yeah but thats just so boring :(
I think it is better than expecting your teammates to do what you think they should. You can't control peoples minds unfortunately.
Maybe you can do 50-50. 2 non meta perks you enjoy and 2 that helps you survive. I would bring medkit in any case tho.
You need to adapt somehow it is how it is.

Same for me. And the Swamps.
I only disliked swamps as Freddy because I could barely see a thing.
-
Running deliverance, ds, dh and iw will help if you get those kind of teammates often.
Also medkits.
-
I don't mind it because both sides have their own thing.
It could be changed but I got used to it. It was only frustrating when I started.
For me, bm'ing is the only part I can never fully stomach and It gives me the urge to dominate then bm those people back.
Otherwise I am cool with everything, even knockout slugging which I don't really enjoy but that is fine. I don't have to enjoy everything it is idealistic thinking.

Midwich - both.

Nah it's not pointless that's like saying the teachers don't do something about verbal bullying cause the bully will find another way
That is completely different. You can't stop people from bm'ing online it is impossible also not easy to prove someone did it to bm.
I get doing something about nasty messages and for examope it is dealt with easily by reporting at least on ps. But actions like teabagging, you will never be able to police this behaviour and stop it completely because they will just invent something else.
You will never stop this.

I think I got rid of everything at one point. Sister had tons of cassettes that I listened to as a kid. Then I had tons of cd's.
Then things got more simple and I honestly like it this way. I prefer digital everything and have no nostalgia about these kind of things.
I understand people who do like it tho (younger or older ones), and everyone should enjoy what they love.
Cool collection btw.
-
Necromancers strike again.
-
I think it is an advantage but I don't know how to address it without pissing off majority of the fanbase.
I know some of the suggestions were buffing solos then killers but even competent no comms solos are too much for some killers already.
I honestly think things won't change much but killers are getting burned out little by little. Something needs to be done not neccessarily comms wise.
-
They surely won't find other ways to bm you.
This is pointless.
-
Switch a lot. Sometimes I play one for a while tho but I played majority of survs.
-
"Clown / too strong bottles"
Stopped reading there. Jk.
Myers doesn't get speed with tier 3 btw unless you meant vaults.
-
Is me deleting someone with tombstone piece Myers after 2-3 gens pop fine as well?

Daily "original" camping solution. Can't get enough of these.
-
I wanted to try him but I would only play with crossplay off anyway.
I think he needs better add ons from what I have seen. For start.

Because headpops should be rare and the traps should just be for slowing down the game? Traps aren't meant to kill survivors, they can but only if survivors are unlucky or just don't try to get them off. They're meant as a passive to slow down the game.
Tombstone piece is already a much hated add on on Myers, that people are asking to get changed. Nobody likes to die to that nor head traps.
Eh. I find it more interesting when killers are deadly. Guess I am in minority.
After playing for hooks for years I got bored of it.

imagine using such a skilless perk because you are so insecure of your skills
Imagine thinking there is much skill in dbd. Killer or survivor. If you like challenge you should accomplish something in other games and tell us about it. This is why I always say that dbd players have the biggest ego because they bask in it's unbalance and exploit it to feed it.
Game is unbalanced rng mess. Killer can be more frustrating and game is surv sided when survs are focused on objectives/have some game knowledge sure, but that doesn't mean that killer is oh so skillful.
I played without dead hard and exhaustion perks for years just fine and only started using it since last summer. Maps and tiles are the issue but you like many others focus on that one perk because you can't think for yourself. Who cares about dh when you have too much resources available on certain maps, and things like house of pain.
Also killers have their own things like bubba camping that one person to death and some of us are fine with it too because we know what dbd is.
Stop making things us vs them for ones ffs and look at the bigger picture.
-
Imagine shaming people for using a perk.
-
Every game gets boring after a while. At least for me.
I am not a person who can play the same game for years without breaks.
-
Myers shouldn't make any sound at all when stunned. It is completely out of his character to cry like that.
I like Gf's sigh and pig sounds hella cute.
-
Depends on teammates and which killer we vsed.
But yeah, sometimes I do. And if someone was too nice to me I will die for them.

Yeah, she was the psychotic maid who was driven mad by her sense of incompletion (couldn't smell, taste, or feel; possibly a homunculus? And hella OCD on top of that.) Despised the protagonist for being a whole being, unlike herself. Seems like the kind of character that'd be prime bait for the Entity, and she's got mad aesthetic as far as a killer goes.
The other stalkers were the homunculus groundskeeper with a childlike mentality who thought the protagonist was a doll and wanted to play with her, the failed clone of the master, and the master himself (as an old man, then himself in his prime, then briefly as a molten skeleton.) The latter two weren't inherently menacing, and the freak-out factor was mainly what they wanted to do to the protagonist rather than any intrinsic scariness, so Debilitas or Daniella seem like better picks, and Debilitas is less of a killer, per se.
The mansion would make for a great map, too. Definitely a license I'd like to see in DBD.

I would bring Hewie if he gave me 1% increased chest opening speed, NGL. Hewie is the best of boys. He is the epitome of all that is good and doggish and I consider it a point of success to Haunting Ground that being mean to your dog means you lose the game.
Though he'd probably fit best as a stun-the-killer type perk, so that'd be a forum war for the ages - killers enraged about yet more aggressive survivor second chance perks against the inherent pureness of Dog.
I remember some of the stuff you mentioned. Played the game like 16 years ago, damn.
I didn't finish it, but it was kinda nice. I should watch it on yt or something, you made me nostalgic.
-
Can I trade it for 500 shards?
-
Myers and Pig atm.

It was goofy, but the sledgehammer guy and the Corroder (less so) were pretty menacing and the plots about their victims were engaging. One thing that stuck with me is that the music got way less heavy and threatening after the first two stalkers, in addition to the batshit plot taking flight (hampering my ability to care about anything) and the extremely silly Scissor twins.
Haunting Grounds was awesome and I'd love to see it here - most of the stalkers would work, but I think Daniella might be the best one to use out of context. Imagine Hewie being brought to life as a sort of perk...
Daniella was that maid or whatever right? She was disturbing as hell with her crazy episodes. Would love her as a killer honestly.
-
I enjoy it because it is random and it feels nice when complete strangers protect you and you protect them from time to time.
-
Ds, dh, woo and iw is the most reliable for me currently.
I mix it up with coh, bt, ub, dlv and some other perks. Other times I try new things to test them out, or just for fun.
Also medkit helps a lot. I barely used items at all for years but now I am in love with medkits.
-
Ashley. NOW!
-
I only consider bm'ing and nasty messages toxic.
Not playstyles like that.

I think you mean Tombstone piece, not Judiths one
Yeah. Judiths just doesn't work against any team with 2 braincells.
I know that tp can be annoying considering how quickly you can tier up with some add ons but it is still not op imo. Otherwise Myers would be top tier with it and you would see him used more often since he is not really that hard to play.
Annoying to some? Yes. Op? Not really.
Regarding clown I don't think pinky is busted at all.
-
Ok so it is really good if used correctly but bad when not used right.
I can agree with that.

I've had people who bless one totem, then bless another, then bless another. It's like the new self caring blendettes almost.
Yeah you are right. But some people judge too harshly and if the team crumbles like that it hurts the match.
-
@Marigoria said:
Depends on how people use them and if the survivors are good.
Can the survivors manage to do everything else and dont spam boons? Then they can be op.
Are the survivors only blessing totems and not touching gens, being completely useless? Then it's not op.
I had a feng recently spamming vaults because I blessed a totem once. She couldn't hold a chase for 10 seconds against blight.
I ran blight for 2, 3 gens. Did a gen or two, and escaped while she died.
I am just giving you a different perspective. People like that I can't take seriously at all. They think they know everything and throw tantrums when others don't play how they want even if they are doing worse than you.

Am I right in thinking that's the game where someone tries to murder you with a large pair of scissors? I feel like I've played it and before and your comment just reminded me.
It is the same series you are correct about that. In the games before struggle within, it was scissorman.
In this one, in the beginning you were chased by Stephanie, girl with a knife.

I might be the only one that has better experience with solo q than pre sbmm. Not perfect but better.

Horror game from ps1 back in the day. There was a house with a telephone in it and it would ring from time to time.

When in doubt, nerf pig.

You can hear a telephone ringing at Lery's which first of all that scared the ######### out of me, telephones scares me in horror stuff don't ask me why and second...there are actually no telephones in the map...could anyone tell me if these telephones actually exist or am I going crazy
I am also kinda scared of them. I suspect it is because of the clock tower struggle within which traumatised me as a kid.
-
One of the reasons might be because he is not easy to play on console.
Also his nerf was undeserved. Chaining people doesn't seem rewarding enough when chains break so easily. So even if people are good with him it doesn't pay off as often as it should.

If they played to actually win then no most of the time a 4 man escape. If they played like this I would have got at least a kill or 2
Fair enough.

Being injured is not that scary against legion.
