'Not fun for anyone'? I do hope that by anyone you mean yourself. It is very fun when I use it (doesn't matter if I did my best, I usually do with the Trapper), because it is fun killing the last two people who attempt to escape death. Keep in mind NoEd is not a perk I use often, but when it works, it works. I am sorry for the games that you encounter as a Survivor but do try not to lump everyone together, I say this even as it happens to me sometimes.
As for the illusion of winning... Hmn... That can be heavily debated depending on who you are. For me I just use NoEd as a last resort if survivors are good enough to hide from me. Otherwise it is rarely used at all even if I do have it equipped. This is just my 2 cents.

I would just like a small (Standard), medium or large basement. I have ideas for how this could work.
Small is the standard Basement you see in a normal game of DbD.
Medium is a slightly larger Basement with double chests and a locker, but has two rooms. One room holds two hooks and the other room holds the last two hooks.
Large is considerably larger and has multiple rooms, chests, and lockers. There is also a alternate entrance accessible only by the killer. Each room (Four in total) holds a separate hook.
Note you can have the option to customize the basement with whatever could be available from the store, and is not limited to the killer. So you could buy something that fits the Huntress theme but use it on Freddy.

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of bright bulbs in the game. I personally leave once I am absolutely sure my friends/fellow survivors can leave without me regretting I couldn't be there to save them. But honestly I do feel your frustration, doesn't happen to me a lot but when it does I try my best to end them anyways, sometimes it works and they regret staying.
All I can say is that this behavior is possibly not going to stop, but I do suggest running Franklin's Demise if you see people coming in with items, then if they decide they want to wait at the gates give them a smack. I guarantee they'll regret staying in the game or they will die for their item.

I dunno if it was my time playing as the Hag before her QoL buffs, but I enjoy playing as the Legion. I will play them a great deal more once the crash fix happens, until then I'm gonna be playing Borderlands 2 and Minecraft. Don't judge me.

As far as I'm aware there is no cap. My cousin is a Myers main and I saw him with like 200 add ons, for like two or three of them. So I am absolutely sure Survivors do not have a item limit.

A nice buff would be for there to be some kind of visual thing on the perk to show how much longer it is active. Like Make Your Choice now does.
what I would like to see is alot more seconds added so I would feel more like a map pressure perk,
for example: 60/120/180 seconds the exits are blocked to add more pressure

What about those survivors who come running to an open gate when the killer is chasing them?I feel like they should be given a few seconds to get out securely. And seconds equal to time being chased
i.e You get x seconds to leave while the killer is chasing you through x amount of seconds. If you stop to tea bag the killer for example, you risk losing the seconds.

Try Entity King, it is placed in the West Wing of the citadel. McFlurry machines in McEntity are broken, as always.

I got iridescent and bloody traps lined up, I got a Hag placing Scarred Hand, Disfigured Ear traps as well. They ain't getting through my defenses.

Or... Or... As everyone has been saying, make the aura hiding thing a passive effect with the perk Distortion. That way, you have to waste a perk slot in order to be potentially immune to auras as killers have to waste perk slots to counter survivor perks or items. Of course the passive effect should not remove any tokens.
This may take the heat off if done, and might make everyone happy. This is just my two cents on this subject.

I played a few rounds on him yesterday and while I wouldn't say he's horrible, he does deserve a few buffs. I guess I am not having as much as a bad time with him purely because I've played as the Hag for half of my DBD gameplay, yes even before she was buffed. So I guess I developed a style with playing as 110% movement killers. Or maybe it is the way different people play the game, I don't necessarily know but I do know that I can get at least two kills. It's all a matter of game style. Or how good the survivors you face are.
I was/am rank four at the time I got the Legion so I was expecting to get curb stomped. My expectations have not been met so I'm said now. Anyways, I hope your games go better then they are now.

The normal key is the circle or 'o' button. Keep in mind voluntarily dropping someone decreases the timer that they need to wiggle. I'd suggest grabbing iron grasp if you want to continue doing such a thing.

I created this account purely to say this is actually a fantastic idea. Now the only question is on the topic of the third option you presented, specifically regarding on removing the mask, would you have to press a different button to activate this ability or would it replace/share the same button as the normal Frenzy button? Again this is one of the better suggestions I have seen, and I had read a lot of them (okay maybe only like five... BUT STILL!). I hope someone in the higher ups reads this.
