So, my friends and I had a discussion about how very few of DBD's Perks actually "ecourage" or "reward" certain playstyles.

For example, David's Perks talk about rewarding high-risk play, but the truth is, they absolutely do not. They either don't involve risky play at all (WGLF, Dead Hard), or force it upon you with no compensation.

"Altruistic" Perks don't actually reward you for helping your teammates—they only make it slightly easier or, in the cases of BT and WGLF, encourage farming instead of altruism.

Laurie's Perks are supposed to "grant her powerful abilities at the cost of leaving her exposed". The only one that does this "well" is Object of Obsession, and it sucks. A lot.

I think you get the idea. So myself and one friend made a series of Perks that openly encourage and reward certain playstyles, either through giving you buffs and points for playing this way or punishing you for not. I figured it'd be nice to get some feedback on these Perks.

    Selfish Perks

A majority of the people in the discussions felt that the endless buddy-buddy working of Survivors is what led to a lot of problems like genrushing and easy unhooks. They assert DBD is a game where your trust of the strangers around you is always shaky—you have a common goal, but they aren't your friends, nor are they your teammates, and you shouldn't treat them as such because they may not do the same for you. As such, one member of the discussion created a set of Perks designed around playing selfishly—rewarding you for screwing over other Survivors. These are the unique Perks of his murderous Survivor character, Zraxan Axak.

    Nothing Personal
You matter, and you're the only person you need to watch out for. Action speeds decreased by 20/15/10% when it is a coop action. Action speeds are increased by 6/8/12% while you are working alone.
Unique to Zraxan Axak until Level 30, where it becomes a teachable.
"There's only one person I ever cared about, and you're not them, kid." ~ Zraxan Axak

    Killer Within
A little blood on your hands is always exhilarating. After successfully escaping a chase, survivors within a 16/24/32 meter radius of the killer will be revealed to them for 3/4/5 seconds.
Unique to Zraxan Axak until Level 35, where it becomes a teachable.
"The first wasn't easy, but the second was pure bliss." ~ Zraxan Axak

    Your Own Priority
Narcissism runs through your blood. You suffer from the Vengeful status effect. All other Survivors are notified of this at the start of the trial. While you are still alive, all Survivors recover from all status effects 30/40.50% faster. When you are sacrificed or killed, all Survivors remaining in the trial suffer from the Broken status effect for thirty seconds when entering the injured state and recover from all status effects 10% slower.
Unique to Zraxan Axak until Level 40, where it becomes a teachable.
"My sister's not home, but why don't I let you in?" ~ Zraxan Axak

    Selfless Perks

These are the Perks I designed for my codependent Survivor character, Chtepil Kluexatik. I designed these Perks to be high-risk high-reward, punishing you for even the slightest selfish decision and in return giving you strong bonuses for helping your teammates.

    Selfless
You live for others. When taking a hit for another Survivor, the Killer is forced to face you for 3/4/5 seconds and can see your Aura for as long as they are locked on to you. For every Survivor you heal out of the dying state or "unhook heal" gain a token up to a maximum of 5 tokens. Each token increases your repair, heal, sabotage, vaulting, dying recovery, exit opening, and cleansing speed by 1/1.5/2%.
"Sure, I could let others die to save myself. But the blood on my hands would be hard to clean off." -Chtepil Kluexatik

    Watch Over Me
Nobody here is out of the woods yet; your job isn't done. For every Survivor still alive in the trial when you escape, you lose 1000 Bloodpoints. For every Survivor that escapes before you, gain 1250/1500/2000 bonus Bloodpoints.
"I'm not letting you die." -Chtepil Kluexatik

    Strength in Numbers
No man is an island; every man's death diminishes you. For every injured, dying or hooked Survivor gain a token.
1 token: Repair speed decreased by 5%.
2 tokens: Movement speed when not in a chase decreased by 5%.
3 tokens: You suffer from the Exposed status effect.

When all three other Survivors are healthy/injured with No Mither, the security of knowing your team is safe gives you unexpected energy. Gain the following bonuses:
Tier 1: no bonus/no bonus/all action speeds minus repair speeds are increased by 10%.
Tier 2: no bonus/gain a 10 second Enduring timer when healed out of the dying state/all action speeds minus repair speeds are increased by 15%.
Tier 3: grants immunity to the Cursed status effect/gain a 10 second Enduring timer when healed out of the dying state/all action speeds minus repair speeds are increased by 20%.

    Stealth Perks

These Perks I designed to reward you for being stealthy—stealthy, not “immersed”. Immersion is genuinely more infuriating than getting looped. These Perks are tied to my fictional Survivor character, Vitaliy Mikhailev.

    Quick Getaway
It's better to run to safety than to try and stay safe. For every five seconds you are within the Killer's Terror Radius and not in a chase, gain 1 token up to a maximum of 2/3/4 tokens. Each token gives you a haste status effect of 2%. When entering a chase or when in the Killer's Terror Radius and not moving, you lose one token every two seconds. Tokens are preserved but not activated when outside of the Killer’s Terror Radius.
"Davai, koresh! He can't see us!" -Vitaliy Mikhailev

    Sweet Freedom
Get away before they come back! Upon freeing yourself or being freed from a bear trap, reverse bear trap, or hook, break into a sprint at 150% of your normal running speed for 3 seconds if you are freed within the Killer's Terror Radius or enter it within 3/5/7 seconds of being freed.
    Sweet Freedom ignores Exhaustion.
    Causes Exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds.
”We're not out of the woods yet—literally." -Vitaliy Mikhailev

    One With Nature
You know how to blend in with your surroundings. For every ten seconds you are within the Killer's Terror Radius and not in a chase, gain a token up to a maximum of 2/3/4 tokens. When One With Nature has at least one token, when the Killer attempts to read your aura, they will be unable to. Each time One With Nature blocks the Killer's aura reading abilities, one token is consumed.
"I don't need a locker to hide in plain sight." -Vitaliy Mikhailev

i like the sweetfreedom one i would bring that instead of adrenaline

What are your thoughts on the spirit?

Here's my take on her after exclusively playing her since her release and already having her at P3:

Firstly, I think the nerfs after the PTB were unnecessary.

You now can hear when she is using her power and know exactly where she is due to directional cues. Survivors can't tell if she is using her power only if they are within 8 meters of her husk. In my opinion you should not be able to tell that at all.

She was already quite bad and I think this nerf was unjustified, she is all about jumpscares and mindgames anyway to those nerfs really hurt her and got rid of the scare factor.

I also think her base kit should be better but her addons should be nerfed to make up for it.

Like faster activation of her power, longer duration, speed and recovery and a bit longer sprint after phase walking by default. She is really addon dependant which isn't good.

I also think she should be able to use her ability as long as she has charges. Having to wait 20 seconds for the ability is such a bad thing. If you mess up your prediction of the ability you have to wait a long time until you can use it. The long cooldown of her ability really punishes her if she misses. Other killers have 'forgiving' abilities without cooldowns but if you fail to make a read with the spirit you get punished really hard.

In addition, she should lose sight of survivors if she has channeled the bar of her power completely, not at the start of the channel.

Also, her ultra rare Ring addon is super bad. Not being able to see scratch marks is never worth it for the faster speed in phase walk. You are better off using any other addon for more speed or something else. The "tremendously increased movement speed" just isn't worth it because of the downside of not seeing scratch marks.

IMO it should be reworked to allow the spirit to pass through pallets and windows when using her phase walk. Or just give her faster activation time and lunge after coming out of phase combined with more passive phasing. Kinda like the purple amulet addon that does more things at once. And please get rid of not being able to see scratch marks when using this addon

Also, her 'passive phasing addons' should get an additional active effect like faster recovery or something else because these addons really don't feel impactful on their own (tested it in KYF) and you don't see their impact when playing as the Spirit.

Whats your opinion about the spirit?

so make her op and be able to always fake the power going around a pallet? literally if you cant hear her power then how will you know if she is going around the pallet or just sitting thier waiting?

I'm wondering how survivors get mad at face-camping (don't get me wrong it's a cheap exploit) but think it's okay to bodyblock. Here's why bodyblocking is worst; face camping can be resolved by unhooking from the sides whilst bodyblocking completly prevent hooking survivors. More than that, it takes advantage of in-game mechanic flaws and has no counter. Can the devs play a match vs ppl doing that ? Like when they wouldn't nerf the flashlights, took 1 match vs 4 survivors using it to make them nerf it. I have nothing against a loss fair and square but it feels as I climb ranks, it's the only "tactic" high rank use, which is sad since I expected ppl who are much better at hiding and chases not trolls. Even Neji is jalous of that perfect defense...

Bodyblocking is an intended mechanic in the game, and survivors are actually rewarded for doing it.

    Benevolence Emblem (Altruism)

    • 10 points for taking a hit while the killer is carrying a survivor
    • 30 points for wiggling out of the killer's grasp

    Malicious Emblem (Deviousness)

    • 1 point for hitting a survivor
    • 2 points for survivors reaching a new hook stage (does not require camping to happen)
    • 1 point removed for survivors breaking free of your grasp.

same thing with camping a survivor. i dont mind getting rid of bodyblocking if the killers are forced to stop camping

if the killer would just hit me then i would be fine since i get my WGLF point for it. as well as if the killer sees this as a problem then drop the survivor and run after the person you just injured, down them and hook them.

  • i literally have to allow the killer to hit me in order to get boldness points. its no problem since i do this then lose the killer, heal with self care, and rince and repeat.

Sprint Burst is the only speed perk that doesn't require something to activate it. (Lithe requires you to be in a chase and vault, Balance Landing requires you to land from a high place, Dead Hard requires you to be injured, etc.) Obviously, we all know that it is used by almost every survivor (I've seen Neas and Fengs use it which pisses me off as Survivor and Killer.) So should it be changed? I'm thinking that maybe in order to activate it, the survivor would have to be in the red stain of the killer. That way the survivor would be able to escape and gain distance right when the killer would've hit them. Thoughts?

no since sprint burst causes you to be forced to walk or croutch in order to not activate it so it takes longer to get to places. as well as if i had to be in your red stain i my as well just run dead hard since i will be injured.

Since we got Bill and leatherface as solo characters I'm posting a killer concept for a solo dlc to go with a Halloween theme. I'll also post some cosmetic ideas towards the end, a few for survivors and a few for killers.
    Killer: The trickster
    Power: Trick or Treat
The Trickster has his bucket of candy that is full of tricks and treats. When activated he can choose between a random trick to perform in a survivor (slower movement speed, blindness, mangled ect.) or a treat to give to himself (faster movement speed, less stun time, harder to blind ect.) Power has a cooldown of 15 seconds
Appearance: He wears a tattered skeleton costume with a pumpkin mask that has sharp teeth to eat candy with. In his left hand he holds his candy bucket and in his right hand he holds a cracked lollipop shaped weapon that is deadlier than it looks.
Blood wipe animation: He takes a look at his lollipop and gives it a lick savoring the taste of blood.
    Perks:
This is Halloween: You are obsessed with one survivor. Everytime you hit the obsession gain a token. Max of 2/4/6 tokens. At 2 tokens lower gen repair speed by 4%, at 4 tokens lower gen repair speed by 8%, at 6 tokens lower gen repair speed by 16%
Only tricks: You enjoy tricking your prey, once activated you can place a trick on a generator, chest, hook, pallet, or window that will knock back the survivor stunning them for 1 second. Has a cooldown of 30/25/20 seconds. You can have up to 2/3/4 tricks placed at once
All Hallows Eve: You dont want this night to end, once all generators are powered the gates and hatch cannot be interacted with for 60/75/90 seconds.
Mori: The trickster takes his lollipop and jabs it into the survivors neck then he dumps candy all over them and digs in.
Lore: Jack Shivers always loved Halloween. It was his favorite holiday ever since he was a boy. Every year he would go trick or treating and now that he was older he was the one giving the treats. He was in college and every year Halloween became more difficult to celebrate due to his studies in chemistry and many different sciences. His life was decent as he had a good home, good friends and was never really in any problems. One Halloween once Jack was finished giving out candy he went to his living room and decided to watch TV for a while. He was watching some Horror movies on the movie channel and was enjoying his night eating the leftover candy. Then there were breaking news, it was said that a psychopath escaped from a prison nearby and that all people should be cautious and lock their doors that night. Jack was home alone as his friend that lived with him was away at a party. So there he was sitting in the dark with a bucket if candy in his hands. He locked all the doors and made sure the windows were shut and he went to bed. That night however right when he got to his room upstairs he heard a knock on the door. He assumed it was another trick or greater that was out later than usual and decided to answer the door in costume and all. But once he opened the door he saw no one, he stepped out and looked around but there was no one to be seen so he went back inside. When he came back he saw the TV was turned on with the movie Halloween playing on screen. He was confused as to why it was on but as he got closer he saw that someone was sitting on his couch. He asked if it was his roommate but he received no response. Then suddenly the figure got up and walked into the light revealing that it was the psychopath that escaped. Jack ran upstairs while the man simply followed him slowly grabbing a knife from the kitchen before going up. Jack ran upstairs trying to find his shotgun that he kept in his closet, he heard the footsteps getting closer and closer. Then the door burst open as the man charged a Jack stabbing him over and over tearing into his flesh and ripping  his costume. Jack couldn't reach the shotgun but he should reach his bucket of candy. He grabbed it bit into a hard lollipop and stabbed his aggressor in the neck. Jack got up wounded and reached for his gun, he grabbed it and loaded the shells but the man shoved him out of his room, down the stairs and into the living room. He tried to get his gun but the man ran downstairs and continued to stab him over and over again. Then Jack heard a voice talk to him, it sounded ancient and powerful yet soothing at the same time. Then with sudden brutal strength he got up grabbed his gun and shot his aggressor in the head. Jack then succumbed to his wounds and bled out on the floor. The next day the police arrived to the house after Jack's roommate called them. They found the body of the intruder but Jack was missing. All they found from him was his shotgun.
    Cosmetics:
The trickster: Green, orange, blue, and red colors for his default skeleton suit.(Uncommon)
The Pumpkin- The head of a lit up pumpkin with a scarecrows body and a small metal arrow.
    Survivors
    Dwight- Zombie
    Meg- Bride of Frankenstein
    Cluadette- Ninja
    Jake- Dr. Frankenstine
    Nea- Demon
    Ace- Vampire
    Feng- Bunny
    David- Sexy Cop ;-)
    Kate- Banshee or Siren
    Adam- Teddy Bear
    Killers
    Trapper- Frankenstein's monster
    Wraith-Voodoo man
    Hillbilly- Mummy
Nurse-Spectre (itll be different because she'll glow blue and  old be see through)
    Hag- Swamp monster
    Doctor- Plague Doctor
    Huntress- Werewolf
Clown- Creepier Clown (Black and white costume, red makeup ect.)
Spirit- Oni (An oni mask with a black dress with a sword that has ancient carvings on it)
Well I think that's it I'd like some feedback on the killer design and would like opinions on some balancing too!!!
P.S sorry if it's too long

as long as its console only since consoles cant get bill

I think her power should be a multi power similar to pig.

    Power
Bloody Tags: After injuring a survivor absorb their blood with M2 into your entity infused spray can for 120 seconds, you can spray yourself with this can to take on the appearance of the person who's blood you've captured using the action button (E or whatever that is).
While taking on this appearance your movement speed is reduced to 100% and your terror radius is reduced to 0, you may also use the ctrl button to crouch, crouched movement speed is set to urban evasion levels of 100%. Holding shift will allow you to sprint at normal survivor speeds, and you may also perform vaults over pallets and windows while in this form.
By pressing M2 in front of a generator while in this form you can act as though you are working on a generator. If a survivor is working on a generator while you are are on the same generator it will stop progression on the gen. If a survivor performs a skillcheck on a gen that you are on the skillcheck automatically fails and regresses the gen by an additional 5%
Attacks performed while crouching lead into a lunge at 150% movespeed. If you attack while masked as another survivor the paint will immediately be removed from your body removing all stealth and the ability to crouch. (so Use M1 to decloak basically) You may not kick gens while cloaked as a survivor.

After absorbing the blood of an injured survivor you may use M2 to place a tag on the ground or any surfaces. This tag reveals the auras of all survivors within a 15m radius, You are limited to 4 tags.

While outside of body paint mode you perform as a normal killer, 115% movespeed 28m terror radius, M1 to stab things.

There, now thats a spicy killer.

Perks, I dunno, but some gen control perks? Maybe some hex protection stuff? Dunno, perks are another deal entirely.

all of the ideas are amazing and i would love to see how they work

Dead by Daylight was advertised and marketed as a horror game every step of the way. I find that Self-Care reduces the risk of being injured as I can heal myself should I get away. This makes the killer and the game a whole less scary as my mistakes don't mean nearly as much. So since Self-Care removes the worry, why do we use it? You paid for a horror game, don't you want to be scared?

if im in a SWF i dont usually run it since i can tell my friends where to heal me or they can tell me what gen they are on so they can heal me. the problem for me comes down to if i dont run it when i run solo, which is 99% of the time ususally, then i fear i wont be able to find any other teamates before the killer comes around me again and then they will find me due to my crying. this is why i started running No mither, Dead hard or sprint burst, resilience, and Were gonna live forever (when i am done getting points i will switch it for DS but now i am planning on running deliverence)

Giving up a perk slot for that perk isn't worth the bloodpoints. BBQ is way better plus killers get more bloodpoints than survivors.

WGLF is superior to BBQ because it´s way easier to get WGLF stacks than BBQ stacks. If i have a good match i leave with 50.000+ BPs as survivor. Without any offerings.

You’re high as a kite if you think WGLF stacks are easier to get. It literally relies on teammates failure, while you being there and NOT the other 2; AND almost never doing gens. It’s a recipe for disaster. Meanwhile BBQ gives you stacks for just not being complete #########

Let's see, unhooking someone and getting hit next to the hook = 2 stacks.
That's clearly harder than hooking every survivor once.

    /S

I have to agree that BBQ stacks are much easier to get than WGLF stacks tho.

Not for me. I usually get 2 stacks on a camping killer unhook. That´s really easy money. I rush in with BT.

I get the 4 stacks of BBQ way more frequently especially if i played well in that game than the WGLF (and if they are camping i am probably going to go to the hook)

I'll admit that with WGLF you can get them twice as fast though.

I´m used to drop everything the moment a survivor gets downed. Unless i use my scavenger build (Ace in the Hole + Plunderers) i equip Empathy and try to position myself close to the survivor, before he gets downed.

I like My gennies personally. Especially if there are 4 survivors (including me) il let them save them if possible.

I just go in for points. Unhooking nets way more points than the gen.

Gen makes people survive and "win". Saving means usually death (or a pip or both)

Oh i also do gens. But my priority are saves. I often equip We´ll make it.

I love we'll make it too.

I don’t. People just run away!

Easy solution! Unhook in front of the killer. He´ll down them for trying to run away, then you can heal them.
    /S

“it’s not farming if you have BT!”

What a coincidence! I always equip BT for that exact reason.

Why can't we all just have fun and play a good game :o?

....No, really. After game chat is the worst. I want to say "gg" if I had a good time, but the most random comments can escalate people so quickly. It's like they're touchy as f*** and super on edge.

I stopped playing killer because I was tired of being harassed and now the other survivors are harassing me when I play survivor lol. Several times now in games, certain survivors have gotten angry that I am doing generators and not running around in the middle for who the f*** knows what reason, so I can die and they can hook farm me I would guess. They run up to me and point in the direction they want me to go and if I don't listen, they will jump around me and create loud noise notifications and try to run the killer into me.

The community in general just really needs to be cleaned up; the extreme negativity, sandbagging, name calling, threats, attempted harassment through other platforms, and general anger and angst all need to stop. I don't know how to go about fixing it, but all I can say is I hope the new reporting system helps and that the devs crack down on it.

well sandbagging if i think i know what your talking about is aloud in-game. if a survivor un hooks me right next to you and i get downed and the other survivor gets chased and gets downed, i get saved i might just sandbag them if they are getting chased especially if i think they have were gonna live forever. i mean i run were gonna live forever but i always bring borrowed time with it.

    The Blood Artist

    Background:
Nea Karlsson moved to the US with her parents from a quiet town in Sweden named Hjo. Never the nice, quiet girl at all, but always a good soul, Nea happened to meet exactly the people she should not have met. The wrong crowd, as her parents called it. When they tried to intervene and keep her from getting in harm´s way, she rebelled against them. She dyed her hair in bright colors, stopped attending school and chose a life between loud music and alcohol. Nevertheless, Nea was not the average "wayward youth", as politicians named such people. She possessed a certain mixture of cunning and willpower. Where others merely got by, she thrived. Whoever got on her bad side had to fear waking up in a hospital, Nea Karlsson, by that time known as "Mashtyx" rejected to comply with the demands of people she considered weak. At that time that was basically everyone without a gun in his hand. It was then that the wrong people took notice of her. Since she was permanently broke, it took the mob just minutes to hire her as one of their enforcers. With cracking knuckles and a neon-sprayed baseball-bat, she came for those that owed money and left a trail of blood stains, fractures and sprayed tags where ever she went.
Years later, as she had moved up the hierarchy between stacks of dollar bills and illegal substances, her parents finally caught her trail after the police cross-checked her fingerprints and informed them. After weeks of search, a private investigator hired by them tracked Nea down and led both of them to her operation´s hideout. She was not there, but her pals were. That did not believe a word said by the intruders. The kind girl they described had nothing to do with the woman that had just ordered them to dispose of two policemen´s corpses and the photo they brought also did not show many similarities. Finally, they killed all three of them, the investigator, her father, and her mother, in a cruel and sadistic way. As Nea and her two bodyguards returned from her latest endeavor with three duffel bags, she saw the beaten up corpses of her parents whom she had loved and held dear over such a long time, despite all that had happened.
In a rush of sheer, undiluted hatred she started drew a firearm and proceeded to shoot everyone in the room except those with blood on them. Those she disarmed and tied up at gunpoint. The men she deemed guilty were beaten to death over the following days in a cruel, terrifying and excessive display of violence. The police did not come to that neighborhood anymore, but as the mob finally showed up with a huge group of armed men, days had passed. Two of the corpses and the exact sum of money for a decent burial was missing, the rest was still in the duffel bags. Nea was gone, never to be seen again. On the wall, she had left her "Mashtyx"-tag in the blood of her victims.

    **Weapon: **
    Butterfly Knife

    Power:
    Accursed spraycan
As long as Nea stands or moves over freshly spilled blood, her spraycan is charged. It can hold two charges. A "Mashtyx"-tag can be applied to any solid, vertical surface of sufficient hight within the trial. Survivors looking or moving towards a tag from within a distance of 12 meters alert the killer to their presence. Whenever Nea passes near a tag, her movement speed gets increased for a short amount of time. The number of tags is limited to 5.

    Perks:
    Balanced Slashing
The killer´s reflexes are on point and the challenge of performing an impressive takedown of her prey fills her with determination. While falling from hight, all attacks performed before touching the ground put a survivor in the dying state.

    Light evasion
The killer´s dexterity is remarkable. The angle and area viable to blind the killer are both reduced.

    Hex: Bleedwise
A hex rooted in toxic stress. As long as the Hex Totem stands, all survivors expend their items at an increased rate.

    love it as well.

No, if the Survivor hides, he dies.

just got out of a game where there was 1 gen left i found the hatch and the killer was camping the downed survivor. i also mind you, had no mither. and so i didnt think i would be able to heal him in time so i try and wait for the survivor to bleed out and the killer finds me, downs me and hooks me i havent been hooked yet so i attempt to escape and the killer then brings the other survivor to the hatch. i struggle and the funny part is that the survivor that was downed bleed out before i died. also btw the downed survivor kept bringing the killer to me when she was getting chased i think she had empathy so she always saw me.

    Yes and No.

Yes; If in the weird case they DID add comms, two things should happen:

    • Everytime survivors communicated they would have to give away their position, because it should effectively work as if you are calling out to one another.
    • If the killer was within 32 meters, they could hear the communication between survivors.

This could actually create for some interesting gameplay; on the other hand, I could see survivors being really fugking mean on comms, knowing that the killer could hear them.

No; Voice chat has the potential to create the greatest imbalance in the game, primarily due to the fact that there are four survivors, and one killer. As an example, you can easily communicate to one another where the killer is, thereby bypassing any real need to use detection perks.

    • John says "Yeah, I got him chasing me, I'm gonna loop him a bit, then pull him over to the killer shack; Cindy, can you take him from me for a bit?"
    • Cindy says "Ok, let me know when you vault inside, let him hit you, then run out and pallet it stun him, I'll take him from there."
    • Marci says "We're gonna be at the gen near the other one we finished."

    Later...

    • John says "Ok, I just vaulted inside... ready Cindy?"
    • Cindy says "Yeah go ahead."
    • John says "Oh crap, hey Marci he turned around, he's suspect of that skillcheck fail."
    • Albert says "Ugh, everyone head towards John and Cindy, I'll get the killer to follow me for a bit, let him hook me while you finish gens. I'm going to take him as far as possible from John and CIndy's current location. After you guys finish a Gen, come over and save me."
    • Cindy says "Ok, before the gen finishes I'll run back to keep an eye on the killer before coming to save you, if need be, I'll reel him away."

why not read my suggestion to how it would work since the killer could hear survivors not at a 32 meter range since normal humans cant hear at a 32 meter range but instead around maybe a 15-20 meter range and couldnt understand what they are saying except they would hear a gargled version of whats being said. and other survivors could barely hear each other at 24 meters and once they got to about 17 or 16 they could hear each other clearly.

Without any offerings.

its not easier considering most games i only get 1 or 2 stacks since no one gets downed or i get tunneled because i know how to flashlight save

So you take honors English and while you don't get graded like school the fact you refuse to even use anything you've learned speaks volumes about you. The grammar nazi insult speaks even more volumes about you and why you're not worth debating.

No one is going to take the time to read something so poorly written nor should they have to since you're the one that wants to have your opinion heard. If you're going to act like this now, you're in for a rude awakening in real life when this attitude will cost you.

i never play SWF, except maybe once a month with one of my friends. and i play this game all the time, but still i hear about how SWF is OP, because they have mics and can talk to each other. why not just add voice coms in-game so randoms can talk to each other. i dont know if the killer would be able to hear them, at a certain distance of course like 10 meters maybe, or if the killer couldnt hear them at all. i dont know if this is a good idea or not so dont complain saying toxic stuff in the comments please. i am just suggesting this be added because i feel i shouldnt have to make friends that have the same experience in-game as me to play together, but instead just be able to talk to people in the game. even if i am on coms with people the killer could still easily kill all survivors, the only killers that complain about SWF being op are the ones without the experience to handle them. i barely play killer and i can easily get to rank 4-5 as leatherface with BBQ 3, Franklins 2, NOED 3, and Agitation 3, i got it from the shrine of secrets, and kill all 4 survivors wither they are SWF or not. most TEAM BASED games have voice coms due to the best way to win is through teamwork if its me vs my teamates vs a killer i have a less of a chance to win, but if i can talk to all my teamates i can inform them not to come save me and gen rush when the killer camps me in the basement with insidious or if i am on my way to save them so 2 people dont go to save at the sametime. i find it easy to kill survivors, the only reason i dont sometimes is because i get outplayed and i always send a GG you gave me a run for my money or something like that. please give feedback again if you are against please give actual reasons not the usual "OMG guys look another salty survivor" or the "Survivors are OP WAHHHHHHH". if you are a killer main and dont have actual reasons why this shouldnt be added with back up and proof then just dont bother. because i will just skip over your comment.

Very few ideas posted are widely agreed with. Generally, they tend to boost either survivors or killers and the other side obviously has to disagree. What I'm asking for is just a little bit of clarity. I would like it if there was a hash mark by the survivors names indicating how far along they are in the sacrifice category. 1 hash if you have been hooked once. 2 hashes if you have reached the entity summoned stage. Simple.

so you know who to tunnel and whos not worth running after when theres 1 gen left right?
