Most if not all 110 killers have a lethal device in chasing, to name a few: Hatchets, The Showstopper, The Redeemer, Blink. Those are meant to be used in a chase, in the event you have a 3gen, do not stop pressuring the gens, survivor will make a concerted effort to loop you away from the gens.
Also I would not slug, hooks give intel when someone unhooks and also adds more overall pressure to the round, good for you, bad for them.

Dbd IS unplayable on my account on my multiple different accounts, I have done everything there is to do other than a factory reset on my PS4. And the game doesn't work. What other explanation is there?

Down a freshly unhooked survivor, pick him up:
- No DS? Back to hook
- Has DS? Now he doesnt have DS and its free to tunnel.
If you dont tunnel freshly unhooked survivor, beside you have to make a longer chase (vs healthy unhooker), you also risk that unhooked survivor still have DS in end game.
DS is likely to encourage Killer to tunnel than not. The punishment it gives to tunneler is far less than fair play
True, there is nothing that makes me want to tunnel someone than when they use DS.

Every other game works fine. My ping is pretty high at times but games play. Timing pretty convenient for this to happen for the first time ever in 4 years of playing when there's widespread hacking taking place.
Than its probably not a DDOS, it would overload your router, games would be nye unplayable.

A DDOS would completely shut your internet off, play another game, how laggy is it?

I play survivor more nowaday. And when I play Killer, I dont tunnel or camp. The fact that DS actual punish tunneler less than fair play.
I was not yet in chase, so when unhooking happened, I went back to hook and chase unhooker. I did an ok job without tunnel or camp as Trapper, as I also dont kill until 5 Gen done. 5 hooks and Gates powered. My whole Endgame build activated (Nowayout, Rancor, Noed, BW). I was able to down/hook some. Then I got constant DS because I didnt tunnel earlier.

5min->15min->30min->1hr->6hrs->12hrs->24hrs and I don't know beyond that. The most I got was 12 hours when the system was first implemented. I would assume it doubles as you go beyond 24 hours. The thing is, I should not play the game or get lucky for 5 straight days for penalty to go back to 0. That's a problem.
How many times do you need to DC to get to 6 hours?

It was 1 hour the last time I dc'd when I had a cheater in the game and today the Steam downtime cucked me. How is it that the BHVR cannot implement a system that acknowledges Steam downtimes. It is Valve that is booting people offline and BHVR automated system is slapping another DC penalty.
