So at the start of the match before one hook they d/c that's a kill to you? Not nitpicking wanting you to elaborate.
Its just it lacks satisfaction in my eyes
Can ruin a killers emblem
And its just a scummy rage quit not a kill.
If this counts as a kill then i know a certain way to always get 4ks through a scummy way
If he dc's because of map or killer, then yes, if not, I just see it as a 3 man match. It just doesn't bother me, but to be honest, I never try achievements so I don't care.
I guess it is just a personal think, but I agree with you that dc's in general suck.

It's mechanically not a kill, exploitable, ruins achievements, ruins emblems, and entirely survivor sided. They get outplayed then flip the table.
Yes.
I mean dc'ing is bad, nobody is arguing that. I just don't get what the op is about, if a survivor dc's before I can hook him a third time for whatever reason I'll definitly count that as a kill.
I don't see how a dc is survivor sided. First, a Killer can dc too and will get the same punishment, second, a dc isn't beneficial for the survivors either, unless somebody dc's for hatch.
Dc's in general suck and that they are so popular in this game is really sad, so hopefully the dc-penaltys are fixed soon.

It doesn't affect much in red ranks emblem wise which is what I'm basing emblem.
It isn't a kill imo when they d/c for hatch tech but that isnt what this is about
So what is this about then? Sorry, but I'm confused.
You want people to say "I got a 2k and a dc"? Or not? Or only in specific Situation?
-

Yes but on another thread in the forum this guy literally had a 2k 1 escape and a d/c, yet he apparently had a 3k?
I guess people count a dc because you don't know, when somebody dc'ed: A survivor dc'ing right at the start of the match is different than a survivor dc'ing when he is about to be death hooked.
I'm also pretty sure that the emblems count a dc as kill, some challenges do and dc's don't effect the "No one escape" score event.
-
The hatch will reopen when there is only one survivor left even if it was open and closed before.
It sucks in a situation like the one you described but that's just how it works.

Actually, from the time the first gen pops until the last it is 2:55. But yeah, counting all those seconds until the first pops, it is 4:55, as you said. :)
The Match starts at around 0:50 and the last gen pops around 4:53, so it is around 4 Minutes for 5 Gens. Counting the time after the first gen finished doesn't make sense, you can't say "5 Gens in 2,55 Minutes" when you start counting after the first gen is done, because you are excluding the time that the first gen needed to be done. So correct would be: "4 Gens in 2:55" (and you can still argue that statement because your gen was close do being done when the first gen popped, but that is a different point).
And yes, that is super fast, I'm not arguing that gen speed could/should be looked at, I just wanted to point out, that your way of counting makes the gen speed of that match seems to be even faster than is already is.
So what I'm trying to say is: If you counting general gen time over a match count from the Start of the match or the first time somebody touched a gen, everything else doesn't really makes sense.
-
I don't play super immersed but I have matches like you discribed, where I just do gens and leave. I don't necessarily like doing gens but I do like to win (mostly for the sake of 5.000 Bloodpoints) and somebody has to do the gens to win, so I take that role if I have too.

“Any killer is good in skilled hands”
Ergo there aren’t any bad killers.
There are just killers that are more misunderstood by the majority than others.
Clown being the absolute best example of this.
If there were a way I could personally view all other players using Clown, i’d bet money that most of them aren’t using him properly.
I don't know, I feel the "people don't know how to play him"-Argument is a little weak for a killer that has been in the game for 2 years.
Also, in the stats from may 2019 he had the second lowest killrare on PC (don't know if he is significally better on console or other killers are just worse) and in the stats from November 2019 is was the third lowest for all ranks and the lowest for high ranks. I don't play clown unless I have too, so my personal experience doesn't matter but I just don't believe that an (almost) 2 year old charakter has such bad stats because most people didn't learn how to play him in that time.

You know, when it comes to translating stuff, you have to always ask yourself whether you want to stay as close to the original as possible ('literal fidelity') or if you want to strive for equivalence ('equivalent effect'). Throughout a good translation of a text, one is constantly moving on a spectrum between those two extremes.
Now here, Mettle of Man is a tricky phrase to translate since 'mettle' in itself is fairly vague in its meaning I think. Also, I'd deem a literal translation into German such as "Eifer der Menschen" as inappropriate because a) - for me - it carries a political or economical if not spiritual connotation and b) it doesn't feel natural at all and most certainly does not equal "Mettle of Man" in English as the phrase "X of Man" in itself is much more common in English than in German.
So, why not translate it simply into "Eifer" or "Mut"? :)
I think that would sound pretty good, despite not being literal.
I checked dictionary entries for "mettle" and they said something along the lines of "your ability to deal with a difficult Situation", "stuff of which a person is made", "Courage, Spirit etc" so "Mut" probably comes close to that. And I totally get your feeling for "Eifer der Menschen" is sounds political and unnatural for me too.
I didn't know that "X of men" is a common phrase in english, but that might explain why it sounds so weird in german^^.
Thank you very much :)

This.
Some translations are really weird. And as you've already pointed out, either outdated or unintuitive.
Rancor is translated as "Hass". "Hass", however, rather translates into "Hatred" or "Hate", signifying a strong aversion or intense dislike whereas "Rancor" refers much rather to "malignity" which would equal "Verbitterung/Groll" in German. Which, conicidentally, would be much closer to the French "rancœur". I know that's an incredible pedantic detail, but it's the sum of those little things that build up to this 'weird' feeling towards many translations into German in the Game. I've been playing the game mostly on English, that's why I rarely come across any weird translations. If I do, it's mostly because friends of mine talk about them.
@BHVR: I'm a native speaker of German and proficient in English and French. Hit me up if there's anything I can help you with. :D
Hey, can I ask you a question?
How would you translate mettle of men?
As I mentioned, I think "Eifer der Menschen" sounds super weird, but I'm not sure, what a correct/better translation would be.

Your Outfit is pretty cute, but I have a Quick question: Isn't it bugged? I'm pretty sure that I have seen it in a video and there was a hole between the body and the skirt.
I'm asking because the same bug happens when you pair the pink skirt with the front-tie-tops and the Devs haven't fixed it in months, so I'm curious if the fixed it for the demon slayer skin.

@Spannungsstoß descriptions are often translated wrong into German. Either the words they have used are outdated or incorrect, or there are grammatical errors, or its a combination of all of these things.
@SunaIIanu yes of course you can play in English but we shouldnt have to - the German player base for this game is huge so surely its worth the investment to fix the text. I think French is probably the most complete version of this game as they are a French speaking studio
Sorry for writing in german, I just specified what I meant in the other comment and it is easier to avoid missunderstandings in that way.
-
I personally think that mettle of men is translated weirdly. From what I have seen "mettle" can indeed mean "Eifer" but it just sounds so weird. "Courage" seems to be a synonym for "mettle", which could be translated to "Mut" which would sound a bit better in my opinion.
But I get that this is a minor issue compared to wrong perk and addon description, BT for example had still the old description months after the nerf, if I remember correctly, so it is best to just play in english, imo.
(I tried the deepl-translator, that @Madjura linked and it suggested "Besatzung, Besatzung der Männer, Männerschädel and Männerschreck". Idk, those do not sound right either, so I'm kinda lost what the correct translation for mom would be)

Recently I've started running solidarity with empathy, it takes two perk slots but I'm almost at BHVRs free perk level, SWF on comms!
Makes me wonder if they would remove perk slots for friends in SWF to truly balance the game... and here end another question that will never be asked on stream
I think I can answer that for you: No, they most likely won't do that because it is a change that would affect a large portion of the player base that wouldn't like it. And from an economically point of view it isn't a good idea to make such a change. I also think that they said something in a stream like: "We won't nerv SWF, we will try to make solo better" but I'm not 100% sure about that and I don't feel like searching the streams in the moment so don't quote me on that.
To the original topic: I think windows of opportunity is underrated, since they changed the cooldown it is really helpful in chases, not just for newer players.

Im lvl 4 survivor... I know how to play, so that don't factor.they maybe set speeds but IDK maybe with some of the perks from other killers effect him in a glitched out way to make him overly fast... All I know is that it was way excessive. I was literally running one of the jungle gyms through two windows. He hit me going through the first window, jumped the second window turned left and he was coming around the right. Had to run the long wall which was that long and cought up and downed me all withing 10 seconds......... Please tell me how that's not over powered??? Granted I've never had that much issue before, despite him being a fast killer as he is.
I really, really don't want to be rude but if you mean Rank 4 with Level 4 than you should have known that Clown has the basic movementspeed and should have paid attention to his perks, so that you could give more than a speculation on what happened.
As others mentioned, pwyf is a think, lag too and movementspeed-bugs are also something, that happens occasionally (Nurse for example), but without a screenshot of the Postgame-Lobby and a video of the game we can't know if you are complaining about normal movementspeed or not.
That being said, I'm pretty sure that L- and T-Walls are relativly useless against a good Clown, because his gas always forces a medium vault. It also makes him a little bit harder to see so it is easier to get mindgamed. As others mentioned, if he chased you for a while and didn't break a pallet he had bloodlust, which makes him faster. So for me it doesn't sound unrealistic that you got downed fast in that scenario.
And another thing I'd like to add: Being a red rank survivor doesn't mean you know all about the game, I have encountered red rank survs, that thought lockeres protect them against old freddy and more recently against Legion's Killer instinct.

I totally agree, it's one of the things that make me hate these (very often) useless chats.
When the game is obviously bad, for everyone (because of disconnections for example), or only one side (difference in skill / rank between survivors and killer for example): dropping a "GG" is just toxic.
And I see them, those streamers who gloat over the idea of saying "GG" at the end of the game because they destroyed the opponent. So unhealthy...
Personally, I usually don't say anything like that. Automatic speech, becoming ritual, often loses all conviction, sincerity, and meaning, and I believe this more harmful than polite.
I agree with you. I only understand "gg" as "Good Game", not as common courtesy and when somebody says it after a game, that was obviously not good for one side or both (because of disconnects, a mori, a heavily survivor sided map, whatever) it feels like a way of rubbing it in to me. Maybe I see it that way because I haven't played many multi-player-games, but idk, I think the best is to just say nothing if I won clearly. Or maybe I'm just too sensitive, idk.
But I've seen a post on this forum, where somebody encountered the same Killer twice in a row, first round the killer 3k or 4k'ed and said gg, next game he only killed one and complained, so there are definitly people, who only say it, when they win, which is an argument against the common courtesy thing, atleast imo.
-
I think the Devs will either fix it in three months with the next Chapter (1,5 months for the next mid-chapter seems too fast) or never, because it is related to the dedicated servers, as far as I know, and the servers are here to stay.

This upcoming patch will, in my opinion, usher in a new Dark Times.
The Sabo changes are insanely mind boggling if they go live, problematic perks on both sides are still unaddressed after months, sound and gameplay bugs still run amok, perk loadouts are often copy/pasted from match to match, gen speeds are untouched, the toolbox reworks are deceptively portrayed as a "huge nerf," and the new killer/exciting reason to play is turned into a 110% M1 killer by using a wiggle macro.
I'm legitimately concerned about the game's future :(
I'm a little confused, how can a macro help against the new Killer?
I thought the only think that matters is, if there is an object between Killer and Survivor or not.
Am I missing something?

I never found Ochido as toxic. He's just good which happens to classify any player in DBD as "toxic" these days.
I disagree. From what I have seen (and I haven't watched him in like 2 years, so he may have changed, but I doubt that) he was happy if he could annoy people (teabaging, flashlight clicking, and you may argue if that is toxic, but I would say, if you do that with the Intention to annoy people, than yes it is). But if he faced actual good Killers he complained or told his SWF to die for him.
He also managed to get banned multiple times (exploiting, save game hacking) so he can't be that innocent.
Other people teabagged and flashlight clicked too, obv, but atleast they weren't crying when they got killed for that.
There also accusations that he was inappropriate to younger female fans, but I'm not sure if there is proof for that, so I won't call it more than an accusation.
Another accusations was that he intentionallly stayed at low ranks to have easier matches, but that is also hard to proof because old rank reset existed back than.
So in short, I disagree, he is a toxic person.

I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused, do you mean that generator a bright red for survivors when they are using deja vu?
I agree with @MysticMusician the Devs are probably willing to add a colorblind mode but aren't sure what's the best way to do it. A lot changes came pretty late to dead by daylight compared to other games, for example tutorials and the disonnect penalty, so I personally think that BHVR is relativly slow with changes.

Well yeah, the chase stops, but you cant see the survivior. By moowalking I walking backwards and you cant track using Bloodhound or Predator like that. Its a fair tradeoff imo, you risk losing the track of the survivior, and they can use that to hide or quickly change directions. It kind of like you punish PWYF users, the moment they drop the chase, you change directions and stop running. Or how you counter the Spirit.
This is quite simple to fix. Just make the "chase detection area" a bit higher, so it detects the survivior even when looking down. You could still walk backwards while looking down, but its harder. If it was still an issue then you could reduce the speed of walking bavkwards by 5%, or tie the chase mechanic to direction of the movement instead of the camera.
Idk, seems still like an exploit to me, even if it is harder to do, but I have to admit, I don't think I have ever seen somebody walking completly backwards, I only saw people looking on the ground or walking sideways. Maybe it's best to agree that we disagree on that point :)
Hmm, interesting idea, but I think it could be a double-edged sword, because it will make breaking chase harder for the Killer (which could maybe be a slight nerf to pwyf) but also harder for survivors, and breaking chase is sometimes beneficial for the survivor, so I could imagine, that some people might not be happy about that. So I think it is a change you need to test to evaluate it.

First I'm on PC so if you're on console that's not going to work, secondly, I don't know if I wan't to waste more time with you than I already did because you fail to see one important thing: Even if Plague wouldn't loose Stacks (btw, even the Wiki says, she does) it wouldn't prove a point because pwyf talks about "offensive action" not about "basic attacks".

I know that when Pleague throws red vomit, it doesn't lose stack. But what does Legion use when attacking while using his special power? In older versions, these other killers would not lose stacks because they were not basic attacks, but from now on they became basic attacks.
Infectious Fright says basic attack on its advantage. However, this advantage comes into effect when he uses saw or oni power. In particular, this advantage is normally erroneous. Because when I held someone or when I found someone in the closet, I realized that they had informed me about their place.
Also the Argument that Legion does use his normal weapon in feral frenzy not a chainsaw or something like that doesn't count, pig for example is also using her normal blade in dash and it isn't considered a basic attack.

I don't get what you are trying to say, Red vomit will loose a stack and I'm also pretty sure that they changed the Interaktion between Huntress and pwyf pretty quickly after her release and not recently, because a ranged Killer at 125% Movement speed, that doesn't loose token for his ranged attack would be pretty broken. About the basic attack thing in General, I think it is a way of making the game more consitent, which the Devs started more recently, that's way some Killers used to have weird Interaktion with perks, like Noed not aktivating on hatchets but on chainsaws etc.
Dude, you Infos are pretty outdated, IF was buffed, they removed the basic attack condition, that is why it works with chainsaws etc.

This is an example of the video I gave, while using the saw, it loses stack, but again it gets stack.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x379B4RImLk
In the video I will present with huntress right now, it was not considered as a basic attack while using the axes. However, this really caused the players trouble, and they got an intense complaint and set it as the basic attack.
While using nurse special power, you call it the basic attack you have. What about Legion? I would like to repeat my comment that does Legion hit with a spoon while using his special strength?
Pwyf has nothing to do with basic attack, you loose a token for an "offensive action". Bubbas Interaktion with that is weird, idk if that is intented, but if you destroy a pallett with his chainsaw you will loose a token, so it's not like his Power has no effect in pwyf whatsoever.
Same applies to Huntress, hatchets are obv an offensive Action, your video was released shortly after Huntress was added to the game, so it was probably bug, just like Plague's corrupted purge didn't loose stacks in PTB which was fixed for her Release.
The difference between Legion and Nurse is, that feral frenzy can't down people, so you have to use your basic attack at some point.
I understand, that you are frustated about the change to freral frenzy and you can definitly argue, if that was necessary, but it is not inconsistent with other Killers because most of there special attacks doesn't count as basic attack, you wan't get save the best for last Stacks with a chainsaw or a hatchets, as far as I know.

By skill I meant genuine moonwalking, this exploit is based on ability to drop chase without moonwalking and is caused by broken chase mechanic.
I dont think it was a mistake, its just that devs handled it terribly.
Its true that Frenzy makes chases easier, but the only thing that was needed was a requirement that would FORCE Legion to injure multiple people with his power.
So even thought he would have a huge advantage over each survivior, he would have to catch ALL of them to gain real benefits and at least more than one to not get punished.
This would be extremely fun to play (running at high speeds while using tactic to force surviviors together), while not being too strong (winning a chase agains 1 survivior would rather punish you than reward). This is why I actually LIKE the "miss=lose power" part of the Legion but also hate the "hit to lose 100% Frenzy".
Also, running way faster than surviviors doesnt have to mean its easier. Its way harder to hit while running at high speeds, and if some penalty for steering badly was added (like Billy) it could also be balanced out.
TL;DR: Legion could be a fun killer, and wasnt a mistake, devs were just too lazy designing his power.
Sorry, but genuine moonwalking was also exploiting the fact that the chase stops, if you loose line of sight on the survivors, even though it was harder, unless you mean moonwalking in the sense of going backwards at a tile to mindgame. About the chase mechanic, I agree with you that it tends to be buggy but I personally think it is not easy to fix, for example, how would you replace the condition of having line of sight on the survivor? Basing it simply on Terror radius or distance to the killer would probably not work that well with stealth killers. Idk, for me that seems rather complicated, maybe you have an idea?
Your ideas for Legion seem interesting, so maybe you are right and the problem isn't that he was implemented but how he was. But in the end it doesn't matter anyway, he won't go anywhere so we can only wait and see.

Hillbilly, Leathface, Huntress and Nurse
I'm pretty sure that both hatchets and chainsaw doesn't count as basic attack (when MoM was released, there were a lot of discussions that you can only play Hillbilly and Huntress, because their special attacks didn't count for MoM), but maybe somebody else can confirm that. If not, that should be easy to test. The Nurse's attack after blinking does count as basic attack, but she is a special case, considering that she is super slow it's pretty hard to hit somebody without blinking before, so it makes sense.

I can take good care of this. However, the biggest nerf came due to some restrictions given. I don't know about you, but they think you are really good as a society. Subject to behavior. Still, I don't want much on you, but why isn't its strength any longer as a basic attack?
If I have to list them; Save the Best for Last, Play with Your Food (The stack does not go when its power is active.), Franklin's Demise, Remember Me and Dark Devotion. So why are the special powers of other murderers still referred to as basic attacks?
Some add-on is useless, maybe we can add an additional contribution to your strength and call our legion team? Just like Freddy, he can put traps, teleport, put a fake palette like this. However, I do not want to bother you much, let justice find its place.
Which Killers do you mean? Pig dash, hatchets, chainsaw etc all do not count as basic attack.
I personally think it's questionable that a perk like Franklins demand a basic attack.

Can be. I had make a short visit in the red ranks to rank 4. Then I decided... That was not fun anymore and so I depiped.
I stay since then most times from green ranks to purples on purpose. Matches there are most times not so sweaty and the survivors are often less toxic imo.
As example I had to pre patch Legion times maybe 1-2 toxic endgame chats and since then 2-3 after the patch. I bet I would have had more if I would have stay in the red ranks. Also that I often let survivors go is not good for my rank :). What should I say? If I had fun in a match, its ok to let some survs go...
Yeah, red ranks can be very sweaty and toxic (I don't play killer in red ranks, but my bf sends me pictures from time to time and I really don't envy him for this experience)
It's really nice from you to let people live from time to time, I hope your survivor appreciate that :)
And I think your right, fun is more important than Rank, I prefer Green to purple ranks too.
And on the topic of Legion, I really think that some of his limitations are quite unnecessary, so hopefully he will see some changes in the future.

To read sentences like this: "and for the most part there were exactly two kinds of Legion at the time, Moonwalking and Mixtape" still lets me look a bit sad.
I had spent my most time as Legion main to that time, without using addons and also not using the exploits and I had also know other Legion mains to that time, that have play like this.
It's always a bit demotivating to read your favorite killer in combination with exploits. Especially since he had make so much fun without any exploits and addons.
Don't understand my words as a rant... It is just a "annotation" from me... Explanation of my thoughts to it...
I can understand your frustration, it must really suck to hear peple only complain about something you like.
I used to play dbd a lot at that time, so I was always in red ranks, maybe that was the reason for the builds I saw.

Well thats not moonwalking but well, broken chase mechanic. Im not saying that it shouldnt have been changed, because it was dumb, but calling it no skill brainded exploit is not right.
And well, devs didnt even think of fixing the chase mechanic at all, they just removed everything that could abuse it...
The term "Moonwalking Legion" was applied to every Legion that used a method to break chase to down a survivor, even though you are right, technically it wasn't Moonwalking, but almost every Moonwalking Legion I faced (and for the most part there were exactly two kinds of Legion at the time, Moonwalking and Mixtape) was running bloodhound.
Please, explain what part of looking at bright red blood pools on the ground and following them involves skill, I'm really curious.
I guess changing a Killer instead of a mechanic is simply easier. Obv they changed Legion to much and stuff like the hit missing penalty shouldn't be a thing.
I know, you won't agree with me, but in my opinion it was a mistake to add Legion to the game. A Killer that can ignore the strongest defensive mechanims of survivors is hard to balance and BHVR had already problems with that in the past.

Moonwalking is not the most skilled technique out there, but If I as a survivior couldnt win a chase against a killer that walks backwards and cant see me, then I would make me rethink my skill lol
Have you heard about the Perk "Bloodhound"?
The typical moonwalking Legion would equip it and just look at ground (which will also stop the chase) and follow the blood. Lucky break didn't exist so the only "counter" to that was no mither.

that actually brings me to another question. are Pallets fixed on the game maps? or do they spawn randomly?
because seemingly some people knows exactly where they are at all times.
they dont appear to me to be random, which i think they should be. at least it would make it harder for survivors to do these annoying loops. when ive been chasing a guy for 3 minutes straight (which is stupid of me to do but i get annoyed) then i tend to camp him till he dies.
I'm sorry, you didn't mean "the game" specifically right? But on this Map pallets should also be random, but I feel "the game" has more fixed pallet spots than other Maps.

They are random but not completly. Each map has potential spawns for pallets, but not every spawn has a pallet every game, but there are certain spots that always have a pallet like the cow tree and the Killer shack. Experienced survivor know these spots and can somewhat predict where pallets are.
I know that is probably not want you want to hear, but please don't get annoyed, alot of survivors won't care if you camp them after such a long chase, because they feel, they have already won. The matchmaking sadly tends to put lower Rank Killers against higher ranked survivors, and some of them sadly think it's cool to be a Bully to a new Player.

i only thought legions attack timer wouldnt start when chased, i figured borrowed time was different.
that doesnt seem all that fair.
Also when someones being unhooked, whats the best course of action? because ive tried to hit an injured guy trying to unhook, but for some reason, that hit didnt do a damn thing. its like when you unhook, you are invulnerable or something. i need to wait for the person to be unhooked before i can hit?
The unhooker is not invulnerable while unhooking, but the person on the hook is and it is possible to accidently hit them, so you have to be careful with that.

Whats wrong with going for a guy thats been hooked and is then closer to dying which is my objective?
You are not entitled to survive and its my job to murder you. Why would i not go for the hooked guy that was unhooked when he is closer to death?
I guess the best argument is that BT and DS exist, so instead of one hit you might need three. If the unhooked guy is a quite good looper it might also be a mistake to concentrate on him.

Oh, I missunderstood, that's worse. The priority for cosmetics fixes seems to be even lower than I thought.

i had to wait almost the year for them to fix kate neak bug when i reported it
A year? #########? Okay, I guess I have to wait atleast 6 more months then, thanks, that is good to know.
But honestly, I don't get it, the cosmetics team is responsible for cosmetics, so they are also responsible for bugs with them and not the team, that handles other bugs, right? So why does it take them so long?
Idk, I feel its pretty unfair to let people buy someting bugged and then take ages to fix it.

Totally understand your opinion and it is not rude at all. Its a concern many players ahre with you (including me).
@Peanits You wanted to ask for news and come back to us here.
@PatBrutal Did you already get an answer for the shared issues of this discussion post?
Okay, that is good to know, I don't want to be unfriendly. Thank you :)
News would be really nice, hopefully they can tell us something soon.

The most up to date info I can give you on the missing event cosmetics is that we ran into a hurdle when trying to restore them, but we've since resolved that. We're hoping to get them back to you (and anyone else who is missing them) as soon as possible. I'll check to see if there are any other updates.
As far as misc cosmetic improvements, we'll see if we can expand on that in future updates to give more details as to what is changing. If you notice anything wrong with any cosmetics, please be sure to fill out a bug report if there isn't one already. We'll try to get to them as soon as we can.
I really don't want to be rude, but what does "soon" mean in this context?
I reported a bug with Feng's Clothes (and it is not just a clipping issue, there is a hole in her body) more than 6 months ago:

If you pair the Skink Tie-Front Top with the Stripes and Spots Skirt there is a hole between them, they don't match. It is more visible in game than in the shop. I'm playing on PC.
Someone else reported it more than 4 months ago:

Happens with all of her Front Top cosmetics (Freshman-, Light Denim- and Skink Tie-Front Top)
Hard to explain but you can see from the images that there is a hole between the pants and the top. I think it's the most noticeable when searching chests so I used those images as examples.
I understand that there are alot of things, that need to be fixed but 6 months is a relativly long time. (Considering that her Front Tops have been available more than 2 years, this bug might be 2 years old too.)
The new community skin jacket has btw the same problem with the stripes and spots skirt.
Like I said, I don't want to be rude, but for me it feels like you don't care about old cosmetics anymore. I mean, the classic Ghostface skin was fixed relativly quick, after some people complained about it and said that they will not buy it, as long as it's buggy.
I don't know, it would be really nice, if you could atleast say something like "it is on our list, we are working on it".

You could use Leader with a Gate Opening build like Wake Up! and Spine-Chill, otherwise it's quite a bad perk to run due to its range and overall scenario specific needs.
That Survivor needs to be with you all the time to do these actions, if they're not than the perk won't give you the boost... so, it's entirely (as said above) a scenario dependent perk that's not really worth bringing.
Although, if you want to do an Exit Gate build than you should use Leader, or even something like a healing build for a specific person like your friend that uses that perk.
The gate opening build sounds interesting, I might try it when I play duo again (my bf really likes wake up).
But based on your other points leader seems to be a wasted perk slot when playing solo (maybe bond could help a little). Thanks for your ideas :)

Leader is probably the worst of Dwight's teachables. It's maybe worth running if you want to get healed faster, or if you want to combo it with a teammate's Wake Up for really fast gates, but fairly useless beyond that.
As for Wake Up, it's not clear, but according to the wiki it is a speed increase, so it will increase the speed to 115% rather than reducing the time by 15%.
It's a bit sad that those perks give even less benefits than I thought they do, but atleast I know now not to waste a slot on them.
Thank you :)

Yeah, I know what you mean. A lot of speed bonuses actually do very little for short actions like totem cleansing.
Is Leader worth running then because it only gives benefits for short actions? (would be 4 seconds less for a door, right?)
Also, wake up says, that you will open the door faster, does that mean increasing the speed or reducing the time?
