We don't have an official date yet, but usually the DLC goes live two weeks after the start of the PTB, so 3 March in this case.

Killer was playing Pig, and apparently this guy thought they should go after their teammates and that the RBT should act as a sign of "your not allowed to chase me".

More specifically, it involves the addons Judith's Tombstone and the Vanity Mirror. Both reduce your speed and you can't stalk so you can't make use of the tombstone, you are stuck at tier 1. It got the name Burger King Myers for some reason
