SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I play as killer, I have noticed that when the game is not in survivors’ favor, sometimes we all got disconnected all of a sudden. I believe someone is able to force everyone to disconnect using task manager, without getting the disconnect penalty in-game. This has happened multiple times, to me, dozens, to an unbearing extent. In Patch 8.0.0 The Cannibal received overall buffs. One of the buffs decreased Tantrum duration from 5 seconds to 3 seconds. Somehow Tantrum duration was connected with Overheat and it created an unintended change where The Cannibal needs only 3 seconds to Overheat - instead of 5 seconds. In rare cases when I play Singularity I am not able to enter Biopods from the start of the match. I am playing on PC (Steam) and it does not happen very often from I can tell. Specs first. CPU: Ryzen 0 7900X3D 12 Core GPU: 7900XTX w/ current drivers as of 2025/02/03 RAM: 64 Gb of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 DBD will crash mid-game, almost never happens in menus. No consistent cause as far as I have found, happens regardless of killer or map. I am on the latest drivers, windows updates, and have done a full CPU and RAM check with 0 errors. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: While playing as Wesker on Nostromo Wreckage, after sacrificing a BOT from a disconnected player, an infinite amount of scratch marks kept appearing around the hook that I sacrificed the BOT on. As you can see in the video, the remaining two Survivors are nowhere near the scratch marks. These scratch marks remained until the end of the trial.
