• You need to down people while 'killer instinct' is active. Which requiers at least two survivors.

  The first survivor has deep wound and is one hit away from dying state.

  Hit the second survivor with feral frenzy to activate killer instinct and then, while your power is still active, hit the first survivor to down them.
