DBD information hub (info-hub)

Very often, when communicating with the community, I meet questions about some of the subtleties of maniacs and I don't know how to answer them myself. How fast does the Deathslinger harpoon fly? How far is he flying? Similarly with the axes of the huntress. What is the radius of Michael's terror in the second stage of evil, how fast he walks in the first stage, etc.

You can endlessly say that DBD is mostly a game where players don't care about such things and basically everyone plays in order to have fun. And you will be right to some extent. However, the game still has that very part of the players who approach each match seriously and set themselves quite clear tasks to make four kills or escape, taking with them as many allies as possible. It is for those who are asking questions about such little things that are not clearly described in the game, I propose to assemble a kind of "Information Hub" by the community, where detailed and dry mathematical statistics will be collected for those who are interested in this.

The topic is open for discussion, it will be very interesting for me to read your thoughts on this. 🛠️

Caleb Quinn or "The Deathslinger" is one of 26 Killers currently featured in Dead by Daylight . He was introduced as the Killer of CHAPTER XV: Chains of Hate, a Chapter DLC released on 10 March 2020. The Deathslinger is a vengeful Killer, able to spear Survivors from a distance and reel them in using his Power, The Redeemer. His personal Perks, Gearhead , Dead Man's Switch , and Hex: Retribution allow him to locate and impede Survivor objectives, and punish Survivors for destroying Totems. Diffi

Here's the page on Deathslinger since you asked about his Chain speed. It's 40 m/s iirc.

A question about the speed of Pinheads chain would have been funnier.
