i'm a killer. its basically all i play. i'm not a fan of swf.... BUT it is a major draw to this game. to kill it or even seriously tamper it would cause extreme damage to the main playerbase. its an annoyance. it ranges from mild to severe.... but its the number one reason we can get lobbies. i'd rather play back-to-back games with little or no hassle than wait an hour to fill a lobby....

seems to me that the virgins in horror movies always survive.... so i think its safe to say that the ppl who escape the killer in DBD are also virgins.... SWF, flashlights and DS? you're NEVER getting laid....

as a killer, i consider it a 'win' if i don't have to walk across the room to pick up my controller before starting another game.... its an added bonus if i can avoid kicking out the screen of my television.... i find victories wherever possible....

a headless guy would be cool. he could set his head down like the trapper sets traps and survey 360 around a FOV range. his head wouldn't have a terror radius and he could retrieve it at any time and throw it like a clown bottle....

i think a free exclusive cosmetic would be alot cooler and more functional than a few thousand shards.... but anything beats nothing....

i'm ok with being overlooked as far as playing on console and not getting the dlc till later.... but they really screwed asia over bigtime.... i wouldn't mind if they got an additional cosmetic. maybe a kabuki outfit for the clown or something. not trying to sound racist. i just think it would be a nice gesture....

anything requiring strength should benefit.... including pick-ups and setting bear traps....

No survivors knew how to loop or infinite. Machine gun build existed. Shadow born made your field of view almost twice the size. The end.
yup. pretty much.... Trapper was 'perfectly balanced', Wraith was 'OP as ****' and my poor ol' Billy was a 'trash killer and only there for ppl who enjoyed abuse'.... true story....

yeah. maps are a MAJOR issue. this game shouldn't be so unbalanced to the point that ppl 'get truly excited' just because they get a particular map. i understand having a preference.... but a map shouldn't be such a severe hinderence for killers nor survivors....

It's pretty nice to waste survivor's time by forcing them to grab back their flashlight tho, but it's nothing huge.yeah. Lightborn seems far more useful to me also. unfortunately, i can't find a spot for it since its far too situational.... i use Franklins Demise more because i've found ppl are more inclined to retrieve items when i pick someone up.... i down as many ppl carrying other ppl as i do when i'm just patrolling the map....

i do think that they should make somehow a change in gameplay so it get much more harder to play survivor after you get better at the game.i full on agree with you. that kind of balance would destroy most ppl.... i'd much rather struggle at killing than struggle to find a ******* lobby....

i would also like to add that when i picked billy, he was the weakest killer and wraith was OP.... nothing has changed for billy since then. only ppls attitude towards him....

if marth is leaving over the tournament, thats without a doubt the stupidest reason available.... everyone in that tournament were skilled players and all of them had an equal chance to win.... ridiculous. you can't expect a win every time. thats just plain ignorance....

it might have been the one i saw. i only watched 45 minutes of it and left.... it was already 'in progress' when i arrived and was still going when i left.... it was the first time a Lefty stream bored me....

i don't really see a point to a reset. its just easy wins for ppl who were already high ranked and hard discouragement for ppl who struggle at a basic level. ppl at a higher level who no longer wish to be there can depip the way nature intended - one game at a time.... and ppl who are new or just not good can practice on equally matched teams and learn the game without completely hating the game. as they improve, they'll rank up. should they ever rank higher than their skill level, they will rank back down also....

i saw Lefty do a 45 minute standoff on his stream. it was brutal. i couldn't imagine being that greedy....

my build is specifically designed for overly-altruistic teams. if they want to leave me be and let me hang my ppl up, we'll have no problems.... i might get a kill or two.... but if they start interfering and getting in my way, they'll probably die or one of them might find the hatch....

to me, a strategy is whatever works within the natural mechanics of the game. gen tapping, bodyblocking, camping, looping, tunneling, tbagging.... its all designed to achieve a goal. you decide what your strengths and weaknesses are and assemble a build to enhance or compensate accordingly.... i found what works for me. i do okay. even when i fall down, i get positive feedback from survivors often.... yeah. theres alot of salt on both sides of the fence but its not a prevalent as ppl claim. overall, killers and survivors are both pretty decent ppl. we just tend to forget that we're playing against other decent ppl most of the time.... and toxicity breeds toxicity....

its a viable strategy. survivors need teamwork. just like camping and tunneling are strategies.... if they're blocking the hook at least they're not on gens....

i like billy.... if you get bored killing, you can just NASCAR around the outer map and see how far you can go. i did 6 full laps in the swamp once.... 20 is my record. it was in Rotten Fields though. i could've gotten a few more but i accidentally hit a looky loo....

i play killer and i spawned trapped in a wall in Haddonfield. couldn't move. the survivors found me and took turns running in and out of the little room i was in. everyone lived.... but my hunting and brutality was maxed....

swf is the biggest draw to this game. take it away and you can go ahead an uninstall to free up space.... they need 4 happy ppl and 1 person thats not quite mad enough to quit.... thats just how it is....

In low ranks, you may be able to play like that and rank up, but that won't be the case anymore on mid to high ranks.i'm a rank 12 - 9. i bounce up and down in the numbers.... but i don't run Ruin or BBQ, i don't camp, i rarely tunnel and i try not to hook the same person back-to-back.... i do ok....

i do remember those days.... hell, i remember playing 1 or 2 quick games and then going outside to do stuff.... i'm 46 years old so i can even remember a time when nobody had a console and video games were a quarter to play....
