You tell me theory, but in practice this is a weak perk and which for some reason works 1 time
But it's not a weak perk. It stops the Killer from tunneling which means it stops the Killer from playing efficiently

I'm pretty proud of this concept I've made for a Nemesis rework that would make him more accurate and maybe more viable
DbD Killer concept: The Bioweapon A relentless pursuer, The Bioweapon is able to chase, surprise and infect it's targets using his Power, T-Virus Infection. Attributes Height: Tall Movement Speed: 4.4 Meters per second 24 Meter Terror Radius Power: T-Virus Infection Press the Ability but... -

I'm sure I'm at MMR pit at the moment, at what you can call Elo Hell, because escaping through the gates with teammates like this is quite a challenge, and hatches don't give MMR.
Still, I DC'd once and killed myself 4 times, one surrender in seven games is not that much. In those games I killed myself I didn't have a chance to escape anyway, so it didn't really influence my MMR: maybe only a little bit since I died first instead of last, but that's it.
Also, MMR: have you noticed that in many games I wait for my last teammates to die to take the hatch? That's because taking the hatch is better than dying while saving others, so if you play for MMR - you play like this, like a rat. And I bet other survivors do the same, hence the Battle Royale. I didn't do it with the emblems, but now I have to. So yeah, the game is still to blame, at least the Escape Based Matchmaking.
I agree, SBMM sucks and isn't good. They should've kept the old ranks until they got an MMR that functioned or just increase to rank to 50 so people who got to rank 1 were actually good

DS punishes you to keep it activated. Dead hard is usually baited so its a dead perk most of the time. These perks never win games like NOED.
That's just a lie. Dead Hard when used properly can't be baited and is uncounterable

Not sure if you're being sarcastic (because many people on this forum are) but he was actually pretty chill about it even after the cheater match afterwards. He merely said that BHVR should do something regarding the anticheat in a very calm voice.
I wasn't sarcastic, going against hackers is pretty demoralizing (imo) but I'm surprised that he was pretty chill. I know i wasn't chill when I faced my first hacker lol

That's not a secret. Even ol' veteran killer main streamers get destroyed when they face top MMR survivors.
Watched a german killer main yesterday called SchwabbelTown. That guy really knows what he's doing as a killer, has total awareness and is always focused yet even he ended up getting rekt often.
Fastest game he had yesterday was 5 gens in 3 minutes and 20 seconds on reworked Crotus Prenn Asylum. That was WITH Ruin/Undying.
In the post game chat a survivor told him to "play better next time".
That's what killer gameplay on a high level has become. Arrogant survivors (because running in circles and holding the action key/button on a generator is so skillful) and killers who basically are there to make the gen repair simulator "intense".
I'm starting to realize why I always face Nurse or Blight when I play survivor.
EDIT: He too played Nurse after that 3 minute match and instantly found a cheater so instahealed, speed hacked, everything.
The other survivors defended the cheater in post game chat saying he deserved it for playing Nurse.
That's DBD.
That's horrible. I hope he never has to go though that ever again, noone should

Half of those escapes are the hatch luck, and the escape rate is not the only or the main thing I described there. It's the process, what actually happens during those games, how the random teammates play. It's the friends we made along the way, so to speak.
Seeing how trolly your teammates are, you're probably at low MMR so you're overestimating how hellish SoloQ can be. Also you're DC'd and killed yourself quite a lot so you're lowering your MMR even further and yet you're blaming the game instead if yourself, meh

Yes, many of my recent posts are about how bad soloQ is. It's not surprising to see that I speak from experience.
You still escaped 50% of your matches so I don't know why you're complaining
-
Based on some of your more recent posts, I'm not surprised

Demo and Steve were the best parts about the chapter imo. Demo is balanced and fun, and Steve has an amazing scream when getting hooked. Also both have really good skins

Tunneling is more efficient than 2 hooking everyone

And what percentage of the player base do you suppose is in that high mmr you mentioned? How many do you suppose just like logging on from time to time with friends and playing a scary game for fun? Also playing nicely and fairly are 2 different things. The killer can be fair and still get the 4k. Like I said, I've had matches where the killer could've easily went after me in what would've been a hopeless situation for me but chose not to and yet still won the match. At the end of it they often even mention how they don't like tunneling or playing in a toxic way because they know how crappy it is for survivors to deal with it. It all depends on the person.
I still don't get what you're complaining about, let players play how they want. If the Killer wants to play nice, he can but he doesn't have to. Someone shouldn't play how YOU want because you don't find it fun and it shouldn't get changed because you don't like it
-

I've had plenty of matches where the killer did not tunnel, camp or play in any kind of toxic matter but still got 3 or 4k. They even go out of their way not to tunnel when they very well could have and gotten an easy kill. Its matches like this that are usually very fun despite the fact most or all the survivors died. Survivor mains really do appreciate killers who play fair and don't resort to toxic strategies to win. They are the ones who make the game fun to play and prove you don't have to tunnel survivors down or be a jerk to them to win. Fun matters more than winning in this game in my opinion and you can have fun whether you live or die in the match as a survivor. It all depends on how the killer decides to play against you. I've had matches against the pig where they could have easily downed me while I was trying to remove the trap but go right past me to begin a chase with another survivor. They didn't have to, but the fact they did shows that killer players can be fair and have some honor in the match.
In high mmr, playing nicely will lose you the game
-
Survivors would only play Laurie, Bill or Meg
-
I still don't get how Survivors can complain about the Killer playing efficiently. Aren't Killer allowed to win or something?
-
Ormond sucks to play as Blight when you're a beginner, but is really fun when you get the hang of his Rushes
-
Trickster's been dead since his knife count got reduced to 44 and his 1v4 got deleted from the game, which he barely even had
-
It's so funny seeing Survivor mains saying that Killers should do bones when Killers can't actually do bones lmao

I propose to shake up the meta, otherwise it becomes rather boring to play
You need to add passive abilities to survivors then it will feel fresh
That wouldn't shake up the meta tho, it will make it even more boring. To shake up the meta you need to buff all perks that suck and maybe nerf meta perks a bit so they don't feel as powerful

why not shes really strong right now
She is, I'd say she always was strong but I don't enjoy her playstyle that much. Maybe if I played her more I'd enjoy her but Demogorgon and Nemesis are enough for me
-
Because the Kill Rate and DbD stats in general are worthless. Nurse is technically the worst Killer in the game. The Kill Rate takes all ranks into account, which is why it's so inaccurate. An accurate Kill Rate has to only take the highest level of play into account, and that's why this game will never be balanced, the devs balance only around bad Survivors and casual players

I'm quite experienced and 70% of the survivors use it so I advise you to get used to
Playing as survivors having good perks is really frustrating because the choice is very small
I'm used to Dead Hard, it's uncounterable when used for distance and yes, most perks in the game suck, even for Killers

A ton of people clearly like his design. Just because you don't like his design/think hes boring dosen't justify putting people down in behavior. Your opinion isn't fact
How is Gann putting people down when he's just stating his opinion? How is it any different from you telling him that his opinions are negative?
-
How is playing with friends toxic? They're using what the game is giving them. I won't disagree on it being very powerful and oppressive, but it's not toxic
-
It's the DbD community, don't expect too much from the forums
-
I just want an Alien Chapter (Concept Herehttps://docs.google.com/document/d/10odyRotI_m_KHcJ93GE6NnEhSlppreNjEG4YEV4CMvY/edit?usp=drivesdk). Other than that we need Friday The 13th and we'd have all the iconic stuff
-
So this would be a pure Killer efficiency nerf while Survivors don't lose anything in return, too op no thank you
-
Give him a new Power, throwing Knives is boring and really weak imo

I would not say that NoeD is a bad perk. It depends on the Killer and if they can pressure survivors while the endgame is already ongoing. Nurse and Hag can both use NoeD pretty well, Nurse because insta downing Nurse with Infectious Fright is dangerous and Hag because she can dragg a survivor into her net and defend her NoeD.
However you are right, on Huntress that perk is pretty useless.
True, NOED might be good if the player plays well and pressures people but it doesn't come close to meta (because nothing comes close to meta)
-
I disagree on him not fitting in DbD, he's like Ghostface but more colorful but I do agree on his Power being badly designed. I'll always say this when talking about Trickster, he had quite a wide range for abilities due to his unique design but they went for the most boring idea ever, being a Huntress clone
-

It isn't. It's medkits and other healing perks (stacking) that is making it pretty strong atm.
Except that it is. It's an infinite Medkit for the whole team that can't be countered, tell me how it's not op
-
@Regulus47 said:
Iridescent Head huntress with Ruin Undying Tinkerer NOED. Killer easy mode haha.
Iridescent Head was nerfed and is almost useless unless you're running LP, Tinkerer is bad on Huntress due to the Lullaby and her huge size and NOED is a bad perk in general but worse on Killer's that have a better M2 than an M1 like Huntress
-
Don't even need to watch it to know that an infinite medkit for the while team that requires only 1 person to bring it is op
-
SWF and SBMM are the reason why tunneling and camping are such common things happening at the moment. If you don't tunnel or camp, you're more likely to lose the game, but if you do, the game gets boring and stale within minutes

I play as Rin and I don't see the difference in catching and killing these survivors who used their ability and I don't care if they have this perk or not, it's enough to get closer
Play against a team with Survivors that know how to use Dead Hard for distance not to dodge a hit, then you'll see how busted that perk is
-
@Hunter_Main_322 said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2613578#Comment_2613578
And as for the killers, we don't get a bad reputation where everyone runs to buy Rin or Blaine, thanks even though the nurse is free. Doesn't that break the game where players buy strong assassins
Then play without abilities for assassins only with a choice of perks - what's boring? So playing for survivors is boring when you have no choice
Thwre is a difference between Killers and Survivors tho. Survivors are 4 while the Killer is alone. The Killer has to have a power to keep up with Survivors while Survivors are the power role, they control how long a Trial lasts and how it ends
-
@Hunter_Main_322 said:

as well as assassins using strong assassins and leaving no chance
Only Killer that leaves no chance is Nurse and even she can be outplayed by a competitive SWF, it's why in tournaments Survivors are required to run different builds. Imagine a Swf like Oracle with no perk limitation, true horror lol

I play for both sides, but knowing the bugs with the window or the fact that the map has decreased in two, but the same number of hooks remain pushes one question WHEN THERE WILL BE CORRECTIONS IN RECEIVING DAMAGE IN THE WINDOWS
Probably soon seeing as they buffed Dead Hard

Nahhh just that add on is fine
But Trickster is already useless, why nerf him further?
-
Let's nerf Trapper and Pig aswell, their 1v1 is too powerful
-
He's good and balanced with only a few weaknesses bit those weaknesses are very easy to use as a Survivor. His anti loop is great, he's also very good at shredding pallets but he lacks in map pressure and windows kind of destroy him
-
His chase is bad, his mobility is meh and his overall map pressure sucks due to Hit n Run being ineffective against teams and gets neutered by Medkits and other healing perks, Boon: CoH being extra painful for Wraith
-
They will never do it. They don't seem very fond of console players
-
Usually play with Addons because they're a cheap boost to powers
-
Wraith is perfect for beginners. He has a power that doesn't even require 1 hour to understand and is also fun to play due to his speed
