Huntress.
All of her strengths have a weakness to compensate. Lethal range? Slower base movement. Hum to replace TR, so that TR perks aren't godly on her. Rewards skilled play, but is somewhat difficult to use effectively. Can shut down some loops easily, but has a "limited" resource to do so. Map pressure in the form of her hum too hat can keep some survivors wary.
And all of this is base kit, and not reliant on other player's skill.
I don't know what people are going on about saying that Hillbilly is. He has virtually no penalty for being bad with his power compared to other killers, and the whole "he's able to be looped" is not a point in that regard because it relies on the skill of your opponent, and is not part of balancing. Oni is a balanced version of Hillbilly because you have to earn the same powers and have them for a limited time.
What does an Oni do, when he gets thompson house and wvery survivor drops every pallet safe?
-
Billy is the most balanced killer. He can't get genrushed by missing mobility and gets rewarded for good plays with his chainsaw while not being uncounterable.

Considering you can reload anywhere, anytime and it's faster than searching for and opening a locker, idk about that.
I compared baseline reload for five shots with huntress searching a locker. It's actually slower on deathslinger, but you have to consider, that huntress needs to get to the locker, even if she's optimizing it, so they are equal i guess.
-
You seem to be a newer player. Myers is okay, but not the strongest killer rn. Nurse, Spirit and maybe Freddy are dominating.
-
I use it with: Empathy, Autodidact and Sprintburst. Additionally a medkit to heal yourself back up, if you really need it and can't get another solidarity.

Yeah.. Looks like that... this game is only fun for survivors..
But i totally hate the cooldown mechanic.. and she still have fatigue? #########
Before.. survivor made a mistake.. u punish him by blinking fast enough.. now ? u will try to blink and the second blink goes to basement WHILE U AIM UP and u need to get fatigue, wait for cooldown? dafakisdat??
and when u FULLY charge the blink and u blink ,5 meters.. ooh yeah so fun to be killer in this game '-'
I deal with that BS nearly every match. My blinks are good enough, so it don't matters that much, but the load of bugs is really annoying still.
-
It's a trash iridescent, just like the last few they created.
-
Sally is my love. The only girl i would go lesbian for. <3
-
I still love her, but BHVr effectively lowered the fun playing nurse. They would never admit it, but thats what they wanted to do, because they think creating nurse was a mistake.

What you've said so far is around the same level of intellect as "Vaccinating your children causes autism. Change my mind." At this point, we know you're the kind of person that can't be reasoned with so we're just conversing with each other about how ridiculous this is.
Well. I think he's bad too. Because he got no snowballpotential, a set range and 110% speed. His power gives him no map pressure. That are my reason why that killer is bad. So why is he as good as you think he is? Give me some arguments before you call everyone a moron.
-
I think they should just make the shock a certain radius around the doctor.
-
They removed that synergy, because synergising perks (on the killer side) are too much!?+?!?!?!!!!
-
It's her best addon imo.

You can't say how he's weaker than the Huntress and neglect how he's stronger without coming across as biased. He only has one shot, but he can reload at much quicker rate and with far more ease than the Huntress. His range is smaller, but he doesn't have an audio cue for survivors to use to dodge so they have to choose between keeping an eye on the Deathslinger or not running into stuff. He has a more difficult time downing survivors over obstacles, but he doesn't have an immutable humming type audio so he can sneak up on survivors with ease especially since his terror radius audio is far more silent than the standard TR audio. He actually has something of a scope to aim with while Huntress has to use guessing or experience. His aiming is far quicker than the Huntress' windup. He's actually a deal stronger than the Huntress.
The reload, that is longer than a locker reload for five shots, removes the snowball potential from him. And snowball potential is what makes a killer strong.
Because of the smaller hitbox, the missing wind-up and the scope he's easier than huntress, but a lot weaker too.

No. No more add-on change please. Look at how nurse was butchered TT
Doc rework was good, but that's a rework, not "add-ons tweak"
I don't wanted to write "nerf", but i think he'll get nerfed.
-
I agree with most people here, i think he's boring. Not strong "boring", just boring to play and play against.
-
The map is horrific for nurse, especially because there are still deadzones near the centre, even fater thwy fixed some.

If you release anything as powerful as current meta, you get MOM. And we all know how that went.
And adjusting the older perks? Just nerf every old meta perk on both sides.
-
And "The Time" as a killer woop woop!
Seriously, i would love to see Marty as an independent DLC.
-
Write a ticket, it's a bug. I did every challenge and got everything.

Aw fair play, wish you the best
Thank you <3
-
I would love to see a werewolf. Demo crawling through a window looks so cute!
-
I'm working with animals, they need care everyday. No more free timw for me and my nurse. :)
-
I got no idea why they keep the meta perks the same, but release way less powerful perks.
Just BHVR things.
-
Tried it, couldn't do it lol.
-
I'm a woman and a killer main. rare combination apparently.
-
Zimbabwe Bubba will get a rework most likely. Billy will get some addon changes.
-
Ebony's and Ivory's need another condition. Cypress should stay the same, because them being baseline would make perks like "Flip-Flop" and "Boil Over" less effective, if you're the last survivor.
(keys need to be chabged in the same update)
-
OMFG yes get the license BHVR!!!!
Me want to be prety flowwer!!!
-
90% of the killers need slugging to be somewhat playable in high ranks. After this change it would be spirit and nurse every match, because they can actually end chases fast.
-
It's a nice silent alternative to infectious for M1 killers. That's it. Infectious is way more effective of course.
-
It doesn't change. Just feels weird sometimes. :)
-
He's a huntress without range and only one shot. What do you expect people to say?
-
They gonna keep breakable walls on that map.

Does Nurse's ability get downs on it's own, let alone instant-downs? Does it let her cross the map in 3 seconds flat? Does it destroy pallets in half the time of kicking it? Can she toggle the charge her blink to get the perfect distance during a chase? OR is this limited only to Hillbilly?
When you add up everything that Hillbilly's chainsaw can do in ONE BUTTON which I highlighted in several posts, then it becomes a problem when people only need movement, camera and their power button and nothing else to do well in a match. You just move, aim and hold power. No real mind-games, or nowhere near Spirit or Nurse. Just walk around the corner, and hold that power button.

No, but she has an excuse given her speed is far slower than a survivor lol. I think that your right when you say it's mostly based on the given situation and what is happening in it. But his chainsaw is like if Nurse's blink damaged you while she was lunging across the map... Forgive me if I'm wrong but to me it seems a tad unfair for a survivor (now again I don't play Hill Billy so I can't speak from experience as a killer.) I'm just trying to see if we can't all voice ideas on how he could be made more "manageable" by coming up with ideas rather than dismissing them on account of skill, rank or even the map.
The blink doesn't get downs "on its own", but is used nearly everytime through a match.
Her map pressure with both CD addons/a range and a cd addon is half the time (map dependant) much better than billys.
She ignores pallets man. xD
You can modify the distance you blink with a fully charged blink by looking down more or less.
So no, not limited to billy.
I get what you mean by "relying on the saw too much", but that's just you don't liking hillbilly i think.

M&A and Nurses Calling. It's good on every killer, but really shines on hag and nurse. Sneeke boii.

I've been playing the game since Darkness Among Us, consistently hit purple and hit red last season. Low priority or not, it is still an objective and one of MORE THAN TWO that will have to be done on a map that does not allow for safety against that particular type of killer.
Half the time I'm on that generator and hear the chainsaw, it's too late. OR it's the one time that the killer decides to switch targets after someone's come near me.
When I hit purple for the first time, it was nothing but Hillbilly for 95% of my matches. That is a LOT of time having a chainsaw stuck in my back because somebody doesn't want to play the game properly. He is THE single most popular killer on console, and I'm over it. No amount of just saying "just loop him, git gud" isn't going to change that, or the fact that most of the times I take a saw is because the Hillbilly player was braindead enough to rely on their ability for kills unless someone just got unhooked.
My point was that in those situations, it is FAR from strictly a survivor mistake and I'm tired of Hillbilly apologists claiming that it is.
The skill of the billy player is definitly a variable too. But you being outpositioned makes it really easy for him.
Anyway, how is a killer relying on his ability to get downs bad? Is Nurse a bad killer, because she's not walking around at 98% hitting people with her M1?
-
As a solo survivor its pretty challenging now. But it's still easy af as SWF.
-
I got like five. Freaking annoying mechanic. I hate to slug.

I get what your saying. And yeah I do need more training. I really do. It's just that, how can I train, when im put against people that are too good for me. And the only way for me to even atleast try to kill is using a mori. I know I need more experience. And the harder the challnges the better you become, but when it's so one sided where two of them are red and have comms( my second game), and just giving you the work of your life, shouldn't I be able to rely on a mori for the time being? So once I can get better and be able to handle the Red rank sweats I don't have to put a mori
They are still live, so go for it. The main problem is the matchmaking, if that is fixed, there's no problem anymore. :)

its more like 33-50% reduction, since you still need to down them twice. You just dont need to carry them to the hook the second time you down them. But yeah, hyper nerf keys and mori offerings. Dont let keys open hatch, and make moris be at death hook. Moris should be like fatalities in Mortal Kombat
You're right abou those percentages.
-
I'm just confused at that point They should either keep all their perks at the same power level and have the balls to nerf old perks or just release stronger perks.
-

So you are complaining that you can't deal with high rank players as a beginner with killer. Spirit and killer in general need a lot of skill and training. Ebonys just shorten your objective by 66%. They are as bad as keys and need a major nerf imo.
-
Either 115% or a huge buff to his ability. He's in a bad spot atm.
-
The main building is the only really good structure. There are some loops with long walls and the shack of course, but it's not that bad. It's also a medium size map.
-
That bug is really annoying, because he's weak anyway, i don't need bugs on top.
-
He' definitly fun to play against. He's just trash to play.
-
I'm used to BHVR nerring things into uselessness.

First of all, Huntress is also 110% so that has no bearing on whether or not either of them is better than the other. Both him and Huntress also have similar abilities to punish pallets (useless? Come on.)
Huntress' power is significantly worse at long range because even bad Survivors have the wherewithal to look behind them and juke it. If a Huntress gets a shot off at a distance, the Survivor messed up. The Deathslinger's shot is quite different, and while also dodgeable, is much harder to juke. Deathslinger can get shots off where Huntress would never have a prayer.
Deep Wound after Hit is a straight, objective, upgrade over just injuring them.
On balance, hitting with a hatchet is worse than reeling Survivors in. That's not even getting into to the fringe cases, like at the Hatch or the Exit gate where it's a difference between a kill and an escape.
Huntress' power requires lockers to reload. This means that when she runs out she either has to commit to a chase without a power (not an uncommon occurrence considering, again, the hatchets aren't particularly difficult to dodge) OR generally lose the chase entirely by breaking off to reload. Deathslinger's reload costs far less time.
But Deathslinger's biggest advantage by far is that his power actually has synergy with other perks. The fact that his power plays into his M1 opens up a variety of combos, from STBFL, NOED, Haunted Grounds + his own Retribution, none of which are effectively utilized by the Huntress.
Pound for pound, Deathslinger blows Huntress out of the water. If some of you would actually try to get better at the game and maybe try to change the way YOU play instead of complaining about BHVR not handing out buffs all of the time, you might come to realize that the one who's actually the poor man's knockoff is the Huntress.
He can injure people at pallets, but can't down them. (regarding most loops, except the unsafe ones where you can get a hit anyway with 115%)
I don't know why you are even talking about deathslinger at range, because he got 18 metres. Huntress got unlimited.
Deep wound is a joke, look at legion.
Hitting a hatchet is WAY more rewarding, because you got less cooldown than an M1 (without perks) AND you don't waste time reeling the survivor in. Even in clutch situations you can get two hits faster with huntress than with deathslinger.
Huntress needs a locker, thats true. But she got five charges, not just one. FIVE is five times bigger than ONE. Additionally she can carry even more hatchets with addons. Deathslinger can't. He got no snowballpotential and uses more time to get five shots out.
The M1 disadvantage just forces you to play STBFL to get the same efficency as huntress. It opens up some synergys, but thats it. Nothing really mindblowing.
The only real advantage he got is the missing wind-up. That's it. Nothing more.
I got 1500 hours m8. Don't discredit people for saying their opinions and try to give them good arguments instead. Your turn again.
