When I'm playing killer, I don't care about the fun of the survivors or their perceived notion of "fairness."
Caring about camping/tunneling as a killer is like asking your hamburger about its feelings before you eat it.
When I'm playing as survivor, I get a lot of undeserved wins because the killers consistently make the wrong plays in the interest of "fairness." -

2. Borrowed Time is a teachable @_@ -
It's wayyyy easier to win in SaS as killer, especially with Bear Traps + Bells both guaranteeing free hits.
Certain streamers are on literal 100+ game win streaks, but they probably have an inkling as to how the game and its mechanics work. -

I made a topic here asking for a dev to clarify whether going afk with Wraith/Freddy was ok.
It's been over a week and no dev has ever answered.
I'm just assuming it's fine at this point, as I made the effort to ask and no one bothered to answer. -

I don't see the point in being rude when someone is asking for an icon to show you have a mori equipped PRIOR to downing someone and seeing the KILL prompt.
I'd suggest editing your OP to mention that you're suggesting a constant indicator for clarity's sake. -

An autopsy of this problem reveals that having a “meh, report it if you didnt like it” system, ultimately destroyed itself.
The lesson to be learned going forwards is that you cannot allow people to report for “anything”. A false report suspension is required. The concept that “well we cant ban everybody, and everyones doing it, so oh well” is not acceptable.
Its like speeding. If there wasnt a rule against it, everyone would do it, and making it illegal didnt result in everyone going to jail, it resulted in most people not speeding, and the habitual offenders removed.
The question is, is BHVR willing to admit their failures (internally) and make deathgarden have a better system, because its clear that they already gave up on dbds system.
I'm on day 4 of awaiting an answer from the Devs regarding an inquiry about reporting a particular scenario.

The inability to receive an answer to this yes/no question really speaks volumes to the efficacy and consistency of the current reporting system.

Am I asking for this clarification in the wrong place?
I'm just trying to make sure I'm not breaking any rules, but no one seems capable of informing me as to whether this is bannable or not.

I just took a screenshot when they were in the lobby, watched YouTube, and came back after game.

You can earn small amounts of exp via good performance (emblem bonuses), but the bulk of it just comes from game time, AFAIK.
You're still gaining shards through game time (including AFK), unless there's some way to end a match with 0 exp.

The in-game descriptions under the reportable offenses do not reflect what the devs have previously listed in prior threads at all.
I'm sure someone that knows will come in with a definite yes/no answer....someday....somehow.

So it's like the DCs then? Do it in excess and you'll get banned?
I was under the impression that people did this to safely derank/hand out easy wins, and I'm pretty shocked that this thread has gone on for so long without a definite yes/no answer.

Freddy is fun, at least for me.
I've recently taken to just facecamping with Leatherface using Franklin's Demise .
People complained that I was camping with Freddy, so why not live the accusations to the fullest? -
You have to upload the video, manually type in the URL without making a single mistake because you can't copy and paste, and submit it .
This all has to be done while you're in the end game screen .
Afterwards, it MAY be looked at if you're lucky .
