To be fair I'd only accept changes to moris if keys got hit too but I just wanted to try a more bipartisan approach
I am in a similar-ish camp, to be fair.

or, just leave eboni moris alone? they have already been nerfed. they are completely fine the way they are.
Bad way to look at it IMO. The question should not be "Was it already adjusted?" It should be "Is it balanced?"

I'd say make it so there's like a 5 to 10 second count down timer when someone clicks "leave match". They won't leave the match until the countdown hits zero. Leaving the match can be canceled at any time during the countdown.
This stops the whole "hit you with Franklins then DC" thing. Might help reduce spontaneous rage quits as well.
This is actually an intriguing idea.

Didn't the devs say that they plan to have DCers leave a hookable husk behind so Killers can still activate their hook-related perks? The Entity kill animation would probably not be compatible with that.

I can live with Laurie and Tapp's in-game's faces, but Quentin looks like the Entity gave all the Killers ugly sticks to beat him with.

I prefer the devs' proposed idea of turning insta-heals into reverse-Deep Wounds.
-
What is gained by preventing NOED and Ruin from being used together?

Only if the Survivor is Dirty Dan.

What moron decided they needed to buff Surveillance? It was already OP as it originally was.

I'd rather we didn't.

I still say no.

Honestly, the blick add-ons should have their effects change. Oh, you can no longer see auras? Oh boohoo. Seriously, I couldn't give less a sh*t about blindness because it practically does nothing. Fair to say others feel the same way.*Maybe* haemorrhaging does something, but Sloppy Butcher does this easier. Plus it takes longer to heal so there's that.
Hemorrhaging does very little as well. That's why Sloppy Butcher was buffed to make it also inflict Mangled.

How you counter Enduring? Corrupt Intervention? Thanatofobia?
Drop pallets earlier, hide until it wears off, heal.

Being crouched as pig, in stealth as wraith, and crouched as GF (before being unshrouded), ALL hide TR.
Yeah, that is Undetectable.

Beast of prey. Stealthed pig, wraith, GF.
Those all fall more under Undetectable (minus the aura immunity, which hasn't been implemented yet). Oblivious doesn't shut off the Terror Radius; it just makes an individual Survivor unable to hear it and be unaffected by it. Undetectable is a status given to Killers; Oblivious is a status condition given to Survivors.

I think their power should revolve around being more than one, so yes that makes sense.
I don't understand why the power of "the Legion" is to run a bit faster lol
Would it be possible to do something similar to the Hell Ember from Identity V?
Maybe Frank could have the other members of the Legion be kinda like sentries that can detect other Survivors and maybe even do simple chases against them? Maybe have each of the other Legion members do/specialize in something different?

Undetectable exists on tier 1 Myers just in case everyone forgot dunno about oblivious tho
I think if we follow the letter of the text, EW1 Myers has an upgraded Undetectable currently, since he is immune to all detection perks like Spine Chill and Premonition and not just ones that would reveal his aura.

That's why I said "on everything you post"? Btw he lied to the OP, so idk why you are defending him.
1) My post still stands.
2) Being wrong =/= lying.
3) Here's an old post by Peanits I found from about a year ago. Take it as you will:

Stop being so mean on everything you post...
It depends on the way you do it, OP. Just don't DC.
Being able to come off as "mean" with nothing but a yes/no answer is an impressive feat.
-
I guess as long as it's that slow to be able to do it, it's fine? I dunno.

Technically, Night Shroud and Jigsaw's Baptism.
I'd say those more fit under Undetectable. Oblivious would be something given to a Survivor, so for Night Shroud and Baptism to qualify, they'd technically have to give that to all of the Survivors (since hypothetically, if only one Survivor is Oblivious, then another Survivor near them would still be able to hear the Terror Radius and whatnot.)

@Rydog said:
This seems like a push to squarely define some existing game states, such as Ghostface's shroud.
What abilities currently give the equivalent of Oblivious?
-
I used to want there to be way for the RBT to interact with the Hatch, but with the ability to close it now, I'm okay with Trapped Survivors jumping through Hatch safely now.

Pigs and Doctors have basekit perks, essentially, so I'm not sure why so many people complain. It's part of why I main Pig and use Doctor to farm points off the poor survivors. They're just ridiculously easy for how I hunt - I'd use Shape too, if he weren't inconsistent at higher ranks.
While I don't think she really needs a buff, I do think her addons need some love - a lot of them are irrelevant, outright nerfs, or just out of date with what's in the game. Maybe stuff to activate the RBT sooner, stuff to make her crouch speed faster, stuff to make her ambush silent, stuff that makes the timers tick faster in certain circumstances, but honestly the addons are the only things standing in her way.
Her ambush is fine, its best use isn't for getting hits: it's for dictating the direction of loops.
I'm over here consistently getting Ruthless/Merciless, getting killed by players consistently getting 25,000 BP with Pigs, everyone involved gets semi-consistent Game Overs - I think overall she's fine. I like that she's on the docket for some changes, but I'd be right pissed off if she was changed all that much. We don't need a new powerset, just some tweaks for how we interact with it.
Doctor's base kit by itself is really bad IMO. Pig's is better, but not by much IMO.

I've always liked the idea of Ivory/Ebony Mori being two-hook from an in-game balance standpoint, but my concern from a bloodpoint perspective is that an offering that only let you Mori after two-hook would be pretty useless outside of using it for daily ritual.
My personal suggestion would be to scrap all the current Mori offerings and then have two-hook Moris be baked into the bloodpoint offerings. Maybe have the yellow bloodpoint offerings let you Mori one person you've two-hooked (except Pudding and Hollow Shell) and the green offerings let you Mori anyone you've two-hooked (except Bloody Streamers). I know those bloodpoint offerings tend to be pretty useless, so having the two-hook Moris be baked into them could at least give you slightly more reason to want them.
-
This is just wishful thinking, but I wish the Legion's power had to do with the fact that there were four of them to the group.

What you mean? its camping from a distance, like those idiots that goes for 2k fast and then farm the way to the pip chasing without even care about the game anymore.
That's not what camping is, though.
-
I bought auric cells once so I could buy that drill bit weapon for the Pig. 60 cells remain, probably never to be used.

It happened to me vs The Plague, they get a little far away to avoid penalties and then come back to punish the unhooked and the team mate using the vomit.
As we can see there wasnt enough chase and thats fine, that whole ¨4k Ez¨ nonsense has to stop, in high ranks you need to do more to pip.
Im having problems some matches as a survivor too (rank 6), 2 gens, 2 unhooked guys, some healing and a little chase dont give me pips sometimes.
So then that's not camping, then?
I don't think that's fine, personally. I was never a fan of this scoring system because, as @YaiPa put it earlier, it feels like you need to play sub-optimally in order to be rewarded by the system.
-
Three Pig trap kills in one game, which happened a bit earlier.

@Aikanaro said:

?
Anybody can get 4 kills, but to get pips in high ranks you have to work for it, not just ¨I hooked this guy and Im gonna stick with him forever¨.
It seems he hooked someone on the basement and then camped until someone went to help and then puked both guys, they died...
That equals to play vs 2, and he expects to pip?
The pic shows he didn't get any penalty to chaser for camping, though.
-

Usually you can tell if a survivor has DS if they want to be downed.
I'm not talking about when a Survivor is trying to bait you. I'm talking about when you just randomly stumble onto them again by chance.
-
@SpyMature said:

...do not tunnel the person who just got off the hook?
Even if you do tunnel that person and really want him dead, you can always down them and wait 60 seconds before picking them up, so there's your counterplay.
What about scenarios when you don't tunnel the Survivor with DS but instead just randomly down them later on by chance, only to find that they still have DS?
-
@Seanzu said:
The old timer makes Borrowed Time useless.
The killer can very easily pursue someone for that long and guarantee they get them back on the hook.
I don't recall people calling the old Borrowed Time useless because of the timer. I recall people getting a bit confused as to why a good perk was being buffed when the Legion was released.
-
I would be okay with this if it wasn't possible to proc DS despite not actually tunneling the Survivor who has it and instead just inadvertently running into them again and downing them while DS still has a bit of time left. I am not sure it would feel particularly good to ALWAYS have to be wary about how long it's been since someone was unhooked.
-
Nope. Don't really see the point.
-
I've always liked the idea the devs proposed of turning insta-heals into reverse Deep Wounds (it would create a bar under the character that fills up and heals the Survivor one health state when the bar is full).
-
Reminder that Tampered Timer is a thing. Not that this would be a good idea even if Tampered Timer did not exist, but still. I'll just tunnel the trapped Survivor forever and ever until either they die or until someone finishes a gen.
-
I think it would be cool if vomiting on generators actually did something beyond just eventually infect whoever worked on it. Like if it would increase the rate at which a kicked gen would regress or something.
