They were on sale for me and I just got a bunch of them.

It was explained during midchapter that the feature wouldn't have come out any time soon as it was in early testing and the whole goal of that PTB was to collect feedback about it.
If the developers still think the feature should be added to the game, it will go through another PTB before the actual release and I'm sure that will be announced if that's the case.

Again, the report is marked as Acknowledged and it's been for a while, which means the thread hadn't been ignored, the exact opposite.

Just a reminder that bumping threads is against the rules.
If you haven't noticed before, the bug has been marked as Acknowledged, which means the team is aware of it and it will be fixed, no need to keep bumping this.

If you are referring to Survivors and Killer working together, that's already against the rules and you can report for it, just keep in mind you need video evidence to attach to the ticket.

I have this same issue in multiple games.
"I cannot end on a bad game" -> proceeds to play for two more hours of bad games only

Bodyblocking someone in a corner or in a place they cannot leave for a long amount of time is reportable, so in a situation like this you can report the player in game, open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight) and give all the evidence required (which in this case is video evidence).
Also be mindful that the forums are not the place to report players and they work with a no naming and shaming policy, so if you want to post clips or screenshots, be sure to hide/blur the players' name.

No action will be taken without evidence, there's a lot of people that report for no reason or for lack of game knowledge, which is why evidence is required.

There is currently no cross progression between Switch and other platforms, at the moment you can only have cross progression between Steam, Epic Games and Stadia.

There will be a sale starting on December 22nd, but it's for cosmetics, not characters.

It's indeed bugged, it's a known issue mentioned in the Patch Notes:

The Anonymous Mode didn't change how to report players.
It's the same as usual, you flag the match with the in-game report (clicking on the thumbs up/down button to the right of their name) and open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight) giving all the information and video evidence needed.
Players IDs, profile links or nametags are no longer required, as Support can gather that information through your in-game reports and the information you gave in your ticket.

As @Grandpa_Crack_Pipe already explained, this is not the place to report players.
The forums have a no naming and shaming policy to avoid witch hunting and false accusing, since evidence can be counterfeited, and this has no exceptions, especially since we do not handle in-game reports here.
I suggest following the correct procedure if you want to report players, which includes reporting in game and opening a ticket on the Support website with the necessary evidence: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight

Reporting people with streamer mode is the same as reporting anyone else:
- You report in game by clicking on the thumbs up/down button to the right of the player in the tally screen (this flags the match so Support can get the information they need);
- You open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight you can click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner) giving all the information required and adding video evidence (if the file is too big to be attached, you can upload it to Youtube as unlisted and then paste the link in the ticket description).
The lack of names is not important, as Support can get the information through the information you gave in your reports, plus the ticket now does not require any SteamID, profile link or nametag.

The ticket has an upload limit, that's why it's better to upload the clip to Youtube as unlisted and copy the link in the description, also a picture wouldn't be enough.
I know the system is far from perfect and I wish we could magically improve it overnight, however this is the procedure we have at the moment.
