If it matters... I didn't actually submit a ticket or post my CloudID here though.
I'd read @MandyTalk post something along the lines of the team not wanting/needing that stuff anymore, so I got the impression filing an individual report now would be counter-productive & flooding the system. I had the gist of that right, right?
Signed,
Shardless in Seattle. (And not even in Seattle)
If it helps I did submit my CloudID and am still waiting for the shards, so I don't think that was the primary issue
Also haven't gotten mine. @MandyTalk, I'm wondering if it's because I've played and purchased content between Epic and Stadia. Your algorithm might have problems dealing with multiple platforms.

I thought the same at first, but people that don't have a BHVR account were affected as well so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it

I also thought about that but in my case it was epic -steam link
i don't think, we have to do anything, but a notice would be nice, that they are aware of the problem, that the issue isn't resolved, but almost 24h with no news, thanks for nothing
I mean, i paid real money for the DLC and only bought it, because they announced shards as compensation, of course i played a game with Bubba and now they can't even keep us up to date?
I would like to speak to the manager please, Kappa
Still no shards, at this point I have just given up on trying to get the shards. The only thing they can ever seem to do correctly is setting the bar lower and lower on what to expect from BHVR.
as soon as the announcement was made, I purchased bubba and played enough to unlock bbq; I even got the adept achievement but still no shards for the trouble.
Very cool that they stopped posting in here as soon as it become clear their big fix didn't fix much at all. Personally I got mine, but it's obvious many still are waiting.

Man is it so hard to check if a player has Leatherface and give him the shards?
How many times can we fix one bug
If it helps I did submit my CloudID and am still waiting for the shards, so I don't think that was the primary issue
Unfortunately still nothing here either.
I mean… that’s not even what they are trying to do?
the condition is if someone ever played LF. Which is honestly a little bit stupid. It should have been who owns him
Still nothing.
I 100% agree with you
It is stupid.
Still no shards myself, I'm not sure why. I opened the game for the first time today several hours after the tweet.
My Bubba Achievements and Bubba Purchases
My rainbow shards have been stuck at 4000 since a week ago
Because BEHAVIOUR is unbound

Still haven't received any shards
Why the twitter update when obviously so many of us didnt get anything? I got nothing.

Same, I got nothing 😀
Nice fix!

still waiting for an update on the situation
Yeah, it would be nice to know what to do now, since the last fix didn't do it.

Yep, just checked again, no shards.
Okay, yea I am 100% sure I played Leatherface prior the the 5.5 patch. You need my Steam ID?
I got my shards right away, and I haven't played Bubba in like close to 3 years when I began playing lol Mr Mushwin wasn't happy.
as soon as the announcement was made, I purchased bubba and played enough to unlock bbq; I even got the adept achievement but still no shards for the trouble.
Still no shards, I'm tired of waiting to be honest.
Same here, no shards STILL. Checked both steam and epic login just incase :(
Still nothing sadly, at this point seems like we won't get them any time soon
Still nothin'
Still no shards. I wonder if Steam will give me a refund of the leatherface DLC if I report that content was stolen from me after purchase.
Another day, another page is added to this thread, I wonder if we can make it to 15 (still no shards btw)
another day passed
Received 2 emails telling me that I got my shards, still no shards. StarvinMarvin29#d13c in game, please just give me the shards, ik it's possible
