You can't say pure solo takes only 14% because you haven't actually shown anything since you don't work for BHVR. Thus you don't have any actual data to back up your claims. Those are numbers the devs posted on a stream from data they'd collected. These are also the numbers everyone has accepted as current until they post the new updated stats. While numbers have probably changed we don't know what the exact numbers are so people saying it's x are blowing numbers out of you know where. 😜 I love how he's telling you to take his stats for 100% but to ignore BHVRS stats, lmfao. The things people go to to act as if SWF is 90% of matches.
That's because Behavior's stats are dog ######### and mean absolutely nothing.
Except you'd definitely take their stats word for word if they said SWF was way more common, lets be honest. You're only dismissing facts because they don't prove the killer main case.
They like to cherry pick the facts the same way they do their lobbies
Like the time they tried to state that Self-Care only had a 25% chance of being picked ;3
and if they said it had 75% chance you'd believe it because it fits your narrative, you only believe stuff if it pushes your buttons and you like the outcome
Is that your attempt at disproving a factual statement?
Using hypothetical, 3rd-party projected, anecdotal evidence?
Dig deep, brother.

The Pig
This one's special. Filled with rage at Tapp's constant meddling in Jigsaw's plans, Amanda decides to bend the rules, just a little. The first Reverse Bear Trap placed on Detective Tapp contains a modified timer that slowly releases a toxin. This Reverse Bear Trap gains the following attributes:
1) The Special Reverse Bear Trap is not lethal - If the timer expires, permanently reveal Tapp's aura. He can be moried.
2) The timer starts immediately.
3) Tapp instantly reverts back to the injured state and gains a Sprint Burst.
4) Every 30 seconds, inflict a random, permanent status ailment.
5) If healthy, failing a Jigsaw Box skillcheck will force Tapp into the injured state.Detective Tapp
He's been here before. He knows how Jigsaw works. He'll never forget the sounds of metal scraping and electronics beeping. Each time a Reverse Bear Trap is activated, Tapp can permanently see the auras of the trapped survivor and also the Jigsaw Box to which the trap corresponds. If Tapp fails to escape from a Special Reverse Bear Trap, he loses this ability. If escape is successful, Tapp has mastered the game. He gains the ability to complete any (aura)revealed Jigsaw Boxes to get a key. This key replaces Tapp's current item and may be used to unlock the corresponding Reverse Bear Trap of the (aura)revealed survivor. -
Bill could probably be omitted as he is not on console, and his omission would create equal sides.

Oh, they finally decided my topic was "not spam."
Wonderful!

Pretty strange how posts from established and legitimate users are being marked as spam >_>

I'd also like to know how/why it was flagged and if it will, I don't know, actually be posted for public discussion :-/
-
Any plans on fixing the report forms so I have some type of recourse against the constant abuse I suffer literally every game?

The LF hit was actually only a warning followed by deletion of the topic:
-
Well, I was permanently banned for saying a petition to unban Ochido was stupid for "talking about bans."
If you had an opinion on Steam and could type, you'd probably end up banned . -
I received a ban on Steam for creating a topic about having a "Leatherface Weekend."Master said:Didnt someone already suggest friday funday = insidious basement?

As long as one survivor has an active RBT, you can block all 4 down there until the trapped survivor dies.

Panda and Tru don't bloodlust every single survivor. If they get it it's actually a natural thing, they don't explicitly go for it. I would hardly say either of them rely on it.
Tyde hasn't posted much killer lately, and he does rely on it more.... but I honestly don't think he is as good a killer as Tru or Panda or Marth (no offense to him, those guys are just really good killers).
Marth I haven't watch in a while, and he mainly played Nurse when I do, but he is also a really good killer that doesn't rely on bloodlust. I've seen him do it on purpose before, which he is more willing to do than Tru or Panda, but he's doing it more to troll the survivor than because he needs to do it. He's explicitly being toxic with it, which just goes to show that 1) good killers don't need bloodlust and 2) it is a problem in the game.
No one said they did it to every survivor.
I certainly did not say that.
Props for trying to twist the conversation though.
If you're trying to converse with me, please address my point.

I don't see how a guaranteed heal vs a non-camping killer helps the game.
-
"and you know it"
Do you always try to force your ideas and opinions on others during civil discourse?
If I'm walking away from the hook after hooking someone that just used used Sprint Burst in a chase, as soon as I put any sort of distance between myself and the hook, it guarantees a free escape (from danger after unhook) and heal for the survivor by Sprint Bursting away in the opposite direction.
Once people figure out the redundancy of this state reset, hard camping will be the new meta. -
Sorry, but we can only discuss information that is public and confirmed.
-
Except that it punishes killers that leave the hook by allowing survivors to sprint away to a free heal in the opposite direction.
Killers will definitely adapt, by hard camping.
We'll all be winners, fam. -
Because I play the game and can recognize potential balance issues?

Really, though, people will just start hardcamping anyone that has used SB in a chase, so I guess we are all winners :chuffed: -

You must be new.
It's nice to meet you!

-
Remember when the devs tried to spin it as SC only having a 25% chance of being picked >_>
Survivors will be getting free I-Frames and a Sprint Burst recharge upon unhook in the next PTB.
It's a HUGE disadvantage for the killer if they're unhooked near said killer, and borderline gamebreaking if the killer does not camp/patrol the hook (Sprint Burst away from the direction the killer left for a guaranteed heal/self-heal).
NBD.
-
The changes that they're proposing literally make Sprint Burst the best perk in the game, even better than it is now in the "Sprint Burst Meta."

Killers can’t body block the hook to remove the hook prompt. That’s what facecamping was. Though just like so many whining Survivors, you changed the definition of the word to suit your argument for justification. Bravo."Though just like so many whining Survivors, you"
Like all the other mains on this website - label me as a survivor because i disagree with cry baby killers.
I play both equally.
I'm not moaning about face camping, I don't care much to be honest, but to say it doesn't happen is to say survivors never run sprint burst.
Well it literally cant happen anymore because devs removed it. You can unhook from all angles now. Its impossible to secure a hook unless you are a chainsaw killer
Why are we acting like "Face camping" was the same as "Hook Blocking".
Because that is what face camping means
If you wanna refer to a killer standing close to a hook nowdays, then it is called camping.
I feel there's a definitive difference between camping and standing one inch from a survivor making it harder to unhook.
Face Camping? Nah.
Hard Camping? Nah.
I'mma call it DEATH CAMPING @_@

How so? You can't hit the guy that just go unhooked anyway, even if you run paint brush + Z block they can still get off and do something for 3 seconds after. If anything, Freddy is the least affected by the i-frames.
Can you Dream People during I-Frames?
More particularly, during Sprint Burst I-Frames?

Try watching some good killers at Rank 5+ and see how many hits they score with BL / need BL to get.only1biggs said:@Raccoon said:
Peanits said:Just throwin' it out there, I very rarely even get bloodlust 1 (unaffected), let alone bloodlust 2 (slight decrease). The only time I've ever gotten bloodlust 3 was when I was messing around and intentionally trying to get it. It's not as big of a deal as some make it out to be. The vast majority of the time you're going to have to break a pallet before BL1 can even activate, and even if you do get BL1, it's unaffected by this change. Simply put, you do not need to be going 1.8m/s (4.6 base) faster than someone to catch them. BL3 will still allow you to close the distance twice as fast as you would normally.
I've never been a fan of bloodlust. It doesn't help with the one thing it was made to solve. Each time you break a pallet, it resets. The only thing it actually punishes is survivors who know how to survive without using pallets let and right, and instead using windows to gain small amounts of distance and using the broken LOS to mindgame. Bloodlust in reality is just a brute force mechanic. There's no strategy to it. You just run around for a bit and then sonic up to someone to get a hit.
If anything, I'd rather just see it reworked into something that punishes pallet looping, e.g. for each pallet you break in a chase you get a bloodlust stack. But in order to do that (since stacks would be easier to accumulate), you'd have to have a more reasonable speed boost. You can't have an F1 running you down just because of a few pallets.
Also, that is going to be tested before it even has a chance to go live. It's not even confirmed yet.
The rest of the changes mentioned were fairly minor. QOL animation improvements (no effect on gameplay, unhook change is arguably good for the killer because the "fake" unhook where they are not grab-able doesn't exist), trap buffering is really not a big deal (now that traps cannot be placed under hooks, it's going to see minimal use, long time trapper main here).
The only other biggish change mentioned is giving more information to solo players, which is a good thing. It puts everyone on a more level playing field, making the game easier to balance. Currently it's difficult to find a good balance because solo players would be left behind if you just buff killers, whereas SWF groups wouldn't have much issue because they're able to share information easily. Bringing everyone up to the same level allows you to buff killers to make them powerful to everyone equally.
It must be nice to live in a world of unskilled and non-exploitive survivors, while constantly getting perfect map RNG, that completely eliminates the need for BL.
Or, peanits isn't a dumb killer and is good at the game?
SO many killers feel the same and barely even touch BL2. It's just you whinging babies that don't take responsibility for bad play that want bloodlust, or assume that the killers not complaining are going against plebs. GTFO of here with that nonsense.
