They could just use the symbols they put there now to show who's in a SWF. Make them the same colour as their SWF teammates. And leave the solo ones white.
-
Wraith has the same thing but better. So I'd say it's still bad, but that's mainly Pig.
-
The word 'op' is overused. OP means overpowered (worthy of a nerf), no way in hell does Nemisis deserve a nerf. He has to hit survivors 3 times. Killers like Blight are so so so so much better.
-
I wonder why....
-
They do, but at a very low level.

Will people ever realise that ranks are grades now and are not connected to sbmm I wonder.
Devs should have probably made it more clear.
One guy said to me in end-game chat "Youre bronze and I'm red rank, you shouldnt talk to me I'm a higher rank" Dude the ######### cringe... They hid mmr so people won't have bragging rights... but people actually think they're superior when they have a higher GRADE that month!!! ######### HELL LOOOOOOOL
-
First of all they removed ranks some time ago... so your 'rank 1' argument is invalid. It got replaced by an invisible mmr system. Second off all, I don't think anyone will disagree that theyre a bit too strong... because they are. But I mainly play survivor so I don't mind tbf...
-
Tinkerer goes off.... I'm walking in circles, bumping into 5 dead ends, I can't find that hidden staircase, why do I keep walking outside I didn't want to go here, where is the main hall!!! Oh... 3 gens done
-
Well that's the point... The map is not a good idea for Dead by Daylight it's just there to increase their playerbase. The map is not made for DBD. It's a Hallway Chasing Simulator, Dead End Simulator or Where The FK Are The Stairs Simulator. It's there because of the series, not because it's a good map I hate it!!!!
-
Ranks no longer exist sadly, it's just playtime for that month. Skill rating is not visible, stop looking at Grades they're just there for small rewards.
-
Escaping should always grant you a black pip minumum
-
They're very interesting. But placing them down without a limit is kinda busted. Maybe once a trial per survivor?
-
You don't have time to do that, so your totems won't work right from the start and you have to waste time finding a good totem. Maybe if there was an early game collapse where you could place your own totems?
-
People just like to complain when it's something which impacts them. They don't really care if they're not the one using it.
Them being a hex makes this discussion not even worth it, you can literally destroy the perks. Heck, Devour and Ruin are better anyways.
-
What does overperforming mean anyways? Getting more than 3 kills? Is that it? Kills?
-
It's a complete meme perk, does not deserve a nerf.
-
This game is too unbalanced
-
Yeah I just completed it by farming, very boring
@Clowning said:
Got it by killing everyone and waiting at the hatch for the last poor soul, which I drowned in several flasks just for good measure. Not really a fun or even interesting challenge, to be honest.

Basically, you want survivors to run into a yellow cloud (invigorating them) immediately after they leave a purple one. That's how I read it, anyway.
Yeah that might be it, sounds so counterproductive though

you just dont want to accept the truth. there are so many OP things about killers
Yeah, I've been watching all the tournaments and killers are insanely strong. Someone 4 k'd Oracle with Myers yesterday crazy stuff. And that truetalent guy wrecked them with Wraith
-
It's because he's very tall, it feels that way but he isn't
-
Solo survivor will become more tedious. You can tell the difference when playing ptb and live. Killer will become more chill, not much difference there.
-
They can't balance their game with 4 perks, let alone with 5 perks
-
Sometimes 1 survivor is completely quiet. But that's a bug that has been in the game for over a year now, still not fixed.
-
(again)
-
I dont get why they nerfed his cloaked stun. It used to be amazing with Spirit Fury & Enduring
-
Deaf - Slinger
-
Its very balanced now
-
And also, you should never be able to beat 4 man SWF on comms with 2K+ hours? No matter how good you are? The #########?
-
Keep posting stuff like this, maybe they'll nerf her again
-
I just want to see the item rarity in a lobby. I think a green key with aura add-ons is well designed and I don't want to play like a prick vs a green one. Purple and pink on the other hand...

Gotta run Spine Chill to counter stealth, UB to counter slugging, Iron Will to counter Spirit, DS to counter tunneling, DH to extend loops, and then Bond and Kindred along with WGLF for BP.
You're not supposed to counter everything. Vsing stealth killers without Spine Chill doesn't mean that you can't play well
-
By making it post-game rewards instead of in-game rewards
-
Please I dont wan't drag queens running around getting chased. Keep it somewhat like a horror/action game
-
Really? They seem quite weak to me. You only have 4 perk slots and it doesn't look like they'll do crazy damage like meta perks now
-
@IIITweedleIII said:
It's because you only need to leave and "survive" long as you have the 3 original perks of said character.
Killers have to make the effort to kill FOUR survivors with only their original perks.
Survivors dont have to do anything but leave. The killer can easily leave survivors alone the entire trial. And the survivor gets the achievement.
The worst part is, it's not just 4 kills. You also have to double pip. So you need 12 hooks with the hatch being in the game (so youre forced to slug the 3rd and even then its not guaranteed). Also 1 DC also robs you of the achievement. And people killing themselves on hook. So it's not just about you playing well, it's also luck based.
-
I guess people gonna say Spirit. Because 4 man SWFs with keys, insta heals, map offerings etc. hate her. (So she's probably good)
-
@vbarraganj14 said:
Not sure if this is the same thing but before the most recent patch, sometimes survivors felt off center after being downed or unhooked, as instead of running straight they would run to a the side
Also happens before getting hooked and same on Killer. it almost feels like I'm lagging (but I'm not). A rubber band keeps pulling me back and it keeps cancelling actions on gens and lockers. Exactly how you get robbed when grabbing someone
-
@Mat_Sella said:
Survivors move strangly after being unhooked, that i can confirm, but it was like this before Descent Beyond
Yeah I know. But now it feels like a rubber band is pulling me back all the time. It's so annoying, same on killer. (It's like I'm lagging)
-
@IronArtemis said:
Honestly as killer I've had so many people just wiggle off because I cannot hook them, slugging them only really goes so far in a match especially against competent survivors, they really need to fix these bugs because they are happening in every game now
Their spaghetti code is so weird. They add a new chapter and randomly 30 new bugs appear.

Oh OK that makes sense. I can't see it making a huge change but I guess we'll see. I'm sure the devs are monitoring it. And they did say they want to change keys at some point
Key + that offering = basically a free escape for atleast 1 person. Why not change the key first (which they are looking into atm) instead of buffing it first?
-
@brokedownpalace said:
BTW if you play that offering the killer can see it so they can easily play around it if need be
How do you play around a key
-
It looks to me that it only works when everyone is injured and you heal 1 person.
I'm on 3/10 (highscores says 2/10 for some reason) and I should've been on 15/10 now
-
It's scary how fragile their spaghetti code is.
You can also add that DS no longer stuns you when playing certain killers. It's like a 1 sec stun instead of 5.
They add something and completely break different things, its so weird
-
There's a rubber band issue going on. I keep getting teleported
-
Oh no! A killer with (aura reading) information! Damn if only you had a thing like Survive With Friends (with no downsides). Oh wait, there is. No thats fine, good point.
-

Legion is considered bad by many people because his power doesn't help him at downing people.
Sure, getting that first hit on survivors isn't hard but after that you are just a killer without power.
The so called "Legion Syndrome"
Injures a lot. Still gets looped into submission
-
This is a bait guys, don't feed him.
-
Yes, since I skip loops and merge loops. I dont just stay at the same JG

There is no counterplay. I have 5k hours and I've played against many and used to main her while players still thot billy was better until I got bored of using her cheese. With the right perks she is pretty much unbeatable unless you, yes you, screw up. Has nothing to do with survivors.
You can try and mind game aka totally guess and hope she's dumb or doesnt hear footsteps very well. The thing with spirit is you can mess up a lot with very little penalty. And she's not hard to use. I relied solely on her phrasing. You don't need to run the tiles well at all. With strider and pop I rarely ever lost. The gen slow down was real. If the spirit knows to track the sound of footsteps you're going to lose. Like nurse, you're really only playing against yourself. Your best bet is playing against one that doesn't stack the best perks on her.
Killers thought nurse was balanced so they'll never admit spirit is broken either.
You said it!!!!! "unless you, yes you, screw up" Who's the power role. Survivor or Killer? If a Killer plays perfect and the Survivors play perfect the power role should win right?
