@Orion Corrupted purge being reset upon stun is intended, confirmed by a dev, it should be somewhere here on the forums

I think Orion was talking about the responsibilities of a parent and not the abuse a child may face. A lot of people use video games as a distraction from what they're going through, though. It's the same with stories and so on. People find happiness and belonging where they can.
This is honestly true, video games are my escape from this awful reality that we live in, they make me feel...happy, don't get me wrong I love my bf to death but sometimes there's even things that he can't cheer me up while video games (especially this game specifically) can. Dead by Daylight came into my life when I wasn't in the best of shapes (this was about 2-3 years ago) I was depressed, felt lonely and even considered just ending it all, but I still had a bit of a flame left in me, and Dead by Daylight is what helped ignite that flame and bring me back to the happy person I was before. I owe Behavior so much for how they not only brought me something I enjoy, but something that helped save me too. No matter what they buff, nerf, or bad chapter they release, I will always thank them no matter what. Thank you Behavior and everyone working on this game...

1: Hillbilly (He's just annoying overall)
2:Myers (I don't even know why, I guess it's more my stupid teammates letting him look at them though)
3: Doctor (I play stealthily most of the time so it's always unfortunate to face a doc)
4: Bubba (I honestly don't even know why)
5: Hag (most hags I face put all 10 traps around the hook, b*tch you're gonna lose if ya keep playing like that!)

I'll also break the rules. Buff insidious and Wake Up, Nerf...idk maybe Noed for the memes and Object of Obsession cause why tf not. And remove slippery meat and monstrous shrine cause they're useless and there's no point in even bringing them already so might as well remove them

I think the stun should be short but give the killer an animation of visible confusion and the survivor is forced to stare awkwardly at the killer and the killer has to just stare back awkwardly

I've had a similar match before as well. I was playing Legion and when the match ended I saw their ranks. It was a bloodbath. 4 man 5 gens, 4 yellow ranked survivors vs a p3 lvl 50 rank 1 Legion. I felt so bad

You're right, he's honestly really add-on reliant. But I'm not sure what we could do to Freddy to give him the power to shut down loops like other killers. Most killers do have something to help out, Clown and his bottles, Trapper and his traps, Pig and the dash, heck even Wraith with the windstorm, but Freddy has, nothing like that. You have to rely on the mindgames and the mess-ups of survivors. Freddy is decent at actually stalling the match but when it comes to chasing that's something he really lacks in even if you're good with him

I agree, that and not being able to stop survivors from doing actions in his face are what hurt him the most. I do like the occasional grab from the greedy player though...man it feels good

No problem! ^^ I've seen ideas circling for a while now. I'm on board with changes, though I believe we're waiting on the Devs to move. They can only realistically do so much at once and they probably need to iron out the details and balance it so that it's fun and fair for everyone.

Did I understand all the important parts? Just making it shorter in case people want a tl;dr. I think a lot of people already understand quite a few of the points you make, but little to nothing is done to address it 'cause it needs to be balanced and they're just testing out things.

Perhaps try some different builds, theres always many different playstyles and strategies to use! Most of the time they are fun and other times they're just builds to meme around. Try to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. You'll most likely have fun

Most 110 m/s killers have something to help in the chase. What does Billy have? A chainsaw? Sure it can one shot but so can Michael. It can also break pallets quickly but that's only when the survivor drops them in a loop and most killers dont respect pallets. So you have to rev up the chainsaw and break probably making it take just as long as just breaking the pallet normally. I'd say first buff all the other mid- low tier killers and then nerf Billy (and Nurse but that's a different discussion)
