Noed notification change?

I am new to using DBD forums and dont know if this have been talked about but can you change the notification of the killer having noed before the killer hit you like we all gen are done or hatch is closed this is just my opinion so plz no hate I want to know if the community also agrees or disagree with this post

    Sadly no it’s a guessing game really but seeing how a killer plays can help you determine if they have noed. The only way to find out is seeing a lit totem at the end of the game or having a survivor get hit. Hope this helps :)

    I disagree. In fact I would prefer that the notification only apears to the survivors if one of them gets down from the healthy state, not the injured state.
