The Revenant - Killer Concept
I tried to keep this concept as lore friendly and actually feasible as possible. Many of you will immediately see similarities between this and Old Freddy... with a little bit of Nurse.
Movement Speed: 115%
Terror Radius: 20m (not 24)
Similar to Freddy and Huntress, Revenant would have a "Whisper Radius" of 32m in place of his TR when survivors are not inflicted with his unique status effect.
His power is a bit complicated, so we'll start it off step by step.
Early Game - You are essentially Old Freddy. Revenant is in the Spirit Realm and is completely invisible but can't touch survivors (unless they go in a locker or something). Instead, you have the ability to inflict the "Haunted" status effect with a range of 12m.
Haunted - This status effect forces a connection between the survivor and the Spirit Realm. This means that the Revenant can harm them, see their aura outside his TR (similar to Old Freddy), but they also charge his 2nd power by 0.5 charges per second (for each survivor, so a max of 2 charges per second).
Exiting the Spirit Realm - Once Revenant has accumulated 30 charges, he is capable of exiting the Spirit Realm. He can harm all survivors he sees for 30 seconds and all survivors lose their Haunted Status effect.
Spectral Dash - When outside the Spirit Realm, Revenant has access to his Spectral Dash. It's... well, it's pretty much a Nurse blink that only goes forward with a max range of 8m. When exiting a dash, you have a 1.5-sec window to attack before entering the 2-sec fatigue animation. So for 30-seconds, unless the survivor utilizes a master plan to make distance on you... they're screwed.
Lightburn - being a killer who interacts with the Spirit Realm, of course Revenant is susceptible to Lightburn but only when outside the Spirit Realm. When lightburned, Revenant is immediately banished back to the Spirit Realm and has to build up his power by inflicted Haunted all over again without any of the benefits. But before you had your power, you were the game's best tracker—you losing your power is on you.
Perks
Inevitable Demise - Survivors put into the Dying State by a basic attack cannot recover for 10/15/20 seconds (this does NOT prevent teammates from healing downed survivors)
Deathly Veil - Putting a survivor into the Dying State will grant you the Undetectable Status until the survivor is healed or hooked. This perk is on cooldown for 80/70/60 seconds.
Hex: Mark of Death - After putting a survivor into the Injured/Dying state, they suffer from the Oblivious status effect. This can apply to a maximum of 2/3/4 survivors.
