Only in dbd could something like this happen
-
Plague probably has the best add ons overall. She has good number boosting ones (enemics and rubbing oil) The apples give way more snowball potential and she even has a surprisingly effective alternate playstyle with the prayer tablet fragment and heamatite seal

Ehhh grim pantry window is literally a window you can't really beat until entity block if ran right by the survivor. Rancid window can still be ran until entity block despite the breakable wall being there, Cowshed window still can get you to the tractor loop, coal tower is coal tower, oh yeah forgot saloon window.
Coal tower is a balanced map at least by dbd standards. Saloon is probably the best killer map in the game

I feel like our anger should be on those nerfs, not this 1 buff.
It’s on both because it shows the devs don’t know how to balance. Giving the killer with the overall strongest add ons another amazing one while pushing twins further into the pits of hell.
I’m not really mad about the actual nerfs since clown’s is essentially a placebo and I don’t play twins it’s more so the implications behind it

Disturbed ward god window, rancid god window, cowshed god window, coal tower god window, grim pantry god window. Most of the time I have to run these windows to entity block unless I'm a mobility killer.
Disturbed ward is fair but the rest of these have breakable walls that make them pretty average vaults
-
Wait what god windows are left? Only one I can think of is Gideon’s drop down window.
I agree though map design is still awful even though they had the realm beyond as a chance to fix it
-
I will not tolerate Jeff in D tier :(
-
I like bubba too. Sure the camping ones are annoying but honestly I don’t see many of them
-
But a lot of this is subjective. For example I don’t find tagging or shaking head toxic since there are a lot of contexts in how it is used
-
I’m fine with it’s removal but the killer instinct add on she got is even more annoying
-
Just like new badham.. And new cowshed… and new Gideon… and new crotus prenn. The exact same as before
-
Rusty shackles is definitely annoying. I’d say just give it a downside to range limit or something

You said pinky finger was busted,so i suppose you think it was deserved,so why do you act like you didn't wanted it to happen ?
Pinky finger did need a nerf. Flask of bleach did not
-
Welcome back! Wish I was there too but I have other games to play
-
Apparently they had plans to let him use his gun to grapple onto things for mobility. Honestly not a terrible option atm

To be fair. Blight is probably what every killer should be. Strong enough to hold their own. Add ons that actually compliment his power. Instead of being ######### useless like 95 % of the other killers add ons
Most his add ons are too strong imo. I’d say plague is a better example of good add ons
-
And?
-
They are that speed for a reason. Their range makes up for their lack of speed
-
Favourite part is probably the lore and design of the character both original and licensed
least favourite is the balance changes that are seemingly getting worse each patch (5.2.0 was an exception)
-
It’s not really that adrenaline vial is too strong it’s that blight got another great add on while clown and twins got add on nerfs
-
I have played with and against @GoodBoyKaru before and I’m pretty sure I played against @Leachy_Jr once.
-
Billy my beloved <3
-
I don’t own him and have no intention of ever owning him. He was a mistake since day 1

Seems like it, sadly. Luckily, the one skin I need to finish my collection of blight cosmetics is very probably gonna be released - lowest estimate is this may, highest is maybe 8-ish months.
Yeah I’m lucky as hell I got Jane’s head recolour. I use it all the time now

Me and my two 4K hour teammates playing against a streamer with a similar amount of time
Then there's the Meg with 15 hours, you know, to make the match fair.
Have to get 2 kills 2 escapes somehow

I’m still waiting for the Huntress (single) cosmetics from the first rift. The yellow weapon and red headpiece.
Single recolours seemingly never rerelease
-
Survivor: Aftercare + Detective’s hunch
Killer: Old Gearhead + BBQ
-
Dbd wiki has most numbers for killer powers etc. Pretty much exactly what you are looking for
-
I like the survivor sense idea a lot actually. I wouldn’t let it reveal killer aura’s though

I am personally hoping haddonfield is disabled because of the balance fixes, but who knows
I don’t think balance issues have ever kill switched a map. It’s usually exploits like blocking basement stair or glitch spots
-
No doubt it’s unbalanced but I don’t think that’s the reason haddonfield was disabled
-
Don’t worry the sbmm works fine though!

Nah, new ruin isn´t stronger than the old one. New ruin only works in the absence of survivors. Old ruin slowed the gen progress down while survivors worked on it. Even good survivors could miss a great skill check and convert it into a normal one.
New ruin gets more value if the killer keeps up pressure. It’s better on high mobility killers by a long shot. As for low mobility you could say either depending on map size.
Old ruin did destroy new survivors though

They all say that but somehow 80% of the killers ran it anyway. That says much more about its utility than anyone feelings about it.
That was back when there was like 3 regression options. Pop was decent but an active perk you had to think about, and corrupt which was new so many didn’t want to use it.
New ruin has a stronger effect but is harder to keep active for long periods of time
-
Old ruin wouldn’t do anything against good survivors
-
Can’t say I’ve seen this often but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be touched. Let’s hope they fix this

The game is meant to have tention to make you sweat. If the killer isnt much of a threat its just a generator fixing sim. I hardly play survivor but when i have i havnt been hit a single time.
Who says it’s meant to do that? If you haven’t been hit it’s because the killer was bad
-
Sadly the grind is what keeps a lot of people playing so bhvr want to keep it long

The problem is that people think the game is supposed to be fair. Its not its supposed to be far and away in favor of the killer. If you have a survivor team that has mics all totems will be gone and youll be lucky to take one down permanently.
Why does it have to favor the killer. When has this been a needed part of asymmetrical games? The 1 can be the weaker side overall

The original Dying Light was a masterpiece.
But I can wait on this one, especially with the price of games.
Wouldn’t call it a masterpiece. The story is pretty shallow and combat against human AI is awful

In my own experience that sounds good on paper but in practice it seems to be only smoke and mirrors. I just bought Cenobyte and played him at level 1 with 1 perk equipped. When I get matched it is automatically with Red rank, a silver, and bronzes. I do not play killer as much these days so I'm in way lower ranks than these guys, but it seems no different who i'm matched with if i'm playing a level 1 Cenobite or a p3 lvl 50 Piggy.
That‘s because Queue times are messed up right now so survivors are waiting long periods of time for matches. This leads to MMR brackets expanding and low MMR killers meeting high MMR survivors

Is it though? I feel like game is just throwing you to whoever has waited the longest. I've had tournament squads against a killer im playing the first time and potatoes against my main, so im not so sure it works anymore
At this point MMR is a placebo but the system is still technically there so killer specific MMR is still a thing
-
MMR is killer dependent. When I play clown my lobbies are harder than with legion. You could abuse this if you could switch mid lobby
-
Shout out to the art team as well. Your work is always amazing!
-
I go by a simple principle
P3= Unskilled and toxic
Store cosmetics = Chill and skilled
-
Having a hex totem base kit only exemplifies the rng nature of this game in an awful way. Not to mention some killers (nurse) would benefit way too much from it
-
Nope. Announcing a chapter that early kills most hype associated with it

I've never stopped being frustrated against Blight with crutch perks. I can't think of a perk combo to take in as survivor and like massively oppress the killer so much I know for certain I'll open the gates.
The problem you and others are missing is that Scourge Hooks causes the gens to regress after exploding. If you ignore it, it will regress. If you touch it to stop it, it will get the Entity Claws. That is a lose lose situation.
Blocked gens don’t regress. It’ll only be 15%
-
Somewhat agree. The timer could probably be reduced a bit and it’s straight up broken on artist but otherwise I’m fine with it
