Skull Merchant Drones Don't Rotate After Being Recalled From Hacked State

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: skull merchant drones will be left stuck in a low power mode state if placed after being recalled from the hacked state until either recalled and replaced or merchant walks under the drone resetting it's rotation.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Recall a drone from the hacked state. Place a drone.
