  • Similar to what I did for The Pig, how would you change The Plague? While there is a bit of a disconnect between the devs and community due to Piggy's killrates, Plague is... at the bottom of both pick and kill rates (higher than only The Nurse in the latter category in all ranks; The hardest killer in the game) So people aren't playing Plague, and that's probably also tanking her killrates.

  • Exactly what the title says. People like to say, "buff X killer" or "nerf Y killer." So, I'm curious what everyone has to say. How would you change The Pig?

  • Where do I begin with this add-on? As many of us know, Billy had his add-ons completely reworked some time ago. Notably, Billy lost all of his charge time add-ons—except 2 that exist in the form of Mother's Helpers and the Tuned Carburetor. Now, this add-on decreases Billy's 2.5 second rev time to 2 seconds. But it comes at a heavy cost: You're now a 110% killer. This is beyond worthless. It

  • Yes, we all know the build. Rundying, Tinkerer, and a 4th perk (typically BBQ). I refuse to use this. If you do, cool. I find it pretty boring to go up against and use, but you do you. So I'm wondering, any good builds you guys can think of that don't have Ruin-Undying?

  • Thing to note Twins are heavily subject to change. In their current state (and discounting any bugs), I place them in D-tier solely because everything they can do has counter play... except camping. They're more consistent than Trapper, at least. And while they rely on slugging, they also have to deal with anti-snowball/slugging perks (DS, Unbreakab

  • I'm curious, everyone knows there are some killers that need buffs/reworks. Pig, Legion, Wraith, etc. But rarely do people share how they would do so. Example: Legion needs a rework! .... and? What should he do instead? What kind of rework? Freddy-level that completely changes him to a new killer (in which case, what should the new power be), or Bubba-style that keeps the fundamentals with a

  • These are just random lines I thought of. It's not a suggestion since I don't expect them to ever be added, but still, fun to think about. Start of the trial "Let's make this one to remember!" "They won't see me coming." "Where, oh where could they be?" Opening a locker with a survivor "Peek-a-boo!" "Heeeeeere's Johnny!" (Don't lie; you imagine him saying this) *no lines, b

  • 1) Performing the Snap out of it action will now pause the DW timer This was likely an oversight by the developers when implementing DW. The fact that Snap Out of It did not pause the DW timer meant that if the survivor struggled with the Madness skillchecks (such as if they face Impossible Skillchek Doc), it would spell certain death. 2) Reduce the DW timer from 30 secs to 15 secs You may

  • In so far, the experiment has gone about as I expected. Most killers don't notice the difference. Aside from map changes, I believe there's a reason for this. Most killers have a power that resets Bloodlust. Spirit, Nurse, the chainsaw bros, Pyramid Head, Doc, etc—they all have a power that helps them in chase and resets bloodlust. This combined with the changes in the maps, then Bloodlust does

  • I decided to try playing Nurse and it's been... an experience. I'm well aware of her learning curve and this isn't about that. It's just that it seems so... easy to screw her over. Not the survivors, mind you. Rather, she has so many maps that pretty much render her null and void. You have maps like Cold Wind that you can not see through unless you're a god, Pale Rose is the same but with a m

  • Insidious is one of the oldest perks in the game... and it shows. Your TR fades away if you stand perfectly still. Unless you're Bubba, this perk is pretty much worthless... unless you're camping. Say what you will, but I know there are situations where camping is the play to make as a killer, but this is a perk dedicated to camping which is just disgusting. So taking some inspiration from t

  • DS + Flip Flop + Power Struggle + Unbreakable.... This is going to be hell to face. Hell, you don't even need DS—just 1 in the lobby is enough that the killer has to plan around it. So make that DH + Flip Flop + Power Struggle Unless you're Pyramid Head, hell is coming.

  • If Legion is only going to get an add-on pass with 0 basekit changes then allow me to make a few suggestions. Filthy Blade - Increase time required to mend to 3.5. Up from 2.5. (This is the same as Deathslinger's purple add-on; just some small standardization) Nasty Blade - Decrease rarity from Rare to Uncommon Stab Wounds Study - Increase Time removed from DW timer to 15 secs. Up from 5 secs

  • "Spirit is OP!" "Buff Wraith!" "Tunnelling, camping, piece of—" Let's stop for a moment and think, what is the killer that everyone can go, "yeah, (s)he's perfect." By balanced, I mean neither feels OP nor weak. They are perfect the way they are (minus some potential minor add-on or QoL changes) My personal vote? I vote Bleet. Once his camera is fixed, I think he's perfect just the way he is

  • I tried to keep this concept as lore friendly and actually feasible as possible. Many of you will immediately see similarities between this and Old Freddy... with a little bit of Nurse. Movement Speed: 115% Terror Radius: 20m (not 24) Similar to Freddy and Huntress, Revenant would have a "Whisper Radius" of 32m in place of his TR when survivors are not inflicted with his unique status effect.

  • I wanted to know people's opinions. When I say buff, I mean largely keeping his kit the same with some minor adjustments (maybe some QoL changes) while making doing an add-on pass. Rework would be changing several aspects of their power, and a total rework is completely changing the killer. Personally? i think a minor rework would be good enough while changing most of his add-ons, but that'

  • I gotta say, he looks like he was pretty fun. Weak but fun. From the looks of it, you had to play him completely differently from other killers and that's awesome! I mean, let's face it, almost all the current killers play the same and have to play tiles mostly the same way with maybe their power giving them an edge on certain tiles. The only killers that I would call "unique" anymore are Nur

  • Hello! I am a PS4 player and I wanted to play with one of my friends who is a PC player. We had previously played games together, so we were on each other's friends lists... so I thought. On his screen, I didn't exist on his list. We also noticed that the code beneath his name was different. When asked, he said the only thing he had done was link his Steam account to BHVR. Conversely, when I

  • I'm only writing this as a response to the devs using the statistics as evidence that Object of Obsession is fine due to the low pick rate. They want a calm and civil explanation, so I'll give it. Let's start with the obvious: it completely counters certain killers. Are you a Trapper? No, you're a stupid M1 man because the Object saw your traps and disarmed all of them. Tough luck. Hag? Your sma

  • This... literally did nothing but make PH more clunky to play. The lose-lose situation survivors got into before? Still existent. This change did nothing to "correct" that. You know what did happen? PH now feels so goddamn sluggish! One of the best strategies is to place trails at choke points or along loops during a chase. It's the smart thing to do—force the survivors into the open or force

  • So, I just got back from a match as Blight on a corn map against 2 Objects (I suspect 2-4 man SWF, but maybe they were just altruistic; idk). They were those type too; The kind that are so good at the game that they now just want to act like insufferable ######### because ######### you for playing against me, I guess. Why do people do this? I know it's not a survivor thing; I've faced enough Ir

  • You're cool. No, really. You're good. It's great that us console folk get to play with all of you. I know some of us aren't the best, and some of you aren't the nicest, but it's great we can all play together. Now, let's all go back to complaining how X is OP and Y needs a buff... together.

  • Go on, list some meme builds. Screw viability, Undying-Ruin, DS-Unbreakable and the likes! Those are boring! No Mither Self-care, and Mad Grit + anything, please!

  • Man, this is cluttering the section. Ah well, guess it highlights how badly Legion needs a change. I won't go so in-depth this time (you can find the original thread I made where I ramble a lot). I'll make it as concise as possible this time. DW: Reduce 30 sec timer to 15 secs. Fatigue: Keep the 4 sec fatigue, but reduce the fatigue by 0.5 secs for every successful stab to a max of 2 secs. (d

  • The most unique killers we have right now are Hag and Nurse since they play completely differently from the rest. Hag is often compared to a spider with her traps being her web, so she functions and chases a bit differently. Nurse is... well, Nurse. She teleports through everything and leaves you slugged and/or cowering in fear. Before, we had Old Freddy who was also pretty unique in how he func

  • So, I took it upon myself to do the terrible task of trying to learn how to play Nurse... on console (yes, fully aware of foolish this is; moving on). While the landing the blinks I know comes with practice, what keeps irking me the most is right when I go for an attack, I'm constantly striking a tree, pile of tires, or some rock the survivors decide to hug. Is it something I just need to get u

  • Title says it all. Prove Thyself used to be a perk I only saw on occasion, once every few games. Make no mistake, it's a decent perk, but... why do I suddenly see it in every game now? What happened?! Did the Ruin-Undying meta somehow cause this? What happened?!

  • So, I did the Math on New Thana and how much slowdown it would give on generators. If the numbers seem weird/not what you expected, please see the PSA by @Orion on how to properly calculate action speed in the game. (Note: The numbers given are rounded to the nearest 1) Default - 80 secs 5% - 84 10% - 89 15% - 94 20% - 100 For comparison, this is Old/Current Thana 4% - 83 8% - 87 12%

  • Nerf this! Buff that! Why X over Y? Bugs/glitches/error across all platforms! Let's all take a moment to sit back, relax and share some of the good times we have with this game. Whether they be the nice killer who gave you hatch, or that time you made the mistake of playing Nurse so the survivors gave you pity hits.

  • Devs, honestly, you need to do better when it comes to communicating with the community. I can think of so many things that anger everyone in the community. Keys, Moris, Object, NOED, the fact Monstrous Shrine is still a perk, Slinger being able to shoot you before you hear his TR, Spirit being completely opaque... Instead, you chose to nerf Pop. This alone might've angered people, but the out

  • Pyramid Head - I don't think they're that bad. We'll have to wait and see first, but from the sound of it, it's not terrible. I love PH, but the "Hit one way or another" wasn't that fun to verse, let's be honest. He can still hit through walls, so that alone will make him a pretty good killer. Let's reserve judgement until we see the changes ourselves. Trail of Torment - This is pretty good, no

  • Hello everyone! I know Legion isn't exactly on the docket for any big changes but I wanted to get the idea I've had out there and see what everyone thinks. It's no secret that Legion (who I will refer as a he for simplicity's sake) is one of the weaker killers in the game. The weakest? I'd disagree, but we all agree that he's on the weaker side and the character has been... quite the roller coas
