Escaping should always grant you a black pip minumum
Period... Number of afk killers nowadays in try to lower their mmr and you depip because of it should be at least black pip each time but game has no mechanic to recognize the afk
considering it doesnt affect matchmaking anymore, this should definitely should be the case.
