NOed Nurse tunneled one guy all game.
Asked him what was up, and they went on a whole rant how they were purifying the game one at a time from scumbag survivors.
(Guess they were getting revenge for being outplayed most of the game?)
Then they went on talking about their 144 IQ they claimed they had from some "test", yatta yatta so smart yatta yatta. When I questioned him further and they said I wouldn't understand, because i'm a toxic survivors main, which is ironic since I play more killer than survivor but whatever. That's a pretty normal interaction, kind of sad honestly.
I told them to check out my profile cause I told them I played both, and they sounded absolutely shocked that it was even a remote possibility to play both. So much for 144 IQ.
Then they just flamed for a minute about nonsense. The usual stuff, toxic this toxic that. Insult here or there. Sprinkle of slur. The standard stuff.
The only thing unique was how it was all introduced, then it turned into the standard rabble of a bad player.

Thank you, this is a better statement unlike that other comment that stated to do totems instead of rushing gens knowing damn well my post was about being chased the entire game. And yes, I normally have multiple SWF squads on xbox obviously but Since I'm new to steam/PC, I have no choice but to play solo into I run into some awesome people. I know the totems spawns and everything by heart this post was more of rant on how boring it is from both perspectives on chasing 1 person the whole entire game.
You should still do the totems tho :p
-
I played both quite often.
I tend to play killer more simply because it is much more unique and has much more potential compared to survivor game play.
-
If they really wanted to shift the meta, they would nerf the good perks to an average level and buff lesser or average perks to be more viable.
-
I like that it helps me reduce the grind for the game...
That's pretty nice...
Surveillance & Ruin is for tracking and or finding people.
Even then, gens still get done to fast sometimes.
Speeds be crazy from the start.
-
It probably should, maybe?
Or maybe, it's like spine chill for killers. A perk that trumps other things because reasons.
-
This game has techs now?
lol

I'm with @Swiftblade131 here, although for different reasons.
You shouldn't be doing them, however, if the killer is on you for the whole game, your team should be working on totems. If anyone you should be complaining to them.
All i'm saying is, don't complain about something that is preventable, this case it's NOed.
If you hate it that much, play with a SWF squad.
Learn the totem spawning spots and algorithm, it doesn't take long I promise.
If you are getting chased all game, it is up to your team to get the totems, but if they don't that is a mistake of your team, not really you and certainly not the killers fault it's a perk they are allowed to use, sooner you accept that the better. That's just how the game plays out sometimes.
I can't promise always getting better survivors at high ranks, but they do exist. Solo queuing is hard I know.
Best thing you can do is get the totems you do see and keep an eye peeled for totems that are already broken. Keep track of that stuff.

Actually, killer rank 10. And that's because O main survivor and play fairly as a killer. I'd rather lose by playing fair than to win playing like a jerk.
Right...
Not saying you have to tunnel all game or even camp. But you don't get to call out people who do it. It's a play style/strategy whether you like it or not.
In certain scenarios you do have to tunnel or "camp" as it were. Not all game. But when survivors are bum rushing the hook, you just gonna walk away or "camp" and punish them?

Yeah Lemme just do the totems while the killer is up my ass the whole game. (:
Sounds like a personal problem there bud.
The totem spawns pretty easy to find.

I've already screwed over my laptop keys by smashing Wiggle and Struggle, not to mention Moonwalk and other stuff which I still practice from time to time.
And mind you... Laptop keys are not easy to replace... What broke was a circuit that doesn't register the key anymore when I press it. I broke the A and D key and F key when I struggle. That will easily cost me a few hundred $ to get checked, replaced and fixed.
All that, and sometimes the servers decide that your mashing isn't good enough and you end up getting sacrificed because game is stable, or your wiggle just doesn't feel like working properly.

Wiggle is there to stay.
Struggle mechanic is a stupid mechanic and did not age well. All it does is break my keyboard keys... You know what answer they gave us? They want us to be engaged with the game... Because you're clearly engaged while being on a hook mashing a key...
That's what i'm saying!
How am I supposed to feel engaged when I am destroying my poor keyboard constantly.
It's the biggest incentive for me to play killer, out of everything the game has to offer. My keyboard will last a bit longer
It's kind of sad that it's a deciding factor, at least for me. 😂

Because in this game in particular, rank is so easy to obtain that it means nothing.
It's supposed to be an indication of skill at the game, but that isn't the case here. Because of ease of pipping and SWF boosting.
I get at least one pip every game, even when I die. They've made it way to easy.
-
NOED?
Do the totems, pretty easy counter ngl.
-
Someones never played killer past rank 20
-
Honestly, if the indoor maps didn't look decent I wouldn't tolerate them.
Lery's, Hawkin's, and Midwich I can tolerate simply because they very nice, and at least it's sorta playable. I would rather both though.
However, Meat Plant is not at all aesthetically pleasing compared to the other 3, and it has about as good of game-play as them to, making it by far the worst map.
I despise Meat Plant along side the swamp maps. They suck.
-
60 second invincibility perk
-
It literally shouldn't work on stealth of any kind.
That's the only thing that needs to change.
-
I wish I liked the game as much as I did a year ago let alone 4.
-
Nice looking map, but bad gameplay
Buggy chapter launch, as always sound issues
Killer that is OP to one half of the community and not strong enough to the other half
Sounds like a DBB patch to me
-
Where have I heard this before?
Oh yeah, every year for the last 4 years.
You doomsdayers are really bad at predicting lol
Let us all mark it down for when OP is wrong :)
-
Every patch ever?
-
Death Slinger is B at least
-
If it's the end and I've just been having a bad match, I'll pop the door open and tab out and wait the 2 minutes.

I agree I prefer the new map over those stupid corn maps and haddonfield
Getting other maps sounds nice.
Got room for a Billy Boi in the more maps gang?
-
I think that the DEVs are trying and doing better than they have in the past to balance the game.
I also think some people talk a little to much.

Cloud. One of my brothers keeps telling me that it's because of his "broken hitboxes" in Smash 4, but I still play him in Ultimate because I like his moveset. I also don't mind Dark Samus in Ultimate.
In Brawl, it's a combination of Samus (preferably in suit) and Snake.
Don't have Melee or 64, and don't plan on playing them. Especially Melee and it's fanbase that make ours seem delightful in comparison.
Used to play more of Ike, but as I got used to the game more, he was a bit too slow. Tried Shulk, but his straight line attacks always annoyed me. DK was fun for a time, but his vertical "recovery" was always lacking and annoying. Little Mac is also one I pull out occasionally, and I can't tell you just how many times I've flung myself over the edge accidentally. Played a bit of Lucario for a time too, before I learnt how to dodge, tho.
Melee fanbase ain't so bad.
Just very passionate.
I can't speak for everyone though of course.

Why would I pay for someone who is maybe slightly above average, when Nurse, Billy, and Huntress are all free, fun, and probably better?
-
Wait.. Somethings wrong here...
Where be the Hilly Billy? How we gonna have Trapper and Wraith up in here, but no Billy Boi?
Respect my boi!
-
What ya'll need. Is to give it more time. Let people go up the ranks with and against him.
We need to see the best and the worst before we go changing anything. Current things are speculation. Perhaps within a week or 2 there will be some big brain revelation and he will need to be nerfed to the ground or, he will be about average and get a slight buff that totally won't make him busted.
Just chill out and wait.
-
Like. Kate's original one?
As in, PTB Kate's voice?
The banshee? Please no... Not again. The flashbacks....
-
So perks don't work on the cages for killer or survivors?
What's the problem?
It already sends you to the farthest point possible from the killer. If he wanted to camp. I think he would just hook you close.
-
Sounds great
-
I wouldn't say OP
But you don't have to try nearly as hard to get good results unlike Nurse and Spirit, who take quite a bit of practice to play and face against, even Billy to an extent is quite easily beaten if you are any good at looping.
Freddy can slow down a survivor with snares before they could get to a pallet somewhat like Clown, except he can place them at strong loops in advanced, plus it gives him intel if people end up running over them, useful for guarding hooks/basement. And straight up teleporting and popping a gen is very strong. One of the few killers with good generator pressure.
His low risk plays + Average Skill Ceiling and High Rewards can make him pretty obnoxious. Especially as a solo survivor.
Strong without a doubt. OP though? Nah.
-
A popular series as DLC got released.
-
Dude! Yes!
I thought about this like 2 years ago. I think it would be pretty cool.
-
Just play Spirit lol
-
Moris are to keys.
As keys are to Moris
Both are for cheap easy wins, and an admittance to a lack of skill. I think they both ruin the game about equally.
Them be the facts.
