No one even need to use hockey, win/lose MMR is proven to be perfect skill measure in any PvP games.

But until the grind gets fixed, losing out on BP is like a crime. What about people who want to progress and don't have everything in the game yet?
Huh? I said If I can get those I don't care, why are you losing out BP if you are getting those?

So you're fine with this? People bleeding out and everything?
Why do I care? only thing I lose by bleeding out is BP and pips, if I can get it, I have no problem with it.

Way too OP. Why not keep its function as reducing the terror radius, but by hooking on scourge hooks instead?
That's just a nerf.
-
Just chase longer than 45seconds 4head
-
What? she is one of killers who is best at TUNNELING, why not utilize her strength?
Just like nurse, blight, crown and such, you should tunnel.
-
Hook emblem should be removed, now every problem solved.
You don't care about hatch, you don't care about bleed-out, you don't care about kills even.
-
If you are not asking for nerfs, you are good at the game no matter how you perform.

Always use blink visible addons, this is how you learn to blink over a wall.

DH is so easily to counter. You're saying it's frustrating etc but so are lots of the killers perks. Noed for instance. Again easy countered do totems it's a pain in the ass but it is what it is at tier 1 that perk can still insta down someone. When u figure they have DH let them use it and swing at them once they've used it. I'm so sick of killers crying about survivor perks when most of them just tunnel and camp and proxi camp anyway 😂....GET BETTER AT THE GAME hardly any killer wants to try mind game anymore and they just try getting to blood lust to 3 finally manage to hit you down and hook you and then cry when they've lost 3 gens playing like that...and camp like it's the only play they could have done from the begining....And as for DS it is ment to be an anti tunnel perk but let's be honest it's absolutely S**t because most killers just slug and wait it out again another way to counter it. Survivors can be unhooked TWICE so why can DS not be used twice?... Because the Devs pander to the killers who cry over and over again instead of just getting better so they don't need to tunnel. So you tell me.. how does a survivor counter pop without having to use perks? How do they counter tunneling without using ds? How do we counter Franklin's? How do we counter lightborn? Lots and lots of perks are annoying af. Doesn't mean they should be nurfed. It just means you should play in a different way when you know that a survivor has certain perks.

Not needed.

Ah yes, same vibe as "people who complaining about killers today don't know how bad killers were".

Boons are either one of broken or trash, it's foundation is already badly designed.

A jungle has some loop potential but in a corner where the killer shack usually sits you need something larger for a really good loop, plus a good deal of the time it blocks the line of sight for the escape doors, and that's also another thing it adds to the level.
You shouldn't have a good loop without basement.

The reason to keep it is because it's one of the central divides, in this game one of the main components is how they divide up each level to be just challenging enough to be loopable, but not so challenging to where survivors can loop forever.
Not needed, just put a jungle or two.

It could be adjusted to be less survivor friendly, but there's no need to remove it outright. And bare in mind there are places far more survivor friendly on every map, like the ship, or the giant house.
Main structure is simply broken, maybe that as well be removed because we gonna remove basement.
If we fix it, there is no reason to keep it neither.

I thought so too.
Didn't really work out that way, I would've much rather played against bots
Weird, have you secured a kill or two every match, or let four players escape? I heard sometime 1k can raise your MMR.

@Tactrix said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2858729#Comment_2858729
Why? The killer shack is still a place to have both as a loop spot, and a trap spot, it works perfectly well even when the basement doesn't appear there.
Because killer shack is extremely survivor-sided strong structure, it's only balanced with basement countermeasure.
Now it doesn't exist anymore, we have to remove it.
It's not like every killer is a trapper, you may not know it but it's a fact.
-
Get rid of basement? then we have to get rid of killer shack too.

Fair enough, different strokes. I hate Plague even though she's considered meta now because I don't like how it feels like her power is mostly in the survivors hands, but others put her in high A-tier. I know she'll probably get some buffs with all the feedback people have given, at least at some point, but I will have fun with her for now either way.
The least I can say about her is I definitely play her differently, having to respect loops, break pallets and play strong M1 at times, but it's fun switching up from anti-loop to repeatedly catching people off-gaurd.
Plague forces rather strong lose-lose situation to survivors, give her super strong ranged or stay injured all the time, and also punishes badly coordinated team.
Onryo doesn't really have one, when survivors decide to stop her power, it's win-win for them.
-
Remove hex at this point, making it work is pretty much not possible

(not sure why my previous comment has been removed) If you target for newbie survivors and tunnel to get them out of your game, it's a guaranteed win. If you get one kill by 3 gens, it's a guaranteed win. That's why I call it cheap way to win. so I like running 4 man squad (each >= 2000 hours of playtime) because killer is forced to commit to chase after good survivors :-)
"If you do good and win, it's a guaranteed win"
Yeah, with that logic, every one of victory is cheap.
Like, if you play with SWF, it's guaranteed win and thus it's a cheap way.

Wouldn't Hags be worse, since hers can get destroyed without any risk to the survivor (or completely bypassed by crouching) while with Sadako, you technically risk Mori stacks? Plus she has to spend early game placing them? And she's 110
Not that I compare the two, because Hag was my second main after hillbilly, but I'm just saying she may have her potential and may deserve more buffs but I won't be upset either way.
Dunno, but hags can place trap anywhere she want, and survivors will always risk getting hit by her unless using a flashlight.
I never thought she was that strong anyway.

I hear you, and I do have plenty of games where survivors are smart enough to figure out I'm approaching after a while, but it never seems consistent. The thing to me is, it's the combination of usages that really messes with survivors. I don't always TP to the closest TV to a survivor just because I feel it will give me away (unless I know there isn't any strong loops in the area or I know I can get condemned).
I think this killer may just be like hag at the end of the day, too. For the people the really get into her, she may eventually be regarded as pretty damn good (like hag was before boons, even though I think Boons are maybe just the slightest bit overrated, but that's just my opinion), but she just won't necessarily click for others, and she may not be the most consistent (which I'd argue almost all outside of the top 3 are to some degree anyway)
I must say, I do well with her on maps I couldn't dream of doing well with on the likes of say, Nemisis, which is as close to a main as I have these days. I don't think I've even had a single 1K on Badham I, it's been 2k-4K exclusively there. I've done great on The Game, Just got a 4K on DeadDawg (well, 3K, let last guy live) and otherwise I've been getting fairly consistent games and even probably more mori's than I would have imagined I'd be getting by now.
I'm not saying she can't get a buff tho lol hell add whatever else she needs at this point, I wouldn't turn it down
If she is like hag, she will be worse.
Hag's trap can't really be countered by usual means (kind of), but sadako's tv can be turned off without any items.
-
So basically you were bullying newbie killer, I got it.

Obviously? They decided to facecamp me instead of pressuring gens? All other survivors escaped so my sacrifice was totally worth it. I am glad others got out
No, bubba IS the killer used by people who want to facecamp, not the other way around.
If you match bubba, you will be camped, doesn't matter what you do.

then clearly you haven't played dota, Spamming Loud obnoxious callouts wins games like "Lakad Matatag", distracting people get their attention off of things, screaming at a bear and acting obnoxiously lends their attention to me, away from things the I deem vulnerable unlike killers hitting people on hook, survivors don't get distracted by getting hate it only makes them gen rush faster. It's not the same.
Do you actually believe it's any different?

matching a bubba and believing anything you have done had any impact on his gameplay? Hmm...

killer hitting you on hook is a good sign for survivors less time for you to start chases, and do you think that survivors like getting tunneled and camped? It's a valid strategy of course, but it doesn't mean its playing fair, no one think its fun to get tunneled and camped, but everyone thinks its a good strategy,
so is bm'ing the more time killers chases you the less time they're chasing weaker survivors who would absolutely die in the first minute. it lets them extend the game by distracting killers.
It's how i get out of low mmr, looping killers for 5 gens, and do you think I'm happy getting chased all the time? No, but it saves my teammates, it wins me games, so don't tell me its not the same.
No one think it's fun to see gens pop, either, it's literally an objective but that doesn't mean survivors are playing fair. shrug
-
Logic doesn't work, you can't expect those kind of people to understand "tunneling is not a BM".
-
Broken or trash, haste effect shouldn't exist beside exhaustion perks.
-
In high MMR, no one does that because they are too busy progressing the objective, rather than wasting their time to hope something that may work.

No. This forum is full of killers mains and devs hear their cries. Syringes were killed, same as toolboxes and keys. MoM was killed, same as bl and boil over and ds. And next would be dh and COH. Probably in the future pt, sb and spine chill.. you can’t have anything good as surv
Seems like really healthy changes.

The bloodweb and perk tiers themselves have been reworked multiple times with some very extensive and substsntial change. And it was done without much fuss and when they were a much smaller company.
All their arguments about how 'much work' it would require to remove tiers are just meant to be non-committal about any changes at all.
But they definitely have the capability to do it.
That's probably the reason why they are working at actual issue, aka "substantial change to blood web".

No it isn't, i've scrimmed against many different comp Blights and there is no "perfect counter" at all around cars or similar things, even if you guess right. Sometimes when there is a pallet you know that he can't rush around it because of collision, that's it. He is way too fast to react on small loops and all you can do is drop the pallet and then it's a deadzone. If people mindgame you as Blight on cars then it's a you-problem. He is the most played killer in most comp scrims and for a reason...
No killers should have "perfect counter" against them because otherwise it's unwinnable game, if you can make it 50/50, that's good enough.
While doing hug tech, blight can't get AWAY from object, just go elsewhere and it's good.

hands off mikey, you nerf bat bad players would rather see the game gutted then learn how to play.

Simple: The first step to healing an injury is to stop the bleeding.
Healing such major issue will take time and trying to forcibly cure it all at once has had historically....Less then ideal results for a lot of developers who tried.
That takes as much time as actually healing an injury.

Well then why didn't they start talking about a permanent solution years ago instead of just now? Because the grind was still atrocious back then too. But they only only started making fixing it a priority now, instead of the entire time we've needed it. So if they only care about making a permanent solution now, they should have made a temporary one earlier.
They should have made permanent one earlier.

Now do the math and tell me what the grind level would be in 5 years if they DO NOT remove perk tiers.

Why not use same time to ACTUALLY fix problems instead of this band-aid?

Freddy was braindead because he was easy AF to play but gave incredible value for nothing, especially when played with specific meta perks. He was like playing killer with training wheels. He was boring to play for both sides but he had immense pressure without any requirement.
Blight should get a small nerf, at least some of his add ons, or make him 110%, i mean he is fine generally but he is kinda like Nurse, as soon as you're good with him the counterplay goes to 0. He get's so many bullshit hits, all the hug-tech stuff around cars and stuff, as soon as you're out of pallets you are just dead in 2 seconds.
The only reason people like to play against Blight is that 90% of the pub-Blights are not good and do too many mistakes.
Hug tech is mindgaming, aka perfectly counterable.
If "no counterplay" is the reasoning for nerfs there is no killer who deserved to be nerfed.

I played like 10 straight games against (blight ringu trickster trapper and others) Myers was the only killer that managed to killer me. He’s just way to op. Why don’t people not realize this😤
I don't get why people think he is fine, he is the only killer who truly has no counterplay at all.
He is too fast, too lethal and too oppressive in chase, he can even counter windows.

You know I've been thinking about something recently and it's kinda funny
When you have DS and are actually getting tunnelled, you're actually sort of incentivised to... Go down? Lose the chase?
Like you get unhooked and killer starts chasing you again - let's say you manage to run them for a whole minute. You're still being tunnelled but because you managed to last a minute in chase, your anti-tunnel perk is gone now. So what do you do?
You either go down on purpose or jump in a locker
Am I crazy or is this something I've only just come to realise? I know most people when they have DS just do the whole "haha pick me then up" thing but I actually try to still run the killer as I'm sure many other people do as well
If it took a minute to down survivor within a chase, that survivor has done all the job he needed to do.
-
It'll (mostly) only apply to killers, and since majority of players are survivors that might be a reason why they think removing perk tiers will fix problem.
-
Yeah, even the nurse is nowhere near strong as myers, he is broken.
