Never fear crossplay brothers I am here to stay no matter the wait times and abuse I take trying to be here for you in the sweatiest of times a console hero is here and won't leave you behind unless you know leather face facecamp. Glhf crossplay on for the health and future of dbd.
Also crossplay off on ps = no variety only a sweaty swf wasteland where killers go to die. But hey you don't have stretched res to deal with so there's that I guess.

Lightborn and Franklin's countered by a last second swap.
Last second swap countered by a close application.

The 15 dollar locked skins being unlocked and interchangeable through a glitch. What is the purpose of charging more for a restriction that can only be enjoyed like other cosmetics through a bug?
Mind-boggling

Revert Billy to his former perfect self.
I'm not a Billy main he was my favorite to go up against.
Disable ds after unhooking, progressing gen, healing full health.
Pause ds timer in chase, give a sprint burst after the stun.
Make bt a distance and time at hook perk rather than this terror radius perk that is exploitable on both sides.
Delete OoO and infectious fright.
-
Being able to just deactivate flashlights if you see them in your lobby by equipping a perk is so dumb. If killer uses lightborn for god sakes let the survivors keep the flashlight.
-
I'd rather die a thousand deaths than play in swf with comms guaranteeing most gen progress. Losing matches as killer is less boring than comm wins.
-
Trappers three are three of my favorite perks to use on doctor or builds that I enjoy playing. Other than that plague and spirit teachables are the only ones that seem OK to run by themselves to have a fighting chance or just for fun. Imo

If I'm matched with players that farm me off the hook until I'm dead then heck yes. I will never forget the names of those players in particular.

And to wipe the smirk of your face, heres another minute of me looping the killer without throwing down a single pallet.
DBD would be a cakewalk if my teammates could match half these clips on a daily basis.
Instead I get Slug-Me Sammys who throw themselves right at the killer without BT or DS after unhook. Hell, even before they get hooked a first time.
"Slug-me Sammy's who throw themselves right at the killer without bt or ds after unhook."
LMAO these ones you refer to can not and are not saved with bt and ds. The ds ones in particular are the clumsiest embarrassing looking ones that killer looks at like they were hatched out of a bad egg yesterday.
-
Ds and bt are used and needed alot in red rank because red ranks proxy a whole lot and if you run into the same killer over and over and they know you don't have bt or ds they jump on it like pig slop to get that sweet sweet 3v1. That's about all you'll see repetition of really.

Some killer players can be intimidating weather they have a one hit down or not. My altruism has limits and you will have to have impressed me as a good player to go back in sometimes.
-
Borrowed time. I know it's meta and it doesn't need a change I just wish if you're using the perk and you've made a safe unhook that it protected you one time off the hook. getting hit during animation lock of a unsafe hook you do not want is the most infuriating way to have a match come to a close.

Because if games don't go your way you're internet will pull the plug.

Freddy with Franklin's, infectious fright, pop and BBQ or thrilling tremors. If there's no key switch Franklin's with dragons grip.

Last night pyramid head twisted me up for the first time since he was released. Still love that mori but not as much as nurse.
-
Dodge if only I suspect or have witnessed him to sabo the team. Shouldn't just dodged if they weren't obnoxiously toxic though they may surprise you with better team play than you've been seeing because of their tortuous time as killer.
-
Swfs got killers beat because they are all in agreement to extend hook states to rush gens and swfs are generally OK to take the death if others survive. There is nothing you can do but hope they want to do more than gens.
Solos are careless, rushed and anxious because with all the suicides and unwillingness to cooperate. It's much more wild west with solos. You've basically got polar opposites
-
1. Legion - stabbing the plebs to proxy the hook is the Legion life. Fastest killer to the 3 v 1 with the shameless rank 1 Legion strats.
2. Freddy - rank 1 Freddy's got all the gens everywhere on lockdown.
3. Huntress - shes got the tools to gun you down round corners, locked in animation, through peepholes and lull you into a hangman's slumber as she guns your friends down too.

I'm not gonna like playing against a Spirit Freddy etc. one way or the other, doesn't matter if they're perkless or packed to the brim with meta perks, their chase mechanics are still atrociously boring.
This mentality that you're not going to do something because you are above it is gross. Thanks for peeing in the pool.

Dear survivors unhook me but be smart not greedy. I definitely saved a pallet nearby to get out of this. DEAR SURVIVORS DONT THROW ALL THE PALLETS NEAR ME WHILE IM ON THE HOOK.
-
It doesn't get more creepier than a man with a knife and no damn pants.
-
Because there's nothing stopping them. Dbd is a 6th grade classroom of maniac kids with no teacher.
-
I wish had known that pallets and windows were completely ineffective against certain killers sometimes distance is the only way to play.
-
Huntress and the lullaby lulls me into a false sense of security.
-
How about, instead, fix the game so exploits don't occur when gamers are caring for their eyesight by seeing better?

Prove thyself, bond

Shiny stones.
You can mark a trail that you and your team can see to help others see looping routes or where you yourself plan to go.
-
Robot or sci fi character like John Conner or Bishop from alien basically.
A perk that gives a slight buff to a survivor that is being chased by the killer and a debuff to the last person camping hatch would be a godsend.
Being punished for being the one doing a gen in a 2v1 needs to be fixed all too often waiting for other to die is the play and it's pretty dumb when you get chased for upwards to 2 minutes and the last survivor does nothing.

Killer: Hawkins this maps los blockers Are so unfun to deal with. No killer I play aside from Bubba with a totem or two has any fun on Hawkins.
Survivor: midwich. Go to a room hope there's a playable pallet rinse repeat. The one inaccessible staircase kills teams because of the bad map layout. Start at the top and work your way down or lose.
-
Kill a totem, if found, for future noed and undying relief. Do a gen nearby, plan out the direction to run when killer comes calling.
As killer, charge head first to the middle of the map, look out for discordance or whispers movement in the distance away from where I spawned. So many times there's a survivor that meets me in the middle. If on los blocker maps twiddle my thumbs until a gen completes.

Ruin/undying does nothing if you stay on the gen "5head"
Ruin undying does everything if killer finds the two braindead teammates you get in every game.

A dead unwilling to play right survivor is better than a live unwilling to play survivor. No change of mechanic will make a difference.
-
Cross-play on = escalating ban timer for disconnects I do not not perform.
Cross-play off = no issues but overwhelming feeling of not being with the cool kids.
-
Line of sight is half the battle of looping. If the killer can't see you then he or she is slower and you can focus on drawing difficult to follow scratch marks while evading los. Iron will, spine chill, windows of opportunity are phenomenal perks to guide you to evading and finding safety. Takes time but staying confident even in death will reward you with eventual feelings of success.

As killer, it does suck to be in the middle of a chase and the injured survivor suddenly gets a heal and Sprint Burst. Or a survivor is immediately healthy upon being unhooked. Adrenaline also encourages survivors to double down on gens and not heal. I know that's how I play when I run Adrenaline, just focus on the gen 'cause I'll get healed automatically.
And to clarify something, NOED is the counter to Adrenaline. Adrenaline heals a survivor one health state and gives them a burst of speed. NOED makes the killer permanently faster and gives them an insta-down, negating Adrenaline's heal. NOED has to exist because Adrenaline exists.
I will gladly give you my NOED on Tuesday for your adrenaline today.

When I start the trial as a sleeping obsession, I say to myself, "isn't there other games to play?"

As a dedicated veteran player of dbd i disagree. Theres a lot that survivors can do but killers usually put themselves in a bad situation where the survivors can do things where the killer has no to little control over and thats entirely the killers fault. The only reason im saying that killers are more powerful is bc they have control over the entire game besides how many gens get done and they can do things that survivors also have no control over whats so ever(tunneling, camping, patrolling 3 gens so the survivors cant escape) oh and i almost forgot about noed the most "balanced" perk in the game
I agree I don't run the easy to win killer powers perks, add ons, and strats because it's trivial gameplay but that doesn't mean it's not being run. You have to be completely unempathetic to win as killer in dbd and there are many who know this.
Killer is fine. Just some perks and add ons on both sides are unnecessary.
-
Rip many a god pallet after being hit during locker vacuum.
-
Pebble
-
The only way to beat swf comms consistently is to sweat, so killers are consistently sweating, which makes soloq a nightmare to play, so I play less and less.
-
Blatant facecamping by killers is 100% a common occurrence thanks in part to powers and perks that can get around bt plays and or 1 hit down the rescuer. As long as these are in the game this boring games will continue to occur the only way to curb it is make bt a distance and time away from hook perk and not a terror radius perk. Oh and rework insidious, naturally. There is no punishment that will deter the one who facecamps.
-
Sloppy butcher, bloodhound. Good for starting out, terrible for green ranks.
-
Delete perk tiers and/or have a shared pool of items for survivors. Delete or halve the cost of add ons for killer.

I mean it's not like matchmaking is any good now - yesterday I was on my rank 5 killer and was matched with a 15, 18, 18, and 20 survivor - seems fair right? LOL.
Today I was on a 4 man SWF of 2 purple & 2 red rank survivors - we were matched with a 17 killer.... the killer gave up after a few mins when we were down to one gen and he still had only hit one survivor...once.
So no I am not nervous; because it truly can't get much worse than it is right now.
So right, you are. My play time drastically reduced since they deleted rank 1 games and forced me into this current cesspool. I'm reduced to eyebrow lifting at this new mmr news.

I am a long time killer and I simply do not understand how so many killers can get upset about DS.
The devs won’t change it because the survivor can only use it ONCE. This means the absolute MAXIMUM amount of times a killer can be stunned by it is 4.
Just eat the stun. It’s really not that crippling. That survivor is now vulnerable for the remainder of the trial.
As survivor if I want to survive a trial I put on deliverance, ds, unbreakable and soul guard. No other perk combination can compete I have to unequip that god build after I get that escape because it is so god awful broken and it has been like that for far longer than ruin undying.
-
Huntress and nurse don't play well on controller unless you practice with different sensitivities alot. Aside from that maybe you'll get spun alot more at first but not much different besides the glaring fps loss.
-
Playing in this undying meta has created some new tryhard sweat lords on both sides of the playing field the whole update will be blowing the kneecaps out of killers except Nerf to mend which is only buffing doctor and that is very unnecessary when ds and unbreakable are still giving a upwards to 4 minutes of invincibility to survivors. Why concern yourself with the mend timer at all?
