the purpose of the surveillance perk is knowing when people get back on a gen upon the killer leaving. a common situation.

Their team play and communication is very strong. The SWF confirmation for the killer seems fair, as they can then properly adjust their build to cater to the SWFs needs. ^^

Didn't read the whole thing, but if you're new, you're probably still in the lower ranks. 90% of the games you will get camped, since killers don't pip and just stay there. Rank up a bit, green or purple ranks are way better.

The reason is all the recent survivor nerfs / killer buffs. Constant complaining from a lot of killer mains has led to these changes, and sure, they may seem fair for killers, but the game should be unfair for killers. There's 4 players on one team, and one player on the other, so you need only 20% of players to actually want to play killer to get an even waiting time and fast ques. Instead killers just complained and complained, rather than trying to get better at the game, and now we have a bunch of idiots playing killer, no one playing survivor, and a broken game where no one can play how they like. I always said to stop moaning survivors were op, but all i got called was salty survivor main. Now look where you've got us...

90% of the games as survivor i play, i am chased off the hook. killers are just having fun though. i need to be more understanding and more of a humble servant of their will.

If there are still 5 gens and Ruin up and you already have a hook on EVERYONE you can afford to be merciful. The problem is, too many killers are so hungry for a 4k they won't show mercy at all, even when it's pretty clear they are going to 3k/4k regardless. If the survivors are actually doing gens and totems, then it's a different story, and yes you should punish that.
This is how it was during the Halloween event. NO ONE did gens, everyone just rushed plants for the first week then let themselves die on hooks. Killers still brought pink mori's and tunnel/camped survivors really hard even though nothing was getting done. It was so sweet then to see all the boosted killers get their comeuppance the following week after everyone got their vials, and survivors gen rushed the crap out of every killer to make up for the previous week. You could easily tell killers that just sweated through event trials where the survivors basically gave them a 4k.
Point is, if it's a game where you NEED to sweat, fine. But if it's a game where it's pretty obvious no one will escape then you can easily give out some freebies for more BP and fun chases. Unless you actually find tunneling/camping fun to do, in which case carry on, but I can't fathom how anyone can find that fun to do as killer. I'd rather do my taxes with pencil and paper.

I manage to get the hatch many times against the spirit. But sat holding M1 while they circle the hook and then having them force a 10 minute hatch stand off isn't fun at all.
It has nothing to do with not being able to beat them you toxic person, its the fact that its as dull as watching paint dry. Why dont they try getting good? Spirit can be hard to use fsir enough, so a lot just dont use her power to chase they simply use it to camp the hook instead. Its sad.

i just now played a game. swf, of course. they start taking out my hooks while i carry a person to them. i tunnel camp three of them and one gets away. not fun for me but i guess it is for them. done for another couple weeks.

they can and do keep the game in limbo. i have heard nothing is done about this on consoles. that would make sense given how often i see this.

yeah, pretty much every game here. ps4. i am really anxious to move on at that point but unable to when the last person is hiding somewhere out there. not entertaining.
