Well it is like your ID in the game right? Basically your number that says that is you, and I dont have a problem with it if someone wants to send me a friend request or something like that with that id
the issue with making your Cloud ID public is it's basically free real estate for any and all hackers, who can do a lot of things with it, from modifying your save file to forcing you into lobbies you aren't meant to be in (ie. making you face cross-off PS4 players as a PC player)
We're trying to catch everybody with these waves of giving out the shards. I do appreciate the frustration that many of you are feeling but this is an ongoing process.
(and nobody needs to send me their Cloud ID's right now, I will not be collecting them, the initial ID's were just used for tracking purposes).
I still haven't received my shards. Every time they say there's a wave I do not hear from anyone that was missing shards saying they suddenly got shards. What I do here is people saying "lol got my second batch of shards and I never even played bubba #winning"
Venting is fine, and I understand why people are annoyed, but some people here have an extreme reaction for something requiring nothing from them.
But the thing is they removed cosmetics from people's lockers and exchange they said they'll give shards. Not requiring anything shouldn't matter. They were said to be given and 2 weeks later there's plenty who haven't gotten anything.
No shards here eather. Its funny how people who just bought Bubba are getting shards but not the ones who have had him for long time and actually played him.

They also, apparently, managed to compensate someone with 50k shards. Granted, he waited till yesterday too, but damn, how do you do that...
BHVR has compensated some people. Starting from January 27th, some have played Bubba before, some have no Bubba character, some have bought Bubba after the 27th, and some have sent compensation twice. And the ones we haven't received after more than ten days🤣

If this takes longer than by the end of the week to fix, I hope they reconsider and just give out a free universal code for 6k shards. Normally I'd be annoyed that other people will be getting double shards, but IMO it's the best solution.

Another day passed and still no compensation
I hope I get some tomorrow.
really frustrated that they have time to delete my posts stating that i haven't received my shards but don't have the time to give me my shards.
Since it was the weekend i figured i'd let the shard issue be but now its monday at least in my country so.
I'm just here to tell you... Still no shards!
I want to keep this discussion alive, I still haven't received a single shard.
Let's hope the Developers won't be like: "Most people already got their shards, sometimes even double the amount, so why bother with other people."
I also don't believe I have received my shards yet.
Yeah still not got mine either.
haven't received my shards yet
Could I get a private message from you? I tried contacting support on this, but unfortunately they are not able to help.
Not got mine either. @MandyTalk may i PM you to share my cloud id?
Yep, we got BHVR'd again.
Feeling ready to be missed again

Can you guys give out codes or something instead?

Did anyone actually receive shards in this wave?
Still no shards for me.
Just logged in, got the daily 50k BP but still no shards here.
I didn't receive any shards, but they did say they'll keep doing it until the end of the day so I guess there's still time

very frustrating!
Still no shards as well..
They said they'll try and work it out over the course of the day but I'm gonna be honest I'm not hopeful (did not get the shards yet)
Still didn't get shards

Can you PM me? I can send you my cloud ID.

And still no shards. Its getting kinda annoying bhvr, esp when you consider that other people got their shards 3-4 times already...
They also, apparently, managed to compensate someone with 50k shards. Granted, he waited till yesterday too, but damn, how do you do that...
The Cloud ID is not necessary anymore.
They will look for remaining cases for the rest of the week.
I'm still missing mine as well, if that makes you feel better.

Still no shards ....
right now it feels more like a lottery
It's so funny that the compensation is issued, although I haven't received it yet😋
you mean your lottery ticket didn't won yet
My Shards are still stuck in the shadow realm.
I slipped through the cracks again, still no shards ;w;
I'm very glad I didn't get hopeful because it means I wasn't disappointed
true but you can´t get hopefull EVER with BHVR
EDIT: added ever :))

Still no shards
Still haven't received any shards.
Still nothing. What a surprise.
I wonder how long this will take to actually resolve, 2 weeks and still no shards.
I still don't understand how is it better to waste 2 weeks on this, instead of releasing a code for everyone from the beginning.
its been like what, 2 weeks? and still no shards................hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
to be honest, i don't expect my shards this week, maybe next week, if my lottery ticket is lucky
I wonder if they checked for the missing shards in the basement.
Maybe they don't dare going down there with all the enraged Bubbas around.
Still no shards.
i'm still waiting for my reward and nothing yet
