If you want to do it in one go I recommend doc with purple calm notes and iridescent queen. The perks I used were make your choice, distressing, infectious fright, and iron maiden. Depending on survivors sticking around, this will be done weather you kill them or not.
-
If proximity chat was in the game you could communicate with killer and teaming would be a thing. Not sure if you know how bad teaming is in Friday the 13th game but it is 100% the reason I stopped playing it.

When two or more people have the same name/costume
This usually spells the most boring time for me so I skip it as killer and survivor.
-
Does the game favor killer or survivor?
It favors skill and killer has the highest skill ceiling. Survivors depend on perks and these perks require no skill.

No where did I say I was okay with people dc'ing. Please do learn to read. All I'm actually saying, pay attention now, is that it's their right to dc if they aren't having fun.
No-one wants to have disconnections in their games so all you or anyone disconnecting is doing is making a bad name for themselves in the community and will never have fun. So please for anyone disconnecting because of lack of fun learn to make your own fun without trolling griefing disconnecting. (Screaming into a chasm at this point)

The alternative to using mori is stock pile mori. Can we have a weekly in game trader to get some of these garbage items we can't/won't/never use? "What're ya sellin?"
-
I didn't plan to mori on first hook but a team of survivors just played midwich with OoO equipped. So why should I care when things like that go down?

Sole Survivor, why would there be a perk that works better the more of your team mates are killed and it's not even enough of an upside to the ridiculous downside.
Left behind also went this route. There should never be perks that promote not contributing to teamwork just bring a key who needs a team nowadays..

Here's one. When I play Killer, if I see a Jane, 90% of the time I will check a nearby locker next to a gen or when she escaped the chase. I'll check it by faking it out then actually going for the search. Works almost every time.
That's a good one. For killer I would have to go with the devour hope, cypress mori combo. So many survivors play a certain way when that last offering doesn't flip over lol

I'd rather they just put in the ability to give up if you're the last slug.
I concur I also vote that the slug recover bar should give bp.

Jason voorhees camp crystal lake.
Also Robert Englund skin
I'm a sucker for the slasher trio to be together..
-
How are killers not bored of mori games? I see mori I see a sign of weakness honestly I just wish my team didn't just give in 85% of the time.
-
Metal blood. You've got metal in your blood from a foggy time you can't seem to remember.
After taking a basic hit see the aura of killers hook within a 32 meter range with the closest one giving off a noise indicator.
-
Survivors and killers should see if the other is bringing pink add-ons and offerings to be able to either dodge or prep. Finding out in the loading screen or in game just causes toxic gameplay.
-
Had a 20+ minute match against a ebony mori surveillance freddy that I will never forget. Plunderers became my favorite perk that day.
-
The first patch in awhile where killer perks are better then survivor.
-
Dragons grip actually looks viable due to how many situations I've been in where the killer kicks and gen and leaves the area. And if he baits you into tapping it look out.
-
My survivor games had more variety with the new mmr but my killer games were absolute trash. I'm glad they deactivated it and also the cross play downright saved their butts as far as keeping the game on track and interesting during the oopsie that was new mmr.
-
@SoylentPixie said:
So let me get this right. You get cross play, which increases que times and might improve things a bit, and your first response is to purposly rally people to go out and teach people a lesson for daring to make the best of the platform they are on.
To directly quote you on another thread.....
"the things we were talking about was about the pc killer mains making console survivors miserable"
A good portion of console players are opting out due to FPS issues. Keep up this kind of attitude and the players that have decided to stick it out will just not bother. And I'm not talking about you winning or knowing you have an advantage, I'm talking about the general attitude. Because nothing will make console players feel unwelcome more than crap like this thread, making the opt-out button far more desirable.
With these godsend queue times only a fool would choose to opt out. I don't care if dead man walking Billy wants to slug us all in 5 minutes tops still better than waiting in a archaic lobby twiddling my thumbs.
-
If a deaths linger camps and tunnels me at the start of the match I am 100% equipping ds and in anticipation of being matched with him again. Some killers are way too strong at the hook.
-
@Sadsnacks said:
I've had my gripes against the matchmaking before but then the thought crossed my mind.
Think about it. A rank 17-20 killer who only camps will eventually encounter either a rainbow squad or a full swf red rank lobby at some point and then see what an awful tactic it is.
Then when they start getting the random death squad lobbies they'll start to realize they have to learn other strategies and can't expect to play against other potatoes all the time.
It forces killers to learn strategies other than camping and relying on NOED.
Just a thought
Camping will always exist as long as death on the hook exists.
-
Observe and exploit a weakness there is always a weakness. 9/10 it's slugging.

Does it matter how many pallets you drop in a chase? Scott make a great video about it, if I get chased first and camp drop every pallet for a 4 minute chase did I “do better,” than the teammates who had zero pallets to use so only had a 1 minute chase?
Can you safety rescue, what if the killer achieved zero hooks all game? That should be even better than safe rescues right?
If the killer disconnects are you penalized for achieving less in the match? Specifics make it easy to manipulate and bm so I can see why they won't detail what works and what won't.
-
Not much mystery in what factors in this new system, honestly. Can you lead a chase? Can you safely rescue? Can you do objectives? The only thing that is left to question is are they factoring in the perks add ons and offerings. It would be nice but I highly doubt it.
-
Mettle of man + empathy will get you a counter hit as well if you play it right. Syptic tec won't work against a sentient killer but do sentient killers need noed? Soul guard and adrenaline. I'm sure there are more but running things just to counter noed means you're not running things to get to endgame and there's a chance noed won't even factor in so why bother?
-
Amanda+ sloppy butcher, knockout, nurses, thantanophobia = rip
-
Killers wondering where the totem spawned will be interrupted by the totem being busted. Shadow Nerf.
-
Locking them into sets just decreases sales never mind the ridiculous pricetags. It really makes no sense.

Read the emblems post match.
They’ll tell you what you didn’t do enough of.
It’s important lore wise to remember that the entity doesn’t simply want sacrifices. It wants to feed on survivors dwindling hope and increasing despair.
The entity ignores my cries of despair when my team is terrible none can run killer all give in to everything. There was despair in such a terrible match where they all disconnected and ran at killer and farmed hooks and no matter the killer never took his foot off the gas. There was suffering just not the suffering the entity cares to acknowledge.
-
I agree with you about ds but not adrenaline.
The only time ds is of use is if the gates are open or the killer is low skill and doesn't know or care to counter ds and also the survivor is low skill and can't get to a pallet or safe area when downed. Bad survivors don't plan for the killer to tunnel them instead they complain, cry foul, and abuse ds, all of which makes them make terrible plays in the heat of these moments.
Adrenaline on the other hand gives a health state, distance, and relieves tremendous pressure if the survivor was in chase. Hard countered by noed but that's why I never run it without detectives hunch. Add on the moments where killer closes hatch while you are slugged iron will and spine chill and your build is iron man tough.
-
I don't like to farm but I will Max out gen points by 99ing the last 3 gens, busting all the totems, and looting all the chests if I see the rest doing farming things. Pretty much accelerating the process then at the end I'll give the killer my hook states and open the gates when I know it's all completed. Maybe even pet some wildlife while I wait.
-
No. Unrelenting should be basekit.
-
You could look at wins and losses as to how many you killed or you could look at it as 4 win and loss opportunities in the match sure you hooked everyone repeatedly all match and in the end you sacrificed 1 or 2 and if that is the case I see that as 1 or 2 wins against other players and some juicy bp to boot. You don't have to have a set number of kills to win but that's just my opinion.
-
Everytime I think of taking spine chill off I remind myself of the countless rank 1 ghostfaces with the ebony moris so maybe look at that first?
-
Just die before the killer loses patience and disconnects. Got it.
-
The only trap you need to place is your devour hope shield.

Survivors also call Freddy, Legion, Huntress and Oni boring to go against. What's the excuse for that? lol
They may be powerful/annoying, but they have plenty of counters.
Freddy can lock down loops so fast you don't have any interaction and patrol gens like none other. Absolute most boring of all.
Spirit is fun if you have spine chill if not then its guessing games. No fun.
Legion forces very thrilling gen rush. It's that or heal forever and most likely die of sheer boredom and desperation.
Doc has his moments I have no complaints aside from the tier 3 slug heal block.
I'd like to add that ghost face is boring because you're damned if you look at him and you're damned if you don't. Not much to do then but run spine chill (again) and be a wallflower.
-
A combo that can only be countered by a Nerf or some other future idea that will also need a Nerf.
-
If killers were a set of chess pieces spirit and Freddy would be king and queen, plague and doctor would be bishops, deathslinger and pyramid head would be knights, oni and Billy (the rooks) and bad survivors (the pons).
Sorry nurse, wraith, legion, clown, Bubba, hag, trapper, Myers, demo, ghostassassin, piggy. Nurse and wraith as king and queen on the opposite side maybe? This would be a unfair match if this were the case.
-
Nea the mouse survivor because I like to rp Tom and Jerry. Jerry got tunnelled alot so thinking I'm like Jerry the mouse gives me better attitude towards the situation.
-
Ds won't save you like sprint burst will. Getting that distance after the 1st hook state is so crucial tack on a inner strength or adrenaline and life will be better for you, trust me.
-
Perks that are f tier without another perk to compliment it doesn't belong on a casual gamers build because eventually you'll run into 4 survivors with all the s tier perks. Why cripple yourself before the match even starts?
-
Rank 1 Ghostface love the pink mori you would think they centered their entire life around it. It's really really boring to play against and have to have a counter for it all the time. I'm literally running spine chill, we'll make it, bt, and kindred to fight this oppressing strategy of killing the first guy as quick as one can to make it a 3v1.
-
Because of tome challenges, mindgames, and it allows survivors to get under a newer killers skin to chase them instead of others. Killers, don't chase that pallet town tour guide, don't do it.
-
Spirit > nurse just because of console players. When cross-play goes live the spirit floodgate will open and nurse will be even more rare sight than she is now. Freddy because of the teleport. No other reason needed then that.
-
Discordance will help with gen rushing and what's better it will help with the 4K too if you're into that. Discordance is the best perk in the game in my opinion since gen rushing is the bread to the butter that is rescues.
-
Nea because she can just hold m1 on a generator.
-
I vote for myers to be able to put his hand up to his forehead while moonwalking
-
Make a friend or two that will have your back in dire situations. The current dbd player base is cold and judgemental. Expect no love from randoms and you won't be let down.
