I got the shards after contacting support, send a ticket and just wait until the shards arrive, it shouldn't take more than a week, stay safe everybody <3

Still no iri shards.. They should do the iridescent shards manually, I don't have any problem giving my cloud ID if that means I don't have to wait another week for my iridescent shards

Well it is like your ID in the game right? Basically your number that says that is you, and I dont have a problem with it if someone wants to send me a friend request or something like that with that id

They cannot really track you by steam name, since a lot of other people can share your name aswell, you would need to provide them with your player cloud id so they can actually track you specificaly, it can be found in the settings in the general tab.
