  • Well, the fact that the map is pretty much void of window vaults kinda makes up for the higher number of pallets.
Pallets are one-time use, unless the killer decides to not break them. Windows are multi-use.

  • Discussions mostly. I really enjoy discussing various topics that I am passionate about.
Also, I have found the forum a good place to meet other like-minded people. - You know who you are, when you read this :)

They seem really tight with BP now. I don't understand why. You'd think with them always trying to gain new players and the ever expanding roster they would be more generous.

I remember a time when they were constantly giving out BP codes. I almost never see them now.

I've been playing since 2021 and I don't even have all prestige rewards unlocked on everyone. So I doubt there is much chance of a new regular player maxing everyone out overnight.

I have not seen any universal BP codes since before they started "Operation Health"
Any BP codes we get now are weird, stringy ("xxxx-XxXxx-XXXX" for example) and personal. Those that you get in your newsletter. Most of which is hardly more than 100k BP or something small like that.

250k for the retirement of the Halloween chapter felt like a smack in the face.

On the topic of being stingy with rewards, I have not seen many Bloodpoint weekends or anything like that at all this year. Not since the Blood Moon event in the spring. No 2x/3x weekends whatsoever. - Or rather, after the new quest system came into place. That is when BP and shard rewards got demolished into oblivion.
The advent calendar was a letdown as well.
And finally, the move away from percentage based to multiplicative incentives.

Before, you'd have +25%, +50%, +100% etc, up to +400% (5x), which also applied to event bonuses and tome challenges.
Now you have 1.10x, 1.25x, 1.5x etc, up to 3x. A significant reduction, that does not apply to anything but the normal gameplay-earned BP.

It would be sad to see them leave, and that new players can't pick them up. They would always have to be on the receiving end of Myers' mori, or doesn't get to experience the fun times of Scratched Mirror for themselves.

Genuine question as someone who doesn't play survivor very much anymore, I had a chaos shuffle match where I played springtrap and rolled a team. I'm talking I had 10 hooks by the time 2 gens got done. I clearly won, but then I decided to relax and try to learn how to trickshot and they ended up getting out due to a genuinely long chase and an aggressive use of DS. I proceeded to get T-bagged in the exit gate they wouldn't have gotten had I not literally given it to them and they got 4 man out (which again, I wasn't really trying to win at this point.) What made them cocky there? What's with the toxicity? Did they think they got a comeback or something?

I guess that toxicity is subjective, but I would say that the general consensus of it usually consists of teabagging / disrespecting the killer as survivor, or humping survivors on the ground / bleeding out someone as killer.

Most killers are S-tier, and med-kits are the most popular survivor item. Why not shuffle them as well?

Also, instead of testing 2v8, you should have tested a true Chaos Shuffle mode on the PTB, where five players are matched and no one knows who will be chosen as the killer.

Also, instead of testing 2v8, you should have tested a true Chaos Shuffle mode on the PTB, where five players are matched and no one knows who will be chosen as the killer.

    Stealing my idea?

Most killers are S-tier, and med-kits are the most popular survivor item. Why not shuffle them as well?

Are they truly S-tier, or is is because of the over-abundance of hard-tunneling, which likely has zero counters in Chaos Shuffle?
And as for medkits, they are the most useful items, regardless of add-ons.
Toolboxes are only good if you roll charge or repair add-ons. Sabo add-ons are terrible on their own, without a full build of perks around them.
Maps needs to have certain add-ons to actually be useful.
Keys are mostly useful with chest builds
And Flashlights… well, those can be okay, but survivor items in general (aside from medkits and repair toolboxes) are really bad without builds around them.

How new are you exactly? Are you smurfing? Because ain't no way they lost to a perk-less clown who had nothing but Cloud Size. Just goes to show how garbage most survivor players are. And people will confidentially say this game is killer sided

I ran into one with the same name, who had like 3200 hours.

It has nothing to do with either of those. Matchmaking never puts you in the wrong server, and there's never too little players for it to need to do that anyway. VPNing to another region doesn't affect the survivors, only your own ms. This is a bug with DBD's servers that seems to happen when one player is further from their server and clos-ish to another one. The killer in the screenshot would be on 70ms if she was on east, I could tell because average ms for your home host is 50, and when east players are put on eu, your average should be 130. The Nurse was on 150, so potentially she was the cause of us being put on the wrong server because she lives closer to it than her normal server (NA-East)

If you want to test this for your own, look at your ping towards Sao Paulo and Frankfurt (on speedtest.net) and see which one is closer to your in-game ping.
Pretty sure the games where I have seen 200+ ping are those where we are sent to the South American server, for some unspecified reason.

From my own testing (I'm living in Norway, far north), my ping towards the usual server locations is the following:
    Frankfurt (EU Main): 36 ms
    London (UK Main): 36 ms
    Dublin (Ireland): 47 ms
    Cincinnati (Ohio): 117 ms
    Ashburn (Virginia): 118 ms
    Los Angeles (California): 172 ms
    Portland (Oregon): 161 ms
Sao Paulo (Brazil, SA Main): 236 ms

  • At high MMR, I'd say survivor is the stronger role. When people knows how to teamplay, it is really hard to put any pressure on them.
But at lower MMR, killer is undoubtedly stronger.

Thats why they are universaly worst because the character attracts most players and tbh especialy the kind of those sandbaging ones same with megs and kates (if someone brings killer to you when you have almost done that one gen you were working on long time and you are on death hook that is super high chance its meg, sable or kate, maybe lora or feng).

Just because some of them have sandbagged you before doesn't mean that every Kate, Meg or Sable will.
Dodging people just because of the character they play is never a good reason.
Just give them a chance, because you never know when you will find the true diamonds in the rough.

  • @CompetitifDBD said:

Seriously, why are all five players, yes, ALL FIVE PLAYERS!!!, ending up on EU servers when everyone is NA-East? How does this even happen? Genuine Question

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/3FO5V71QKJDC/381210-13.jpg

I have been on the NA servers with friends from the region, but I have often ended up in a lobby where everyone had super-high ping (my normal ping on US East is 120 ms), and my own ping was around double that of the other people on there (>200 ms). Are we getting sent to south American servers? I have seen this a lot of times, and it is all too common on the NA servers.

And no, we are not getting sent to EU in those scenarios, because my own ping would be in the 40's then.

Yh they cant make distance if you are close. But they shouldnt be able to loop you even without that.

What are you doing if its an standard open map and the survivors sees you, hears your TR if you are in T3 or you just get called out and he just runs away with 20 meters headstart?

20 meters is really not that much, and it also depends on the tile setup.
I know a lot of players also disregard the more distant TR layer (16-32 meters), so in reality, you often only have around 15 meters to catch up.

Sables are universaly one of worst teammates ever just wanna killers attention for all themselfs but they drown team by trying to get it just mostly by going down super fast or just doing nothing than just following the killer and only other survivor stereotype that can try to go toe to toe against sable one are megs and kates, the pinicle of DBD teammate sandbagers.

I think the underlying issue is that the character is popular, and thus attracting a wide range of players, of varying skill and playtime.

But you can't keep generalizing like that. I have seen just as many bad apples playing other characters as I have seen them on Sable. And it goes the other way around too. I have seen a lot of super-cracked Sables as well, who are excellent team players.

And just because you like Sable so much, have another one: Beware the wrath of Karen Sable.

Can happen but there is global sound cue when he reaches 50% of his stalk meter so if you hear it just look around and mostly if he is staring on you, you will notice it (he has 32 meters range for stalking basekit and cant hide himself like ghostface but than its way stronger in chase). Just tip because if he is standing in place he can have his evil within mode ready in 5 seconds I believe.

Can happen but there is global sound cue when he reaches 50% of his stalk meter

    Not exactly.
The 50% stalk sound only plays for the ones who are getting stalked. The global sound cue plays when he's fully stalked.

What do you count as chase perks? PWYF with 2-3 stacks make him quite S-tier-lethal in an area without strong pallets. But you need to earn it while Nurse just has her power, doesnt need to waste perk slots and does not care how many good pallets and windows exist.

I'm leaning more towards vault/action speed from perks (superior anatomy, bam, fire up and brutal), and faster stalk + duration add-ons. You can't really make distance against that, or mindgame that well.

  • Myers with a full chase build could be pretty up there in terms of lethality.
Not as fast in traversal, but makes up for it with easy downs.

Don't get me wrong, old Fog Vials were actually pretty broken. Infinite uses was not fair for the effect that you got at the time. Now, you have a measly 2 charges (should be 4) and the visual opacity and audio distortion got heavily reduced, plus Potent Extract got nerfed into the ground. the fog effect is also only good on certain maps too, and weak on most others, it should be a healthy middle ground

What should be done is to rework them to provide the same effect as the Void Crystals. Neutral on every map.
Make them have three charges, and keep the cooldown as is.

Alternatively, make Potent Extract have the Void Crystal effect instead.

    The facts are this.

    Bubba doesn't need Nerfing.

    Full stop.

Now you accuse me of camping, and trying to protect my interests, and I really don't care if you do.

No he doesn't need fixing, or nerfing. Don't unhook in his face. If he is camping. Then just focus on your objective the Gens, and let him have his kill.

Bubba doesn't need nerfs, he needs a sidegrade, where his power is shifted elsewhere.
Take away his ability to double-tap people off of the hook, and change his power to be better in chases.
One major factor is the tantrum mechanic, which needs to be looked at, because that is what makes bumping into stuff so punishing.

And no, you should not defend your camping playstyle, because it is really scummy, unfun to verse, and unhealthy overall.

I played yesterday for few hours and i saw no tunneling happening. One oni slugged me for 4k but that was about it.

I wonder what peoples definition of tunneling is here. Do you accept that killer tunnels if they are running out of gens? Do you accept that killer tunnels if you bodyblock when you get off hook and be annoying in their face? Do you yell tunneler when you get off hook and someone else gets hooked after you, but killer comes after you again after the second hook?.. i see this happening often and its silly.

My biggest issue is always the other survivors. Chaos mode shows how clear it is that some people are heavily dependent on windows in their normal games to do any looping.

If the killer is running out of gens, it would be fair play, but the core problem are those who tunnel someone out at 5 gens, while playing a killer with high mobility and/or map pressure.

If bodyblocking off the hook is a problem, then just hit them and slug them for a while (while you are chasing the unhooker), so that one teammate has to get off a gen. Otherwise it is their fault for leaving their teammate. - You are still giving the unhooked survivor a second chance, while going for the unhooker.
Being annoying towards the other side (this goes both ways) should have consequences.

Teammates, and especially those in solo queue are a whole other can of worms. We are not opening that in this thread.

Another thing that really grinds my gears is proxycamping, and especially with it resulting in second stage, followed by a tunnel out.

They dont even hide the pre judgment of sables lol so many times i have seen things in the lobby chat like "ew sable player" or "1 sable maybe but 2 sables, nah"

I remember back in the day when I played League of Legends, there was a character named Urgot who was universally disliked for the same reason as Sable is.
People were like: "Urgot? really dude?", "I'm going to report", "Someone dodge plz". Completely judging the player before the game even started.

    "no item" dodge

"not on the same platform" dodge

    "sable" dodge

    "standard dwight" dodge

I like how "Sable" is a valid reason to dodge.
Poor Sable, always judged, like the cover of an old book.

    Play Killer.

Don't bring ANY Gen Regression Perks.

IF you aren't perma Ash Ranks you'll see how astoundingly fast the gens fly, and the gates get open.

I have done quite well on several killers without gen-regression perks.
You need to play to your build's strengths, and not just use it for passive effects, as is the case for most gen-slowdown builds.

Chase-oriented builds are seriously slept on.

Survivors completing gens in the killers face, even when injured… How do you argue that is not genrushing? 2 things could be true here tho. 1) Survivor is throwing for a 'finish repairing' mission or 2) its a swf and they know they can trade hooks for gens… cause gens require less states than hooks.

If we are talking about time tho, the average match in my MMR range is about 4-5mins to endgame. That is blatant genrushing.

ps edit: I apologize for answering to someone elses reply ;)

I would also agree that if a game takes less than 5 minutes to reach end-game, that would be actual gen-rushing.

But there are many factors to consider here as well.

    1. Was the killer camping a hooked survivor, thus having zero pressure on the gens? - If so, the gens are uncontested.
    2. Was the killer hyperfocusing on one survivor, i.e. chasing them for too long? - If so, the gens are also uncontested.
    3. Did it happen even if the killer was able to provide adequate pressure on the gens? - If so, the killer did not check the surroundings well enough.
    4. Was the killer afk during the game at any point? - If so, the gens are uncontested.
    5. Did the MMR system mis-match you with a comp team? - If so, good luck getting any pressure.

Having played a lot of Bubba I can say bubba outside of camping is pretty bad you need something like Beast marks for his saw move speed to be decent.

However Bubba extremely good at camping and preventing survivors from saving.

I take a solution so both sides can be happy is Bubba gets beast marks basekit BUT when Bubba is near a hooked survivor his Chainsaw Charge speed takes twice as long to fully charge. That way bubba will be better outside of camping and weaker at camping.

This does seem like a good solution to the camping issue, while also mitigating his weaker chase

The amount of gaslighting and empty arguments in this post is absolutely astounding ><

Y'all should check NL stats and tell me what you think would happen to them if hypothetically BHVR somehow magically removed tunneling from the game:
    1) Do y'all think killers will get better, cause you know, obviously they arent performing well enough right now, or at least that is what many of you think. Maybe in a few months timespan who knows, PS the current average of all killers combined is aprox 51% killrate.
    2) … Or do you think the entire average will drop below 50%?

Ask yourself what would be the most logical consequence? Cause if you are asking me, I'm pretty sure it will be the latter. And if anyone thinks a 'power role' should drop below 50% average, I don't know what to say. Bottom killers are alrdy scraping close to 40% as is…
Sure top killers are near 60%, but everyone alrdy complains they only see killer S & A tier… If killrates drop more due to artificial reasons, even killers that play B C & D will get pushed towards playing killers S & A. you can't have it all ppl…

People keep arguing for the death of this game and they don't even realize it.

Y'all should check NL stats and tell me what you think would happen to them if hypothetically BHVR somehow magically removed tunneling from the game:

You take away tunneling, and it gets a lot easier to see which killers they need to balance. Take away what is inflating the winrates, and see where the averages land.

I am pretty sure we will see more killer buffs if they take away the ability to tunnel

Idk where you find those bubbas in 2026 because Im have met in 2025 only two of basement bubbas which are pure campers and nothing else but bubba cant be just camping because the anticamp is there and without iri flesh and beast marks he kinda lacks the speed and dastance of getting those double downs people so much talk about here.

If there is endgame near and last gen being worked on across the map or all gens are done than its clear bubba will deffend his last hook thats just thing that logical on killer that has just instadown and nothing else without beast marks (he cant be great in chase without them because he lacks the speed and even bubba mains will tell this and admit it, he can force down pallets but many other killers can do this so i dont think buba is so unique in this only thing that comes to my mind is his ability to get multiple instadowns which only he and oni has and for oni survivors must give it to him compare to bubba).

When he meets window or area filled with them without bambbozle (sometimes even bamb wont help you with more windows) than he is just m1.

I see them more often than not.
But a common denominator for Bubbas, camping or not, is that they all run Iri Flesh.

  • Because Bubba will often camp you to death otherwise. It is too easy camping with him, with no reprecussions for doing so, as you have the iri flesh and speed add-ons to counter the self-unhook from the anti-camp measure.

And unless you have DS against that, there is no point in trying to unhook.
Every Bubba who resorts to basement-camping for instance. It is a playstyle that is extremely anti-fun, since all you do is either hanging on the hook, or you are holding M1 on a gen.

And then there goes killers that basicaly have build in slugging or camping because they cant do anything else like twins they can be played without slugging sure but they will be worse and feel worse than even krasue and at this point no one plays them because of how sluging they are and its annoying (for both sides), oni who just has very limited power gain and must cause the most damage with his blood furry because its timed and if he doesnt than he has no blood and cant have more powers fast which makes him pure m1 who has nothing and survivors just predrop and do gens which isnt fun so he must slug little bit but unlike twins his power has some reduction build into it so he cant slug whole team unless they arent so bad they give the slug directly to him (onis blood furry last 45 seconds and for each hit that instadowns he looses 7 seconds and this includes even when survivor has endurance effect and doesnt goes down so it still robs him and he looses 7 seconds).

Hag cant chase normaly because even in 2026 she is 110 speed killer (while having one of lowest pick rates with twins and artist) and her only option is to trap area and get some down with her traps and than just trap that hook to slow rescue or trade because she has no mobility (unless someone triggers her trap) and no chase power even lacks normal m1 speed she is just camping simulator because she was made like this its not players fault but more of her desing same as twins or oni.

So we have killers that are partly or just almost made around those things (strategies) no one likes and thats fact.

For Hag, that is where builds like "Chag" comes in. It might not feel the best, trading the ability to teleport for moving at 117.5%, but you'd do a lot better in chases with the extra speed and the path blockers.

At least that is how I was able to adept her fairly easily, without resorting to cheese strats.

    Realistically?

On their own, probably The Lich and Dracula. Even if they don't currently possess the power to defeat The Entity, it is likely that they could learn how to do so with their advanced knowledge of the arcane. Heaven forbid they compare notes.

After those two, it gets murkier.

Firstly, you have Pinhead. It is theoretically possible that Pinhead's master could take on The Entity. Theoretically.

Same with The Mind Flayer. We really don't know all that much about it, only that it called out to young Henry across time and space, crossing dimensions with its voice alone. We know it certainly does not rely on a physical body, and that it is capable of enhancing humans FAR past their normal limits.

Sadako is also pretty crazy in her lore, iirc. Not sure if it's beat or challenge The Entity crazy, but I remember it being nuts.

Lastly, we have the ideas. They aren't so much capable of defeating The Entity as they are not necessarily beholden to it.

This would be The Shape and The Executioner.

Pyramid being a physical manifestation of James' guilt and Michael being the Shape of Evil itself.

The Mind Flayer could theoretically rival the Entity, as it is also a powerful entity if you will, able to manifest itself through many forms. Considering how it also controls the Demogorgons, it is safe to say that it has an immense power.

In its physical form (as it appears in Seson 3), it is definitely weaker than in its true Upside-Down form.

  • @kaoraku said:

Honestly that would be a bad idea. I mean first of all, fragmenting the playerbase in many different gamemode would make quetimes even worst. And second, many people cannot, or just simply not want to play killer. Imagine that you almost never played any killers, and you get a nurse (which needs experience). With random perks. Or you get a trapper (which also needs experience on killer side altogether), or some other weak killer as a newbie. With random perks.

That would be a disaster for that player, especially if they wanted to play survivor. I think the main thin in random perks is that you know well enough your killer/survivor to be able to handle the game with anything you get. And in these cases…

So many people would avoid from the beginning, or after a very bad experience the gamemode, which would make the quetime for it even worse.

I guess adding a veto system for killers you don't want to play as could work.
But the mode isn't meant to discourage people from playing it. And an all-random mode would on the contrary be a fresh and fun way to play. So, don't judge a book by its cover. Also, this is just a conceptual idea that I made up, as sort of a Chaos Shuffle + mode if you will.
And speaking of fragmenting the playerbase. That is what happens every time there is a secondary mode available, so this won't be any different.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/462610/event-modifier-idea-totally-random-dbd

SWFs basically derail the idea. I really think this would only work for SoloQ. Once you start looking at SWFs of 3/4 then basically the randomness has been turned off and we're back to regular Chaos Shuffle (except the soloq who's been thrown into the role of killer is at more of a disadvantage).

Personally, I'd be fine with a super random mode that only applied to soloq, but I doubt BHVR would even consider that as a possibility.

BHVR needs more modes, and I think they should take Chaos Shuffle in two directions.

1: Make it as random as possible.

2: Random builds, but the builds make sense. Create a lot of survivor/killer builds where the perk combos actually work (there's actually lots of builds that have already been made by the community). You'd still have a build with No Mither, but it wouldn't have self healing.

I definitely don't think chaos mode should be replaced by that idea, but I think its an opportunity that BHVR could explore for more game modes. I think this would also give players more experience with not just perks they normally don't use, but builds that are outside the meta.

    Good breakdown as usual @crogers271
Yes, SWF would definitely be a problematic aspect. Though I believe duos could work if they are relegated to only be selected as survivors, so having it as an exclusive mode for solo/duo or a full 5-man party, it wouldn't be too problematic (I hope)

  • In theory, a character like Vecna (D&D) would be able to beat the Entity, through the use of powerful magic. But that would also require him to lose the mark that the Entity put on him, that essentially nerf his powers by a lot.

  • I would love to see the return of Daily Rituals. The daily tasks are only repeats with the same goals, over and over again.

I miss the variety, like "Unhook 2 survivors safely as Claudette Morel" or "Kill a survivor by your own hand with The Ghost Face" for example. Rituals that gave a decent sum of BP to complete, and incentiviced you to play a variety of characters on either side.

I believe the full challenge list was something like this:
Unhook 2 survivors safely with X-survivor.
Open an exit gate as X-survivor.
Collect a new item and escape the trial with X-survivor.
Chase someone for 180 seconds with X-killer.
By your own hand, kill 1 survivor with X-killer.
With X-killer, hook survivors 8 times.

And there could have been many more:
With X-survivor, hit 10 repair skillchecks in a single trial.
With X-survivor, heal yourself or other survivors for 3 total health states.
With X-survivor, take two protection hits for other survivors.
With X-survivor, be chased for a total of 120 seconds.
    With X-survivor, sabotage 1 hook.
With X-survivor, stun or blind the killer 1 time.
With X-killer, hit survivors 20 times
With X-killer, down 2 survivors with your power in a single trial.
With X-killer, break 5 generators in a single trial.
    With X-stealth killer, perform 1 gen-grab on a survivor.
With X-killer, break 20 pallets and breakable walls.
With X-killer, hook all 4 survivors at least once.
These are just examples, and would have been feasible for the daily ritual system.

  • For me it is Chaos Shuffle, though it should have been updated to also include random add-ons and items.
A truly randomized mode would also be really cool, where everything is randomized, including the player characters, and even the role, so that one random player got selected as a random killer for example. Pretty sure that would have been a really fun and entertaining mode, where you got to play different characters. Truly something that took you out of your comfort zone for a change.

Legion-free 2v8 was also not so bad.

  • My personal survivor stats.

    Last 30 days, Top 3.

    top 3 survivors - last 30 days.png

    All time, top 5.

    top 5 survivors - all time.png

Don't believe the inflated escape rate numbers, since the stat page counts abandons as escapes.

Everyone hates his bite and free injury due to how little to no counterplay it gives him.

Dont make him a hitscan or dont give him an injury.

What if he got changed to injure normally with the grab attack, and only trigger Deep Wounds if he used it again on an already injured survivor.
Also, the hitscan needs to go, to make it a little more challenging to land.

Thats my point though WHY!? What makes DBD so special that someone can't sit for 4 minutes on the ground so they can die?

    • How is that compared to say a game like Rust you spend hours upon hours doing stuff, and then get offline raided by a clan.
    • Or a game like DotA where your teammate is feeding their carry and you are stuck in a completely unwinnable game for the next hour because something your teammate did?
    • Or a game like Arc Raiders where someone tricks you into thinking they are friendly and then shoots you in the back?

Why does THIS community have such an emotional response to an opponent in a video game that spending a couple of minutes dealing with something unfun is like the end of the world to them.

You say its because they are more balanced, but like. Are they? Have you seen the win rate for the top heroes in DotA they can often have far higher win rates than a killer in DBD?

Thing is in Rust, some servers does not allow offline-raiding, so that point is only semi-valid.

As for DotA/League and those kinds of games, if it is truly lost, you have a surrender vote option, if your team agrees. That way you don't have to sit through an hour-long game if you know your odds are highly stacked against you.

While I have never played Arc Raiders myself, I don't see this problem being any different from a game like Rust. The general idea is to trust no one, unless you know their intentions.

What this translates to in DBD terms would be something different.

Let's say for the Rust-dilemma, that you have a custom lobby with a game-rule in place, where if you try to tunnel someone out, you would be automatically disconnected, and locked out of the killer role until the lobby leader gives you permission again.

For the DotA/League dilemma, this could easily be implemented into DBD with a surrender vote function (would count as a loss) instead of surrender = DC (with penalties).

And as for the Arc Raiders dilemma, just assume that the opposite side will play in a default manner, unless you take the initiative yourself to just goof off or doing something unexpected.

And lastly, would YOU enjoy being bled out by the killer while they are BM'ing you for 4 minutes? If no, then you'd understand how other players feel about it as well, and why YOU shouldn't do it as a killer.

You'd think with the PTB being tomorrow we'd have something to riot about right now

Excellent question. Normally, there'd be a post about it at least. Could be that during the holiday break, there hasn't been much time yet to go through all the details.

A few things i’m hoping for are:

    • Buff to Fog Vials
    • Another rework of the styptic agent (current version is by far the worst medkit add-on and needs another redesign)
    • Demogorgon Buffs + add-on pass
    • Buff the Harmless
    • Rework Kaneki’s Centipede and Yamori’s Mask addons
    • Nerf blight by making him 4.4 and give him the pallet break token removal nerf similar to kaneki
    • nerf sabo speeds
    • nerf power struggle + flip flop combo

    Great suggestions to be honest.

    • Fog Vials should in my opinion be reworked to be more like the Void Crystals. Smaller area of effect, but much harder to see through, which doesn't create the blinding effect on some maps, or appear totally useless on other maps.
    • Styptics are just useless in their current form. The fact that they offer less value than a BROWN add-on is just laughably bad. The effect needs to be at least 33% to counteract the self-heal debuff.
    • Demo definitely needs an add-on pass to become relevant again, since most of his add-ons are all linked to his portals, and nothing to really address his Shred ability.
    • Unknown needs some love, for sure.
    • These two add-ons are problematic, as they are essentially free perks. And while they are at it, make it so that canceling his power has a longer fatigue time (reverse-Nurse effect), so that using his leap to catch up is not as effective as it currently is.
    • I support these Blight nerfs, so that he can't go for easy M1's as often, or rush you down instantly after breaking pallets. This will make him a lot more balanced, and relying more on his strong power to get hits and downs with.
    • I can totally see where you are coming from with this suggestion. I'd much rather see sabotaging becoming like it was in the past, but more an in-between of the current sabo and the old sabo. Make it take longer, but the progress stays until the hook is broken by any means. Broken hooks should always respawn after 60 seconds.
    • I can also see where you are coming from with this suggestion, but "PowerFlop" is a very niche and almost never used combo. I could agree that the requirement for Power Struggle being increased to let's say 25% from today's 15% would make it much less problematic. That way it will only punish someone who is slugging for a more extended period of time.

i only want it nerfed because i hate slugging on both sides in the game. on killer, you’re at a lose/lose if someone else is nearby and on surv it doesn’t feel good being on the ground for extended periods of time cheesing the fact that the killer can’t pick you up. same with sabotaging. the only counter to sabo is slugging and it’s boring on both sides to be in a slugfest game.

Now, there is another counter to saboing, and that is Agitation, since it lets you transport survivors to the hook a lot faster. I've outplayed a lot of sabos that way. Once you see the sabo survivor run towards the hook, quickly turn towards another, and you should still be able to make it, unless someone is running breakout (which is incredibly rare to see).

Im hoping for survivor model and animation improvements and it could happen because the first attempt suddenly came with clown’s rework so maybe

You know, this is something I would like to see as well. Survivor animations look incredibly stiff in their current form, especially on the female survivors. The old animations were a lot smoother in comparison, even if they looked janky.

Some of the ones you listed I’m hoping for also, but the main one I want are the Nancy face model changes, this would be the perfect opportunity to do them, and fix some of her cosmetics to make them look more accurate to her appearance in the show.

I’m praying they can even get Natalia Dyer’s likeness and improve Nancy’s overall look in game!

I hope for this as well. Nancy got done dirty with her model in game.

  • Hens had some good points in his video, talking about what to do for the matchmaking. And something about having a toggle option that switches matchmaking priority for either fast (with the loose MMR we have today) or a tighter MMR, but with the downside of longer queue time.
