10 character short comment that doesn't require any explanation if Legion will be reworked in mentioned way.

I'm glad you like it! :D

  • Edit:

    • Nerfed Susie's Mixtape to 6 meters less Terror Radius while not in Feral Frenzy (was 8 meters)
    • Nerfed Frank's Mixtape needed power gauge to start Feral Frenzy to 33% (was 25%)
    • Bigger Punishment after Missing an attack in Feral Frenzy. Now you lose 50% of total power gauge (was 25%)
  • In the easiest way:

    • Make the fatigue 3 seconds
    • Allow The Legion to start Feral Frenzy while above 25% power gauge
  • I think they changed it because of the Nemesis's Vaccine XDD, but i may be wrong.

  • @Nyx32 said:

I'm sure someone will complain that Legion could be viable

yeah, I just got people complaining on post game chat for picking franks mixtape XDDD

  • EDIT:

    • A small nerf for Legion Pin and new Movement Speed addons.

Reducing fatigue makes sense. One of Legion's weaknesses is his lack of lethality. I was playing around with some perks yesterday and thought one solution might be to have a play with your food type mechanic connected to deep wound. The more successful you are at chaining hits, the more speed boost you would gain for a period of time or until your next hit. 4/8/12/16% or something like that. That would help shorten m1 chases after you injure people.

Yeah, the lack of lethality also hurts. From time to time i like to play some Frank's Mixtape and Stab wounds study, with full Slowdown build haha. It's actually pretty fun, but still not good :(

  • To be honest I think that some survivors don't really understand how to play against him. I'm a Legion main for like 2 years now. So I know his all weakneses and strenghts. The biggest counter to The Legion is just holding W. I played something about 3 days ago 3 games in a row against The Legion and I got hit by Feral Frenzy once.

    How to counter Legion:

Holding W, Doing some type of Window techs (which are really easy to do against Legion, because he has no collision after vaulting in FF), Pallet techs. His lack of tracking is really powerful for survivors. You just need to break line of sight, make him confused a bit and he doesn't know what to do.

When you are doing gen with other survivor, when you see just Legion is comming just split up in different directions. When you do it, It's almost impossible that he will chain your both. The problem with Legion right now, is that he is too much reliant on how survivors play.

against Bad Survivors: Legion is strong

against Good survivors: Legion is really bad

Also I think that something should be changed with this spillting up. I don't think that survivors should be able to make a killers power actually unusable, especially when it can't down. Maybe giving an ability to start it when 50% power gauge is charged? Less map dependence, Doesn't change anything when playing against bad survs, but will for sure help when playing against good survivors. Also changing fatigue to 3 seconds, and Legion would be mostly fine then. At least I think so. Oh and also Legion has a really big TR, you see on HUD when Deep Wound has been applied, so you always see when He is in Frenzy.

So, why survivors hate to play against The Legion:

    • Doesn't know how to counter them
    • When they don't counter them, they have to hold m1 pretty often

Why killers get frustrated when playing The Legion:

    • Map Dependent
    • His power is all about survivors making mistakes
    • Too long fatigue
    • Long power charge time
    • He is not that fast comparing to some other killers, for example victor.
    • Very easy to counter chaining his hits.
  • She lacks counterplay when in 1v1 chase

  • @FFirebrandd said:

Were you present for Old Legion? Or even hear about Old Legion? Old Legion wasn't a good killer, but Old Legion could basically down any Survivor no matter what. It took them a while to do it, but they were incredibly frustrating to go against because if Legion wanted you dead, you were going to die. Full Stop.

These 3 changes you proposed together will make it so Legion can get near guaranteed downs with the Survivor basically having no chance because a 130% killer is near impossible to loop.

    • You can start Feral Frenzy, when it's charged above 25%
    • Power gauge starts to build up while in fatigue state.
    • Every Feral Frenzy attack reduces survivors Deep Wound timer by 5 seconds

With these changes, by my count you would be able to get a nearly guaranteed Deep Wound down in... ~24 seconds.

5 seconds from spotting a fresh Survivor to catching them the first time with Frenzy. Survivor deep wound at 15.

3 seconds after the initial hit, Legion still in Frenzy should be able to catch and hit the Survivor again. Deep wound to 10.

5 seconds to get 25% of the power back, then about 3 more seconds to catch back up with Frenzy again. Deep wound to 5.

Repeat the above. Deep wound to 0. Survivor down in ~24 seconds because they couldn't loop a 130% killer who can fast vault everything. Cool.

Now don't get me wrong... Legion could use some buffs. However, unless you're planning on reworking Frank's Mix Tape, you need to be very careful when buffing them. Why? Because individual Frenzy hits are basically impossible to counter. It having any sort of decent lethality is a 1 way ticket to Legion being broken again.

I mean, you are right, but still was the old Legion broken without good addons and when they didnt abuse the deep wound chase mechanic? Now it's something like a bit of old Legion, but when you pick franks mixtape pretty much like without addons and without any cheese deep wounds mechanic, also keep in mind that you will not be able to get survivors every 5 seconds. When your power is ready, it doesnt mean that you can instantly use it to hit someone. Survivors are not staying in one place. 3 seconds of stun, and in 2 seconds you will not be able to catch up to a survivor, to use your power that will last for great 2,5 seconds. One small mistake = you need to repeat the process.

So, when you pick frank's mixtape, which you will not be able to pick every game you are:

    • like old legion with only duration addons
    • no more moonwalking, shortening survivor's deep wound timer for free
    • you will not be able to literally use your power every 5 seconds to get a hit. Survivors have a brain and they will make distance, it's impossible.
    • you are still slightly slower than old legion
    • no more spamming lunge attacks to make your distance longer in short duration of power

Maybe I'm wrong. But I wouldn't mind playing against The Legion with frank's mixtape. Since I'm a Legion main, I love to play against him as a survivor, and i think he is pretty easy to outplay. You can window tech him, bug his collision in the pallets, blind him (but need to do it safely), or just simply break line of sight and use his lack of tracking without when he doesn't have killer instinct. And also I'm not a full Killer main, I play both roles equally, so i also wouldn't want to make a killer broken :p. Still using frank's mixtape won't be the best strategy to use on him, but that's just my opinion. Still thanks for commenting.

  • Edit: Added new effect to Frank's Mixtape:

    • Allows The Legion to see survivors' Deep Wound timer.

I guess that makes sense. I kinda like Fuming Mixtape. It's like a weaker Zanshin and it has that pretty neat effect though it might be pretty strong in tight loops

Thanks, I also think this fuming mixtape could be pretty fun! Also it would change ur playstyle a little bit. Instead of running in a straight line maybe you would prefer to go within a line with some windows, or dropped pallets :)

I personally think you should switch the Blindness and Oblivious timer seeing as to how the former is literally useless on SWF

Hey! Thanks for a comment. That's right, that the Blindness status effect isn't very good, but it's an uncommon addon. We shouldn't give such a strong status effect like oblivious on uncommon addon. And also you have an ability to apply oblivious status effect with stab wounds study :). Thank you one more time for a comment, have a nice day :D

  • I don't think Legion should get reworked. Imo he should just get some buffs/tweaks, to make the power stronger and especially more fun to play. I'm sure that a lot of people enjoy Legion's gameplay. I would love to see some lethality added to feral frenzy, lower the fatigue to 3 seconds, rework some addons, and they will be great! :D

  • For me Otzdarva is the best streamer. Love his streams, content and the amount of work that he puts into his videos. (Videos 12 hours long are unbelivable for me, and respect for that)

I also like to watch some Scott's videos, PainReliever has good viedos too.

  • In my opinion Dead Hard is fine, shouldnt get changed.

  • EDIT:

    • Added Smiley Face Pin
    • Added Defaced Smiley Pin
    • Changed self-mending back to 12%, but altruistic mending is still faster then before.

That sounds a bit too complicated to code in. I'd stick with the idea of just after the laceration beginning to decay, perhaps after a brief delay period of 10-15 secs like OG Trickster (once they finished mending, naturally).

Oh, and if it's the quick weapon wipe of 2 secs, then it's 80 secs instead of 72. I'm a real stickler when it comes to proper numbers.

hmm, I understand your idea now, but I don't really know how to make survivors feel a bit threatened with it. If I understand well, they could go to a generator after mending, and 15 seconds after mended they are starting to lose their Hidden Wound. It could be a good idea, but we would have to balance it out, to not make it just a timer that has no use, and decreases without doing anything with it. I have no idea how to balance it out

  • @Bwsted said:

This is old Frank's mix tape Legion in disguise without the moonwalk. Hidden wound simply works like a surrogate deep wound timer removal. You can get a survivor at 50% hidden wound in your first frenzy. Then they would just get re-frenzied until downed. Just keep chasing them, as the hidden wound doesn't decline until fully healed.

I'm either missing the point, or this doesn't solve the issues why Legion was changed back then. It just resurrects them.

Thanks for a comment and your opinion! I hope that Grimreaper showed you that it's not the same as old frank's mixtape.

    @GrimReaperJr1232 said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2208700#Comment_2208700

It takes 6 stabs to down someone.

1 to apply, and the final being the down.

That means enduring fatigue and recovery 4 times.

3 sec fatigue + the proposed 15 sec recovery would be 72 secs of recovery/fatigue alone to get a down compared to Current Frank's 96 (or 72 if you use Stab Wounds and they stand still for 2 secs). none of this is including the time spent catching up after they hold W.

Now, you COULD make an argument that this with the suggested Frank's could be a problem. Otherwise, this has the same problem current Frank's has if you try to tunnel; it'd take too long to be viable. Old Legion could have you downed within 20 secs if he moonwalked (faster with Old Frank's). The length matters.

    @Szarman

I have a question! What if a survivor has No Mither? Obviously, healing to remove the laceration isn't an option.

I know, meme perk. But Oni was taken into consideration with No Mither so that they constantly drop blood for him, it'd be unfair if the treatment isn't mutual. Perhaps a passive decay that starts after mending? Maybe -1% or -2% per second? You could adjust the healing to instead remove a chunk of the laceration instead of instantly resetting it to 0.

I'd also like to state my personal disagreement with changing the mend times. I think they're fine in their current state, although, you might be able to decrease the altruistic mend time from 8 to 6 to encourage more altruistic mending. It's faster for survivors, but also has them together which puts them at a fitting risk that being together against a Legion naturally entails.

Hey grim! Thanks for explaining how this would work for Bwsted. Also I wanted to clear out, that when Legion hit a Deep Wounded survivor, he has 5 seconds of cooldown:

    • Plays the "Weapon Wiping" animation for 2 seconds (Like when The Legion came out) and after that you get into the fatigue state.

And also thanks for giving some more opinions. To be honest i forgot about No mither at all. I think it would be fair if "Hidden Wound" would passively decrease at rate 1% p/s after mending when broken. Because a survivor with no mither would have no other way to get out of it than just going into the dying state. Also what do you think, Should I change "Hidden Wound" to passively go down every time a survivor is broken? So for example when a survivor uses "For the People". That would be also a niche buff, that would compensate survivors for picking such a perks.

And about the mending changes. Maybe that's right normal mending at 12 seconds is okay, but buffing altruistic mending slightly, would help survivors to get faster out of it, and make them more likely to group up and heal.

Okay, I'm waiting for your statement about "Broken status effect" and then I will edit the post. Thank you so much for helping me to balance things out! :D

The idea is really interesting! The add-ons are amazing and what current Legion really needs! But to be honest I still stay with the idea that Legion should never be allowed to down Survivors with Feral Frenzy, even if it takes hours to do so. The power is just too easy to use to be ever lethal.

But I think it would be worth a try if it was in the game, at least in the PTB, to see if it's actually too strong, or balanced and fun to go against! Or maybe even still underpowered. (I cannot really tell just from looking at the numbers alone, I would need to test it ingame to have a final judgement on this)

Thanks for your opinion. I think that lethality wouldn't be so oppressive, because survivors can play around that pretty well. A good swf could make that almost impossible to use because whenever the survivor is downed, the Hidden Wound meter is reverted to 0%. So they could use Deep Wound, to down themselves, and get up really quickly by a fast heal. Especially when someone has a medkit/We are gonna live forever/ some healing perks. Also very often you would just down a survivor with m1 which also reverts them to 0% Hidden Wound. But yeah, if we would like to see, if it's really balanced we would just have to play it and test it out. On paper it can sound balanced, but can be op, or even under performing :D. Thank you so much one more time for commenting! :D

  • Hey @AhoyWolf! Could you tell me what do you think about these changes? I would love to see your opinion on this :)

  • @Saltjar34 said:

Actually, I kinda like this idea. However, the community will always find a way to claim that any lethality buff to legion would remove counterplay. I'd like to see what they think about this one

Thanks for your opinion! It's very nice to hear :D. I would also like to see other people opinions, but this post is just kinda becoming dead really fast, I don't know why, maybe Legion isn't a "hot" topic, or just This post is too long? I don't know but i would love to see more opinons! Also I dont want to make Legion overpowered or anything like that, just more fun to play as. The Legion now just chains hits and then becomes an m1 killer, with these changes u can use ur power much more frequently!. Thank you for your comment one more time! :D

  • EDIT:

    • Changed The Legion Pin (@GrimReaperJr1232 idea), I think now it's pretty neat!
    • Made mending a little bit faster (compensate for survivors, because now they have to heal more frequently.)
  • @Jivetalkin13 said:

I was just wondering what other people would think if Legion were buffed to have better chase potential. If you hit an injured survivor while in Feral Frenzy you down them and activate Killer Instinct. If you hit a survivor with Deep Wound you still drop out of your power and have the cooldown. Basically the same power, just allowing you to down injured survivors with your power. Thoughts?

I think that legion could get some lethality, but not based on Deep Wound and still he shouldn't punish injured survivor as easily as you suggested. If you want you can check out my recent post about the legion i gave him some lethality, maybe you will like it :).

  • @GrimReaperJr1232 said:

Instead of calling it Hidden Wound, you can probably just call it laceration like we have with Trickster.

Anyhow, while not what I would personally do to Legion, I like the changes.

My 1 complaint is Legion pin. The devs don't like/want add-ons that affect gen speed anymore, so I'd probably have it apply Incapacitated for 40-60 seconds or something similar.

    Hey! Thanks for the comment!

I like your Legion pin idea. With some small tweaks it could be pretty neat! :D

  • Oh, Also I have forgotten to say, that I think killers should be able to see the survivors Deep Wound timer, since they cant even get that much info from it, and maybe with some killers in the future it will give an opportunity for the power or some addons. Also it would be a small QoL buff for Legion.

  • I would like to see Slenderman, but Jason would be awesome too!

  • No it's not 😁

  • @GrimReaperJr1232 said:

Always nice reading your ideas. Alright, let's get started!

Fatigue - Everyone knows it needs to be lowered. Not much else needs to be said. What I WOULD like is for Frenzy's recovery to begin during the fatigue, instead of after (making Legion's 20-sec recovery functionally 24 sec in its current state).

Miss Penalty - I don't know how I feel. I understand that missing leads to being heavily punished since it has no counterplay. I suppose it wouldn't be a horrible change.

Movement Speed (+ add-ons): Legion's weakness right now is survivors splitting and holding W. In their current state, you need to be 12m+ to be safe by running straight. With 5.4, it'll increase to 14+. I'd rather have 6m/s just be base without any speed add-ons (requiring survivors to be at least 20m away to run away in a straight line to be safe), personally. If you're curious, Legion's max speed would be 6.4, requiring survivors to be 24m+ away. Having this movement/effective range be restricted to add-ons would make him too add-on reliant for my taste.

Killer Instinct Add-ons: Neat change, although I don't know how I feel about them effectively changing Legion into a pseudo-Stealth killer. With a 32m TR, you would get 20 with the 2 best stacked and 12m if you throw on Monitor. You might as well be Myers at that point. Then again, it would thematically make sense given Legion's innate survivor/human appearance. It might grow on me.

Stab Wounds - Oblivious I don't think would accomplish much. I suppose it wouldn't hurt. I can't suggest having it linger for about 5-ish secs after mending since that would mean Killer Instinct wouldn't pick them up either, depriving Legion of information. At least it DOES something.

Frank's - NO! NO! Do not! I'm telling you, this will end horribly! Let's assume the survivor is injured already because no one heals against Legion. That means 1/3 of the gauge is already gone. So, with 1 stab to apply, you can down a survivor in 2 hits. Combine that with yellow recovery, and you can get a guaranteed down in 36 secs. That is completely unfair to the survivors. Doesn't matter if it's OP or not, the fact is... there's no counterplay. No matter what, the Legion will down you. Your skill is irrelevant.

Recommendation for Frank's - Easy. Frank's now depletes the DW timer by -5 secs for every chained Frenzy Attack (20, 15, 10, 5, insta-down). It's not a subtle add-on and has ample warning that it's into play before it starts downing people. At worst, it makes people mend a lot sooner, which good for you; they're stalled. If you're still worried about it being too strong, MAYBE have Frenzy end after downing a survivor (you can test in a PTB, I suppose).

Fuming Mixtape - Seems pretty nifty. I might try it out if it ever becomes a thing. i like it.

Hey GrimReaper! It's nice to see you again! At first I wanted to thank you for reading my post and writing so much, I appreciate that!

So I think that I want to tell you more just about Stab Wounds Study and Frank's later

So Stab Wounds Study gives Oblivious only to Deep Wounded, So after mending they are no longer oblivious. The Oblivious can bee really good, if you play around it. You can hit a survivor than run away and end your power right behind the wall. He doesn't know if he is safe or not. That can make survivors feel unaware of the situation. if they should mend, or should escape further and find safer place. Also there is an other "ability" of this addon. So whenever survivor cancels or finishes mending, they scream, revealing their location to you. I hope that you like it more now :)

And now this unfortunate Frank's Mixtape. I see that people don't really like it which is understandable, but for me it's pretty okay and not annoying. At first i for sure would like to get downed by the Legion after some chasing, than just get one shoted because he chained the hits. If your teammates are bad that can really screw you up. Second thing is that the duration is lowered with my change, so Legion can't make any bad choice. If you manage to window tech him, pallet tech him, blind him, 360 him, Or just outrun him when you feel he has no longer duration to catch you that can really screw him up. I played a lot of survivor, and a lot of Legion. And for me Legion is very easy to outplay especialy when he doesnt have his Killer Instinct. I mean it would be really hard to outplay an experienced Legion player, but when I was on first rank it happened really often to outplay The Legion at some way. Also I would be more willing, to get downed by the Legion faster because I didn't heal than just got one shoted now by Bubba whatever you do. I mean i know bubba is easy to outplay with windows and pallets, but if you dont have them or be at least a bit greedy he can easily down you. So, I understand why you don't like this addon but I think it wouldn't be so broken as some people may think :)

Thank you so much for your comment one more time! It was really nice to make a conversation with you again! If you have anything else to say, feel free to write and I will for sure reply! Have a nice day! :D

    Got another one for you

Can we get rid of the 'm1 depletes feral frenzy' thing as well

It's an archaic leftover from old legion, there's no reason why legion should be punished for simply m1ing a survivor considering they need to m1 to down survivors in the first place

Hey! Thanks for your comment. You are right, but then we would have to change Frank's Mixtape some other way than it is in my post. Because than you could abuse it:

    • You attack survivor with m1
    • than you start Frenzy right after
    • Apply Deep Wound to an injured survivor, so it starts with 2/3 of Deep Wound timer
    • Than you can hit them with franks and they are left with 1/3 Deep Wound timer

But if we would change Frank's Mixtape, that would be a pretty good QoL buff :). Thanks for the comment one more time!

  • @Mandy said:

I'd love their fatigue to be 3s ngl....and I also would be pretty happy with a whiffed Frenzy attack only depleting 50% of whatever Frenzy is left - yes I occasionally whiff my hits :(

Hey! Thanks for your comment! I'm happy that you would also like to have their fatigue be shorter! And don't worry about missing hits, It happens to as all 😄. Have a nice day!

  • @SkeletalElite said:

Everything about this except frank's mixtape is fine.

There's a reason legion originally got gutted when he was made, the ability to reduce people's deep wound timer with basically nothing you can do about it was one of the most boring killers in the game and it used to be a base kit function on legion that could have the number of hits required reduced with addons. Because it was prior to DC penalties, a legion match without at least 1 DC was EXTREMELY rare.

No one wants to play against a legion who brainlessly just frenzy, waits for cooldown , frenzy, waits for cooldown, frenzy hit to down you because it takes no skill. Legion while in the power pretty much completely nullifies survivor skill to avoid getting hit, pallets dont matter you can respect them and vault if they throw it or catch up with your move speed if they don't, windows don't matter because legion vaults fast enough that the survivor makes almost no distance and that increased move speed means the distance they do make is pretty much worthless. This is why frenzy can only injure survivors and why frank's mix tape is a very bad add-on. If it's ever going to be good, it needs a complete rework, not a buff.

Hey! At first I wanted to say, that i understand ur concerns about this Frank's Mixtape. It's not weird that u think it should be changed because of the state of the Legion some time ago, but I think it won't be as oppressive as before because of :

    • It's addon only
    • It takes longer to charge the frenzy (longer power charging, no more activating frenzy on 10% of power gauge)
    • No more moonwalking, exploiting Deep Wound
    • -2 seconds of power duration (Which can be really deadly for chaining hits. As we know when Legion came out it was really hard to chain hits because of the duration, and u don't have ability to start your power at 10%. That means u cant run to other survivor at start your power back right after :).

That's all I wanted to say, thank you for your comment I appreciate it :)

  • @Vetrathene said:

They need more then a QoL buff, they need a rework to have a power that actually lets them down with it like every other killer in the game.

I think that The Legion is now in a pretty fun state. Just changed him to make chaining hits easier, chaning addons to more fun versions. I don't think that they need a rework, but I changed Frank's Mixtape here a bit. It would give your power ability to down survivors but in cost of chaining multiple hits. In spite of all, Thanks for your comment! :D

  • @AhoyWolf said:

I like these ideas! I just have a few things to say about some of them.

I think missing an attack should end the Legion's power, it's too easy to use and mistakes like these should be punished, and since you reduced the base Fatigue to 3 seconds, it's no longer that punishing.

I would also increase the base movement speed a bit more, probably to 5.6m/s | 140% and adjust the movement speed add-ons accordingly.

Frank's Mix Tape should just get scrapped, the effect of this add-on is extremely outdated and making it stronger could become an issue.

Hey Ahoywolf! It's very nice to see you here after so many months :D. First of all, you are probably right with saying that missing an attack won't be that punishing after the fatigue change.

I think that buffing Legion's movement speed to 5.4 m/s is sufficient. I think that we dont need more with new addons.

And now the Frank's Mixtape. You know, that's a hard subject because its hard to tell if it would be op or not. I think that Franks Mixtape that i created here could be a way to make his power lethal in cost of lower duration on Frenzy. I think Franks should stay with some lethat idea to the power. Maybe I should add some other nerf like longer fatigue with this addon? or something like that.

At the end I wanted to thank you for commenting my post :D. It's very nice to see you here after this time. It was always good to discuss with you! Have a nice day :)

  • Hey! These ideas are pretty good!

I would change Stab Wounds Study because I think just seeing the Survivor's Deep Wound timer of wouldn't be really useful.

I also love the idea of giving Mixtapes their own music!

    Thank you for the feedback!

Removing half of the power gauge sounds like a better idea, thanks!

With Stab Wounds Study I wanted to go along with the name of the add-on, the pain you inflict is so intense it causes Survivors to be oblivious to their surroundings, maybe the first idea would be better and more useful! But I like your other idea aswell, but I would say that it doesn't fit that well with the Stab Wounds Study theme.

I wanted Frank's Mix Tape to allow you to miss, thus helping console players a lot, also I wanted to go with the theme of the description.

I don't see a point in giving you the ability to activate your power at 25%, since you cannot do anything to deep wounded Survivors, why would you want your power that fast?

About Stolen Sketch Book, since I made Legion slightly faster, you still get almost the same amount of distance, even with this nerf, it's around ~65 meters if my math isn't that bad.

I like the Fuming Mix Tape idea, but not sure if it would be balanced, does it have a cap?

Talking about Fuming Mix Tape. We could cap it, that you can't get lower than 2 seconds of fatigue.

Frank's Mixtape would allow you to run around the map with Frenzy, and when you miss you can start your Frenzy almost right after the fatiuge. You run around the map with Frenzy to cover the distance. then you see a survivor. You can't catch up to him. Right after your power is able to be started and you get the hit.

  • Hey! The changes are really good! But there are some things, that could be changed for better in my opinion :)

    STUNNING:

    • Stunning the Legion while not in Feral Frenzy depletes half of the power gauge.

I think that would make it more healthy.

    Addons

    Stab Wounds Study:

I think, that making mending survivors oblivious wouldn't be that great. But what do you think about:

    • Deep Wounded Survivor's are Oblivious until mended

    OR

    • The Legion gains Undetectable Status Effect while in Feral Frenzy
    • Increases Killer Instinct Detection range by 32 meters.

    Frank's Mixtape

I would like to see addon like this:

    • Allows The Legion to activate Feral Frenzy, when the power gauge is charged above 25%

It would help, when you miss an attack and when you want to run around the map with Feral Frenzy.

    Stolen Sketch Book.

I don't think that it needs a nerf especially when you are increasing it's rarity. I would change it back to 2.5 seconds.

    Fuming Mixtape:

I think that the current effect isn't good on The Legion since he can be in his power only for 10 seconds, and than wait pretty big amount of time waiting for it to build up.

    My idea is:

    • For each hit in single Feral Frenzy your fatigue decreases by 0.25 seconds

I think, that the rest of the changes are pretty good!

  • EDIT: I slightly buffed Fatigue addons :)

I think an addon pass and a few QOL changes would be nice for the near future, but as it stands, their basekit is in an ok spot. I think Legion is quite an underrated killer, being able to injure an entire team very quickly is quite powerful. However, they're not the best killer in the world and I can see why people are unhappy with them.

It'd be cool if their basekit was reworked a bit to make them a little more interesting (maybe making deep wound a bit more of a threat instead of "oh I have to mend in the next 30 seconds", but the devs already said they were looking into deep wound in the last Q&A), but I can understand why the devs don't want to touch them with a 10ft pole, given how much of a disaster the old Legion was.

I saw a pretty cool idea in the Feedback section that @Szarman suggested, which would punish survivors for not mending or healing by (eventually) making their power lethal. I think something along the lines of that would be a good change, but should be implemented with great care and consideration as to not make their power unfun again.

Hey, Thank's for mentioning me :)

I wanted to know people's opinions.

When I say buff, I mean largely keeping his kit the same with some minor adjustments (maybe some QoL changes) while making doing an add-on pass. Rework would be changing several aspects of their power, and a total rework is completely changing the killer.

Personally? i think a minor rework would be good enough while changing most of his add-ons, but that's just me.

I would like to see these changes:

    • Make The Legion more aggressive than slowdown (more fun to play as killer and against him)
    • Change most of their addons
    • Make Deep Wound more threathning, but not as long as now (noone likes holding M1 for too long)
    • Make their Power more threatning, because the current power encourage non-healing gameplay. (This makes The Legion an M1 killer which is really boring.)
    • Make fatigue shorter because is wayyy too long.
    • Make Killer Instinct work with Undetectable and Oblivious status effects
    • Make Missing attacks in Frenzy less punishy.

    I think I didn't forget anything :)

  • I don't like Midwich too. I don't like it when playing as Killer and when playing as Survivor. I hope that they will change this map.

  • Hey to be honest I like the idea :). They could even create some of the gestures and add them into the item shop for some shards or auric cells. But if they would add something like this, they have to keep it normal and remember that this is a horror game. Additional gestures would be really cool, but we don't want something like famous "dancing emotes" from other games :)

I really love this idea, they've got the mobility they've always had but reward good players for using the power to the fullest effect. I think Legion should have an indicator for the survivors to see, to tell them that they can be downed with Feral Frenzy. Something small, I'm thinking like a red mist steaming off of their bodies, or the eyes of the mask lighting up red. Something small but still telling. Other than that I would love for this addition. They've got the same issue as clown where as long as the survivors split up and do gens there's nothing that can be done to down them. I just want the kids to get some love!

Hey! Thanks for a comment. I'm really happy, that you like it :D. Actually My idea was, that Survivors see the Hidden Wound timer and know how many hits they are from getting downed. Also thank you one more time for commenting. If you have any other ideas, you can paste them here, and we can discuss about it! :D

    Clown

    1. Throwing the Afterpiece Tonic has a bigger area of effect.

    2. Recharging The Afterpiece Tonic takes less time.

    Legion

    1. New perk idea/Harmful Practice - Any survivor with deep wound working on a gen will have their aura revealed to the killer for 7 seconds.

    2. Decreased terror radius.

I like your Clown changes, but for The Legion is too less changes imo. If you want, you can check my recent Legion changes idea. Maybe you would like it :)

  • Changed the blade addons again, to make it more viable for chaining hits, than tunneling one person.

  • I think that Killer's serum and survivor's serum should stay after the Event :)

  • To be honest I still think, that mori would be useless, when it could be used only after second hook. My idea is:

    EBONY:

    • You can kill all survivors, after all of them have been hooked once.

    Ivory:

    • You can kill one survivor, after all of them have been hooked once.

    Cypress:

    • You can kill the last survivor in the trial.
