You sound dumb, I play everyone, I know everyone, I have muscle memory for everyone, I know nearly every number behind every killers addons and powers, I have probably played close to 100s of games with everyone and 1300 hours I have probably played close to 4000 games or more, just because I don't main it doesn't mean I haven't played it to death already and have experienced firsthand or seen others have blinks that just don't work for no reason, but what I haven't seen is people experience blinks that just don't work while using plaid flannel nor has it made me learn nurse slower by using it or mess with muscle memory while literally only using it to not have cucked blinks.
I know its a good change because I know what it brings along with it and how it would make the nurse experience better overall to newer players and casual players that know how to play nurse but don't know collision well enough to not get cucked blinks a few times a game
If you know how nurse works than you know she is a high skill floor/ceiling killer. She isn't made to be how would I say it, kind to newer players with her. She is meant to be a high risk high reward killer so adding that marker would 1 mess with already experienced nurses that don't need it and 2 make nurse a low skill floor high skill ceiling killer which would either be utter crap or unnecessarily strong. She is totally fine in the condition she is now. She is the killer embodiment of hex perks, there is a high risk with her power and a high reward as well. Something you don't understand about a killer you so called play a decent amount

Nope, she has the same lunge range as others.
You are misinformed then

Of course its not hard but Id rather just play someone else instead of doing that 4head I don't main nurse so why put 50 hours into learning the devs bad clipping instead of just enjoying another killer
Then don't try to make changes to a killer you don't play a lot. Also you said you played her "a decent amount" and 50 hours isn't a lot yet you are implying you played less than that.

That just needs fixing. I will never play nurse again if thats base kit. As a nurse MAIN, get good.

well when you play literally everyone its kinda hard to put hours into learning all the nurse collisions
It's not hard to play pubs or get a group of friends to practice with tf
-
You just need more time into her

Bruh 1300 hours cant prepare you for how badly these devs clip things sometimes especially when you don't main nurse
That's the issue I actually put many hours into her getting used to collision. She is my second main behind myers and ahead of trapper

Even after 1350 hours my brain still tells me the cars collision on springwood are round while they are clearly a box shape, and you want it to adapt to the entire game, genius
If you have 1300 hours than you should be able to be at least sort of used to collision. Most maps for me I don't have a problem with blinking and I don't have nearly as many hours as you.
-
@bjorksnas said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1582961#Comment_1582961
just adapt to 35 maps at the same time with random collision hulls that you need to blink against individually 40 times to understand 4head
It's called experience my g. Get used to the collision and adapt accordingly
-
@bjorksnas said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1582952#Comment_1582952
Cucked blinks are usually due to the games wonky collision and mess with muscle memory which makes even experienced nurses miss blinks
Which is still your fault if you haven't adapted to that
-
@bjorksnas said:

As someone who has played nurse a decent amount, yes this is a good change because less cucked blinks, the ones where you time it based on feelings and intuition but the game says you move 2 inches take it or leave it
No it isn't it would nerf nurse if you mess up on a blink and blink lower or higher than that's your fault. Not the fault of the game. Nurse is fine

Tbh, this game faces dire circumstances.
After a lot of tweaks on Gens, Survivor Perks, Killer Perks and last but not least, HEX:Ruin, We have this weird feeling that gens are way faster now.
But the speed hasn't changed for years now, (unless if you're talking about multiple survivors doing the same gen, that speed was nerfed a few months ago along with the toolboxes). In my opinion, what changed is the mindset of every single survivor.
Now that people doesn't have to look for ruin at the beggining of the trial, they can INSTANTLY hold M1 as soon as they spawn. If the killer doesn't come to them, they'll end a gen in 80 seconds (alone). If you take 80 seconds in ONE chase you have potentially lost 3 gens (it happens a lot tbh at high ranks) So, if one survivor alone, completes all 5 gens, that means 400 seconds, which is rougly 8 minutes (considering the time it takes to traverse to all 5 gens [+100s] ). THAT IS ONE PERSON OUT OF 4. That's why Corrupt Intervention is such a meta right now.
Now let's do the math: Considering just 1 gen is being worked = 80 seconds, and 1 gen is 1/5 of the survivor's objective, and 1 hook is in theory 1/12 of the killer's objective [ 3x for each surv ], putting that into the same proportion, means that if one gen pops, you should've hooked 3 survivors already to keep up the same pace. But it's not that simple, 80 seconds means 3 hooks. Considering you need something like 10 seconds to grab/hook them, and finish the action, that leaves 50 seconds to spend on 3 chases, but you never hook someone and instantly start a new chase if you're facing a good team. Let's consider 10 seconds to find someone, in that case, you have 20 seconds to spend in 3 chases. You also won't spawn near survivors.. Got my point? good.
So, if survivors keep doing gens no matter what it's mathematically impossible to win a game. I've done several impecable nurse chases at rank one, chases that lasted very few seconds, and good survivors will escape if i don't slug. Slugging is becoming more and more common, if you don't slug YOU LOSE. Even if your skill matches your opponent's that still means that survivors are in great advantage.
It's easy to find a gen rushing team, but go back just one single year in time, and you'll see that gen rushers were EXTREMELY rare, even in red ranks.
Sorry for the essay, but if you made it this far, thanks for the consideration. <3
There was 3 toolboxes so that countered the coop penalty.

Just as the title say. I love to face huntress, but there are already a lot of them. So my question is not who you like to face, but who do you think is underrepresented and you want to face more often. My choice would be Demo.
Myers because I want to experience an actual scary game not a slap a pallet simulator

I only dc as killer sometimes but dc as survivor feel pointess even with the DC penalty on because you can just killer your self on hook.
fyi I don't kill my self on first hook worse I done killed my self on 2nd hook even that I don't do much.
They DC'd when everyone was slugged
-
@RakimSockem said:
Survivors don't always DC because of the killer being toxic. Sometimes really crappy hits that connect when they shouldn't will make me want to rage quit. Sometimes I have a team full of idiots and I'm going to get 4k points anyway which makes me want to quit.
I typically don't unless I've had a long string of bad games, but I get close sometimes
Its probably the dumb teammate part. I farmed this ace for evil and got tier 3 off him and his teammates

Honestly people should be grateful to face a Myers. Can't remember the last time I faced one. Everytime I play survivor it's Freddy, Spirit, Nurse and then back to Freddy. Would like to see a few Myers players once in a while.
Especially with how I play as I explained above. I don't camp because I need stalk for tier 3 and I don't tunnel because more people unaffected on gens. It doesn't make sense mid game to camp and tunnel. End game however I completely understand
-
Though I wouldn't tunnel unless I saw no one else
-
Oddly enough though I'm rarely toxic when I play DbD nowadays. I used to camp and tunnel then I played survivor and realized how boing that was. So I usually give the unhooked a chance and try to hook everyone once due to bbq. After that though it's free game
-
@NekoGamerX said:
they played stupid and blame you.
Pretty much

@Yamaoka said:
ToxicMyers: "I wasn't toxic"
On a serious note people usually dc if the match becomes an obvious fail on their side as they will depip and make little to no points so they probably think "why bother to play the rest of the match?".
On top of that DC penalty got turned off again so that might contribute to an increased DC rate. At this point people should be used to disconnecting players on both sides.
I don't even react anymore if someone disconnects. That's just dbd.
I was just confused, like why are you upset yall played terribly. Then again the smol terror radius I had (8 meters) probably meant they couldn't hear me

Settle down bringing in the ebony mori's lol. holy jack smokes. as a killer main myself, i do not approve of this XD.
Last time I used a mori it's because I predicted correctly I was gonna be gen rushed. And if I'm depiping I'm taking yall with me
-
I did feel bad for the survivors because one of them sent themselves to lery's

@C3Tooth said:
There was a healthy survivor body block me for an injured one. While I had purple tombstone. Instant regret.
I was using j myers memorial and hair bow but same situation
-
@Lycidas said:
Well it depends on the situation
If it's late in the game it could make sense, there is a chance Myers doesn't have his tier 3 ready, you can do so to defend a guy which is on death hook, you can do it while you have DS/BT active, you can do it just for your last WGLF stack..
There are a couple of scenarios in which it could make sense, while of course it stays a high risk thing to do
Basically the body blocker was on death hook. The person being protected was on second hook. The body blocker also was healthy while protected person was injured. It wasn't the right play since I was stalking mid chase. It was a dumb decision that got him killed
-
Even then I usually never body block against a one shot killer in a regular chase scenario. However I will during EGC
-
@MadLordJack said:
Because tunneling is a thing, and if I see someone getting tunneled I'm gonna bodyblock. Not accusing you, just throwing out a scenario I occasionally come across. Even if the Myers in question pops a t3 and immediately hooks me, I still extended the game by a drastic amount.
I wasn't tunneling. The dude body blocking was the last one hooked before that chase.

I do not care how unfun it is. Putting the guilt of someone's life ended on someone over a ######### video game is unacceptable

So you've never been in a bad / boring / dreadful situation in any game and said "oh my god i wanna die this sucks" or something like that? Its not like he told OP to kill himself, which absolutely crosses into terrible territory.
To answer your questions. 1 no I get bored and upset but I don't want to die over a game. 2 imagine if that person really did pull the plug, can you imagine the everlasting guilt the OP would have? It would be horrible. And that's why I say that was a dick move. Expressing discomfort with how someone plays is fine. Telling them their playstyle makes you wanna end your life isn't. For example I hate forever freddy, does that mean I'll go to a forever freddy player and tell them that they make me wanna go kill myself? No because that's just wrong. If you get that upset over a game you need a break from the game or video games in general.
-
Bro please just don't talk it's your 4th day my g you are just bad that's it.
-
@ScottJund said:
I swear to God DBD players are the most sensitive gamers in existence. Nothing about what they said makes them a terrible person. They said playing against you sucked, which it probably did. Can we save the word "terrible" for people that actually do terrible things and not people that get annoyed in a video game.
Ah yes nothing wrong with telling a person they are the reason they wanna kill themselves
-
You can if you want just it's a high risk to do so
-
I wouldn't mind it. It's not too heavy of a nerf but not too heavy of a buff either. I would say decrease the time though. Maybe 40/60/80
-
Last game dude was body blocking for an injured teammate. So I popped tier 3 and put put him on his last hook
-
No. The perk is fine. Just because people do not wanna do bones isn't a reason to nerf a strong perk. I would say if they did anything it would be it only applies to the people who have been hooked. Anything else is overkill

4 "wasted" Unbreakables is 4 times you slugged and got zero pressure out of it. Aka the gens are done now.
It's like telling them to just eat 4 DS's and now they're "wasted". Aka 4 DS hits where you didn't get pressure from your time spent downing them means the gens are now done.
Against good survivors there isn't time to be wasted like that.
If you slug 2 people and go for the 2 others that's 2 people who have to heal. I'm saying eating unbreakable is better than eating ds.
-
@EvilJoshy said:

No its not fine. Too often I down 1, hook and leave. Then when I down a second survivor the very first one comes to me to make the save because they have DS. At that point BOTH targets could have DS. 1 could have DS+BT so either decision hurts me and leaving them both alone isn't an option either. Best part is I wasn't tunneling yet I still get punished by an anti tunnel perk.
Slug make then waste unbreakable if they have it that's one survivor off gens and one mending

@bubbasbasementchest said:
Apparently nodding is considered as toxic as teabagging to some Survivors. I find it funny when a menacing Killer nods after downing me, while I feel like teabagging after a pallet stun is more toxic. The only time I teabag is when a Spirit tries to mindgame me at a pallet RIGHT AFTER she just used her phase walk.
For me its if I nod up and down I'm friendly if I'm nodding side to side I'm being toxic
-
@batax90 said:
its easy the only way we can fix DS whitout nerfing the perk is to buff enduring so the perk can work on DS stun again.
Ds is fine as long as you are changing targets quickly (I'd reccomend bbq and chili for this) you can easily avoid ds. I usually don't get hit with it at all. It's just when you get hit ya kinda get #########

If his speed started at 110% he might be able to work better on the larger maps. Mostly it is just his add ons that need work. One of his Ultra Rare is never used (Tombstone) except as a joke. The truth is I only ever use the Scratched Mirror, Boyfriends Memo, Tombstone Piece, J.Myers Memorial, Bow Tie, Judith's Journal, and the Fragrant Tuft of Hair. None of the others EVER get used, and of this list I don't use half of them hardly ever. I think his base power is fine, but I do think his stuff needs tweaking.
His base kit is fine just tier 1 I have any issue with

@TAG said:
Hot take: The Mirror add-ons should be re-worked entirely. Add-ons that are only usable on a very small number of maps don't make for good add-ons.
Good hot take I don't disagree unless you wanna run spooky myers

I don't mind tier 1. I just wish they would make him 110% in tier 1. That way he can get out of it easier. That and some addon buffs.
Most if his powerful add ons are fine really. Only his infinite tier 3 may needs a look at. Also possible buff to tier 1 and it sounds decent I wouldn't be mad if that was put into the game

I didn't say he was strong or OP. I said her performs very well on these maps and I'd hate to see him go. I'm trying to learn to play this build on other maps too. Got my first 3K on McMillian with Spooky Myers (very hard). It would have been a 4K except they disconnected.
Oh then I apologize I thought you were one of those if I win with him he is strong type of people. Bit yeah reworking tier 1 could be an idea as well
