What are you talking about? Most people don't even think about Quentin. All they say is that his perks suck.
-
There are way, way, way worse pallets in this game right now
For example, hallway-blocking pallets on the indoor maps & Ormond. One of the biggest middle fingers to killer players.

I don't think Deathslinger gets enough recognition as the tryhard proxy camper's dream.
2/3rds of Slingers just use their low terror radius with M&A to stare at hooks from outside heartbeat radius.

So M1 killers aren't worth talking about? That's more crazy talk.
Like I thought, you're clearly an M2-dependent killer. Even Bubba uses M1. Good killers know when to use M1 and when to use their M2 power.
And just because a perk is better used by an M1 killer doesn't make it useless like you are trying to say. Lots of people play M1 killers and there are a lot of strong M1 killers. Heck the strongest killers in the game are M1 killers.
I main Clown, but please keep trying to imply that I'm bad at the game because I want more perks for more characters
I just want other killers to be able to use the good builds, don't know why you're so uppity about it
-
You say this like it affects the balance of the game
No one cares
-
Every single survivor will say this about every single killer at least once
-
You open yourself up to getting DS'd, in addition to the fact that tunneling usually confines you to one part of the map. Survivors will just do gens in SafetyLand™ and it can easily turn into a net loss for a killer

When they revealed how bad and inconsistent the new character designs for survivors are I considered it. Also if they ever canonically kill off any of the survivors. I'm going to be very much disaffected by the lore, this lot are gonna make it somehow and if they don't I'm no longer invested. This game is like 30% asethetic, 30% grind, 30 % adrenaline and 10% Story that people secretly want to imagine for themselves rather than having BHVR come in and try to tell it.
I did also play Nurse once and that made me want to kill myself. Like I can't believe people use her competitively she's mind numbingly slow and I'm convinced her add ons do nothing.
It's impossible to kill off a survivor, they die every day and come back the next.
-
I did for a whole year, just came back last week. The game looks better and Decisive Strike has finally stopped tormenting me.
-
The only killers I don't like fighting are Spirit, Oni and Plague (especially Oni, dude's basically old Billy but with better tracking)
Everyone else is chillin like a villain. My favorite killer to fight is Doc because he forces me to think on my feet and stop hiding.

And please remove 3 hits, this is also ridicilous. Which killer needs 3 hits when using power?
Trickster
Nemesis has to hit 3 times because he has a multifaceted power. He would also be a straight upgrade from Pyramid Head otherwise.

It's a second-story window, they get staggered. It's not that strong of a loop, you can handle it.
Inb4 muh balanced landing that no one uses anymore

Surge is one of the best perks in the game lmfao
if you're playing an m1, sure
If you're not, it sucks. And there isn't really a reason it should have that problem.

Surge and Knockout I agree
Franklins doesn't signal to the survivor
Spirit Fury is 2 pallets at level 3
Blood Favor is just bad but honestly you didn't tackle to main issue of it having a cool down
Remember Me is still an alright perk, but I agree that the obsession thing doesn't make sense anymore since the nerf back in 2019
Franklins is on me though, I misread that perk. Still though, it's not very helpful considering how long it takes items to lose their charges. they get 1.5 to 2 entire minutes to go grab their stuff.

@MadLordJack said:
Surge they're not touching because the don't think it would be fair if someone downs themselves via deep wound bleed-out or that one Trapper add-on (I have no clue why).
I have never, in my entire time playing this game, downed myself on a bleedout timer
If that happens, they deserve it

I think the main issue is the distance, 16m is so negligible that you'll often never get a single use out of it unless you're on Gideon Meat plant. I wouldn't care about the cooldown if it actually ended loops. 40 seconds is fair if the distance is 28 meters or so.

It's not suicide when you can split up on gens. The killer should be punished for refusing to chase people that are near him, too.
It's not game breaking. What IS game breaking is the fact that you can hide for 20 minutes and as long as you move around you will never get caught.
I'm 100% sure OP broke chase every time the survivors were more than 15 feet from the 3-gen, that's the only way these games last that long. He could've ended it as easily as they could by committing to a chase, and he probably would've had time to come back considering his zone-of-control is probably a dead zone. It takes both parties being stubborn to let this situation occur.

They are. They aren't doing any objectives. They are intentionally trying to make the game as long as possible for no reason. You cant be mad at the killer, as they are doing their job. The survivors aren't, so they should be punished.
I didn't sneak a jab at your skill. I outright insulted your skill at survivor. You think it's ok to take the game hostage, so you clearly aren't a very good survivor.
Also, you have no chance of being a better killer than me. I have 8000 hours in this game, and 5000 hours on Nurse alone. I play at top level with every killer. I also play on console and still win every game despite having to deal with lag spikes and lower sensitivity, putting me at an inherent disadvantage when playing with PC players. For proof:

Considering the fact that I have NEVER lost as Clown, I wouldn't call him the worst killer either, even before his buff. Remember, Legion, Trapper, and Michael exist.
EDIT: Nvm about my hours. I forgot I recently reached 9k.
If you've played this game at 9000 hours and you think survivors should be punished for not willingly committing suicide, I feel sad for you. Continue sulking and sweating alone. 9k hours and you unironically think automatic crows wouldn't be absolutely game-breaking? Embarrassing.

And the sad thing is it continues🤬
Try to report them and see how that goes
If anything, you're holding the game hostage. You stood there staring blankly at gens for 20 minutes because you so desperately wanted those survivors to suicide bomb into you.
The solution to your problem is to actually play the game and not be a stubborn sweatlord.

They shouldn't have to. Survivors take the game hostage by hiding forever, which is a bannable offense. This would protect you and the rest of the baby survivors from getting banned.
Except they aren't taking the game hostage, they're avoiding the killer who has all 3 remaining gens in visual range. The killer is the one who holds all the cards in this situation, and the survivors can only take part in the game if he does.
And I see you trying to sneak in jabs at my skill level, but the thing is, I'm probably a better killer than you. I played at the top level with what was, at the time, the worst killer in the entire game

Just make it so that survivors get 3 crows within 30 seconds of not being chased or doing an objective.
Yes let's make stealth gameplay utterly impossible so bull-headed killers don't have to leave their gen cluster

You agree with hiding for 20 minutes at a time?
You could've ended that 20-minute standoff at any time by chasing a survivor. You hold equal blame for how long that game took. You were unwilling to stop camping your 3-gen, they were unwilling to suicide
Gain more self-awareness

Stop lying. There is no infinite and I'm sick of people pretending there is. There's TWO rings around the garage loop IF you're running balanced landing. Otherwise there's one, because you have to use the pallet to make up for the stagger.
Sick of killers acting like their world is crumbling every time there's one good loop on a map. If I can do it with Clown, so can you.
-
The only time I got to play it was against a Hag. Since the map is a series of one-person-wide hallways that make her traps inescapable during a chase, she killed me very easily.
The way the map is structured is basically just HagWorld™

Yes it is because it's real people. Just because it's a video game does not make it fair to act on stereotypes.
It's fair precisely because it's a video game
Characters are a choice and there are obvious motives to pick a certain character over the other
-
Toggle your ability to hide your perks and it solves all potential problems
I want to signal that I have resilience so Claudette doesn't obsessively force me into crouch to heal me repeatedly
I want to signal that I have Deliverance so my teammates don't have to rush to unhook me
I want to signal that I have Better Together so my teammates aren't afraid of the highlighted gen being Trail of Torment or something

Different players every time. Just because i play against a certain character that does a certain thing one time doesn't mean you should attribute that to every other player who plays that character. And if you do that, that is stereotyping and it's bad because that is scapegoating.
Calm down, it's not real life

I can play survivor for several hours, killer is almost impossible to play more than 3-5 games.
But during week I play max 2h a day after work, then Im too tired to focus anymore. During weekends it can be 5 or more hours, with many breaks of course
The "race against the clock" aspect of playing killer definitely makes it a lot more mentally taxing than survivor
-
Premonition. I still have fun with it occasionally, but it used to be nailed to my build no matter what else I was using. Eventually, I realized I was familiar enough with killer behavior that it wasn't necessary anymore.
-
They don't need to touch a single exhaustion perk, you just need to stop blaming perks when you lose a chase
The recent updates have turned the maps into massive dead zones interspersed with smaller loops, exhaustion perks just help to close the distance between them once per chase
-
What is with all these survivor mains suddenly in an uproar over mediocre ol' Wraith? It's the Wraith, just use your eyes and he's not a threat.
-
Still a butt-tier perk
There is no need to be sneaky in an ongoing chase, it's nonsensical. It's like a perk that adds to your terror radius in the post-game stats screen.
-
I sincerely hope this guy is just trying to parody killer mains and isn't <actually> complaining about this
-
The devs don't like it when killer perks are simple, there has to be a counter-intuitive debuff tacked on
-
People unironically called Wraith the worst killer in the game before Tru3 started pointing out his high-level strategies
Now, almost completely unchanged, people are rabid about how supposedly "broken" he is
This community is guided entirely by speculative what-ifs and youtube videos
-
They're so incredibly easy to find because of several perks that I don't think it's worth it anymore. Even if you're a mobile killer that can defend your totem, it's not worth coming back to all game once they've announced the location to their friends.

Empty space doesn’t really count as room for looping, which is what most of the map is, especially against a Bubba. It’s also completely flat, so is certainly not the second biggest in reality.
Lateral distance is what matters most, you're just splitting hairs. It's a problem for the killer because of the distance he has to cover from gen to gen, and if he camps basement that gives you a gen and a half of time as an individual, not counting the other 2 individuals that aren't hooked.
Shelter Woods is so huge that a killer frequently has to choose which gen to give up. When he knows 2 survivors are working on 2 different gens, he rarely has time to get to both of them. Stack the idea of camping on top of this, and you have a very hard-pressed killer with time rapidly running out.
-
@WexlerWendigo said:

I didn’t. Shelter woods is small enough to get taken there with Agitation + Iron Grasp from most of the map
Shelter Woods is the second biggest map, and Bubbles used 2 perk slots to put you there. If he wants to camp on a massive map, he can. Against a good team, that's an L.
-
What if you didn't loop by the basement against Bubbles
-
Why would you want to get rid of one of the only viable stealth perks remaining? You have like 30 aura reading/notification perks to choose from. I think you can handle Iron Will.
-
Fighting a survivor: Unbreakable. I slug with clown and this perk has wrestled many wins away from me.
Fighting a killer: Whispers. I'm a sneaky survivor, and I know immediately when the killer has whispers because he'll be vigorously searching my area despite having no other reason to believe I'm here.

Suprisingly, no I think I can, I don't think I can do it when it's a full red party with a killer I'm not good with on a map that heavily features the one counter of lack of LOS on it.
Also, dude, who pissed in your coffee this morning?
You're complaining about something completely normal
You being unprepared is your fault
