer fly, better fly attack cooldown, I feel like reducing his spell cooldowns in a slippery slope, nothing lower than 15s
But going back to the items, bhvr would have to spawn so many chests for everyone to be able to get magical items, I can imagine the strain That would put on the game.
while I would love him to get added to 2v8 I’d say we’re a year away at the soonest. They would respawn his items so not all survviors would get them from start which would be balanced aproach.
-
Worst part is probably deepwound on healty surivor and this should be changed to be applyed only to injured survivors hit by his leap, second is his enraged vault now kidnap tech doesnt exist but sor some reason if he vaults enraged behind survivor if he does it right and hits that survvior he slows that survivor (from what I seen it looks like solid 50% hinder or something like this which before if he didnt kidnap tech you didnt happen), last thing is the survivor camping the pallet has two option either drop the pallet if ghoul plays m1 but he can hold his power and cancel it so its easy bait or dont drop it but then ghoul cancels his power and catches quickly so my solution for this would be to add bigger cooldown when he holds his power before leaping but cancels it (simular to unknow if you just tap it no cooldown is there but if you hold it to fully charge it and cancel it there is some slowndown after doing it with cooldown).

yeah it’s also been happening a lot on dead dog too.
By shack and main building, I still don’t know why shack is a foot higher anyway it’s really weird, keep getting stuck on the lips when trying to run into it.
I forgot how much elevation just screws up killer powers, houndmaster, artist, pyramid head just suffering in the corner.
I really want vecna for 2v8 so I can just unleash hell with the skeletons, knowing bhvr they’ll also probably add garden of joy and at least venca destroys most strong main buildings.
Elevation is dam strong in DBD, vecna for 2v8 would be great but they would need to adjust his powers and cooldowns very cerefully because he would brought his items that help survivors to counter him which is something devs kida srew up with nemesis and wesker as duo where you get 3 sprays and they cure both the t-virus and uroboros which is busted normaly you get 1 vaccine for each survivor on nemesis and 2 sprays on wesker for each survivor but giving survivors 3 sprays for each survivor and making them cure both thats something devs kinda dont get because they dont play their game that much and things like these they miss every time so I fear if they will add vecna to 2v8 he will suck and wont be that great because of his powers not being buffed as they should be compare to counterplay his magical items will offer to all survivors.
Same goes for killers that are strong in chase but lack the marco and are hard (harder than huntress) which are now killers like deadslinger and pyramidhead get into they just depend so much on their teammate and to all of that they must play perfect and hit almost every shot to not suck which is why even nemesis is probably beter if he doesnt get paired with some weaker killer like slinger or trapper that are slow or especialy wesker which makes getting cured from t-virus so easy for all survivors and thats why he sucks there too.

Lets start with fixing Lerry bug… at least
Saddly its not only larrys he cant hit you when there is even the small elevation thats larrys bug, some floors are just little higher than the one you shoot from and this makes his power not work but simular bs is on swamp maps and mostly on other structures or stairs and hills he just cant hit there so he is just m1 killer with potencial of getting hits through walls (sometimes when gods of DBd give you floor that is flat and with no elevation which is quite funny to think about it).

I was matchmaked with p100 Nurse recently on Phead…
My mouse turned off and I lost first few minutes.
My power were cancelled almost everywhere…
Boosted rng (When I played survivor I never had such a good loops on Lerry. Even on killer. I had other match on Lerry same day and it wasn't that bad)
As cherry on top teammate who also suffer from this map and some salty TTV who called us losers. And guess what? I mean, he was right. In this game your win defined by luck and 2 vs 8 embrace it even more.
After this I played few more 2 vs 8. Survivor making circles around and pressing sprint button as soon I reached their pre shift w. Skip loop, skip loop, do weird move, don’t try to mindgams even, just do bs and pray for luck that killer won’t stupidly M1. 0 mind games and force this killer play m1, because survivor themselves don’t think how to move — they just move lol, without logic. Even window timing doesn't work because diabolical sprint burst and pallets everywhere ruins it even worse
First time I experienced a feeling that I’m a trash player. I’m not gonna touch 2 vs 8 anymore I assume.

Should I say I played survivor with brain turned off?
They should change his power to go up and not only down simular to draculas hellfire because that power is almost the same with huge cooldown but dracula has other strong things compare to pyramid so I think this could fix it so the punishment od dammed goes up on elevations and not only down (if Im correct using his m2 on stairs doesnt spawn it either you must be some distance like meter above stairs so his m2 can down down which is another stupid thing).

The main root of the issue for tunneling is there simply is nothing more efficient than the killer getting the trial down to a 3v1 as soon as possible. So long as that's true it'll still happen, no matter the hindrances doing so. Even something like a map-wide gen regression per unique hook wouldn't alter that fact.
In short there isnt anything rewarding as tunneling, spreading hooks waste killers precious time and gives survivors more time to create preasure for killer by doing gens and have some solid perks that are strong ready like deliverence or dead hard which isnt the thing when you tunnel, you get better chance to win with 3v1 because everything you do creates more preasure on survivors and they might try to save the tunneled one but wont do gens so he still gets tunneled and they lost solid gen preasure or gave you some slugs or injures which is better than doing 12 hook game.
