Huh. That's interessting
I wouldn't be surprised if it will be removed once the devs find out about it
Kinda like how some people got the meg outfit from the last rift early
-
I managed to get adept trickster before the buff as well.
It should be even more possible now that using knives counts towards chaser emblem
-
No, I haven't had any dc's when playing as or against the Trickster.
You must be very lucky with your survivors
-
It's not the best farming build but when I go for points I use this:
Prove Thyself, makes you max out Objectives super fast when you work with someone else on a generator
Any Mean Necessary, reseting pallets gives you 500 Boldness points. Helpful for someone who isn't good at getting chased
Stake out, great skill checks give extra bloodpoints
Last but not least:
We are gonna live forever, Survivors answer to BBQ
Sometimes I replace Stake out with Borrowed Time if the Killer is guarding the Hook.
-
Sounds good
I am glad he is getting some small buffs already
-
I honestly think any killer would scare me in real life
Except for Freddy, maybe. I would just be reminded how much I enjoy the original Nightmare on Elmstreet movies.
-
Nuuuuuu! How could you? How dare you?!
I will never ever ever forgive you!
Glad you found a killer you enjoy playing
-
My boy Tapp made it to B? Nice, I am fine with that
-
6) Hope you are getting players that are not that good.
I got adpet trickster only because my survivors basicly threw the game with 1 Gen left. It was luck, I don't feel like I really earned it.
-
I love everything about him except his current state
He has so much personality and great music but his power is underwhelming. Fun but underwhelming.
I do hope for some buffs as well in the future
-
It hurts me to see Trickster at the bottom of every tier list but it is the harsh truth, he needs a buff or maybe even a rework.
-

I forgot the new killer is called Trickster.
For some reason I thought this was going to be about killing power similar to the Trickster class in outriders ๐๐๐
Any who I agree with your points. I think the point system for killers is not fair because various killers are used different ways. However, the game tries to force you to play one way.
Trickster is not great at defending gens so his points will be lacking in that area.
I can't blame you for forgeting his name, the greatest (and only) trick he does is making his weapon dissapear when throwing knives, Heh.
I think giving him brutality blood points for using his power would make using it a bit more rewarding. Atm it makes more sense to play him as a 4.4 M1 killer
-
Also there would also be no more complains about noed.

Well this is it. It's certainly a lot of work for a few re-coloured skins and charms. One grind I can happily do without.
It really is. I don't regret it but it wasn't really that worth it.
I will make the most out it and enjoy my few rewards
-
The current Rift is the first one I ever completed (reached Tier 70 today)
I had to play for entire days and whole weekends
-
Very uninteresting and no fun to play against.
In my opinion.
-
I like the Clown, for some reason he is a lot of fun to me. My first games with him were so much fun even thou I got no sacrifices.
-
Yes, I am very excited for Trickster actually. I know he is weak but he looks fun
I only hope he is as fun as he looks
-
Yeah, I would also prefer having everthing close togheter, like it is currently
-
I got burned out of the game half way through the first tome. Since then I just don't want to play. No update or anything caused this, I just got tired of the game.
I will gladly return once I feel like to again.

Who you talkin about exactly? That's a really good theory and would explain why Nea is toxic incarnate (and also normally the worst on the team) but Noob hasn't been really toxic for a long time and the next "toxic" player i can think of is monto and ehhhh. The most toxic ive ever seen him actually i think was his newest vid where he was ######### talking survivors lol
Oh, I didn't ment someone specific. Bad grammar
I mean content creators in general. I won't name any names.
-
Here is my theory
Streamer and Youtuber. Some streamer and youtuber play toxic to make their gameplay more interessting to watch for their viewers.
People see this and think "hey, that's funny. I wanna do that too!"
And then many people play like this cause of their favourite content creators.
I have no proof of that. It's my just my guess.
-
They make some cool stuff with their killer designs and cosmetics.
I can see they are trying hard to balance their game but I feel like they are having a lot of trouble getting it right.
I think they should try to make the game more welcoming and appealing for new players to increase the playerbase.
-
Dogs won't bite when they are trained well.
-
I stopped playing half way through tome I.
I finaly got tired of a game I used to be addicted to. Only recently I started playing again because of tome II but it's not really great.
I might as well just stopp again and draw more.
So, yeah. I can not blame you for quitting
-
Thank you very much for doing this!
-
I wouldn't.
Too many problems like the ones listed of above
Grinding with no end, too many characters are dlc and an unfriendly playerbase
-
If it would happen now I wouldn't be too sad.
Yeah, I would be sad because I spend a lot of time and money in it but not because it's over.
I kinda feel like you. The rift burned me out.
I used to be addicted to this game and played every day and now I am trying to get back in after a months long break (and it isn't going very well).
Not much would change for me if the game ends.
-
1
Almost 2.
-
Oh, come on man. Why would you do that?
How am I supposed to get my stake out stacks when you use insidious?
-
I wasn't even close to completing it before I got tired of dbd and took a long break.
Only yesterday I returned for tome II.
I have high doubts I will finish that one as well so I am certain i won't buy this rift pass either.
I like the idea but progressing is too slow for me
-
I don't really care actually tbh.
The first rift and tome managed to burn me out of a game I used to be addicted to.
Only a few of the new rewards kinda interesst me but this isn't enough to make me wanna play again.
Unless they did something that makes you progress faster through the rift tiers.

You don't think it costs them money to develop original characters?
Would you rather there was paid DLC or a monthly subscription? The developers need to eat too.
@ZtarShot said:
They gotta make more money somehow and the cosmetics don't really roll in the cash...
Yes, that's fair point but it doesn't change the situation.
I believe it could also scare away potential players when they see the amount of paid stuff.
Maybe the devs should try to do something to increase the sales of the base game instead of selling dlc.
-
I like to play against pig
Her rbts give you something to do other than gens and I thats pretty cool
-
We got amanda because the entity tricked her into thinking the trials are a test from Jigsaw for her. She also got no problem with killing people.
John is smarter and against killing, he wouldn't play along that well.
-
And how does the game detect a "face camp" then?
-
Darn
-
Congrats on finishing it.
I have been stuck on tier 37 because I got burned out of this game.
I didn't even manage to reach my personal goal....
-
I don't understand the point of the passive timer that seems almost like a nerf to me unless I misunderstood something.
Moving the roar to the end of the ambush is nice, I like that.
But 100% movement speed is a bit much. The speed could use a buff, yes but that's too much.
-
For me it is playing Killer for sure.
Having a bad match as solo often ends quickly but that only means to me that I can move on and try better next game.
Bad match as killer? Have fun being taunted by the survivors because your game only ends when all survors are either dead or have escaped.
And you will always be jugded by the others when you are the killer.

What kind of salad? I need to know ... for science.
Potato
I hope that's okay
-
I am very certain it is possible but I kinda doubt we will get one.
I would be happy if we get a FNaF chapter but I am ok if we won't.
@Mr_Squiggles said:
sounds like it would be cool and all, but their whole concept is not moving when being looked at, so that would be really difficult to incorporate in game, maybe if they added foxy then that would work, but foxy moves way faster then any killer should move so idk
What are you talking about?
You know they don't have to behave exactly like they did in the first fnaf game, right?
-
I will bring a salad.
-
I am ok with that.
-
I want the Postal Dude to be in the game
Either killer or survivor, he fits in any role fairly well
-
No
I am not even tier 35 right now.
I got tired of the game and stopped playing weeks ago.
-
I got burned out of dbd before I could even reach half of the rift.
I never thought that could happen, I used to be almost addicted to this game. I haven't played it in weeks now.
It's just too grindy for me.
The challenges were ok for the most part. But some of them were too situational for me.
I am just glad I didn't bought the pass, I am only a little sad that I won't get the arcade charm now.
-
I like the archives
Something to do, extra bloodpoints and some neat rewards.
But I haven't played a lot recently and it bothers me that I won't reach tier 70....
I don't mind the challenges but things like unhooking 2 survivors during endgame is so situational. I wish some didn't had the one trial requirement.
other than that I am very pleased with this addition to the game
-
It's time for Freddy to get some cosmetics as well
-
The shotguns for the Hillbilly
And also Freddy's Butterknife glove
