I probably did not notice that piping as survivor is easier because I kind of suck playing as one :-P
-
No need. I just check their Steam profiles to see if they are friends with each other, what do you do before the match starts if not that? That gives me all the information I need to know who can tell the others if I chose to camp one of them, who to expect to go rescue the other, who to tunnel to hurt the morale of the other, etc.
Sometimes it is easier because they have matching names. See?

Exactly. Glad we're on the same page. :)
(I know you were being sarcastic)
I was not being sarcastic, I really haven't thought about the survivors' emblem system until now :-P

Ha. Hahaha
Hahahahahahaha
Lol okay. So first off, no. The emblem system is not built for survivors and pipping on survivor side is MUCH harder than on killer side. If I want to pip as a survivor, I have to do gens, I have to also be altruistic which means I need to stop doing gens. I also have to be chased by the killer AND get away if I want iridescent. And then I also have to make it out the match. There's almost ALWAYS at least one person who de-pips and one who safety pips because it's impossible for the entire team to do ALL of those things and there's usually one person carrying the weight in each category.
The killer on the other hand has all of their emblems tied into each other and if you're chasing someone and hitting them, you're also keeping them off gens and getting hooks which means you get to work on all 4 of your emblems at the same time.
If that sounds like a system built for survivors, then I don't actually wish to continue this conversation
Now that you mention it: The Survivor's Emblem System seems designed to benefit killers: It forces survivors to be found and chased and to go for hook saves with no regards of tactics.
I haven't noticed before because I ignore the survivor's emblem system too, I just like to try to escape.
I guess that even things out between killers and survivors, right?

So Blood Warden is OP if those very specific conditions are all met at the same time...... OK.
I can't find the"LOL" button :-(
-
Don't worry people, we can still have an Imagination Summer Event!
-
Not my main, but I always use The "Santa Clown" outfit, I find it so funny.
I always play this song before playing as him to get me pumped up:
https://youtu.be/P9OEMKXtYP4HOHOHO!
-
Pretty please with sugar on top
-
I agree with your idea, it would make the game better....... no, just kidding, I hate it. ;-)
As everyone said or thought, adapt to the lunge and try to be less predictable as other survivors already are.
-
What for? You don't need to care about the emblem system, it is designed to benefit survivors. For example: You don't get a good sacrifice emblem if you hook each one of them once and all die, come on!
The only validation I need to know I played well is the barrage of insults, threats and complaints I usually get from salty sore losers at the post game chat. Those are worth to me like 50 emblem shards, pips, points or whatever :-)
-
A lot of survivors that I have beaten had threaten me with reports and bans. The only thing you can do in these situations is laugh and make fun of them.
-
You wrote: "it is almost impossible to get more then 1 kill without camping, tunneling, slugging or mori."
Seems to me that you know how to play Legion or any killer. That's how I do it and I don't have any problems (You can't win them all, but you do your best).
Maybe the problem is that you are not willing to do what needs to be done to make sure no survivor escapes. Deal with that and you will be a happy Legion player ;-)

Personally I don’t slug for the 4K since I’d rather quickly move to the next game but I do slug throughout the match for pressure.
@Question: Slugging is leaving someone on the ground to apply pressure or find the last survivor.
Slugging is when the survivors start to act as what they realy are: Slimy, disgusting slugs dragging themselves across the floor leaving a trail of red mucus behind them ;-)

Actually, not really. Killers whine as much as survivors do (even worse sometimes) and you can even see it on this forum lol. I get to see it post game chat a lot when the killer doesn't get his 4K as well. Even streamers that main killer complaining about almost everything that survivors have, of course not going to mention names.
You are absolutely right. I just thought it sounded cool :-P
-
I don't care about pips or bloodpoints, I am here to have a good time and collect lots of salt from dead survivors
-
I don't care about rank. I play in whatever way I want. Sometimes that includes camping because the survivors are right there signaling me to go away, because they come all at the same time for a save or because I just feel like camping ;-)
-
Just focus on killing the ones that carry tootboxes first; equip Franklin's; equip NOED to combat the genrush. Do anything before just come whining at the forums, whining is what survivors do, we are above that.
-
When will you learn not to take survivors seriously and just kill them how you want and laugh at them without having to explain yourself???
Slugging when there are 2 survivors left is a common tactic as you see. I hope you will now practice it

Worst I gotten:
When I am trying to play as Nurse and a full team Claudette team appears:
"GG EZ BABI NURSE EZ CLAP LOL"
When I spare newbies and they don't know about nice killers:
"Are you drunk or something? You know you're suppose to hook us, right? You must be ######### or something." (Real people said this to me, a nice killer! O.o)
"(Real people said this to me, a nice killer! O.o)"
I am not against survivors complaining for that. You are, after all, ruining their horror movie experience. Shame on you.
-
I personaly ignore the pip and rank system completely. I play with the objective of not let any survivor escape. To do that I use any means necesary, most of the time I use methods that are frowned upon..... I don't care, I have fun everytime! That's the only thing that matters to me ;-)
This month I got to rank 4 for some reason, does not mean anything to me.
-
I like to play against Feng Min, her cries of pain are very cute.
-
I disagree. In fact I would prefer that the notification only apears to the survivors if one of them gets down from the healthy state, not the injured state.
-
I have ditched Ruin for Thanatophobia with the killers that I have it available. It has more consistency in my opinion
-
@RakimSockem said:
But the time it takes from being hooked to get into struggle state is less than 70 seconds. The the killer at least knows they can just camp until the person gets to struggle and then leave the hook
That's what I generaly do. When I leave the hook after the Entity is summoned, they come right there for the rescue and I get an easy sacrifice
-
It is fine. You should not tunnel the good looper anyway, tunnel the less skilled one or the one with the toolbox and get it out of the way.
-
-More slow.
-Step on 2 or 3 in a row and get injured.
-Visually smaller for survivors.
Anything will be much apreciated :-)

Personally I find yellow mori's useless and red mori's over powered. Green mori's though.. just right <3
Sometimes you get lucky and a survivor disconects after you down them just because you played a mori, they don't know its a boring yellow one
-
Congratulations! You played in a way that benefits survivors: More than one hook per survivor, no moris, no camping, no fun killer stuff. If you had fun: Good for you. If you did not have fun and you got stressed out... that sucks.
-
Forget about Hex: Ruin. Use Thanatophobia instead and dispense some pain.
I prefer that the survivors don't feel the need to cleanse totems, that increase the chances of NOED being activated.
-
I agree with you. Is this a bait so you can read survivors' nonsense? Ok, have fun.
-
Well played. But forget the "NOTE", you don't need to feel compelled to explain yourself about your choice of perks. Play as you want and have fun. Then enjoy the salt sore losers give you and be happy.
-
I think that, at this point, we killers should not budge an inch. You don't want to give the developers an excuse to nerf NOED "a couple of killers agree..."
You can discuss other things: Change the speed of...Doctor to be 3% slower for example, I don't know, sure
-
Where to start?
-"Camp some more you piece of...."
-"Why don't you #########"
-"4 reports coming your way!"
-"Everyone in this comunity hate you"
And many, MANY more.
Dead survivors make me laugh so much. I love this game. I don't know why is it that only in this multiplayer game I get so much passionate hatred. I think it is because of the asymmetry aspect of the game, makes survivors players feel vulnerable and weak when they lose and can't stand those feelings. Priceless
-
Give them nothing! NOED should stay as it is, survivors can keep complaining if they want though. They can complain at the chat, at the forum, to their mommies, etc. It will not change because they just have to cleanse totems. It is not that hard.

I follow these.
1. You teabag I kill u
2. If people leave the game I will let the last surviver go
3. Go for the rescuer
I follow these:
1-I kill you
2-I kill you
3-I kill you
4-I kill you and hit you while you are on the hook
-
Dear @AngelKings
You are wrong for a couple of reasons:
- You lost track TWICE of a perfectly easy to tunnel and kill "no-mither-no-brain" David.
- You didn't try to tunnel him, you just got lucky. It is not like that most of the time, try to keep up with him so you can tunnel and kill him quicker.
- You felt bad for a survivor, those feelings are just a distraction, get rid of them when playing killer.
- You tried to explain yourself to the survivors that complained. You don't do that, you just mock them. Make fun of sore losers, write "GG WP" to respectful players.
Well done anyway. Next time you will tunnel faster, speed is key with that tactic
-
Doc is not very strong as it is, let him have that.
-
Big NO. In fact I let the survivor crawl for a while towards it only to close it on their face or mori them right next to it.
-
You can't win them all. Deal with it
-
I usually hit hooked survivors just to assert dominance
-
Si volvieran, dejarían de ser especiales.

I don’t think it’s fair to label any player that basement camps as killer to be mentally challenged.
It’s not uncommon for survivors to use someone as bait to try and lure a killer away from particular gens.
If survivors have already previously demonstrated that they’re ultra altruistic, then I don’t see how there’s anything wrong with baiting a rescue and camp in the basement.
Don't bother. Those kind of survivors will never understand, that's why that tactic works
-
I've been lucky with Make your Choice. I don't get to use it so much because I usualy see more than one survivor lurking near the hook I just put a survivor on anyway ;-)
And NOED. Those entitled survivors realy think that they can shame us into not using that great anti-idiots perk? What's wrong with them???
-
I get to make my own survivor pudding when I do well in a match. Old grandma Krueger's recipe
-
Poor poor @Carlosylu You could be soo much happier if you just ignore the Emblem System altogether like I do. I may not always "pip"; I may not get so many Blood points as when you let the survivors "have a chance"; hell! I may not make The Entity happy some times. But playing like I want makes me have a good time and my barrels of salt are as full as ever!!!!
Enjoy those moris Carlosylu! Live the killer's life!!! CARPE MORI!
-
Lol. Those of you that applaud that news of Nurse are real cowards that can't be bothered to change tactics or try to be better at the game. I weep for you ;-)
That change won't affect me tough, I suck as Nurse anyway :-P

Yes.
I’ve mained Freddy for a long time so I was very worried about the rework.
I'm very relieved that the changes are excellent.
Me too. We were all a little worried after seeing what were considered good changes to Legion and Pig. What you did with Freddy was good, not your definition of "good", actually good.
Too bad I have piles of wooden toy cubes lying around in my inventory that I won't ever use. But it's alright, you can never please everyone.
-
I love the post game chat. Those spoiled brats always make me laugh. I have been wished a lot of things that could get me banned from the forum if I share them with you. Believe me, those sore losers babies are very original sometimes.
Occasionally I find myself being the last one in the chat with tears rolling down my eyes.... from so much laughter :,-D
-
I'm glad that people find the lullaby unbearable. More power to Freddy
-
Hide the chat if you want, but don't get rid of it! I get half of my fun from the sore loser kids in that chat. Their rants and stupidity amuses me.
Reduce toxicity? Never! I enjoy it!
