The TVs being shown to survivors is kind of a double edged sword too. I like that it helps new players find TVs, but it ruins surprise teleports completely where you would’ve caught them off guard.

Most the addons that apply a status effect in a range are too short. Bump them up to 12 meters.

    Her purples are all bad.

    Iri tape is just awful.

Her passive effects of manifested/demanifested are also so insignificant that you could almost bake all those addons into it at base and give something new to them. This would make the disappearing/reappearing a little more reliable as anti loop.

I think the auras are straight up not necessary. There is a visual effect that shows the radius of the TVs. The auras are just on top of it. They should not be there.

    In terms of addons:

I proposed an addon pass months ago. Two times to be exact. The addons, where the TVs give oblivious and blindness (seasoaked cloth and rickety pinwheel) should just be reworked. Sadako is demanifested 90% of a match. Oblivious is completely useless on her.

In terms of purples, the tape editing deck is incredibly strong in the right hands and combined with ring drawing. With all the others, I absolutely agree. They are horrible and should have been reworked months ago.

She's not. It does not matter how good you are as a Sadako, if you understand her power as a survivor you can deny it entirely and there is literally nothing the Sadako can do about it.

    Disagree.

I never called her unplayable bad. As far as comparing to Wesker yeah than we agree she is underwhelming. Most people would put Wesker in A tier. In dbd anything below A tier is generally bad as even B tier requires the survivors to make many mistakes for you to win, regardless of how well you play. Anything that relies on survivors making mistakes I view as underwhelming. To me if a killer doesn’t have an equally “fair” chance of winning against a 4 man sweat squad on coms I view them as bad. Sadako does have some pluses to her, I just feel like you make them sound better than they are. Her “anti loop” in most cases does not work against good players for example. Quietest is also a large stretch as her being around is extremely telegraphed by sound. “Can kill survivors without hooking them”, yeah if they ignore your mechanics. Pigs party hats are gonna kill them too if they just sit on a gen with it ticking down because they don’t know what’s going on. I just feel like a lot of this is making something sound way better on paper than it is in reality. I can tell I’m not going to change your mind though and that’s okay.

You can do well on her in most games, I’m not saying otherwise. What I am saying is that it’s usually because most people are just playing bad on average or don’t understand her mechanics still. Like even though I went on 100 win streak with Pig I’m not under the delusion that Pig is “good”. Wins don’t tell the whole story.

"To me if a killer doesn’t have an equally “fair” chance of winning against a 4 man sweat squad on coms I view them as bad."

Ok, then most killers in this game are bad at your standarts. Your absolutely entitled to your opinion, but I personally disagree heavily.

I know that wins dont tell a story, but then lets take a look at singularity. A killer that is considered to be pretty strong overall. Public matches however tell an entirely different story. According to the majority of players, singularity is pretty bad and needs buffs and quality of life improvements.

In regards to Sadako, the only thing I can provide is my experience playing her for literally thousands of hours. Thats what I base my opinions on.

You should not be able to sneak on survivor if they are not deaf or if they have the visual terror radius activated if they are not blind.

You can though. Hiding your approach with surroundings makes survivors guess the direction. Sound occlusion is not something that only punishes the killer. This can help a lot with the directional aspect of the lullaby.

I also know that many people dont use the visual terror radius. I personally dont use it, first: because I dont have problems with hearing, second because I like to deduce information from hearing in DBD (its part of a skill expression) and third because I think it looks extremely ugly. The visual radius also only says that she is approaching. Not from where she is approaching.

Dont get me wrong, the stealth could be improved a lot. But its by no means useless.

Did you read what I said?

I didn't say you couldn't spam the Projection, I said there is an invisible cooldown between when a Survivor can gain Condemned after a Projection. So using it, then using it again instantly won't give Survivors 2 stacks of Condemned.

She has no anti-loop ability. The add-ons for intermittent invisibility duration are the only things that give her a chance in the loops where there is no mindgame for M1 Killers. And you need perks to weaken loops to give yourself a chance at getting hits quicker too.

She has a droning audio that you can hear while she is Demanifested. Survivors can hear that too when she gets close. Meaning they can hear it and run away before you get to start Manifesting. Some people will get caught out coz of louder than usual map ambient sounds. Or not playing with headphones etc. But in general, she suffers with the same pseudo-stealth that Chucky does, where they have no Terror Radius or Red Stain but makes audible noises that everyone can hear if they're close enough to them.

But it will! I play her on a daily basis. There is a small indivator that shows that they get condemned. I even play with a friend sometimes and see that I get stacks through spamming.

She has an anti loop ability. Its weak but there.

Yes, she has a lullaby. But this lullaby is, as you said sometimes overshadowed by other sounds. On top of this, you can hide your apporach behind line of sight blockers (if possible) to make survivors guess from which direction you are coming from. This is basics and I dont know if I even have to explain this.

Sadako is a decent killer. I think many just play her wrong and overcommit to chases that take way too much time.

  • @Blueberry said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3697902#Comment_3697902

If you’d like to elaborate why we can go into examples. I see that above you put her in C tier, C tier in dbd is trash tier. I’d argue C tier is generous anyway though.

    A killer that:

    • is downright busted on one map
    • can kill survivors without hooking them
    • has one of the best map mobilities in the game
    • has weak but sometimes effective anti-loop
    • can ignore body blocks
    • has slowdown build in
    • is one of the best m1 killers (small, dark and quiet)
    • can negate her red stain in chase
    • has amazing synergy with good perks in the game

Is not trash for me. I win most of my taches as her. I play her since she came out and fought for a second rework after the defeat that Sadako 2.0 was.

I think this comes down to what your strandarts and expectations are when playing a killer. If your standart is something at the strenght like Wesker, surely Sadako is a little underwhelming.

Im a Pig main. I love Sadako for her unique gameplay and the strategic character of her power. I absolutely that learning her is not for everyone, because it involves less mechanical and more strategic skill. But calling her unplayably bad is downright wrong.

I would love to share footage of how I play her, but since some people here on the forum have gotten downright nasty towards me doing this, i will not do it again. Its not worth it just to be jelled at or insulted.

Either you take my word for it as someone that has played her since release and was 4th on public leaderboards on steam (right now 20th spot because I refused to play Sadako 2.0). Or you dont.

I mostly agree with Radiant about the state of Sadako. In the right hands she can be pretty good and she just requires some learning. I'm not the best Sadako since I don't play her all the time(Im a legion and Xeno main) but I do have fun when I do play her. I play decent enough that I can usually get 1 or 2 kills every match(one usually being from Condem). I will say I would like to get better at her but right now Im happy with where she at right now.

Saying all that there are a few small things I wish devs would do for her. Some of her add-ons really need some love and could use buffs, I still think survivors are given way too much free info on where TVs are and if they are on or not, and I think tapes should return back to 2s insertion since I think 1s is way too fast. Other than those I wouldn't do anything else to her.

Im all for your changes. I proposed them months ago for the first and second rewoork. They never got implemented.

Additionally i proposed an addon pass and even created a post where many dedicated players posted their ides. All ended in nothing.

This and the recent Pig changes are the sole reason why I distanced myself from being too ionvested in the forums and dbd in general. Its not worth it one bit and leads to nothing but a feeling of worthlessness.

    and rightfully so!

That anyone thinks Sadako is “garbage tier” is a garbage take!

…We’ve heard many of those takes from certain players.

You’re absolutely correct, vs experienced SWF she’s no exception to the fact that as with most Killers, a experienced player will usually end up with 1-2K (master Killer players still 3-4K).

Also totally correct that “This is sadly how this game works. Against most public survivors though, she's very decent.”

Yes, Sadako still can still easily average a 2-3K in SoloQ, while those master players easily 4K stomp SoloQ w her.

“If played at her best, Sadako can be really strong with the focus on condemned.”
Yep, and some players just can’t learn or perfect Killer powers, and want everything as easy as it can be made for them. Unnecessary Buffing of Killers for this reason makes DBD extremely boring the expert and master Killer players.

    Thank you!

But the RUSH you get from negating a map offering with a Sacrificial Ward is HUUUUGE!

Jokes aside as pretty much everyone said this wouldn't be an issue if a couple of maps weren't terrible for each side and favored certain playstyles. Though I do like the idea of the offerings rejecting maps instead of sending you to them, I feel like the best solution would just be the maps be random 100% of the time.

    100% agree!

Yes, it is! Thx for finding video material.

  • @GeneralV said:

I believe map offerings should stay, but the maps themselves need better balanced.

For instance, quite some time ago there was a patch that attempted to fix the maps without making them overpowered for either side. If we still had those layouts in the game, map offerings would not be a problem.

But then all maps would have to be very similar. Indoor maps are generally more favorable for stealth killers. Therefore these killers will bring these offerings, giving them a huge and unfair advantage.

Some survivor might want to use lithe and balanced landing more effective. Therefore they will send themselves to a map with a lot of windows or drops, giving them an unfair advantage as well.

It's the thing that you can prepare for what you get, that makes it unfair for the other side. At least that's how I see it.

Hmmm. I have felt a slight delay in that the last 3 matches I had about an hr ago. There was also the chase bug where I death hooked someone and crouched as a Nea was trying to flashlight save and the chase theme played throughout the duration of the match even when I wasn’t in a chase.

Should we make a post about it?

    Is there already one?

  • @Blueberry said:

It's not your imagination. Her last rework left her in garbage tier. The Condemn in its current state is near useless bar a little bit of slow down. While at the same time having no anti loop, not a real stealth killer and the survivors control her map mobility. It's bad.

    Disagree.

  • @_Onyx_ said:

She's in need of another rework unfortunately. I have an idea for it, but with all these posts about her I dunno if it would just be terrible timing or not lol

Here's the current state of Onryö':

    • You have an invisible 10 second (I think) timer between when Survivors can gain a stack of Condemned from Projection. (Spamming it gives you nothing).
    • Survivors holding a tape suffer zero negative. (Unless you use an add-on to give all other Survivors a stack of Condemned when hooking a Survivor holding a tape)
    • Onryö can Lock In Survivors Condemned at a maximum of 3. (It locks in at 3 even if they have more condemned than that, so hooking them once is the only real incentive - since getting them on more than one hook stage is equivalent to their Condemned getting close to full 7 stacks)
    • Zero anti-loop capability (outside of add-ons and perks. Makes her a pushover in chase)
    • Noisy even in stealth (means you can't sneak up on anyone)

Honestly, if you are going to play Onryö 3.0, you gotta be prepared to have very little input with your power. You can only really utilise her full kit on Midwich with a build dedicated to doing just that too.

This is wrong. You can spam it.

Her anti loop is on the weaker end, but it does exist and works. Also wrong.

You can absolutely sneak up on survivors.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3697883#Comment_3697883

Well, from what I've gathered since making this post, her only significant ability is her teleport, something easily disabled by survivors. She has no stealth, chase potential, or even really relevant map pressure if survivors are even a bit proactive. Where does her potential come in—why main her over killers with better versions of her tools, like Pig, Wraith, arguably Freddy?

I main both Sadako and Pig.

Sadako has chase capabilities. Demanifested Mindgames and no pallet stun is something. With the bloody fingernails addon, even post tp speed can often lead to hits. It's small, but it's unique and it's there. Don't underestimate it.

The second part of why one could main her is condemned. A tool, that can be extremely oppressive at best and good slowdown at worst. In terms of slowdown, it's worse than pig. In terms of lethality, it's a lot better than Pig.

If played at her best, Sadako can be really strong with the focus on condemned. Explaining all the intricacies of this mechanic would take a long time to explain.

In a tier list, I would put her right next to Pig in c tier. Above wraith, Ghosty, Freddy, Trapper, Myers and some others.

She's good, she just requires a lot of time to learn and some addons.

If someone goes against the top survivor squad, most killers fall flat. Sadako is no exception. This is sadly how this game works. Against most public survivors though, she's very decent.

  • @arcaneGospel said:

Genuine question, because I'm not sure her power functions. I can teleport around thirty times, focusing down one survivor holding a tape which should passively build condemnation, and nothing happens. It's possible I just don't even know how the killer works anymore after at least two full reworks, I'll admit, but it feels like something should be happening. Is she bugged, is she just bad, do I not get it?

The tapes don't passively build up condemned. That's an OG thing that got removed.

She's good in the right hands. Okay killer.

    Main her.

  • Guys?

Am I just seeing things or is Mandy's crouch and uncrouch bugged again? It feels a lot slower than usual and I know that this bug has happened recently already.

    Any experience?

  • Why Piggy with her small changes has to be on a watch list while Nurse exists and Blight gets buffed.

  • @Seraphor said:

    Yes? That's how they work.

Indeed. Demo has to traverse a portal. Only then survivors are able to cleanse it.

  • @KaTo1337 said:

Skill Ceiling beeing removed more and more from the game is INDEED a HOT topic and I can agree with that 100%.

This game moves more and more to linear gameplay.

1.) Survivor: Do gens, unhook people, if not needed, dont heal, just stick on gens, escape. Thats it.

2.) Killer: complicated killers are becoming more and more stale… the most interesting killer is probably Singularity now… but he is also very weak. Skill Ceiling is getting removed a lot.

I'm a Pig and Sadako main for a reason. You can see it with them very well. Pig got dumped down with the most recent update. The trend to put her more in line with other killers in terms of chase at the cost of her uniqueness.

Sadako was even worse with her 2.0 version. It's comical how simple she was to play. Thankfully she got changed more towards her more skillful iteration. An exception as of late.

Variety is good. Uniqueness is good. Skill cielings are what keeps players engaged in the game for longer periods of time. I don't get why this is so hard to understand.

  • @KayTwoAyy said:

There is "playing the game," and there is "trying to be the only one having a good time."

Surely it doesn't take a 20-minute player satisfaction survey, which won't even reach the thousands of dissatisfied players who have abandoned the game, to identify the numerous design choices that have made this game an attractive choice for the black of heart.

I don't play Killer enough to encounter the "4-man sweat squads" that others bemoan—I really couldn't say how common they are since recent updates. But this sentiment extends to them as well.

The massive power swing provided by perks and add-ons does not do this game many favors.

Sadly, many matches feel very one sided. It often comes down to who wants to win more.

I wish for the communities mindset to change and see a fun game as a win over a 4k / 4man out.

  • I don't want to be rude here, but some people think too highly of themselves …

Streamers are players of this game just like the rest of us.

  • I'm currently trying a knock out challenge to find out how effective this unhealthy perk and the playstyle it incentivises is.

I'm using sloppy, surge, Stbfl and knock out on spirit with double charging addons. I try to get 4 hooks max.

Until now, I lost one out of 8 games. This only because I played really bad against a coordinated team where every player played really solid individually in the one game. In the other games survivor got 3 gens max.

Slugging is extremely strong and is done for a reason. Billy is just a character that can do it better than others.

This comes down to what the priority of a player is. Is it simply winning or is it a fun experience for everyone.

My headset is 10 years old and was 30 bucks, is completely fine for playing her and against her... So is this a bit of an overreaction.

Can be, can also not be. I heard of some people that literally can't play against her despite having an ok headset.

It's not my intention to make her seem op in any way. It's just something that has never really been addressed as far as I know.

  • Spirit is in an ok spot if you ask me. She really strong in chase but bad outside of chase.

Not many killers can down survivors in less than 20 seconds despite strong tiles being in play.

Shes extremely hard to play against due to the speed she moves when using the power. Being invisible is more of a strength for the spirit than for the survivor.

I have started an experiment yesterday, where I used knock out, Stbfl, surge and sloppy. I try to win the game with exactly 4 hooks. I know how unfun this is to go against. I want to try out how ineffective or effective hooking is compared to bleed out.

Until now I have lost one game. A game where I played really poorly. All the others where massacre with 3 gens still up.

Spirit can do this. Many killers can do this.

    It's incredibly strong.

My take until now: pls rework knock out. It's extremely unhealthy as it encourages this playstyle.

Whats the point of me bringing this up? Spirits chase is one of the best in the game and leaves the survivor with severely less counterplay than against many other killers. This is balanced by her lack of mobility. That's fair.

Whats really problematic with her is, that she is a accessibility - problem on her own. She can't be played by people hard of hearing and is almost impossible to play against when you are hard of hearing. Not everyone has a 100$ headset laying around just to play against Spirit.

  • Chase and lobby music for Pig.

survivors can still just, turn off the tv and be immune to her

Then she can use ring drawing to benefit from that.

On the game, its downright useless. I can condemn people that are really good in under one gen on that map. Its just unfair.

  • Sadako is way better…

Why do people still think shes this bad?

At her strongest shes incredibly unfair and can stomp a majority of groups by default.

Bring some perks, some addons, the Gideon meat plant and let the chaos happen.

  • I dont even know where to start…..

    To put it simple: No.

  • That summs it up yeah. Singularity is too demanding for an ok result. Every killer that is similarly strong or stronger is a lot simpler and more forgiving.

I find it hilarious, that its more effecitve to slug all survivors than to hook anybody with this killer. Hux literally gets punished for hooking.

The perk is fine. What you say just describes the impact this one perk had on the game. Trying to bait out dh has engrained itself in many killers playstyles. They cant get rid of it.

If you plan to dive into any of the Dark Souls series at any point, then you should definitely keep an eye out for the DS trilogy collection. My mates and I played that whole series to death. I'm talking 100% completion and beyond. Dark Souls OG was my jam in the day and got hooked ever since then.

I expect SotE will be a great expansion. I've just been so caught up in Baldur's Gate recently that i'll probably just go into it completely blind and experience it. It'll add some new achievos so i'll have to grab them to perserve the integrity of my ER trophy list 😅

I have played DS1 and DS3. I liked DS3 a lot more. Great to hear that you are this experienced at the games!

Am I wrong or did the DLC´s in past games add no further achievements to the games?

And what is your ratio with Freddie. Seems everyone likes to leave that out. That's quite literally the whole point of this.

Freddy is so bad that he has become extremely rare to face. You see him usually every 30 games once.

Last time I faced him, he had pallets on Garden of Joy. 4man out because he literally had no power.

If I could play against him more, I could propably say more about that. I play him a lot though due to the influence of @GeneralV. I rarely win with him.

You also completely ignored the other points I mentioned.

Pigs and Onryos killrate is also high because of lesser experienced survivors. Not being the best survivor in the game is no shame. Everyone has bad games from time to time. Putting the shame on the killer, who is objectively way worse than a lot of other characters that can be encountered however is not the way to go.

This comment makes me laugh as it purely a killer response....all the time. If you lose to Freddie, you are not skilled. If you get one down due to devour hope you need to change your perks. I can't beat good teams with Freddie.... Freddie is too weak. Never once is skill level questioned. Perhaps you tunnel and this killer does not allow you to do that, or camp or have to actually chase. Again these are all your comments I'm repeating. I don't know your skill level etc. I said, usually when I go up against Freddie, he dominated. Some I've seen said, I can't beat good teams. To me, that sounds balanced. You shouldn't be able to consistently beat good teams. There is a reason they are good teams. He is a low end killer.... Ok, is it because you can't teleport to a survivor and easily hook them? Have to actually work for it? That's kinda what I'm hearing.

    Ok.

First regarding my skill level. I have 3.6k hours in DBD. I play mostly killer but have a 70 - 30 killer - survivor ratio.

I have over 2k hours on Pig and Sadako is my second main. I play against comp. survivors once or twice a week. I dont know what MMR im at, but i do think that im not that bad at the game. I win most of my matches as killer and have a decent escape rate as survivor (even soloq).

Freddy suffers from a flawed kit since his original rework.

He was stupidly overpowered when he got reworked but since then, he fell from grace.

He has: one of the worst chasing powers in the game. Snares are literally a worse clown bottle.

Being in the dream world does nothing to a survivor except making them oblivious. A status effect that is completely useless to Freddy due to his lullaby. Therefore survivors can literally ignore the dream wold alltogether.

The teleport is bad. In comparison to all other teleport killers, it takes way too long to recharge and has a super long animation. You will not get any hits with it.

    Its direct contenders are:

    • Demogorgon
    • Onryo
    • Unknown
    • Dredge

All of them have faster teleports with shorter cooldowns.

Freddy has literally nothing to do to get his tp back. It charges over time. I dont know what your on about with this.

Tunneling is also something not directly linked to Freddy. Every killer can tunnel. This has nothing to do with Freddy´s strength.

Pallet Freddy is literally a joke. Its the worst power in the entire game that is countered by perks (WoO) and is sometimes not even usable due to pallet spawns.

So. To summarise: We have a killer, that has:

    • No mobility except a teleport that is maybe usable once or twice a match
    • Snares that are literally worse than clowns bottles.

    or

    • Pallets that are almost unusably bad (except for jokes)
    • Oblivious with a terror radius
    • some of the worst addons known to mankind

If you lose to Freddy, you lose to every other killer in the game. Hes barebones m1.

If this was about the infamous forever-Freddy i would absolutely understand your sentiment. But these times are over.

I was never one for NG+, I always stopped at 120 in the other Soulborne games (150 in ER), and found that once the build was complete NG+ just increased damage… but never enough to make the earlier areas noticably harder, and the later areas was the same fight, jsut less room for errors.

I personally prefer NG builds with restrictions instead, I always refuse starting Journey 2 and leave all my toons at the gate in front of Radagon to help other players through that final fight :D

After my first playthrough (which was a Patrizan build), I did builds for: -

    • Kerillian from Vermintide 2 (3 seperate loadouts to represent the different classes, including longbow and various combinations of sword&dagger, daggers, swords, spear&shield, as well as Lorettas bow sorceries, invisibility, etc, etc).
    • Guts (Buster Sword obv w/ a Big fireball pyromancy for his cannon arm. Used the Night's Cavalry armour… he looked pretty damn close in the end!).
    • Millicent (ofc Malenia's Hand for Waterfowl, Malenia gloves, and the Travellers armour set).
    • Quelana from DS1 (Only Pyromancies, and only those matching spells from DS1, Torrent is banned, using mostly Fia's set)

I haven't finished Quelana… I got to the double fight with the Lionel Mistbegotten and Crucible Knight BS duo fight in front of Radahn. Being that I'm a glass cannon with pretty slow attacks who needs to drink a LOT of blue, just the Crucible Knight is hard enough… with a Crack Addict Simba wielding a sword running at me constantly and a Chad Knight lining up to skewer any time I try to hit it… it's quite an ugly fight.

I could kill Renala first to remove it… but I wanted to do this fight first to see if I can finally figure out how to search Redmane Castle fully... the roof areas with loot I've never reached always seems blocked off and wondered if killing these 2 first unlocked more of the castle… Trying to do this on this character though seems unwise :S

That's what I really enjoy about elden ring. The game is as hard as you want it to be.

In my first playthrough, I went all Dex with the halo sythe and failed at some bosses.

ER was my first souls game, so I was pretty bad.

Kater I used mimic tear extensively, which made bosses noticeably weaker. This did not mean, that I didn't leant though. I got better and better and beat late game bosses without it.

Maliketh, Placidusax and especially Godfrey are some of my favorites.

Now that better, I just want to max out everything to get 100%.

I also want a "can do everything" - character. So I'm around Lvl 260 right now and try to max intelligence.

Fire giant is down, now comes farum azula.

    Looking really forward to it.

Are you guys also excited for Shadow of the erdtree?

Enjoy. NG+ was my fav playthrough. That was the run I traded my Unga Bunga Strength build in for a bleed build with Dragonmancy and just went maximum nuclear destruction. It was great.

I'm playing a bleed - blackflame Swordstress build.

    Super fun so far.

    Remove Survivor Techs too then.

If People here arguing that Blight's Hug Tech is using a bug to exploit, then Survivor Techs are the same then.

    - Remove CJTech where Survivor exploit janky as f*ck killer controls (having the same button to carry and kick OR remove the same with Survivor going into the locker instead of vaulting the window.).
    - Remove Crouch Tech for Billy and other Killers, Chainsaw Hit and Tentacles are sliding off Survivors just because they're crouched.
    - Remove Heal Tech, Survivors that made a mistake gets a free "Get out of jail" card just because another Survivor is exploiting heal by holding m1

Let's remove these also as it's obvious Survivors are exploiting this bug as well. Look at it! This is not obviously meant to happen right?

If the Dev's stance is removing techs that provide results that are not meant to happen, THEN at least be fair!
Crouch Tech has been here for YEARS, it exists to all survivors! but nothing has been done for it.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueVobf6K89M

You can argue "But these techs only existed to High MMR Players". Brother/Sister in christ, so was Blight's Hug Tech. Only High MMR People can do these Techs consistently. If you're going to remove one from one side, then remove everything on all sides.

    Agree!

If exploits need to go, then go all the way with it.

This requires however to specify which of these techs are indeed seen as exploits.

I don't like the people that literally run into my model as killer with background player to deploy a flashbang in my stomach while I'm picking up a survivor. Has literally no counterplay. I could be looking at a wall. Because the flashbang is in my model, I can't escape the blast.

  • Dying to Freddy right now is, and I'm sorry, literally a skill issue.

This killer has so many issues, that simply buffing him would not fix him. He desperately needs a rework.

If you and your team are at least decent at dbd, you should have at least a 2man out on all maps except midwich.
