Hey, if they would like to give a bigger bp boost instead of aura reading I would happily trade. I use it mainly for the extra bp anyway and normally break a pallet if there is one next to me instead of looking around. I use the aura reading because it's there, be a fool not to, but could get used to bbq without it.

The game functions, it just doesn't function as well as it does on other consoles and right now is buggy.
Cyberpunk is a bad example. Do you even know why its first lawsuit was filed? Or by whom?
I didnt say I thought the case would win, or even if it would be worthy of a court case. Cyberpunk was my point because of it being pulled from psn due to not functioning properly. Take my example of the misfunctioning vacuum cleaner, you could easily get a refund on that for it not working as intended, just because it picks up some dirt as intended does not discount the fact it throws dirt out too.
Have you played the Switch version? If so have you played the Switch version and one on another platform? The Switches performance is nigh on unplayable therefore not functioning as intended.

You honestly think that someone would win in court? Christ.
You would at most be able to get a refund from Nintendo, but I doubt even that. What did you pay for? The game. What do you have? The game. It's running pretty poorly atm and that freaking sucks.
But you think you'd win in court? That's like saying you could take McDonald's to court because the burger you ordered didn't have enough special sauce.
It's like buying a vacuum cleaner that spits out some of the dirt collected periodically. It doesn't work as intended, has problems with it's design. I am not saying the case would win in court however it is clearly a broken product. Exactly the same as a video game that does not function properly, look at cyberpunks problems for example.

Key change but not holding my breath for that
Wglf being changed to 20% bonus per gen done whilst still alive so it is more in line with bbq.
Something that makes it worth to get nemesis to tier 3, not one hit downs though.
Increase in bp to lessen the grind a little. Once again not holding my breath.
Zombie ai made better so they don't get stuck, also they can fall through a window.
Change the 12 second exposed when using a vaccine to a zombie version of fire up. Zombies gain increased detection and speed for every gen completed.
Massive Nintendo Switch optimisation
Claires face fixed. I love Claire in the games, more so than Jill but not as much as Leon, and would make her my female main. Sorry Kate, we had a good time but it must end.
Basically many bug fixes and optimisation to all platforms without adding new bugs, glitches and exploits.
A good anti cheat system implemented and improved servers to stop those grab interrupts from being taken away and getting stuck in animation as the survivor runs away.
-
Yeah I agree, I think it sounds horrible, I think this they were trying to fit the b movie style resident evil feel into it which make those games great, and doesn't fit the game.
As others as said though, it's only temporary so I can keep my headphones off until it loads. I do like the new intro scene though, poor Meg.
-
I agree it's getting worse on the Switch. I was going to buy the 5 chapters I don't own on there the other week after not playing it for a while. I am glad I tried it again before I bought them as I found it unplayable and cross platform play should not be enabled for switch since it gives nintendo players a serious disadvantage.
Too dark, far too many stutters, as you said skill check lag and low and dropped fps, as well as many other problems with it.
The Nintendo Switch version that I bought is, as of now until full optimization happens, non existent to me and shall recieve no more of my money.

Holding shift w is extremely time wasting for killer, by the time you catch up 2 people could get half a gen done. Bloodlust helps with this. The killers are meant to kill, not be looped eternally. The survivor being chased is supposed to be caught eventually even if that leads to the only hook in the game, looping is just meant to extend survivors life temporarily, not permanently.
The power role is only for the extremely good killers, survivors hold this for the average or less killer.
-
Looks like I will take a break until it's fixed then. It's not fun to have people dc, no matter if I'm playing killer or survivor. This is supposed to be a team game, survivor side of course, but the dc's and hook bombs are seriously showing survivor selfishness.
-
Huge zombie fanboy so I'm biased.
-
I honestly found it fun being harassed by a zombie when getting chased off one gen and work on a second close by it to be chased back to the first gen, rinse and repeat until nemesis finally chased me off lol.
-
I wouldn't go so far as to one hit down but would say infect and damage a survivor at the same time, maybe even widen his tentacle strike a little.
-
I agree with the cap removed, both in match and bp cap. I don't know if you earn bp in custom matches, if so this should remain hard capped due to excessive farming. Yes, some will still farm in ranked mode, I wouldn't stop them, but I would not take part as I want to play normal games as many others will. I don't farm during double bp events no matter how many hate messages I get.
-
Map - Midwich. I hate that map as both roles
Chapter - chains of hate. I don't mind the map but don't like deathslinger or his perks.
Perk - oh, this is tough. Probably killer - noed, rarely use it anyway. Survivor - mines. Being a hypocrite though as I'm looking at it through the killers eyes. I will be using it on survivor when i get the opportunity.
Mechanic - keys. Now Franklin's has been changed the key should have to use a full purples charges to open hatch.
-
Lower his movement speed? A David ran me around a rock 4 times the other day before I got a hit, not a rock with a pallet, just one rock.
I find him fun to play though but that may be because I'm a huge zombie fanboy so maybe I'm biased :p
-
I would like to say a really good nurse player however it's definitely DeathSlinger. With his low terror radius and being very hard to move behind obstacles when being pulled forward makes it a pain. Most deathslingers I have faced have also tunnelled, second only to Bubba in first place for tunnelling.
-
Lerys because it's one floor, except the central part with the upper windows, so it's much easier to navigate. Even though midwich is only 2 square floors I hate it as both survivor and killer. Dreading the rpd, may be alright for nemesis with zombies blocking hallways but for the other killers I play, m1 killers, it looks like hell.
The RPD should always have a couple of zombies no matter what killer you play since it's the official resident evil map.

As a individual i personally feel as long as i escape i win .
I agree with this as survivor. Even though it's a team game the whole winning part is my own escape, although I will try to get others out with me too if possible. I never use keys or moris though, don't like them at all.

Utter defeat - 0k
Lose - 1k
Draw - 2k
Win - 3k
Flawless victory - 4k
Those are mine, so death dependant, not pips.

For the hook bombing part, you can never satisfy people, not as killer and not as survivor.
To the dc penalty, there was a post yesterday saying they were off because of the frequent crashing. Its no wonder that the dc apocalypse would be back without the penalties, maybe opens the eyes of some people that want them off permanently. Or most likely not since those people tend to live in their own reality.
Oh so they are off. I must have missed that news. No wonder there are so many disconnects, it ruins the game imo for both other survivors and killers.

That guy was full of #########. DS's pick rate is waaay lower than 63%. I see one survivor running DS in a typical match, sometimes zero, max two.
Not your problem if he wants you to be telepathic or an idiot. In another scenario, he'd be screaming at you for doing exactly what he wanted you to do this time with the exact same knowledge you had of his perk loadout.
Safe hook rescues should always be the goal unless the team is in panic mode and you don't have time/a realistic opportunity for the killer to leave the hook area.
I thought it was lower than that as I rarely see it on the tally screen anymore. Every game I had as survivor had hook bombing happening, people getting downed every 10 seconds, had to switch to killer as it was sapping all the fun from survivor.
-
Although I have yet to play the rpd map I hated Midwich so I'm guessing I will hate this too. It should have been 2 maps, East and west as altogether it seems rather big.
Speaking of midwich, someone has played an offering so I'm headed there now *sigh*

I prefer the green range add on with the purple add on that reduces the delay to the shock. Iri Queen is good and I like most of the purples too.
-
I don't understand why they can't give one 1.5 or double bp event per month, preferably the weekend after reset, and/or add bp to the empty spaces in the free rift pass to help with the grind.
I got all perks but tier 3 pop on nemesis, after many bloodwebs after level 50, on xbox but on ps5 I am struggling to get any of my usual one. I keep getting perks I never use such as shadowborn, knock out, territorial and monsterous shrine as well as all the other meme build or useless perks. The problem is I have more shared perks on PS5 so it may take another 1-2 million bp to find them.
The grind should stay but lessened for those that don't want it and add more prestige levels, with proper, good rewards for doing so, for those that do
-
I like to use the 15 seconds undetectable add on, see discordance pop and swat a zombie and head there. They are useful in that instance with the amount of times I have got really close to the gen before being noticed
-
We're gonna live forever needs to be changed to 20% bonus for each gen completed whilst still alive to become more like bbq in my opinion. If they want it to be the same as the killers then it could show the aura but they have dark sense, think that's the perk, for that.
-
Where you actually rapidly moving the stick side to side or doing a steady rotation, 360 degree movement of the stick, of it? A steady rotation is much better for the controllers health and just needs a steady pace, speed does not increase for rotating or wriggling the stick faster.
-
The change I would make is to get rid of the 12 second exposed iri add on then replace it with a zombie version of fire up, with each gen completed zombies gain a set percentage of detection and speed per gen completed.
My second idea is the replaced iri could be one extra zombie per gen completed.
-
Yesterday I got down to two survivors with 4 gens left, David was on last hook and Ace had disappeared completely. I had not got my stack of bbq from Ace so decided to let David work on gens whilst I looked. The only gen being worked on was the ones David was doing, Ace still completely m.i.a. Killed David at last gen near hatch, killed a zombie for undetectable and sure enough Ace ran to hatch so he had been just waiting for David to die to get hatch escape. I shut it and got my bbq stack.
Tldr there are some very selfish survivors in some games.
-
I still find him fun to play no matter his tier. As of now, dependant on any mid chapter nerfs, I think he will be my main fun killer. Freddy will remain my main try hard killer lol.
Although even though he is supposed to be a normal speed killer I did get ran around a rock by a David yesterday 4 times before I could hit him, this happened twice that match which I found weird as that's more a huntress speed weakness.
-
Two zombies on a big map can help though, I was being pinballed between two close together gens yesterday by a very persistent zombie.
I did think that instead of the 12 second exposed iri it would have been good if the second iri boosted zombie detection and movement speed by a certain percentage with each gen done. Kind of like a zombie version of fire up.
-
It's fine for the most part but I also don't think it should work with undetectable. I do use it until I get my main build on survivors then I replace it.
-
But I think they mostly play survivor
-
@GuyFawx said:
killer gets bp for closing it 1000 i think
They looked for it though so they could have closed it immediately without guiding the survivor to it.
@Schardon said:
Probably for the same reason why there are full SWF squads that spam click their flashlights at killers and t-bag at the exit gate. It's to annoy the other side. So basically just a childish behavior.
I would rather hook them than I would waste time and shut it in their face. Clickers and t baggers are annoying but would not lower myself to their level.
-
Tell me about it, just got one hooked as another survivor was being chased, the last survivor stayed on a gen and hiding now and again, guessing they heard a terror radius.
-
I can confirm xbox but only as killer for me so far.

Wait, seriously?
I have not tried the tutorial yet but this seems fun :) I was scared about the bot ability’s after my Nemesis matches. Some zombies just want to get punched my Nemesis I guess
It was only one click at a time but everytime the bot killer missed her she clicked once again lol
-
I had a bot claudette working on a gen with me with a flashlight, the killer came and she started clicking it at him to get chased lol. So realistic :p
-
It's there for me now, I have it paid for and downloaded.
-
Yes, it appeared for me.
-
Which Xbox? One, One X or Series S/X?
It's still not showing for me so I can't buy it, BHVR won't let me lol.
-
No, there was no store update and it's still not showing. Not sure what has gone wrong here or if I'm just having bad luck getting it.
Might just try out the new tutorial whilst I wait.
-
They say sony and microsoft are not yet allowing it however microsoft should really since they are all about pc too. Sony is being the penny pincher, makes me think about going full xbox next gen instead of both.
-
Still not on series x, just looked. Just searching for updates to see if there is a store update.
-
I like the idea, bundling them all together as long as it states it does not include licensed killers, however it's not going to help us older players whose ocd makes them buy new chapters as soon as they release lol
-
Are you from the future? How is the world in 10 years lol. Is the PS6 a lot better than the PS5 :p
I'm having the same problem on xbox, we must have been typing at the same time.
-
I can't even find it in the store, it's not under dead by daylight add ons nor is it there when searching. Even in Microsoft rewards it has gone missing even though I clicked to activate the punchcard just before the nintendo direct started.
-
I think they should just leave mmr on and tinker with it over time, analysing the results as days pass by.
The worst case scenario is people get casual mode for a few months if all goes badly with it, they can even fully reset it every month like a hard rank reset to get month by month data for a short time too. This is the only way they can get proper results, not by a handful of days here and there.
I agree it may be rough for new players for a while but if BHVR make it clear in the news popping up when logging in about what is happening the new players may stick around or leave and come back in a month to check new updates.
-
I want a hook counter on all killers, seperate like survivors as, not a total. I know some people will use it to tunnel, not going to lie I will if a match is going badly. I like to play fair for the first few gens though so seeing who is on 1st or 2nd hook would stop me from accidentally knocking people out of the game early. It's not too bad when there are 4 different survivors in game but when two or more enter the match dressed the same It's hard to keep track of.
-
They also need to stop allowing keys to spawn in chests, even with plunderers and the rarity perk. It's not like killers can just stumble upon a mori whilst patrolling.
-
I don't normally tunnel unless the game is going badly. I will just tunnel key players out of the game like I used to if the killer I was playing didn't have Franklin's. If they don't have the add on to take it with them on death and someone picks it up I will tunnel them too.
They need to at least temporarily make keys require charges to open the hatch until they change them.
-
Series X is 13.89GB for me
