You shouldn't be using flans as killer, use puddings instead, or don't use any BP offering. Give them nothing soldier.
FOR SPARTA
-
Kicking gens is worthless what do you expect
-
They won't earn double or triple BP playing a "non-toxic" game, that's the point. Gens will be rushed and the killer will leave with 2-3 hooks.

Relax Spartacus. You aren’t in a war.
Then why am I wearing this cloak and loincloth

Mixed bag on survivor, wound up swapping for the night after my first game ever on Eryie ended after I got the achieve Gen done and then got hyper tunneled and Moried by the wraith while my teammates did…something other than gens. Saw more hardcore killers than casual, but saw two explicitly farm.
Killer Side I was running a rule of “play as normal as I can and 8 hook 0 k, then let them win.” Broke it one game when a team clearly were trying to ignore the event, but otherwise it was fun seeing who realized and who didn’t by the end. Probably will keep that up for a couple more days, then transition back to playing more normally…
It's a good way to tank your MMR for easy games in the future, downside is your giving survivors lots of undeserved BP.

Nah
Been on a decent win streak and I've been hooking 12's pretty consistently
Only way that's happening is if you barely play killer and your mmr is low, It's easy to abuse if you main survivor and swap to killer to 12H/4k babies all day then switch to a different killer.
If you play killer a lot, there is no way you 12 hook and still win most games. Nurse maybe
-
No way you're 12 hooking unless you lose a lot
-
Survivors and especially SWFs deserve no mercy
-
Exactly, every event is a complete ######### show for everyone except toxic SWFs
-
SWFs are everywhere during the events and they don't deserve any BP
-
DBD's mechanics fall apart in high MMR, simple.
-
No because I know the killers can lose 3 gens instantly and the game is already over with 2 hooks max by the time you chew through all the perks and pallets.
RPD is an automatic camp or DC anyway

We've been over this time and again. Removing SWF is not the solution, and neither is letting killers choose if they want to play against SWF. The solution is to reduce map sizes, buff solo's and buff killers.
They're never going to fix maps or buff killers
-
If there's no variety it's because the majority of the killer roster sucks.
-
It's instant like always in the evenings till early morning
-
Before the test changes to mmr every single match was a nightmare, now it's slightly more random.
-
I hope this thread and the responses are a good lesson for all killers who still cling to the futile concept of playing "fair"

Picture this, you have just installed DBD and have decided to play killer (horrible choice, I know).
You don't have any killer unlocked besides the free ones and have even less perks available when you see it.
No One Escapes Death
As a new killer, you might choose this perk for a couple of reasons.
It gives you power after you fail to defend the gens.
It lets you secure a kill.
It sounds really, really cool.
But if you have chosen this perk, you have doomed yourself to failure. You have made a deal with the devil for temporary power at the cost of internal growth.
As any one who plays survivor can tell you, one of the easiest signs that NOED is going to be in play is if the killer you are facing is bad. But does this happen?
The answer is simple, NOED may get you a kill, but it was not you, it was NOED. You did not make the survivors have to leave their teamate behind, it was NOED.
NOED is a perk that no good killer uses because the survivors should not be finishing gens in the first place. However, it still screws them over because it messes with BHVR's statistics, making it harder for killers that need buffs to actually get them.
So for the sake of Killer Mains, I hope the perk rework destroys NOED.
No sorry, this is just the typical gaslighting spread by survivors.

ikr
like make it so you can disable comments on everything and have limited access to what others can but not completely private
They can disable comments without making their profile private.
Steam added those privacy options not too long ago. The second it happened people started hiding their profiles so no one could see their game time or friends list and of course cheaters use it too.
This was back when killers could still switch to Nurse in the lobby if you saw an SWF.
-
How? are the servers down?
-
@KA149108 said:
People say nurse is fair because of her skill ceiling but if people played against a god nurse for 20 straight matches they'd realise how busted the killer is. A killer that can basically ignore pallets and windows so the only counter is hope she messed up her blinks.
I'm not saying the Nurse is or isn't OP, but the only reason she gets a pass is because the majority of bad survivors never see one, so they complain about Freddy or whoever else instead.
-
Should probably make gens even faster since some survivor might need to pick his nose first
-
How do you guys deal with the constant deafening screams during nightfall? He blinds himself too.
It's nice to have a killer without all the head bobbing, but damn they still find a way to make playing killer tiresome.

Killer who tunnels, will tunnel through DS. If survivor has DS, good, now they dont have it, and tunnel to death. If survivor doesnt have DS, good, now killer tunnels them to death
Killer who play fair often have survivor save their DS later. And they can use it in End game.
I had a 6 hooks that spread to all 4 survivors (because I dont tunnel) before the last Gen done. And I ate 3 DS in end game. DS currently punish fair play killers more than tunnelers.
DS should deactivate when Gate are powered, but buff the stun up to 7sec or something.
Yes, but DS doesn't need any buffs to compensate.
-
You play Nurse yet complain about every other killer in the game
-
overrated killer, once the hype dies down people will realise it.
-
Wraith is trash, the threat of endgame NOED is the only hope he has, most people who still use him are probably new and have no options. Who else would play Wraith?
-
Any combination of DS/BT/DH is actual god mode in endgame unless they're hooked on the opposite side of the map from the gates. That's why you need to eat DS early whenever possible.
-
Premade majority of the time
-
What are the devs supposed to do? Increase punishments for DCs? Teach people how to play?
I have suspicions that half my teammates in SoloQ are much lower MMR, but we have no way of knowing since it's all hidden.
It can be annoying in SoloQ sometimes, but what can be fixed when someone decides to do a Rift challenge or meme instead of doing a generator...
-
They can dish it out, but they can't take it. Yeah, they're cowards.
Plus they want to hide their SWF so people won't dodge or change builds, and they're also ashamed of their 1k hours in porn games.
-
Not S tier + SWF
-
I use everything but party streamers, there's no way I'm going to reward all the aholes in this game with more BP.
-
SWF balanced hahaha

Never has been. And even if it was, the matchmaking in this made it pointless. Only thing that came out with it is killer locked in lobby, cannot be changed like survivor
It was all a scam to protect SWFs from killers who switched to Nurse/Blight/Bubba

The entity is real and it lives in BHVR's HQ, they just want to extend our suffering a bit longer.

I currently try to lower my mmr on killer. I go for 8 hooks and don't kill anyone. I "lost" well over 10 games so far and I still only get super tryhard squads.....
Yeah, you have to lose a lot of games. I tested it with Spirit who I basically never play. It was impossible to win/learn until I spent an entire day losing on purpose. ALL DAY. The survivors got so bad they would kill themselves, no one would unhook etc. even though I was trying my best to let them live.
My games with Spirit definitely got easier but I had to waste hours of time. Even then, depending on time of day/queues you will get thrown to the wolves no matter what, but it will happen a lot less often.
-
You have to lose a lot of games if you were decent before and played often, even on a killer you never used. It boosts their mmr closer to your best killer.
-
he can't hurt you while holding the power and he moves slow as hell
I guess the 3 options would be
1 Leave the loop
2 bait the teleport
3 run towards him, back into the pallet/window
It's not much different from a hag, where the trap is on one side and the hag is on the other, except hag can still attack while the trap is set and it doesn't disappear if she tries to swing at you.
-
There are enough weak killers in the game already

place remnant at a pallet, loop survivor into remnant, teleport back to remnant and you get a free hit.
or if the survivor runs into you, cancel the ability and then just hit them normally.
You can't hit someone immediately after cancelling the power. I've been juking them at loops by running straight at them. After playing as him for a couple hours you will see how slow and obvious his telegraphs are.
He moves too slow while the power is held, it has to fill a charge meter first and he has a cooldown after cancelling the power where he can't swing. Since he can't attack during his power you are very safe.

Personally, it's fun to go against him, but playing him is unnoying and unfun. Like I literally control sloppy pile of meat. Feels slow and unresponsive. TP is great, antiloop is OK, but everything, I don't know, not feels satisfying and enjoyable. Can't say why. But I love playing Onryo and Birb lady so much still, cant wait when I finish with turkey's achievements and return to my girls ♥️
I think he was designed to be fun for survivors, not killers.
He's miserable to play, there's too much noise and his gameplay is clunky and slow.

You just bap the nearby locks while patrolling gens or the nearby ones right after you hook a surv. That's it.
@Chappy01 said:
Once a lock is broken, it's gone for good on that locker. seems pretty fair to me if not better for dredge.
If i was a dev i would allow a locker to be locked up to 3 times so be thankful its 1 and done.
More chores, how fun.
If I was a dev there wouldn't be a lock mechanic, it's unnecessary and tedious.
-
What's that? generators are going too fast?
Well here's some slow ass teleport/locker animations to go with all the pallets/walls/boons. I love being animation locked, the less control I have over my character, the better.
It's a cinematic experience.
-
Because every killer needs to have self-own counterplay built into their design now. Locks don't need to exist, they just make him even weaker than he already is, but it gives survivors something funny to do so that's what matters.
-
I wish they would stop making new maps
-
The sounds don't bother me, but It's way too loud when playing as the Dredge.
-
Dredge looks like some generic monster you kill at level 5 after out levelling the rats
