You say you disagree but you basically just agreed with everything I said.
Yeah, I agreed with your statement but not the whole discussion of Hag being good or strong.
-
Crossplay shortens the que times. Soooo.....
-
Just wait till you receive the wake-up call to how bad this combo will be.
-
I mean they're an "EZ escape" a survivor main once told me and I agreed with him, they are an easy escape.
-
yes
-
I'm pretty sure Tru3 already did a build similar to this and it had more synergy.
-
Fire everyone except for Mathieu Cote, not_Queen, and the Art team. Hire Tru3 to deal with all the balance and design issues and find someone who can actually code properly. A small 20-30 person team.

It's because she's a noob stomper and on average most survivors are pretty bad. She just snowballs unskilled players heavier than many other killers do. That's why she ends up so high.
A statement I'll happily disagree with and give my view.
Yes, I agree on the part that Hag is a noob stomper and is able to snowball quickly but that's just about it. When I look for potentially viable killers, I look for "Are they able to compete at a high level" if yes Nurse, Spirit, and Freddy if no Clown, Wraith, and Trapper. Hag (for me) sits in the middle, between every killer. She does well against bad and average players but does poorly against good and better players.
Might be just me but I find Hag unfun to play because of her 1-dimensional playstyle.

The Legendary's will likely never be mix and match as they're completely different character models then the orginal.
The purple sets though could definitely be unlinked and worked around. For most of them anyway.
My bad. I forgot to include that they are only being mix and match because of the exploit. Also, the completely different character statement is flawed. I agree that Legendary skins shouldn't be mixed but at the same time, they aren't "Legendary" if there's no new set of animations and voice acting to make you feel that you are a different character.
-
Shhh. It's a secret.
-
I mean, it's been like this since the game released. The only reason Killers "win" is because Survivor players were just plain bad.
-
I mean it's a win: win for everyone (almost). Players are able to mix and match Legendary bundles with other cosmetic pieces while at the same those players give BHVR $15 per set to mix match.
-
I agree with this post. Take my upvote.
-
Plain and simple. No. He has a high skill ceiling and in certain areas, he can't use his power. Just because you see other people do good with doesn't mean you'll get the same results. Not to mention his hitboxes and sliding off of objects make him harder to play as.
-
(Being sarcastic fyi)
"All I know is that Freedy is OP, I don't what makes him OP but all I know is that Freedy OP" to apply cold water to burned area "Freddy's pallets are better than his snares" - Almo. These 2 quotes are my favorite out of many, including the one about the colorblind feature that gave BHVR a bad rep and was forced to make it on the same day.

That is a classic. Faced a team last night that had 3 running it. 4th guy only had BT and DS. Guess he didn't get the memo. In his defense though, he was only a green, not red like the rest.
I sure enjoyed that game...
Don't we all? I mean Hex: Undying is "totally" a major issue that needs to be resolved right now because holding a button for 14 seconds 2-3 times a game is super oppressive. Unlike Borrowed Time and Decisive Strike that have been an issue for the past 3.5 years with no counterplay isnt. :)
-
Magic School Bus.
-
Not the best post to make here on the forums because mostly everyone that responds to an Undying post is entitled to think a certain without any thought besides the usual; "Using an OP, no skilled combo", "Undying is Oppressive and Unhealthy for the game", "Only bad players need Ruin & Undying" and many more examples I can think of. I just tend to lose any brain cells going down that rabbit hole and conversating with those people in that circlejerk.
-
I started playing Nurse again and use whatever I want.
-
A well-deserved escape. They don't have to be good at all, just find a silver square on the ground and press one button to win.
-
I personally don't mind stealth, just when it's done right.
-
It's a classic. They removed the ability for Killers to change characters when searching for a game and waiting in a lobby. However, Survivors are still able to do so.
-
A 2016 era perk in 2021?
-
Plain and simple. Yes. The game isn't designed for high-level play.
-
It's been like that for the past 1 and half years.
-
I mean you can't beat the classic Borrowed Time, Dead Hard, Decisive Strike, and Unbreakable build. But I'll give this one a try and add to my wacky survivor build collection.
-
It's decent but there are better alternatives to the build.
-
I just play Nurse nowadays and take long breaks, after the Undying nerf around 85% of the killer roster won't be able to compete at a good level. It's clear as day with the state of the game and the direction it's going.
-
According to Almo's statistics, Hag is the strongest killer.
I still don't see why Hag is on par with the Nurse. Hag is a good camper and can lock down an area of the map with the web strat but that's about it.

Not sure what the "you guys" is about but I find passive perks boring to use as theirs not much interaction in actual use. That's my stance. I like perks that give me a new ability or boost an existing one, change up gameplay that sort of thing. A lot of people hated Repressed Alliance but I love it. It's a whole new avenue.
Slowdown isn't boring by default, I really don't care that much about Ruin as I'll have it out the game within 3 or so minutes. For example, I'm not gonna vault the shack window when being looped normally as it'll just give the survivor more breathing room. But with Bamboozle I block that window and change the dynamic completely.
Also that second point. People do that all the time, I certainly do. For the same reason I don't use meta builds as a survivor/killer. It's just boring.
Endgame builds for killer, stealth builds for killer, all the weird crazy stuff you can do with Doctors TR and certain perks/add ons, sabo builds, stealth juke builds, anti-pallet builds, obsession builds, theres too many to count.
Edit - To add. I'd stopped using Ruin/Undying long before this but I'm excited to try it with Devour or maybe Third seal.
I see what you're saying with the combination of perks example Resilience and Spine Chill for the Vault speed build, and Enduring and Spirit Fury for the ultimate pallet stun.
Sure the Undying change will benefit Hex: The Third seal and Devour Hope but that's just about it, the change is just a plain nerf that's all to it and it's going to benefit the weaker perks. Which I'm all for but they're reducing the effectiveness of something that's healthy for the game for something more gimmicky.
Also, the passive argument is kinda dumb. Almost every strong perk in the game have a passive design, they just have a requirement to activate. Ruin gets its effect when a Survivor stops repairing while perks like BT and DS are passive they just have a hook requirement.
We're too each their own. Some people will see it as a good change but it's plain and simple to me as a nerf. I have a good chance that the new version of Undying and either Third Seal or Devour Hope combination will die off 3-4 weeks after live release.
-
Add a 10 second animation for Dull Keys and only one Survivor can escape through the Hatch. Add a 5 second animation for Skeleton Keys and 2 Survivors can escape through the Hatch, the Hatch closes after 10 seconds of being opened. Easy fix solutions.
-
I don't mind BNP's today as they weren't as aids when they first released. Press 1 button to instantly complete the generator.
-
For the mist part No. We'll see on once the PTB goes live.

The trade off for that is that it now keeps tokens so it isn't exclusively useful with Ruin. It has way more build potential now. I can't believe anyone actually thinks this is a significant nerf. I think it should maybe allow 1 extra totem destroy at level 3 but I can see that being a problem if they went with keeping tokens.
And I'd rather have a perk that works with multiple other perks than exclusively working with 1 (passive, very boring to use) perk.
People that are genuinly upset about this are just afraid to leave their comfort zone and try something new.
You guys use the term "boring" as an excuse to describe why you do like "specific thing" please tell me why Hex: Ruin is "boring"? You need to apply pressure to Survivors for Ruin to take effect. When the Killer applies pressure they move away from the Hook and are rewarded for their knowledge of the game. Ruin doesn't work if the killer is camping or tunneling.
Also, why would anyone waste 2 perk slots for a perk that doesn't benefit you until a specific requirement is met?
-
Didn't have to until some big-brained individual thought it was a good idea to turn off the ability to change/switch killer waiting for a lobby or in one.
-
I often get to the Struggle Phase on the Hook during Solo que.
-
a oof moment

No

DC'ing = You're cool - Entitled Survivor main.
-
Instant Nerf
-
I would be dead just alone from the DS comments.
-
For Survivor, I enjoy using Calm Spirit, Iron Will, Resilience, and Spine Chill.
For Killer, I enjoy playing Nurse with Infectious Freight, Knockout, Sloppy Butcher, and Whispers
-
The Data Almo, what does it all mean?
-
I feel like he needs a Rework. Similar to Doctor where he got an extra ability.
-
Meme perk that gives off 2017 vibes.
-
Solo que even easier. Ehh...
-
I agree with this post

Any skill-based Killer that can't be beaten from my loops. Big sad
