I think it is, because, just think about it. Without competition devs will not give a flying ######### about the community needs, just their pockets. With competition they really need to satisfy community, not with cheap and easy bloodhunt events, but real effort to make their game enjoyable to everyone, other way the community will go to the competition game and let poor devs pocket empty. It's been a whole month since i check that MMR works or not, but i have still vety bad news for the devs... MMR IS NOT WORKING. The game constantly match me with 3-4k hour rank 1 survivor as a rank 9-10 killer, and it reduces the fun of the game significantly.... i hope that i don't have to write this same post 1 month ago, and MMR will work as a charm!11 comments 161 views last activity

As a nearly 750 hour killer and 30 hour survivor i just realised that i made my biggest mistake of my gaming life when decided to main killer. Playing survivor is much more relaxing (what is the point of a video game) and rewarding (as being the power role). I just came back playing this game after a 4 month break and before i left i heard rumors that the MMR will be implemented and everything will be ok so i finally came back playing my lovely Clown. I know that killer is much more relaxing and much easier than survivor and this game is absolutely killer sided, but please have mercy and play some survivor too. This game is filled with killers, killer ques are taking years, why no survivor playing this game? Its true that ranking up with killer is extremely easy but ranking up with survivor is hard af. In certain maps i have 30-40 fps but only in this game. I have strong pc it should not be the problem, and other games like Civilizations (ba dumm tss) and running like a charm. I just had a game when a downed survivor made no sound at all. Till BHVR wrote in the patch notes that they fixed the no-sound bug so it has to be a perk. I came back to this game in janary since a 3 year break. Back than "GG" was natural at the end of the games. In january i saw significantly more "GG" than now. If i manage to "win" with killer i do not get any messages in the endgame chat AT BEST, but rather i get death threats, and other toxic messages. I mean, no literally forcing but in this state of the game where swf and matchmaking dominating killers have to play theese killers to even have a chance. I play solo survivor so swf que times don't affect me but i have to wait 2-3 mins to a lobby even this way. I never understand people who complain because of lobby dodging. As playing killer when all survivors have 6k+ hours gameplay (i know.... i know... hours mean nothing they play as a 23 hour potato) joins your lobby, and they're all friends it is a legit strategy to dodge the lobby. Before the latest patch everyone in this forum said that killer will be the easy mode after the patch and 4k will be the easiest thing in the universe and survivors will all be switch to killers, but actually i have to wait a lot as survivor to find a lobby and have very fast lobbies as killer. I was a killer main since i returned to this game in january. I hated playing survivor and i was bad with it... i mean... very very bad. When i tried sometimes the survivor role i was the biggest potato you can ever imagine. I'm a very hard-learner type and it took me about 30-35 hour of gameplay to even get out from brown ranks as survivor. I mean, if we get double or triple BP-s when we get red rank survivors as green or yellow rank killer would improve the game experience a lot. It doesn't have to happen every time just when we go against ppl 6 rank better than our rank. My main killer is Clown and alot of times i'm getting games where i just genrushed in 5 mins altought i'm constantly in chases and i'm ending that chases soon, but the other survivors just tapping gens and i feel like can't do anything against that.
