This means that a survivor in the dying state can prevent a killer from opening a locker. When using Weskers power there is a chance that Wesker will not send the survivor to the cage and will just keep the survivor on their shoulder for the rest of the trial time limit. FSR scaling is turned all the way up, already tried resetting and and restarting console and game and redownloading, no fix. Someone else also reported this and that this happened before. Their bot never tried to remove the bear trap, and in one instance seemed to struggle with the Jigsaw box (as is visible on the HUD, see video below).
