It would be to strong then, that is why.

"I don’t expect people to care"
-
So people like to ######### with eachother in games, what a shocker.
Survivors T-Bag and click flashlights or gesture, killers shake/nod their head and character or smack survivors on the hook.
What's the big deal?

“Hex: Impassable Shrub”
Yesss

You mean Unbreakable or No Mither?
The DEVs sure love band-aid fixes
-
Not as fun as facing Billy, Huntress, or Nurse
Feels like some skill is involved in those 3 at the very least.
I find Spirit, much easier to play than them. Or at least am much more consistent with Spirit comparatively. Being more dominant doesn't = more fun though. Challenge is fun, usually, of which the 3 listed above supply fairly regularly. She isn't 100% balanced though, but what killer really is?
May be biased though, I like to play against and play as the 3 mentioned above sooo....

Delusion people

"Change you mind?"
Sounds like your to stuck up to try to.
Sorry about that.
-
Competitive should be bare bones.
No perks or addons for killers or survivors, just gameplay. No chests to find items either.
That is what I have always thought for competitive if it were to ever be an additional option.
I think this way, it shows who the good players really are.
-
Ranks mean nothing with the MMR system in place.
It should have been ditched when the system was implemented into the game.
There would have been a lot less confusion that way. But nooo. That's a bit to forward thinking.

Yes

*Laughs in mobile*
-
Seems this game gets to have neither.
-
Who cares if you play with a KB & M or a controller.
You will get used to whatever one you play with.
If you ask me, the controls mean jackshit. The debate of there being advantages to either one is so stupid, someone on controller can be just as good as someone on a keyboard, and the opposite is also true. (Unless you want to compare console and PC to mobile, I think that would be extremely unfair)
If you asked me about 8 years ago, I would say I prefer controllers. If you ask me now, I would say Mouse and Keyboard. Preferences change over time. Doesn't mean I won't got over to a friends house and play on their console. DBD included.
Not sure why people hate on each other for using different hardware. Who the hell cares?
-
I can agree.
I wouldn't say I have a killer that is my go to in particular. But I played mostly Nurse and Billy for the longest time, and then Death Slinger. The rest of the cast I find to be kind of boring. Huntress is pretty fun time to time though.
But I have not played Nurse since the nerf really. A couple matches to test her out after the fact, but that was really it. Lack luster addons.
Why play Nurse when Spirit exists. Even though I wouldn't ever play Spirit.
-
"Killers are getting used to the changes and are still decent, better change it"
-
Most likely a mid-tier killer that will be called "OP" for the first month of it's release, some band-aid perk for generators and 2 toss away for the killer, and probably another second chance like perk for the survivor and 2 equally worthless ones.
Not sure who it could be.
-
Toss in some more resource management.
The DEVs seem to like that, plus he's already got the red cooldown bar.
-
Considering most of the top tier killers are straight up free or can be earned with shards... Not really.
-
Wraith can actually turn invisible now.
-
Seems about right tho
-
"Why do survivors gloat about hatch escapes?"
Cause the only way they can get out is with a key or not playing and hatch escaping. I enjoy it.
-
I wish
-
I don't use NOED
But do the bones anyways.
-
MMR stables out over time.
The less you have played, you will probably run into newer players.
-
I've been getting some better matches, after playing quite a few.
But the wait is still stupid.
-
Good joke, did chuckle

You aren't seeing people complaining they are being matched against green or purple ranks. It's people complaining that the ranks they are being paired with grey ranks. With rank reset only depipping people to the previous color, it's unlikely experienced players are in the 17-20 ranks.
MMR based things usually start everyone at the same amount, then you go up or down from there.
I don't know if they are going to have some sort of season split like other games, or if every 13th it will be reset to a lower amount or whatever they have planned. Some things are very unclear.
But yes, ranks 1s will be paired against rank 15s and everything in between. Don't pay any attention to them, it is not the thing to be looking it. That's just how it is going to be starting off.
-
Do people not understand how MMR works?
Ignore the ranks, they should have been removed along side the introduction of the MMR system if I am being honest, but who knows what the DEVs were thinking.
MMR will even out over time as people play more matches. You can have a higher MMR but be at like rank 13.
-
Just use NOed
They seem to have hard time breaking a pile of bones for some reason.
-
I complain about both?
-
It's not worth the money
Pretty simple

Prolly cry

I like watching him time to time. He can be very informative and he is just a good player.
But sometimes the whining gets annoying, like we get, we all have to deal with it.
But no, I do not think all of his audience are killer mains. I'm not :P
-
Who the hell was complaining about auras?
The DEVs out here "fixing" things that didn't need to be touched. The aura reading was fine prior to this update, what the hell?
-
Good thing I don't even bother doing challenges, cause they are a waste of my time.
-
I don't use them
-
When you play casually and they are sweating yet you still 4k them.
And they are mad about it.
That's the best part.
-
lol no
-
The only problem with Huntress is hatchet hitbox sizes...
-
The descriptions have changed, at least for me.
However, the described affect does not currently work as it is supposed to. LoPro chains for example, is still acting like it is a speed limiter at all times, whether you go through a pallet/wall or not.
Not sure if the rest are also the same though.

A lot of people confuse the differences between legendary cosmetics and sets. Legendary cosmetics are skins that change the animation and character completely, so it wouldn't make sense to mix it with another skin.
Sets are the cosmetics that cannot be mixed and matched (like the latest Nea skin), so if that's what you're talking about then I understand.
I feel the vast majority of skins that get linked together, would be fine to mix and match otherwise.
Unless it's something super form altering that would cause a ton of clipping problems, or just doesn't match the body of the original design, that would be an exception. That just makes sense.
But past that, there is no good reason to be locking pieces together.

I don't think that linked sets should be a thing. If it's not a legendary basically if it doesn't change the models and the animation it shouldn't be linked together
I'm fine with legendaries because of the model and animation change simply because I feel like it would make your character look incredibly stupid to have different body parts with different proportions that don't match each other
As I said to another person in the post here.
For instances where the body and face just wouldn't match in the slightest, I can see why they are linked. It would be a mess, but that would be the exception.
Past that, unless is a pretty drastic change, there is no real reason for them to be linked other than for a stupid price tag.

I like this mans work, much better than the current one.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtHUBX5ZwUII really like the one he did for Clown to (I know it's not Hill Billy, but it's still good) Plus clown deserves love.

Well I assumed the best, if you play survivor regularly and think iridescent Head is balanced to face or Spirit + Stridor or Deathslinger has any kind of skill or counter play to face then I would be worried about you. You may think these problems aren't a big deal, but claiming there are no problems at all would be ridiculous in that case. You being a killer main and seeing survivor complaints.. what was the word?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1484442#Comment_1484442
Stupid! Yeah seeing other peoples problems stupid is a much believable case for me. There are a lot of people like that here and you exactly fit the criteria.
Also if you want a more simple answer, all 3 problems you mentioned in your comment were about killers, its not hard to guess what side you are biased.
The problem is, since I play both fairly often, I would say out of all the things you listed, Spirit Stridor is probably the most annoying. Death Slinger isn't all that, he's mid tier at best. Huntress, well if they can't throw well or you decent at juking then really 1 shot just means less hatches for them to throw, plus I barely ever see that addon anymore.
What worries me, is that people have such a hard time with facing Death Slinger, I just don't see it.

What buffs? The sleight tweaks?
