Average with a build based around his Box, below average without it. Needs a few buffs if he wants to stand a chance against Survivors that aren't your casual SoloQ teammates
-
Pyramid Head is not a Killer I'd suggest for beginners. His Antiloop is very strong being able to hit almost anywhere but getting those hits is hard as it's pure skill and maybe a little luck. For beginners I'd recommend Bubba or Wraith seeins as their skill floor (how good you have to be to start playing them) is lower than PH's but they're not as strong imo. Play whoever you want but PH is not easy to pick up
-
Trickster is a D tier Killer against Survivors with a brain which you seem to not be facing based on your recent posts, so no
-
In terms of gameplay, Oni and Blight were a huge success. Both are fun to play as and against while being very good but also counterable.
In terms of adaptation, it's Myers. He might not be that strong, but damn is he scary and accurate to the movies
-
Dead Hard was never fine. When used properly it guaranteed a third health state and an extra 20 seconds of a loop which is a lot of time for the Survivors to do gens due to one Perk. Don't forget multiple Survivors brought it aswell which was just sucked to play against.
Now that it's been buffed by making it work every time you use it with no Exhausted on the ground, it needs either an activation requirement or a nerf to its distance by disabling vaulting and dropping pallets after using Dead Hard for 0.5-0.7 seconds
-
He's not worse than a basic M1 Killer, he's high C tier due to his ok antiloop but he's very time inefficient unlike other Killers but he's still better than basic M1 Killers like Trapper, Clown, Pig and Myers for example

The nemesis part is real a bullshit
All of it is bull poopoo

I did. They were a hit disingenuous about how hit validation worked at pallets. So I figured this would be hell. Now all we need is vault validation and the game can truly be as they envisioned!
I can't wait for the update where Killers aren't allowed to hit Survivors without their consent
-
I think this is a good idea. I like how it's accurate to the lore of how the T-Virus affects brain functions. I made a concept for Nemesis a while ago that would work similar to this but the Tentacle would stop people in place but it wouldn't do damage and he would have a rush ability
Here it is
DbD Killer concept: The Bioweapon A relentless pursuer, The Bioweapon is able to chase, surprise and infect it's targets using his Power, T-Virus Infection. Attributes Height: Tall Movement Speed: 4.4 Meters per second 32 Meter Terror Radius Power: T-Virus Infection Press the Ability but... -

Not to be rude, but I hardly needed a video to figure out that hit validation being applied to Dead Hard was bad for killers. Rofl.
Same, but I didn't think it would be this bad y'know

Agree. Trickster is one of the worst Killers in the game with no originality. You want to play a good ranged Killer? Play Huntress, she's guaranteed to take a health state wherever Trickster is able to get a single knife in. Huntress also has better range and doesn't get destroyed by high wall loops unlike Trickster who is an 110 Killer with no power at those loops. I'd love it if he would get a rework and focus on his musical abilities instead of his knives throwing ability.
Here's how it could look like
DbD Killer concept: The Performer A musical Killer, The Performer is able to confuse and irritate Survivors using his Power Backstage Performance Backstory As a young child, Ji-Woon Hak always seeked the attention of the people around him. He enjoyed every second of having others watch him... -

We've made good strides recently with changes to Wraith and Deathslinger, making them more fun to face. It got me thinking about other killers with problematic gameplay and what we could potentially do to remedy them.
Any suggestions?
I know he's not B tier but I think Trapper could use some tweaking. I don't find him to be OP by any means, however it's simply not fun getting caught in traps that are hard to see, and constantly keeping a look out for traps in general is tedious. This is exacerbated by his recent buffs, and perhaps we should start looking into ways of making him more fun
Lets nerf Pig, she's way to stealthy
-
Aren't you forgetting Scoops Ahoy Steve?
-
Trickster has to be their greatest failure. He doesn't fit in design wise, his power is just a weaker Huntress that somehow got nerfed, his name doesn't fit with his power or even lore and his lore, for a Kpop idol going mad, is really bland
-
Plague? Pyramid Head? NEMESIS??? How is Nemesis in Viable when he's a worse Demogorgon which is a worse Pyramid Head? Dude what game are you playing??? And Blight is only "Might be viable"? What is this tier list
-
They'll never fix them. Almost noone plays them so they don't think it's worthwhile to fix them. BTW, Twins aren't as good as they were anymore thanks to the 5 second stun and the new Boons but they're still around high B tier due to their amazing snowball potential

Yeah, I have no idea...
There is just no reason to keep that totem for a killer, because that totem is useless for killer at that point -> already found.
It's not like my idea would nerf killer's side, they just have motivation to do, what they already are supposed to do. There is no downside for killers in my idea :D
Yep

lol are you survivor main, you know killer objective is become more and more than survivor which so monoton and easy game now.
Killer now have objective which really ruin gameplay, you need to find stretchmark, breaking the walls, find boon totems. damn i think you really never play killer.
But his idea would nerf Boons more than yours. How is that a Survivor mindset?
-
Hag doesn't need a nerf, she's good but not op. She can get easily bullied by coordinated Survivors
-
Camping and slugging are fair and shouldn't be nerfed because they're "unfun" look at Deathslinger, he's been pretty much killed for no other reason than "unfun"
-
I agree, SoloQ is really miserable and unfair. Buff it to SWF level then buff Killers to be able to compete fairly

Don't think it was intentional
Even if it wasn't, the Twins player stood on that tile so you can't kick him
-
I'd say Dead Hard is a little better. They're both an extra Health State but the Endurance Effect also give you a Sprint Burst if you're hit while DH only give you a little distance but it can be used whenever unlike Endurance and can also extend a Loop by a really long time depending on the tile. Also DH is easier to activate
-
@baseballfan4877 said:
I outplay the viktor by making him miss, but he lands on a spot where i cannot physically kick him.. so he recovers and then he proceeds to get the hit because I couldn't kick him.
That's a good Twins player right there. Using the map and objects to make sure Victor survives
-
The Killer destroyed you and your team, so why do you want your pity escape? You clearly don't deserve the extra BP for escaping because you got demolished. Keys and Hatch were bs because they were undeserved escapes similar to Mori's being undeserved Kills
-
Demogorgon- Black Heart
If this were base kit, I think it would make new Demogorgon players want to use their Shred to hit people instead of only using it for zoning
-
MSA_Matei is a very good Demogorgon player. I'd advise watching him if you want to get into Demo
-
No, Pop if fair. It rewards Killer's for doing well
-
What do you mean by 'impossible' ? Is it his anti loops? His 1v4? Which is it and why
-
They won't change Demo's Addons for a long time sadly. And if they do, they probably won't touch Undetectable Addons
-
Can you guess?
-
Plague is a good, A tier Killer that isn't unfai. Doctor is an ok C tier Killer with a mediocre anti loop ability and good information gathering. They don't need nerfs
-
If someone DC's, I'll end the game as quickly as I can to find an actual game. I'll camp and tunnel and maybe slug if it allows me to kill people quickly
-
Huntress is better because she doesn't get cucked by high wall loops unlike Trickster
-
Stop crying and just accept you're going to die sometimes
-
Zombies are supposed to die to Head On
-
They insulted your entire bloodline, wishing horrible stuff upon it. I hope you can recover from this
-
Even on Demogorgon, STBFL is kind of a waste. If you're good with Demo, msot of your hits will be shreds. And Demo also has a STBFL Addon on his Shred so there is almost no reason to use it on him imo
-

his [eep]ing tier up sounds are the loudest god damn things in this game, why are they SO LOUD
a nemesis just won a game because he randomly jumpscare tier 3'd off a zombie and got me to miss a skillcheck on the last gen that was almost done which told him exactly where to go
so well played but [eep] off with that [eep]ing sound you [eep]ers why the [eep] is it 100 decibels [eep] sake
Yes, please! Also nerf Demogorgons footsteps
-
So buff them? Sure, let's buff NOED aswell being active all game
-
It's dbd and Survivors control the game. If they don't like playing against Plague, they will cry and she will get nerfed similar to Wraith or Deathslinger (which weren't that good to begin with)

- Very few survivors can find a totem reliably, so the large majority of survivors are going to run Small Game or something else. So most times Boons are taking up 2 spots.
- Next, let's do the math on healing speeds for boons.
- Boons take 14 seconds to bless, 16 seconds to use. So 30 seconds for a heal.
- However, you also have to find the totem, say that takes about 16 seconds. But to err on the side of caution, let's say you're really fast at finding a totem, so 8 seconds. The heal time is now up to 38 seconds
- Since survivors won't be around the totems area of effect, they will have to travel to it. I would say on average, you will have people in it about 1/3 of the time and survivors that have to travel about 8 seconds to it the other 2/3s of the time. So 4 extra seconds for travel. The heal time is up to 42 seconds.
- First Heal - 42 seconds
- The 2nd Heal would add 16 more seconds for healing and 4 seconds travel time. So 2 heals cost survivors a total of 62 seconds, divided by 2 is 31 seconds for each heal.
- The 3rd heal would add another 20 seconds, so 82 seconds. Divided by 3 is 27 seconds for each survivor.
- If the Killer breaks the totem, which the probably will before 3 people gets heals, then you add 14 more second and 8 seconds finding the totem.
Now take Self-Care and Botany Knowledge
- If you heal yourself, you are getting 21 second heals. 21 second heals is much better than 27 second heals.
- However, if you heal someone else, you are getting 10 second heals. Boon totems will never beat Self-Care and Botany Knowledge for the speed of heals and Killers can't "snuff out" Botany Knowledge and Self Care. Botany Knowledge works for the entire team.
We'll Make it
- Single perk that gives you 8 second heals. Again, much more time efficient than Circle of Healing and benefits the entire team except yourself.
Do you see why Circle of Healing isn't a big deal. You can ignore it as Killer until you are going past it and it only hurts survivors, time-wise.
Now imagine the Survivors are smart and use it while the Killer is using a 3 Gen constantly healing and denying the Killer any pressure. I can make scenarios up too y'know. And mine is also probable

If you don't go after boons, then boons don't waste Killers times either. Killers have the option to go after boons. They don't have the option to go after Self Care+Botany Knowledge, or We'll Make It.
Would you rather Circle of Healing be an AoE based around the survivor and not be a totem at all?
Boons are always useable and only 1 person has to sue it to help the entire team. It's also a single perk not like botany+selfcare
-
@Munqaxus said:
How do you counterplay Self-Care and Botany Knowledge which pretty much gives you the exact same healing speed, just off by a couple of seconds. How do you counterplay "We'll Make It" which is an 8 second heal?
Those don't waste a Killers time like the Boons do
-
Weren't 5 of the 6 perks not working when the Twins released? This is nowhere near the worst update ever. It's not broken like the RE release or Binding Of Kin but yeah it sucks
-
Idk, just dbd things ig
-
Deathslinger got the Hillbilly treatment, big oof
-
Killer
Win: 4k-3k with or without Hatch
Most satisfying win: Killing everyone after all the Gens pop. Last minute 4k's are so nice
Loss: 1k or under
But more realistically, winning is just getting into a game lol
